Fort Lauderdale Airport attacked – 9 shot, 3 dead so far. No descriptions given: Multiple shooters now reported

FORT LAUDERDALE-HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FLA. (WSVN) – According Broward Sheriff Fire, there are at least six people shot at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

FLL officials said the shooting took place in the lower level baggage claim area, in Terminal 2 ,at around 1 p.m., Friday.

There was an active shooter call at one point. By 1 p.m., a suspect was in custody, according to Broward County’s mayor.

The extent of these six victims’ injuries is unknown at this time.

A gunman is in custody after a deadly shooting at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport.

Sources tell NBC Miami that nine people have been shot and three people have died.

An airport spokesman said that the center of the incident was in the baggage claim area of Terminal 2. It does not appear that the shooter breached the TSA-secured area of the airport.

Video from the airport Friday afternoon showed hundreds of passengers corralled together on the tarmac with emergency vehicles parked outside the terminal with lights flashing.

UPDATE: RT reports MULTIPLE SHOOTERS at multiple terminals:

Multiple fatalities have been confirmed in a shooting at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida. The suspected attacker was taken into custody, but the airport stayed closed due to reports of more shots in other terminals.

“Multiple people” were dead, Broward County Sheriff’s Office told the media. At least five deaths were confirmed.

Eight people were injured and transported to an area hospital, the sheriff’s office said. Broward County Mayor Barbara Sharief later updated the number of injured to 13.

This one claims to have been verified by CNN. Which means nothing other than if CNN claims its real, its their fault if its not. But CNN is basically the equivalent of PRAVDA during the Cold War, so its surprising that they would verify Islamic connections to this event.

The above are communicates from Berlin Police, but it contradicts what the owner of the truck company is saying.  The owner of the company says the truck has been in Berlin.   It was returning from Italy via Berlin to Poland. The driver , the cousin of the owner,  was supposed to unload some stuff in Berlin, possibly in the area where majority of people are non-German.  The driver disappeared and the family do not have contact with him from and they think he has been killed and the truck was hijacked.

Five tram lines stopped their services because of police orders.

9. BREAKING NEWS: Three people shot and wounded at Islamic centre in Zurich

Three people have been shot and wounded at an Islamic centre in Zurich, Switzerland.

Local media have reported that three people have been wounded at the religious building in the centre of the city.

There are no details yet as to the severity of the injuries or the motive behind the attack.

Zurich Police said several people had been hurt in the vicinity of the centre but would not release any more details.

It is understood the gunman has fled the scene and authorities have launched a manhunt.

German police have confirmed that a terrorist attack took place at a Berlin Christmas market, where a Nice style attack took place, where a truck plowed into the crowd, killing nine so far and injuring many more.

A 12-year-old boy may have been sent by the Islamic State when he planned an attack on the Christmas market in Ludwigshafen. The State Attorney and the State Prosecutor have already begun investigations.

A 12-year-old German-Iraqi apparently tried to carry out a nail bomb attack on the Christmas market in Ludwigshafen at the Rhine. Focus reports this in its latest edition, referring to legal and security authorities. According to the investigators, the “highly religiously radicalized” boy might have been “incited or instructed” by an “unknown member” of the terror militia Islamic State (IS). Only because the charger did not ignite was there no detonation.

According to Focus Information, the Federal Attorney in Karlsruhe is investigating on the grounds of a suspicion of a “severe subversive act of violence”. According to Focus Information, back in the summer of 2016 the boy entertained the idea of going to Syria to join ISIS. After his arrest in Ludwigshafen, the 12-year-old was placed in a juvenile shelter.

Bloodbath in Istanbul: Terrorists kill at least 38 and wound another 166 in machine gun and twin bomb attack on Turkish riot police outside major Istanbul soccer match

Twin blasts rocked Istanbul this evening, with a car bomb detonating at a football stadium as a suicide attacker struck at a nearby park, killing 38 people and injuring 166 more.

‘Two bombings may have taken place according to our understanding: one outside the stadium… the other at Macka Park,’ Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said.

‘The explosion at Macka Park is believed to have been carried out by a suicide bomber,’ he added.

The Turkish government imposed a media ban in the wake of the blasts, citing ‘national security’ concerns.

BERLIN – A Syrian refugee arrested in Germany after explosives were found in a flat in the city of Chemnitz was planning to carry out attacks similar in scale to those in Brussels in March and in Paris last year, the German interior minister said on Monday.

“According to what we know, the preparations in Chemnitz are similar to the preparations for the attacks in Paris and Brussels,” Thomas de Maiziere said in a statement.

Using the personal information of a single homeless person, organized criminal circles bought 200,000 prepaid SIM card from the Hungarian Telekom, according to information obtained the Magyar Id?k (Hungarian Times).

As we know, some of the cards ended up in the hands of terrorists who executed the Paris (Bataclan) massacre and the Brussels (Airport) bombing.

Based on our information, the homeless man bought only a single card in person; even then he was just running an errand for foreign person. The rest of the cards were bought later in smaller batches using his personal information. The transactions continued for months.

For the question of why the terrorists and criminals needed so many cards, our source said usually one SIM card is used only once and then thrown away. For actions coordinated from the ISIS command center, most of the time a single call or a text message is enough.

Some of the cards ended up in the hands of the murderers of Paris and Brussels.

It’s almost impossible to track a communication if the cards are constantly replaced. The organized crime circles are utilizing a security gap, because a prepaid card can be bought at hundreds of fuel stations, newsstands and many other retail stores. The card needs a activation call in which the customer has to give his personal information, which is then forwarded to Ministry of Internal Affairs by the phone company. If the information matches, the device is activated. Of course that takes a couple of days, because the provider will send a messages to the customer’s address, which requires a second code to make the activation permanent. If this is not completed the service will be cancelled, but in the meantime — for days — the phone can be used.

The Magyar Id?k inquired with Hungarian Telekom whether they brought to the attention of the authorities the exceptionally huge number of purchases. The company’s response was the following:

”There is no legal limit on how many cards a customer can have, so the provider is not required to examine this.”

 

The statement by Telekom may be legally correct, but there is no way a normal customer would own 200,000 SIM cards.

As you remember, our magazine reported on multiple occasion that more than ten members of the terrorist cells who were responsible for the massacre in Paris and the explosions in Brussels spent some time in Hungary. A large portion of those terrorists utilized the migration wave that arrived the territory of our country BEFORE the fence built on the border. The logistics organizer of the attacks, the Belgian-born French citizen Salah Abdeslam, visited Hungary three times before the terror actions. His primary task was the organization of travelling and housing for terrorists, and also communication, which included the acquisition of the necessary mobile phones.
