Truth telling, in spite of the overwhelming amount of evidence to the contrary (history of former Christian lands in the ME and Maghreb) is considered illegal in Finland. Factual truths are not a defense, just ask Jussi Halla-aho. KGS

The part that was considered illegal by Kouvola Court of Appeals (hovioikeus):

US:”Unfortunately, with rampant Muslim immigration to Finland, there will also be an increase in genuine real racism, which will target especially the Jews, but also the native population and other ethnic groups. And on top of that, discrimination, unbearable arrogance and rude behavior, anger, women’s oppression, child mutilation (TT:FGM), sexual misconduct, persecution of minorities, rioting, flag burning, disturbances, drugs, looting, rape crimes, pedophilia, polygamy, child marriages, shame violence, ritual slaughter, whippings, stonings, and others utterly disgusting and fully twisted traditions and other phenomena. Eventually, even suicide bombings and terrorism. That is, if we do not dance exactly according to their tune.”

Member of Parliament, James Hirvisaari fined for incitement against ethnic group

HS: What True Finns MP James Hirvisaari published in a blog post on 4 February 2010 at the UusiSuomi online newspaper service, has been given a verdict.

Kouvola Court of Appeal has convicted the True Finns MP, James Hirvisaari, with a fine for ethnic agitation. According to the court what he wrote in his blog was offensive to Muslims. The fine was equal to 1425 euros.

Päijät-Häme district court previously dismissed the indictment against Hirvisaari, because it didn’t deem the writings as disparaging. The district court’s view was that a politician has the right to criticize immigration policy.

The Court of Appeal decided the matter differently. According to it Hirvisaari’s web writings was sweeping and discriminatory, and specified a group of people as criminals.

The Court of Appeal took the view that the characterizing of an ethnic group as criminal isn’t within the limits of free speech as generalization and a provocation.

True Finns Party parliamentary group chairman, Pirkko Ruohonen-Lerner believes that they’ll take a position on the case, when the decision is final. Although this might still go to the Supreme Court.

  1. For the trillionth time, which ethnicity is mahoundianism again? If someone is convicted of “incitement of hatred against an ethnic group”, that would in theory have to do with someone’s skin color, wouldn’t it? Or is it just me who can’t see any similarity between the complexions of Lauren Booth, Anjem Choudary and Trevor “Abooooooo Izadeen” Brooks?

  2. We need to get clever about this. Instead of using the word “muslim”, use the words “adherent/s of the islamic socio-political ideology”.

Using my Catholic faith as an example. Some people who label themselves Catholic are what is known as “cafeteria Catholics”, that is they choose which parts of the faith they want. If confronted with the fact that the sole authority of the Catholic faith is the Magisterium, they’ll brush that aside as not for them….but they’re still Catholic. Well, they’re not, but that’s not our issue.

Then there are those people who label themselves Catholic who are cultural Catholics, they don’t practise the faith at all, but were educated in a Catholic school and/or born into a Catholic family. Okay, generally they don’t even pretend like the first group, but still identify as Catholic.

Now we don’t have this issue when discussing Catholic doctrine, because it’s generally accepted that these people are out of line with the Catholic faith, but it is a personal issue with them to continue or to choose to reconcile their faith. Also, the Catholic faith does not have a political system embedded; it is a, temporally speaking, a philosophical position on life.

By using the words “adherents of the islamic socio-political ideology” we are able to focus on our target, and remove the cafeteria muslims and cultural muslims from the debate. This is imperative because, and only because, the islamic ideology does have a political/social doctrine to be lived, not simply a temporal philosophical position on life.

  3. Welcome to the age of ignorance, only the ignorant would pass laws saying the truth is no defense, and only the ignorant would say that a religion is an ethnic group.

  4. I simply call them arselifters, koranimals, koranderthals or korangutangs. I’m not going to change that because of political correctness. So sue, throw me into the slammer or behead me. But I’m not going to stop until then.
