MUSTARD ‘BATTY BHATTI’ BLOWS A GASKET DURING NORWEGIAN TERROR TRIAL

NOTE: Severly provoked by TV2? Is filming a person in a public setting a provocation? Only in the mind of a mustard and an appeasing dhimmi newspaper.

On Friday, the second day in the terror trial brought against Mikael Davud and his two co-defendants Shawan Bujak and David Jacobsen.

The three are accused of having entered into an alliance, aiming to blow up Jyllands-Posten and kill cartoonist Kurt Westergaard. Davud in turn, explained in court yesterday that he wanted to harm Chinese interests.

A little after the court had convened today, Arfan Bhatti turned up. He was previously convicted but acquitted of terrorism charges.

Bhatti was asked to leave the hall

Bhatti sat in the audience until the first break. When he was told by the prosecutor, Geir Evanger, that he had to leave the room. The reason is that he is convicted in the past five years, and this is the right occasion to dismiss him.

– My client was there out of pure legal interest. The men in this case are being prosecuted for the same crime he was acquitted, and he wanted to see if the PST had invented gunpowder since the last time, said John Christian Elden, Bhatti’s lawyer told Dagbladet.

Bhatti, According to NRK, had called PST Representative in court “swine.”

Threatened TV2 photographer

Then he was followed out of the room and over to the elevator, where he discovered that he was being filmed by a TV2 photographer.

– Hey, stop filming me, stop shooting me, he exclaims, facing the photographer.

– We are in a public place, the photographer’s response.

Bhatti is fast against the photographer, but is stopped by two police officers who arrested the defender.

– Do not touch me, he says, and asks repeatedly for the photographer to stop filming.

– I’ll find you, you work at TV 2. Do you not think I’ll find you? Mad swine.

– I will shoot you and your family, just wait and see. So you feel on your body what it’s like to film, he says before he goes into the elevator.

– We will review this.

Bhatti’s threats will be reported to the police, confirmed TV2’s news editor Jan Ove Aarsæther.

– We have zero tolerance for threats to our employees, and therefore the police case. It was made a threat to our photographer, who was there to perform the job he is meant to do, says Aarsæther to tv2.no.

The photographer says Bhatti must expect that there are journalists present to cover this trial.

– He is in a public place, and seek a trial where the press present. He should expect that he could be filmed, says photographer tv2.no.

ISLAMIZATION WATCH: TWO EXPLOSIONS ROCK LEBANON AS ALCOHOL ESTABLISHMENTS ARE ATTACKED

It’s the deepening of the islamization of Lebanon, the former Paris of the Middle East. In Turkey, Christian slaughter houses for pork were slowly phased out, just waiting for the sale of alcohol to be attacked there as well.

Excerpt: “Lebanon’s tourism minister, Fadi Abboud, voiced concern about the explosions and said they were linked to the “spread of fundamentalism in the Middle East.”


The first explosion at 4:55 a.m. ripped through a restaurant at Queen Elissa Hotel, damaging several cars, including one belonging to a U.N. officer who works for the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO).

A similar explosion tore through a liquor store near the port of Tyre five minutes later, inflicting material damage.

According to explosive expert adjutant Talal Ajram the hotel bomb weighed three kilograms of TNT.

Commenting on the early-morning explosions, Interior Minister Marwan Charbel urged that the issue not be regarded as targeting the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL), saying the incidents centered on the fact that the establishments served alcohol.

“What happened today in Tyre is not security-related but linked to the sale of alcohol,” Charbel told Voice of Lebanon (93.3 FM).

Lebanese security forces cordoned off the area around Queen Elissa Hotel, preventing reporters and photographers from getting close to the site.

As in many such cases, almost all news outlets jumped on the bandwagon once again and condemned what they called “the law that will strangle left-leaning non-governmental organizations,” despite the fact that the law relates to organizations with both right- and left-wing views. But the media knows what it is protecting – foreign governments are working to change the direction of Israeli voters by funding controversial organizations whose activities are at the heart of the Israeli political debate.

Israeli Government Backs Limits on Financing for Nonprofit Groups

JERUSALEM – A committee of Israeli cabinet ministers voted Sunday to back two bills aimed at curtailing the support of left-wing nonprofit groups from foreign governments.

The 11-to-5 vote threw the support of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government behind the bills, which human rights groups have denounced as violations of free expression and an effort by the government to silence its critics.

Officials and legal experts said that the bills would probably be altered before reaching Parliament and could ultimately be struck down by the Supreme Court.

One bill would limit to about $5,000 a year the amount that a foreign government, government-supported foundation or group of governments like the European Union could give to Israeli groups considered “political.” The other bill would impose a heavy tax on such contributions.

The bills were largely aimed at groups that focus on Palestinian rights, civil liberties and other causes advocated by the Israeli left, many of which rely on European government support.

An official in Mr. Netanyahu’s office said the prime minister backed efforts to limit foreign government donations to the groups because they amounted, in his view, to interference in Israeli politics. But he wanted the bills amended so their impact would be narrowed.

Lawyers said defining which groups were political ones was a task that would not pass legal scrutiny.

Sari Bashi, director of Gisha, an Israeli group devoted to promoting free movement for Palestinians in Gaza that would be affected by the new bills, said that “while it seems likely that some of the most antidemocratic aspects of the bills will be softened, that actually could make the situation worse, because it would define political speech in such a way as to silence some but not others and possibly allow the bills to become law.”
