CBC interviews Mark Steyn and a sharia enforcer on the Charlie Hebdo images

The only surprise here is that the CBC actually hosted Mark Steyn. The CBC typically finds people to represent the side they don’t like, who are the worst drooling idiots they can find. More to say about this once I have watched it all. I hope Steyn manages to guilt the CBC into showing some of the images, because CBC is, like the BBC, among the world’s worst offenders when it comes to deconstructing the Enlightenment and reversing the gains of modern man.

A few great SUN TV clips. Jihad in Canada by any other name; please and crypto climatology

(with apologies to Yucki. Try the Sun’s page here and see if it works)

1. While SUN TV has the guts to go farther than most in discussing the reasons for the Ecole Polytechnique shooting of 14 women by a Canadian Muslim because he didn’t believe women should be educated, they still avoid the truth. A truth that is so obvious that even the information on Wikipedia about Mr. Lapine, not his real name, he was born,  Gamil Rodrigue Liass Gharbi, and his Algerian jihadi father gives you enough information to work out why he killed all those women being educated about secular matters like engineering and science.

2. The discussion about climatology is no longer about science whatsoever and is now the domain of law fare. No wonder the left likes islam so much. They feel the same way with people who reason and ask questions.

3. One university in Ontario has a dedicated prayer room for only one religion. I wonder which one?

Mark Steyn on Today’s Events in Copenhagen

From Gates of Vienna:

Below are excerpts from Mark Steyn’s take on the assassination attempt against Lars Hedegaard:

I’ve written previously about my friend Lars Hedegaard, head of the Danish Free Press Society, in a series of posts about his outrageous show trial headed “Lars Man Standing”. I meant the term metaphorically. Today, it got a little more literal. This morning, Lars survived an assassination attempt in Copenhagen.

Incidentally, the slapdash hack at the Associated Press can’t even get the basic facts right, reporting that Lars was “fined 5,000 kroner ($1,000) in 2011 for making a series of insulting and degrading statements about Muslims,” but apparently unaware that last year the Danish Supreme Court struck down his conviction 7-0.
