Dusseldorf. Just how arrogant individual german criminal judges have become, was revealed on Wednesday at the District Court. That is where an illegal asylum seeker, accused of groping, was given a judgment of probation, so that the judgment won’t serve to please the expectations of an angry mob.”
In the early morning hours of January 6th, as she was waiting for a train, a 15 year old girl was sexually molested by two men. “The suspect grabbed her and forced her to sit on his lap even though she tried to resist. He groped her private parts and he kissed her on the mouth against her will”, the internal police report writes. One of the participants was a young Syrian, the other one was from Iraq. A third Iraqi stood by and ridiculed the victim: “Person number 3 stood by and laughed,”, it says in the police report. A moroccan observed the situation and informed the police, which then freed the girl from her two tormentors.
The attack was supposed to be concealed
This attack, too, was supposed to be concealed from the public. It’s thanks to Die Welt, that the people of the state capital even heard about it, when the incident was reported four days after it happened. The police explained that the attack on the young girl was not reported by them for “reasons of protection for the victim”.
One of the suspects, the now 22 year old Iraqi Mohammed A., had to face juvenile court on Wednesday despite having reached legal age. Mohammed A. had confessed and admitted to have kissed the 15 year old against her will and having massively groped her. But since the Düsseldorf district court had passed increasingly mild and seemingly sympathetic judgments for offenders lately, which caused a bit of indignation in the population, a harsh judgment of the asylum seeker who entered Germany illegally, was not expected.
A “judgment that “won’t serve to please the expectations of an angry mob”
But what then came, was a new low point even for this court: The judge sentenced Mohammed A. to 20 months for sexual assault. But because this nation of law, after the New Year’s eve incidents “should not slide into a downward spiral, in which we let ourselves be harnessed in front of the wagons of certain political groups” and we should not “pass judgments that please the expectations of an angry mob”, the judge suspended the 20 months and passed probation instead. Under the requirement that the Iraqi even without a fixed residence will complete 150 hours of community service, the court was ready for the man’s immediate release.
It is only thanks to the prosecuting attorney that Mohammed A. was not immediately let go from custody. He doubted that the Iraqi would live a crime free life in the future in Germany and he spoke of the fact that Mohammed A. had lived and tried for Asylum in many different countries under many different names. In Sweden he was even granted legal residence, and yet “he still had nothing better to do than to commit a heinous act here”, once he crossed illegally into Germany.
The court granted a deadline to the prosecuting attorney to file for protest against the immediate release of the offender. But even so, this won’t change anything about the fact that the citizenry has already been ridiculed and mocked by being called “angry mob” by an impotent criminal justice system.

Who is it who does not want “rape” to emerge?
Two police officers report in parliament that they were told to cross out the word “rape” in a first account on the sexual excesses on New Year’s Eve in Cologne. But they stood their ground.

Detective chief superintendent Jürgen H. of the Cologne police remembers very well how a phone caller from the superior authority complained about the “IE account” (important event report) on sexual attacks including rape. “Those are not rapes. Delete this word, and cancel the whole IE-report. Best, you write it over completely from the beginning,” is what the caller from the control center of the police of North Rhine-Westphalia allegedly said on January 1 2016.
His tone was “impolite” and “harsh”, and then came the explosive addendum: The deletion is a “request from the Ministry” — referring to the Interior Ministry. Superintendent H remembers that he refused to tolerate the disrespectful tone, and he pointed out to the caller that the case of the 19-year-old, who had fingers inserted into her bodily orifices, was without doubt a “rape”.
It is a key scene, about which the experienced Cologne police officer reports on Monday in front of representatives in parliament. The investigative committee on New Year’s Eve in Cologne tries to elucidate why sexual attacks on a huge scale could take place at the turn of the year 2015/2016 in front of the main train station of the Dome [Cathedral] city, and why the police did not intervene.
Apart from administrative failure, it is also about whether facts were trivialized, and errors downplayed, or even covered up, as the opposition in parliament, CDU and FDP, have come to suspect. The described “cancellation request” from the police control center, with reference to the Ministry, would therefore have to be viewed as a political interference. After all, the contested IE account was the account that first mentioned eleven sexual assaults, including one rape, and a North African group of offenders.
The NRW Interior Ministry has previously publicly denied that such a request for cancellation had occurred and stressed that the control center did not make a phone call to the Cologne police. The Ministry bases its denial on information from the national control center for police services (LZPD), and from the situation room of the State Office of Criminal Investigations (LKA).
But the inconsistency cannot be dispelled that easily, as, in addition to Jürgen H., another witness before the investigation committee reaffirms the attempted interference. Detective Chief Superintendent Joachim H. from the Cologne police reported that he partially overheard his colleague’s phone call on New Year’s morning during shift change, and he too was wondered why someone from the control center of the LZPD would call. This was “absolutely unusual”.
What annoyed him even more was the doubt that it was rape. After all, the victim had been surrounded by 40 to 50 men, and fingers were inserted into her bodily orifices. To fail to acknowledge that this is rape is “from a professional standpoint completely off,” said Joachim H.
He conceded, however, that the organized sexual excesses along with theft and robbery were a “new phenomenon”, a “first case”, unknown to the officers until then. The officer perceived the cancellation request as a “shady threat” from someone from a regional authority, who probably “inflated” himself. The two Cologne detective chief superintendents were not intimidated by the phone call that lasted for about one minute at about 1:30 PM on January 1st, and did not change the wording of the IE account.
But both superintendents don’t know who the caller from the control center LZPD was. The committee is expected to find out who was on duty at that time, and summon that person. The supervisor at that time was deputy CID Director Heidemarie W., and she learned of the explosive call on New Year’s Day. A few days later, she informed the department head for police affairs at the Interior Ministry of NRW, Wolfgang Düren, about the cancellation request, so that he was completely informed. Düren wanted to prepare for the special session in the Interior Committee of Parliament, in which he together with NRW Interior Minister Ralf Jäger (SPD) for the first time commented extensively on New Year’s Eve. But Düren did not mention the cancellation request to the committee then.
However, he said something that now brings additional complications upon himself. In January, Düren stressed that both days after New Year’s Day, January 2 and 3, there was intensive communication about New Year’s Eve, also with deputy CID Director Heidemarie W. of the Cologne police. But the officer now clarifies in front of the investigation committee: “I have to disagree with this.” It was January 4 when she, for the first time, talked to a member of the NRW Interior Ministry.

The global trademark, which propelled Germany’s train stations to fame in the summer of 2015 – downright dances for joy for the arriving refugees and helpfulness without limits – is gone. The attacks of muslim men on women during Cologne’s New Year’s eve celebrations has become a watershed moment in Germany’s Willkommenskultur (Welcome Culture). And many are asking themselves the question: Was that scenario just the beginning?
Trafficking of women among young combatants
The Sociologist and Economist, Gunnar Heinsohn, teaching at the NATO Defense College in Rome, has drawn a dismal picture in the Neuen Zürcher Zeitung, of what is to come the citizen’s way in the near future. Heinsohn flew to the Caliph-home of the newcomers, of which he heard nothing good: The mass raping of Yesidi and Christian women, the trafficking of women among young combatants, the beheading of european men, and over and over the proclamation directed at the Kuffar, the unbelievers: “Your women will be our whores, your children our slaves!”
Youngsters in roaming- and loot mode
While in traditional societies a wife is gained through the earning of an income which can provide for the family, many unsuccessful youngsters, according to Heinsohn, are permanently stuck in a “roaming- and loot mode”. In other words: When one hundred well to do men each have four wives, then there are three hundred men left with empty hands.
Therefore it is not the war and more the lack of women in their own country, that has driven these youngsters to Europe. For better or for worse, Germany and Austria have therefore to prepare for “agressive migrants with reasonable basic primary care, and time without end on their hands, who – very well connected with their smartphones – will hunt for females within their vicinity, which in turn cannot defend themselves and are left without protection”, says Heinsohn in the Neuen Zürcher Zeitung.
Lower class girls brutally abused
As unzensuriert. already reported, this is exactly what the town of Rotherham by Sheffield in England went through. The town has 250,000 citizens, of which 8,000 of them are Pakistani. The Sociologist Heinsohn presented to facts again to the NZZ readers: ??Great Britain is still nurturing a Welcome Culture without any consideration as to the component of instinct and aggression. And so it finds its way naturally and uninhibited. And via this way, the city has pretty much admitted that between 1997 and 2013, about 1400 girls from age eleven and up, and mostly having grown up in Britain’s underclass, were brutally abused.
They had been made submissive for gang raping with alcohol, drugs and beatings. Since 2002, reports aren’t being completely suppressed. But still, until 2013, everybody from the mayor to the janitor stuck together in this cover-up. If anything fell through the net, the talk was never of Pakistanis, but always of Asians. To avoid having to point out young muslims, an entire continent was blamed.
Heinsohn knows why the police didn’t listen to mothers, and why feminists remained ironclad silent. The fate of the girls, according to Heinsohn, wasn’t as important as the progressive nimbus of these Ideologists. The Worker’s Party with 57 of 63 seats in Parliament was of course on the same boat with such internationalism. Professional social workers did not bring up these crimes into the public, “because that’s where the media people sit, that will portray them as neonazis and therefore destroy their existence,” Heinsohn says to the NZZ. And the blanket statement was: “Only phobics could claim that 3.2 percent of the entire population could be a threat.”
State authority surrenders female citizens to their doom
That is why 18 years pass until in December of 2015, muslim offenders finally stand before the court. Therefore, what the women of Cologne so painfully experienced, has been a long known fact in Britain. Heinsohn’s analysis about the events of Cologne:
State authorities, afraid of being accused of racism as well as being afraid for their own lives, had surrendered its female citizens to their doom. Public institutions concealed the situation for as long as possible. High ranking officials go with it. But the more or less free internet destroyed the conspiracy. And still, the people from the Zweiten Deutschen Fernsehen (ZDF) got away with their omission of facts by claiming it was a misjudgment.
An arm’s length distance of foreign men
“At the same time they started campaigns against citizens who just waited for the chance to build up the danger of a few muslims”, replicates Gunnar Heinsohn in the NZZ. But he failed to mention this peculiarity: Cologne’s Mayor, Henriette Reker, publishing a behavior codex for women. According to it, women should always keep an arm’s length distance to foreign men. So it should come as no surprise to anyone, when women in Germany do not dare anymore to light heartedly move around in public spaces.

Internal report tells of feces in pool and attempts to storm the women’s locker rooms
Outrageous accusations coming from the Zwickau Townhall: According to Bäder GmbH, (Baths Inc.) refugees are masturbating and defecating into the water. And they also harass women in the Sauna and have tried to storm the women’s changing rooms.
All this and more is written in a report from January 19th. Rainer Kallwait, ordinance department leader for Bäder GmbH, wrote the report for the safety related services of Bäder GmbH. The city administration has confirmed the authenticity of the report.
Kallweit writes of a memo from Johannisbad Swimming Pool. In it it says, among other things: One asylum seeker masturbated in the whirlpool and ejaculated into the water. It is recorded on surveillance camera.” And, “The swimming pool supervisor threw him out. The asylum seeker came back with comrades to get his cell phone. Together the “visitors”, hooting and jeering, took a selfie in the whirlpool.”
The day before “8 foreign men… were in the Sauma”. “The local people felt harassed. When women are in the Sauna, asylum seekers are now told that the Sauna is closed.”
In general refugees only have free access to the swimming pool. They would have to pay for the use of the Sauna. But they won’t do that, according to Bäder GmbH: “When they were prompted to pay up at the register, they turned around, laughed and left.”
Similar can be read in a memo of „Glück-Auf-Schwimmhalle“, Halle, in Kallwait’s report. A group of “youths, single men and children with guardians” visited said pool in Halle on January 9th. Since none of them could swim, “they used the kids pool.”
”The users contaminated the pool by way of emptying their intestines. Local guests immediately left the pool.”
The report continues: “Furthermore the pool supervisors have to protect women and girls from the asylum seekers. Young men try to forcibly gain access into women’s and girls’ changing rooms. Those acts so far could be deterred.”
Ordinance leader Kallweit wrote, that the Glück-Auf-Schwimmhalle will not let any asylum seekers inside in the future.
First, “they have to be told about user regulations and what is appropriate behavior towards women and girls in swim suits.”

PS Polish state TV has been the subject of some discussion recently. After the Polish elections last October, won by the right-wing, Eurosceptic “Law and Justice” party, the new government have proposed large changes to the state television, which would see government ministers directly nominating TV chiefs. Previously, the board which nominating the heads of TV was largely composed of liberals, now in opposition. As a result of the proposals, there have been some protests by the opposition, also on the streets, by the “Committee for the defence of democracy”.

After the attacks in Cologne: Police arrest two suspects

About a week after the Silvester [NYE] attacks in Cologne the police has arrested two suspects. According to the magazine FOCUS the two suspects are North africans, who had threatening notes with them.
Shortly after midnight a police control stopped the two suspects and noticed that they had with them video of the Silvester attacks on their cell phones.
Additionally the police found notes in the suspects’ pockets. On these notes were arabic words written down and next to them, in german translation, the words such as : “I kill you”, and “I want to fuck big tits”. Also the french word “Surprise” was written down on one note, including the german translation “surprise”. The police suspects that the notes were written down in an organized effort in a night full of robing and sexual attacks to target women. According to investigator’s informations there seemed to have been a hard core of about 180 males that are responsible for the attacks.
Slovakian PM Fico Intensifies Anti-Refugee Rhetoric

The incidents at Cologne NYE have also influenced the refugee debate. The Slovakian Prime Minister Fico now has declared that he will not let any more muslims into his country. He sees the European Welcome Culture as an utter failure.
As a reaction to the incidents in Cologne, Slovakia has announced, that they will not take in any more muslim refugees “The european multicultural society has failed”, explained Robert Fico, Slovakia’s Minister President. His administration will not tolerate muslim communities in Slovakia.
The Prime Minister feels all his positions to be confiemd. He sees his hard line stance about asylum- and refugee politics as correct. After the Cologne incidents there is simply no alternative, Fico explains: “We do not want that Slovakia will have to endure a similar predicament as Cologne. That someone who lives and thinks completely different can just go and harass our women openly in public.”
A Multicultural Europe is not Conceivable
It borders to a lunatic imagination that refugees with a different religion could be integrated easy. The European Welcomeculture has failed – the Social Democrat Fico says. “The Slovakian administration is convinced. The thought of a multicultural Europe is simply not feasible. It is fiction. It can’t be transformed into real life.”
He says there is a clear connection between the wave of refugees, the attacks in Paris and the violence in Cologne. That the EU has gravely, underestimated the risk. He has, therefore, always been against and defended his position on the compulsory refugee quota coming out of Brussels. And it is this clear path that he will pursue in the future as well, and moreover, “we will on a voluntary basis not make any supporting decisions which would allow the development of a muslim community in Slovakia.”
Only 169 Asylum Requests in Slovakia
In the past few weeks Slovakia only received 149 Syrian Christians from an Iraqi refugee camp voluntarily. Apart from that the small EU country has so far barely been affected by the refugee crisis.
In all of the year 2015 only 169 refugees were applying for asylum. Eight of these applications were granted. Slovakia had filed a complaint at the European Court in Luxembourg against the compulsory refugee quota in the dispersement of refugees in Europe.
At the beginning of March Slovakians will vote for a new Parliament. According to poll studies the Social-Democratic party of President Robert Fico can safely rely on their reelection. And mid-2016 Slovakia will take over the EU council presidency in Brussels
Zurich police investigate New Year sexual assaults, no link to German cases

ZURICH, Jan 7 (Reuters) – About six women in Zurich have reported being sexually molested and robbed during New Year’s Eve celebrations after being surrounded by groups of men, police said in a statement on Thursday.
Zurich police said the attacks resembled incidents in Germany on the same evening but that they did not know of any concrete links between the cases.
About 90 women reported being robbed, threatened or sexually molested at New Year celebrations outside Cologne’s cathedral by young, mostly drunk men, police there said.
Additional incidents, but on a lesser scale, have been reported in Hamburg.
Zurich police said initially there were about 24 separate reports of theft at celebrations along the city’s lakefront. Follow-up investigations showed several cases involved women being fondled on top of their clothing, they said.

This would be four countries now. Germany, Finland, (unsuccessful) Austria and Switzerland. This has to have been organized at a level where if governments did not know about it, they need to be dissolved and replaced with one that looks after the interests of the indigenous peoples of these nations.
