The Tribunal of Orleans recognizes that “Fuck Islam” is not an incitation to racial hatred.

Fuck Islam Get Out!

It is a very important judgement that has just been given by the Tribunal of Orleans this Tuesday the 28th of January. A man, aged 44, described by the press as someone close to the ‘Bloc-Identitaire’ was accused of having [written graffiti] on dozens of public places and halal butcher shops, this message: “Fuck Islam”

The lovers of the French language that we are, can only condemn such words. Why use “fuck”? Doesn’t the French language have the equivalent within its register?

But that is not where the essential debate lies. Found by a patrol, (the police are sometimes more efficacious to find this type of people than actual criminals) the militant was appearing in front of the Tribunal of Orleans where the prosecutor of the republic was demanding 3 months of prison with alternative sentencing that would be suspended and €1100.00 fine.

Defended by defense lawyer Scipiliti, well known to readers of Riposte Laique, the accused was found not guilty of the accusation of incitation to racial hatred. The Lawyer managed to make the difference between critique of dogma of a religion, “it is not a provocation to hatred but of legitimate hostility to a religion. If he had written “fuck the pope” or, “Fuck Christianity” he would not be here” …is what he argued.

No damages or interests as there was no civil components to this, and he had reimbursed the city the cost of cleaning approximately €380.00. Despite all this he will also have to pay an €800.00 fine.

The good news is he is not-guilty of the charge of provocation of racial hatred. It is therefore recognized that to say “Fuck Islam” is not a crime. Within the crowding of previous judgements, Houelebecq that within all religions, it was islam that was the dumbest.

Report: Israel gets ready for ‘short, sharp war’ against Hezbollah

TEL AVIV, Israel, Dec. 19 (UPI) — Israeli generals are preparing for a decisive — and probably brief — war against Hezbollah, one of Israel’s most implacable foes, with plans to smash the Iranian-backed Lebanese movement’s military power, a study says.

The Israelis’ primary objective will be to eradicate Hezbollah’s reputedly massive arsenal of missiles and rockets “for years to come,” the report by the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies in Tel Aviv said.

March against Islamic supremacy. Paris December 8 2013

This march by “Resistance Republicaine”  and “Riposte Laique” had been planned for ages. They were pushed around – as usual – : no permission, yes permission, no permission yes permission but somewhere else etc.  Then some other marches (so called antifascist, pro-islamist, and assorted marches) were all given the priority – I think it turned out that they were moved to a street, by far not as popular as the “Bastille” and that some other “marches” sounding nearly the same were held on the same day.   Anyway, I also hear that their camera man got attacked by a “Young French Man”  SURPRSINGLY of Maghrebian  origin.  Their own body guards helped him so he had only minor physical injuries, the shock was probably bigger.

All the media (except a few – like Radio Courtesie and a new TV station which will start broadcasting in January)  boycotted this march – as they did the last one which attracted more than 3000 people. Resistance Republicaine and Riposte Laique estimated about 1000 participants.

In the FREIHEIT rally last Saturday in Munich-Neuperlach we could see once again how uncontrollable Muslim anger, aggression and violence may become. First, a shoe was thrown, then firecrackers. What’s next – Hand Grenades?

During the rally, a Muslim constantly showed me his middle finger. When I asked him to put it back to where it came from, a cascade of insults were his reaction:

“You bastard!”
“Come here, you son of a b*tch!”
“Shut up, you bastard!”
“I f*ck your mother!”
“F*cking Germans!”

Cologne Germany: Aggressive Muslims disturb Protest against Persecution of Christians – Police watch idly

If one has spent a day like we did yesterday – in the shadow of the beautiful cathedral of Cologne, but under very unpleasant circumstances- it gives you something to brood about. One can surely speak of a success, when remembering that many people heard our words and have read our signs, but it is a success with a weird bitter taste. The police have knowingly exposed us to violence and aggression by angry Muslims and have only towards the end, when very many attacks had already happened, somehow done their job – but by their inaction, they have consciously put health and life of our demonstrators to a severe risk.

About 50 people came to support us on this difficult matter (see announcement), which was organized in Cologne by our non-party, independent alliance against persecution of Christians. As distinguished speaker we could welcome Michael Mannheimer. In addition, councillor of the City of Cologne, Jörg Uckermann from Pro Köln, joined us for the good cause as he had already done at our last rally. So for the moment, we were able to provide people with information in a quiet atmosphere.

The police stayed discreetly in the background and there were no cordons, which was quite useful for our purpose because you can get in touch with the people.

However, even in the most risky situations police still remained in the background, so we were completely left on our own and had more contact that afternoon than some of us were looking for. I witnessed some physical attacks by angry Muslims for example against my girlfriend, but also against Jörg Uckermann and others. I even partially had to ward off some attacks myself, and one of our stewards had to push an aggressive guy to the ground who wanted to damage our speakers. When things became more and more tumultuous and threatening, for some hysterical Muslim men and women started hitting, screaming and attacking our protesters, I asked the police a several times, via our speakers, to finally protect us. Though I told them about the attacks, there happened… nothing.

For another 15-20 minutes nothing happened except that the assaults went on, and then things developed as they had to. While I was speaking on the microphone, an apparently left slob ran towards me, grabbed the microphone and smashed it on the floor. Trying to escape up the stairs to the cathedral, I ran after him and dragged him to the ground. Suddenly, police woke up, wrestled both of us to the ground and one officer said to me: „Are you calm? Are you calm?” I think I was the only calm person in this situation, but since I had to expect that the police would have continued to just stand by, I had instinctively used my law to get hold of this guy – a law everyone has in Germany. And that was just the right thing because otherwise this guy would have been off and away. However, I will now face a charge for “intentionally hurting someone” That’s probably because I’m so outspokenly dangerous, with a mad glint in my eyes and my threatening, chubby appearance. For the next quarter of an hour I was then surrounded by at least twelve -now very brave- policemen, while they checked my ID.

Let us raise a flag of truth and liberation

Nine years ago this month, in November 2004, policemen wearing bullet proof vests and carrying machine guns picked me up at my home and drove me to a safe place. This happened two days after the filmmaker and Islam-critic Theo van Gogh was murdered by an Islamic assassin in broad daylight on an Amsterdam street. The police brought me to safety because Islamic criminals had threatened to kill me, too. Because I, too, spoke the truth about Islam, the biggest threat to our freedom and our civilization.

Since that ominous date, nine years ago, I have been forced to live under constant police protection. I have lived in army barracks, prisons and safe houses. The threats continue to this day and have deprived me of my privacy and my freedom.

But I will continue to speak. The flag of Saudi Arabia proudly proclaims the Shahada or the Islamic declaration of faith: “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”

In remembrance of the past nine years, in remembrance of the thousands of victims who were murdered in that period by Islamic assassins, in London, in Moscow, in Mumbai, in Nairobi, and in countless other places, and in remembrance of the millions of people — women, apostates, non-Muslims — who daily suffer discrimination and humiliation from the evil ideology of Islam and oppressive Islamic Sharia law, I offer the Islamic world a new flag — a flag with a declaration of truth and liberation: “Islam is a lie, Muhammad a criminal, the Koran is poison.”

Only when the Islamic world comes to realize this truth, will it be able to free itself from evil, making the world a better and safer place for all human beings.

Only when the free world comes to realize that Islam is predominantly a totalitarian ideology rather than a religion, will it be able to defend its liberties and values.

 

Racist slurs on Paris Mosque

Racist slurs (allah the pervert) and (allah the pervert of whores) were inscribed on the exterior face of the mosque of Paris at the level of the place of the place du puits de l’ermite in the fifth arrondissement (district) city hall and mosque leaders have indicated to Twenty Minutes.

“These insults are at the same time irresponsible and intolerable. The prefecture of the police of Paris is stating that no complaints has been brought up but the mosque of Paris specifies that this has intentions of bringing up complaints towards the police station of the 5th district.

Pigs head attack is an “Attack on society”

Leipzig – Stunned horror after the sickening bloody attack on the proposed construction site of the mosque in Leipzig/Gohlis!

On the night to Friday strangers set up five impaled pigs heads and covered the area with blood of the animals.

The Chairman of the Central Council of Muslims in Germany, Aiman A. Mazyek (44), called the incident a “cowardly attack on the whole German society.” “Every attack on a house of worship, regardless of religion, is an attack on democracy,” Mazyek said who is currently a guest of honour at the SPD party congress in Leipzig.

The Central Council of Muslims harshly condemned the disgusting incident.
Mazyek: “A small but dangerous group is apparently testing the reactions of the people in order to find out whether they agree.”
