Muslim yells “Allah while beating Jewish man in New York. Being classed as “hate crime”

We really need to get rid of the whole damn class of hate crime, hate speech and so on and go back to actual crime, actions and standard motivations for the legal system. Politically motivated violence already had a category. Terrorism.

A 62-year-old Jewish man claims his attacker repeatedly shouted ‘Allah’ as he beat him in the middle of the road in Brooklyn, New York Sunday morning.

Lipa Schwartz was on his way to synagogue when livery driver Farrukh Afzal, 37, battered him until another Hasidic man came to the rescue.

‘All of a sudden ‘boom!’ I tried to protect myself, run away. I fell. He come again on me,’ Schwartz told ABC7 Eyewitness News.

Yes indeed this is the definition of ‘unprovoked’

A number of disturbing guest speakers, and serious concerns over an attendee who was jailed for trying to join Islamic State, has led the Canada Revenue Agency to revoke the charitable status of the Ottawa Islamic Centre.

Here’s what the CRA said about the Ottawa Islamic Centre Assalam Mosque:

“Many of the views expressed by the organization’s speakers are misogynistic, homophobic, racist and/or promote violence.”

Additionally, according to Global News, “The CRA was also concerned that “radicalized individuals” had attended the mosque, one of whom, Ashton Larmond, is now imprisoned for attempting to join the so-called Islamic State.”

Denmark: For the first time ever an imam has been charged with encouraging the killing of Jews

The controversial words were spoken during Friday prayers at a mosque on Nørrebro in Copenhagen.

An imam from a mosque in Nørrebro in Copenhagen has been charged for encouraging the killing of Jews.

This was stated by the prosecutorial authority in a press release.

This is the first time a prosecution has been initiated under the so-called Imam Act of January 2017. The Imam Act was passed in an effort to curb radicalization and religious [hate] preachers.

“These are heinous statements, and I think it is quite right that the court now has an opportunity to assess the case,” says Advocate General Eva Rønne from the State Prosecutor’s office.

She has the sermon on video, as the mosque from Nørrebro in Copenhagen itself posted it on Facebook and YouTube.

“Come and kill him”

According to the Prosecution Authority, the sermon consists of both the imam’s own words and a quote from the Quran. The imam says, among other things:

“Judgment Day will not arrive until Muslims fight the Jews in order that the Muslims may kill them — and the Jew will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will say,” O Muslim, O God’s worshiper, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.”

Assistant State’s Attorney Eva Rønne explains that it is legal to quote religious scriptures from the Quran and the Bible, but it is punishable if, for example, killing a certain segment of the population is applauded and that the person preaching the words at the same time makes the words his own.

“It has always been illegal to accept the killing certain segments of the population, but what is new is that we now have a method to target hate preachers that can sentence them to up to three years in prison,” she says.

Danish Jews happy about the pending trial

The Jewish Society in Denmark is pleased that the word of the imam are now going to appear in court.

“For us, there was no doubt as to what the statements mean. It has been deeply worrying,” says chairman Dan Rosenberg Asmussen to TV 2.

“There are examples for weak souls who listen to preachers,” he explains.

The imam is also charged under the racism section of the law.

The criminal case will be prosecuted at Copenhagen City Court, but a date has not yet been scheduled.

 

 

 

Increasingly there is the appearance of special, or no rules, for muslims

Yesterday we posted on the standards of desecration of religious symbols, where a British man was killed for a bacon sandwich while serving a year prison term, while a muslim who delivered some  Indian takeaway to a Christian home got exactly nothing at all for actual vandalism of property of the family’s Cross.

Another example of selective enforcement, or more commonly called a ‘double standard’ happened this past week in Germany.

Germany has, wrongfully in my opinion, the most harsh laws against Holocaust denial.

If anyone wants to know what is true about that period of history, the Nazis were meticulous record keepers and there is more evidence of what took place there than most historical events of the 20th century, And if people wish to invent its non existence, no amount of evidence will suffice but forcing one belief will certainly add gravitas to their cause.

On top of that, people critical of Islam or mass muslim immigration in Germany have found themselves visited by police and worse. Many have been arrested for stating their opinions on social media where they are critical of islam or critical of government policies favouring islam.

Two German rappers will not be prosecuted after an outcry over lyrics about Auschwitz and the Holocaust.

 

Critics attacked Kollegah and Farid Bang for comparing their muscular bodies with those of Auschwitz inmates, and suggesting a new Holocaust.

 

But prosecutors said the artistic freedom was guaranteed by the constitution.

 

The gangsta rap lyrics, while offensive, did not amount to Holocaust denial or inciting violence, they said.

Düsseldorf prosecutor’s office spokesman Ralf Herrenbrück told German media that while the genre might be vulgar, misogynistic and homophobic, it would not be possible to bring charges.

 

The controversy surrounding the duo centres on two lines in their latest album JBG3 (Young, brutal, good looking 3).

One track includes the words: “My body is more defined than those of Auschwitz inmates.”

Another has the lyric: “I’m doing another Holocaust, coming with the Molotov.”

And so we see even more clearly how this whole thing works from this example than most.

For muslims, all the constitutional guarantees and freedoms of law apply. But for the indigenous, and non-muslim and non communist people of Europe, all the little unconstitutional hate crimes laws and an endless list of highly interpretable set of regulations apply such that we have in effect sharia.

Muslims can say and do as they want, and the rest of us are…

 

 

The migrant murderer of 14-year-old Susanna Feldman was under an arrest warrant, but border police allowed him to leave the country

The girl from Wiesbaden, who was raped and strangled, was the daughter of Russian expats.

The tolerance and multiculturalism of the most powerful country in the EU have reached new levels — some disturbing details of the gruesome and cynical murder of Suzanna Feldman from Mainz (in Rhineland-Pfalz, Germany) have become public. In mid-May, the 14-year old daughter of Jewish immigrants from Russia went out with her friends to downtown Wiesbaden. She didn’t come home that night. At first, her family was hopeful: who knows what those teenagers might be up to?

But, two days later one of her friends told her parents that Susanna was raped and murdered. The family rushed to the police, only to be told by the officers that when no victim’s body has been found, no case can be opened.

Then the search for the unfortunate girl started, with dozens of volunteers. Finally, on June 6th, she was found strangled in a wooded area next to the Wiesbaden-Frankfurt highway. The body had strangulation marks from after multiple rapes. The investigation could have taken many months — had it not been for a teenaged refugee from the local asylum center for the “New Germans”. He said:

“A guy from Iraq, Ali, wanted to show how tough he was, he boasted that he raped and murdered a Jewish girl.”

The authorities have quickly learned: the perpetrator is a 20-year-old refugee (or more precisely, “refugee”) by the name of Ali Bashar. Three years ago he came to Germany along with his family of eight, using the standard “migrant pathway”: through Turkey and Greece. He was denied asylum, he appealed — and was staying legally in Gessen. Moreover, he was already under police supervision: he was suspected of raping an 11-year old(!) girl, and of attempted robbery with a knife of a passer-by.

“There was no reason to detain him, as the connection of the perp with the mentioned crimes was not proven,” say the Wiesbaden police (published by Die Welt).

However, with full understanding that by now even the slow-moving German law enforcement would probably “connect the dots” and get him, Ali immediately forgot how tough he was, and he and the family went back to their homeland. The same one he once ran away from, and described to authorities as a “horrifying and discriminating place”.

And the craziest part starts now. How were the family able to leave Germany, given that the son was already wanted as a suspect in Susanna’s murder? Quite simply: the Iraqi embassy issued the all new passports, but using a different family name. Of course, we all know that there is no bureaucracy in consulates, right? Just drop by, and they will issue anything. Even for eight people.

At the Dusseldorf airport, those departing were asked by border police: “How come you don’t have German-entry stamps in your passports? How did you get into the country?”

Family members then showed their original refugee papers with the old family name. The same family name that was being sought [by the authorities]. But the officers just compared the photos and let them through. Now it’s most likely that the killer, along with his relatives, is somewhere in the Middle East.

Still, there is a tiny bit of justice in the case: a 35-year-old Turk was detained, who is thought to have participated in the gruesome crime along with Ali.

Another violent attack on Jews took place in Berlin Saturday night at Bahnhof Zoo station, according to Bild.

The newspaper reported: “A disgusting, brutal, anti-Semitic incident took place at Bahnhof Zoo last night. The victims: three young Jews. The perpetrators: three young Arabs. They said, among other things: ‘This is our town, our precinct. If I see you again, I’ll slit your throat, you [expletive] Jew.’”

Now, remember this video?

We had this very shortly after it was on Facebook and put it on our Youtube channel. It went viral from there across many Youtube channels, including, but not limited to, an actual white supremacist, antisemitic channel on Youtube.

However our, and only our, copy of this video was pulled and our channel got a “community Standards” strike for posting it, even though RT, and a dozen left wing German news sites had the exact same video from the same source, and some even may have downloaded it from our own video channel.

We appealed the decision and the appeal was rejected.

Then, a few weeks to a month later, after a second attempt at an appeal, which isn’t even allowed, and was probably ignored, all of a sudden, it was restored and the strike was removed.

Then, on June 5, at 8:20 PM came this:

Yup. Youtube is punishing me for their own decision to reinstate the video they took down months earlier.

Is Youtube just stupid? Fickle? Incompetent? Vicious? Is it content driven? If so, why deny the appeal, reinstate it then wait a month and take it down and apply a strike again.

Who knows. But one thing is for sure.
