The khutbah (sermon) Ali Erba?, the head of Turkey’s Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), delivered at the first Friday prayers performed at Hagia Sophia on July 24 after the historical structure was turned into a mosque from a museum has stirred a fierce debate as critics claimed that the country’s top imam targeted Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the republic.

“Any property that is endowed is inviolable in our belief and burns whoever touches it; the charter of the endower is indispensable and whoever infringes upon it is cursed,” Erba? said in the sermon.

Politicians from the main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) and ?Y? (Good) Party claimed that Erba?’s remarks were targeting Atatürk, some calling on him to resign.

A cabinet decree back in 1934, when Atatürk was still alive, had turned Hagia Sophia into a museum. On July 10, a Turkish court annulled this decree, paving the way for its use again as a mosque after an 86-year hiatus.

Erba? dismissed claims that he cursed Atatürk in the sermon.

Mr. Jones: Netflix totally avoids saying communism even once

Last night I had the chance to watch the docu-drama, Mr. Jones.

While on the one hand, it is refreshing to see any pop culture reference to the Holomodor, something which pretty much no one knows about thanks in no small part to the subject of Mr. Jones, a certain historical class monster, Walter Durante, it is highly disturbing that at no point do they say why it happened.

The only other attempt to explain it is the excellent film, The Soviet Story. Something which should really be a mandatory part of all high school curricula.

In fact, as I write this, I am having a txt chat with a friend who also watched the film. And as I type here, he asked the question:

“I wonder what the conditions were for the massive starvation. It wasn’t bad crops”.

The fact that within hours of watching this movie a question like that would appear shows the failure of the movie and perhaps more sinisterly, the real agenda.

Netflix is notoriously leftist. On the board is Barack and Michelle Obama as well as Susan Rice. So it was a shock to hear they made a film about Durante at all. But it gets clearer after you watch it.

The Ukrainian genocide, you would think from the film, was not the fault of communism. No of course not. It was the fault of a hedonistic, corrupt, megalomaniac, sex fiend, white-male, American who worked for the New York Times and perhaps Stalin who was not doing things right. ‘Imperfect’ let’s say.

What they do not tell you, is that it is Communism that did this Genocide.

That Stalin was a good communist in the way that Mohammad was a good Muslim and Dr. Mengele was a good Nazi. They were all excellent representations of the ideology they believed in and acted on.

Politics is downstream from philosophy, and Stalin knew exactly the politics of Marx.

The film even went so far as to credit a famous saying by Stalin, “To make an omelette you have to break a few eggs”  to Durante. Which shows how anxious it was to foist this historical class crime on an American opportunist. Next project for Netflix, they will make a drama about how the tens of millions of deaths in China under Mao are the fault of Norman Bethune.

The Holodomor was about killing millions of people in the Ukraine for the exact same reason that Mao killed tens of millions of Chinese farmers. Because Communist ‘science’ required it. Which is never mentioned in the movie at all.

In fact there was no communist or Soviet iconography in the film, which was in fact as ubiquitous as Nazi icons were in Nazi Germany. (Early Nazi art was actually taken from Soviet art as we learn in The Soviet Story. A more real attempt to educate rather than deflect.)

The film also neglects this interesting titbit from Durante’s belief system:

Crowley of course, was famous for claiming to be The Antichrist, and although British, worked to undermine the allied war effort against the Nazis. Another Socialist government which is also whitewashed pretty much by everyone within a thousand miles of Hollywood.

Seeing as how both Marx and Alinsky dedicated their most important work to Satan, it seems like no coincidence that Durante would be a close friend of Crowley’s. Even to the point of cordially marrying Crowley’s mistress.

The film does do an interesting treatment of George Orwell, painting him as a sympathetic leftist desperate to believe that communism was working and a good thing in the Soviet Union, and even willing to justify the deaths of millions of Ukrainians as needed for the greater good. Of the survivors one presumes. All during this film, they cut to Orwell writing Animal Farm. But if even Wikipedia says that although a self proclaimed atheist and provocateur, he was a regular attendee of Church of England and a lover of Traditional British values, then I have to go with that.

As I watched there was one thing that did come to mind quite often though. It was that amazing quote by Goebbels that we post often on this site:

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

You certainly see that in action by Stalin and the Soviet Union all through this movie. But they do not credit the underlying philosophy to communism or fascism where it belongs.

At the end of the day, Mr. Jones is more a product of one of Orwell’s characters than it is of George Orwell himself, which the movie seems to imply at the beginning. Specifically Winston Smith, as the film clips facts that the party does not want known from history and burns them, and replaces them with the things you are to believe today as surely as 2+2=5.

Something went horribly wrong with the code in the earlier post below this one and 4 items will not show up no matter how many times I “fix” it.

Items 3, 4, 5, and 6 all went missing and the only one I can find is item 3 below. The rest after MUCH looking through history and Twitter I cannot find. Something terribly wrong with WordPress code recently. I think its a bad update.

Body found in Minneapolis pawnshop that was torched in George Floyd protests

A charred body was found in the wreckage of a Minneapolis pawnshop this week — nearly two months after the building was burned down in the protests that followed George Floyd’s police-custody death.

Investigators were acting on a tip when they found the man’s body in the rubble of Max It Pawn on East Lake Street in south Minneapolis, police spokesman John Elder told the Star Tribune.

“The body appears to have suffered thermal injury and we do have somebody charged with setting fire to that place,” Elder told the paper. […]

“We thought we were going to die. If we hadn’t intervened ourselves, we don’t know what could have happened,” one of the witnesses told the newspaper. The man had already been seen, dressed in camouflage, in the area twice before. He had also threatened a party guest with a sabre at around 6 am.

Texas State Senator Bob Hall & Front line doctors discuss treating Covid 19 with HCQ and the strange politics surrounding it

One of the most curious aspects of these deceptive times we live in, is the corruption of major scientific periodicals like The Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine, as well as others who posted phoney articles discrediting the use of Hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid 19.

Yet In 2005, Fauci himself endorsed its use for the treatment of Corona virus.

There seems to be a lot of effort and deception used to stop a treatment for this pandemic alleged to be so terrible it justifies the complete shut down of much of the economy and the total fiat removal of our most basic rights including travel, freedom of association, as well as great pressure on what we are allowed to say about both the disease, and even the origin of the disease.

Something feels quite seriously off kilter.

Masks and respirators do not work. There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and aerosol particles.

Furthermore, the relevant known physics and biology, which I review, are such that masks and respirators should not work. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what we know about viral respiratory diseases: The main transmission path is long-residence-time aerosol particles (< 2.5 ?m), which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-infective-dose is smaller than one aerosol particle.

The present paper about masks illustrates the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. Such recklessness is also certainly the case with the current global lockdown of over 1 billion people, an unprecedented experiment in medical and political history.

The National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) was originally named CAIR-CAN, that is, the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Canada. Its record can be seen HERE.

The NCCM advises the Trudeau Liberal Government of Canada on issues of “racism” and “Islamophobia,” including on matters related to a 23-million-dollar followup plan to the anti-Islamophobia M-103. The plan stipulates that Canadians will be “monitored for compliance,” and that law enforcement will be trained to investigate online and offline “hate.”

The NCCM also sent a formal letter to the Trudeau government complaining about my writings for Jihad Watch while I was an appointee to the Canadian Race Relations Foundation. I was subsequently fired.

The National Council of Canadian Muslims also expressed concerns and sent a formal letter to the government in October. Executive director Ihsaan Gardee said Douglass-Williams’ removal is an “appropriate corrective measure taken by government to address (her) disturbing public record.”

Saturday night we went to a birthday party. It was in a part of town that used to be very blue collar but is quickly gentrifying. The blue collar aspect appealed to the communists we were visiting. Now, it is the appreciation of house values that accompany gentrification that appeals to our friends. They fly a big rainbow flag off their porch. They love their house. Funny. People used to fly the maple leaf, or the Stars and Stripes.

The daughter was talking to the mother sitting on the porch. Someone had put a sandwich baggy in their mail box with a CD and a note. On the CD was burned the Koran. The note explained in bad english how gays were not welcome in society. As the girl read the note out loud, the mother matched every hateful (and I mean hateful as in the underlying message was to eliminate gays etc.) word with islamapologies.

I momentarily found it hard to breath through my mouth because it was wired shut, then welded with 304 stainless steal, then bolted with grade 4 fine-thread bolts. The mother ended her gentle lesson to her daughter by saying, “…well, you know, all religion is about control…”

I wondered if our friends received this gift from Islam specifically because of their rainbow flag, or did every house on the street get a copy. Something tells me they were targeted. Something also tells me they are too oblivious, naive, and brainwashed to realize the menacing nature of the person who had put them in their crosshairs. The mother had been going on earlier about how wonderful their neighborhood is, how diverse and inclusive. She said people from all over were moving in. I understood.

I wonder how different an enlightened Bari Weiss is now, compared to when she signed up three years ago? Yes, things are way worse now, but we’ve been at this much longer than three years. We knew the score then, and we ain’t even no NYT editors and writers. So she, too, crawled in to the belly of the beast to get a paycheque, and the beast spat her out.

I wonder how long it will be until the tards kick our commie friends out of their beloved neighborhood?

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.
