Switzerland: SVP-Mayor Glarner shocks German television ARD “A swiss village buys itself free”

An original Translation from this  Swiss German news site

The german television station ARD reported from a small town in Switzerland by the name of Oberwil-Lieli. The reporter was shocked over the statements of the mayor, Andreas Glarner.
Sarmenstorf-Aufsicht Berikon-19_breit-1 Eggenwil-11_breit1 headerimgOberwil-Lieli is a well to do community in the Canton of Aargau. It has just paid the sum of 290’000 Swiss Francs in exchange for not having to absorb any asylum seekers.

The German TV station ARD heard about this, and they sent their reporter Daniel Hechler to investigate, the documentary was then released under the title “A Swiss village buys itself freedom”.

The documentary begins with idyllic pictures of the small village. “Here Switzerland shows itself from it’s chocolate side. Here, the world is still ok.”

Together with the mayor of the town, Andreas Glarner, they walk through the village. “Glarner is a rich contractor, he proudly shows me his village. It has to be clean and free of refugees”, the reporter mentions in the documentary.

When Glarner is interviewed, he speaks openly. “We don’t want to take in any asylum seekers at this point.”

The reporter asks: “What will you tell a family standing at the border fence, a mother with two small children, desperately begging to get access to Europe, so she can be protected?”

“I will tell them that they came here for nothing”, Glarner uncompromisingly answers.

“Well what should they do then?”

“Turn around.”

“Why?”, the reporter asks.

“Because they are all potential welfare recipients and they will sit on our wallets for the rest of their lives,” Glarner says.

The citizens of the village have rewarder the Mayor with his hard stance on immigration with
praise and reelection. He shows emails and letters to the reporter. One reads “congratulations for your stance on freeloaders and parasites.” Glarner has hundreds of letters to show. He mentions there very rarely is any critique, and usually it comes from out of town.

“I find this all very depressing,” responds the reporter to Glarner.

His conclusion at the end of the documentary: “Such views, which in Germany would be seen as right wing radical, are apparently socially acceptable here. But in the end this town, Oberwil-Lieli, will be known as a dark stain in the history of a country with its rich tradition of humanitarian service to the european community.”

Over a Dozen Injured in Riot near Bern, Switzerland

An original translation by Nash Montana

From this Swiss site

Riots broke out between participants of an authorized and an unauthorized demonstration. Turkish and Kurdish nationalists rioted. Four policemen were injured. A car slammed into a crowd of people.

In the early afternoon of September 12th, the inner city of Bern, Switzerland lit up when a group of Turkish and Kurdish nationalists incited a riot. A group of participants in a non-authorized demonstration occupied Helvetiaplatz, and attacked the police. They also attacked participants of another, authorized demonstration.

The police confirmed over a dozen people were injured, among them four police officers and one K9. This although even before the unauthorized demonstration took place, they were offered a different location by the police. But the group opposed the offer, so the police felt forced to clear Helvetiaplatz.

Both groups were heavily armed with bats, iron bars and other weapons, and it was extremely hard to separate them. The police had to use tear gas and rubber bullets. After the riot, Kurds accused the police of being extremely heavy-handed towards them. Continue Reading →

Fascinating threat/propaganda video from muslims in Switzerland

This video is quite interesting at a few levels. There is the back handed threat at the end, but the highly proprietary use of certain terms before that. The demand for equal rights and so on, when of course they have equal rights in Switzerland and what they really want is the faux right to impose sharia on the rest of the Swiss population.

Also notice that he was possibly trying to claim Switzerland as Islamic as the white version of the Al Ray flag with the black writing is typically used to indicate ‘Dar al Islam’, or the territory which is controlled by Islam and under sharia.

Basle: muslims “pray” in Catholic Church:

Picture of:

 (L) Ruedi Beck, Catholic Priest, r.: Serhad Karatekin Basle Muslim Commission

It was only a question of time before even a catholic priest like Ruedi Beck bends before islam and offers his house of God for their idolatry. The excuse came with the plan for the muslims to move from their Mescid-mosque in Basle.

The  Basler Zeitung  reports:

(…)“The doors to the Church of St. Joseph are always open to Muslims, says the catholic priest, Ruedi Beck. Since the number of practicing muslims in Basle is estimated at 3500, but the twelve (12 !) mosques in the district have only space for 2500 believers, which can lead to insufficient space during special celebrations. On such occasions, the Church of St. Joseph, like others helps:  “When space becomes too tight, we offer our help with pleasure”, says the Priest.

Saints covered up

But for the muslims the catholic church St. Joseph is no permanent solution: “ From an Islamic point of view, nothing would be against it, but from a practical perspective a double usage  (by muslims and Catholics), would be difficult, because we muslim use these places for prayer from early morning until late at night”, says Serhad Karatekin from the  Basle Muslim-Commission  Because of the five prayer times per day, there would be no place for Christians’ Sunday Mass. “(…)

Of course, where there are muslims, Christians have always to stand back, even in their own houses. Where muslims pray, there is no more space for a Christian Church Service EVER.

(…)Pfarrer Beck sees further problems, as he knows:  “in the Islamic faith, pictures of Saints are not allowed in the prayer room, but they are there in a Church. One can hide them behind cloth from time to time, but to do this every day would be to great an inconvenience for the muslim community”.

The floor too is not comfortable enough for the muslims who pray on their knees, “however” says Beck “ to roll out a carpet is only a small problem”. Despite all that, he would like the muslim community to get a place where they can practice their faith whenever and however they wish, without any constraints.

Many practicing  Christians in Basle made huge sacrifices to flee from the oppression in their countries to Switzerland. The fact that this oppression of Christian minorities was perpetrated often by muslim majorities could complicate the double use of the church (by Christians and muslims). “Of course” says the priest (Pfarrer Beck), some sensitivities might get hurt a little, but in principle, his community practices tolerance (…)

Well, of course, tolerance towards unrepentant assassins who massacre Christians exactly in the name of that Tin God they want to worship in their (the Christian) church – how sickening ! Where is the tolerance of the muslims towards Christians, where is the solidarity of the Priest with the world-wide persecuted Christians?

(…)” The president of the Synod, Walter Ziegler is surprised by this “double usage” (of the Church) because “this question should be before the Synod”. Yet such a request has never been sent to him. (…)

If this example sets a precedent, then very soon all Christian Churches with a lack of the faithful will be transferred to muslims. Then, the building of mosques is not necessary any longer, and there will be no more worries – poor Europa!

Municipal elections in Beauvais: The Socialist Party candidate promises a free plot of land for a Grande Mosque.

The article below is an original translation by Oz-Rita from an Islamic Website in France.

(Some of the comments are also interesting and have been translated for us.)

the candidate for the Socialist Party, Thibaud Viguier (photo) will offer free land to the muslim community if he is voted in as mayor of Beauvais.

The candidate to the town-hall is confident. He has just announced that he has already several priorities which he will implement during the first 500 days of his mandate if he is successful. Among his priorities is the offer of a free terrain to the muslim community so that they can construct a Grande Mosque
“a terrain in a good position and of an appropriate size for them, gratis” he announced.

The Socialist Mayor, Thibaud Viguier, knows that the muslim electorate is extremely disappointed with the two years that the socialists were in power. “Islamophobic” projects, repeated attacks by Manuel Valls (Interior Minister)* and also the introductions of “Gender Theory” into schools have cooled the mostly maghrebian (North African) community, who traditionally vote left.

On a local level, he games and alliances are different. The muslim community must get organised to be heard. The possibility to be offered a terrain for a grande mosque is a mouth-watering offer. But lets see what the UMP (conservatives) candidate offers?
Politics count and the candidates know from now on that the muslims will not offer their votes without return. Up to us to act as strategists.

(One reader responds saying that they already have such a terrain thanks to the Conservative Candidate – and that reader is answered by another reader:)
“In my town it’s the same – there is a candidate who promises the construction of a mosque, and there are even “brothers” on the electoral list, we wait an see if he holds his promise inha’allah.
And more than that, we already have a mosque, except we find it’s a little too “salaf” and we dont like it so much.

Swiss towns block illegals from Public assets. Opponents cry “racist”

How exactly is it racist to stop a person who is not entitled to a thing, from having that thing, no matter what race they are? The cry “racist” is all those idiots have left and pretty soon, it will stop working.

BBC:

[…]

Asylum-seekers are to be housed in special centres, mainly former army barracks, and the first one has opened in the town of Bremgarten.

Switzerland’s share of asylum-seekers is well above the European average.

Asylum laws were tightened in June.

The BBC’s Imogen Foulkes in Geneva says the controversy reflects growing voter unease at the number of asylum-seekers in Switzerland – per head of population, among the highest in Europe. Currently about 48,000 people are seeking asylum in Switzerland.

Train driver blinded by a laser

Original translation by SimonXML

From 20min.Ch

The driver of an Intercity train from Geneva to St. Gallen was the victim of a laser attack on Sunday evening. The train had to stop in Wil (SG) to change drivers.

The train driver was hit in the eyes and blinded by a laser while the train was travelling near Aadorf (TG), said Lea Meyer on Monday, SBB spokesman, who confirmed information broadcast by Radio FM1. The train continued to Wil where it was stopped.

Laser attacks have increased over the past two years, Lea Meyer said in a Radio FM1 programme. People who do this are ‘dangerous and cowardly’, she added. SBB reports every incident to the police.

Train drivers and helicopter pilots are increasingly more often victims of laser attacks, according to Hanspeter Krusi, spokesman for the St-Galloise cantonal police. Rega has equipped its pilots with protective goggles, he told ATS.

The police are also being exposed to such attacks, especially during sporting events. “We are looking at the possibility of taking protective measures”, said Mr. Krusi.

In Switzerland, only class 1 and 2 laser pointers up to a power of 1 milliwatt (mW) are allowed. But pointers up to 2000 mW are available, primarily on the Internet. A 1 milliwatt beam can permanently damage the retina.

Moroccan Muslim of 40 years old, accused of killing his wife by stabbing her 29 times

Hebdo.Ch tard stabs wife 29 times

In april 2011, the accused appeared in front of the regional tribunal of Jura Bernois Seeland A Bienne. The accused must respond to accusations of murder leading to assassination. The crime was committed in Bienne at the home of the victim that was living separately from the accused, a Moroccan immigrant.

A conjugal conflict is the origin of the drama that most likely took place in the presence of the child of the couple, a 3 year old girl. The man called the police and showed no resistance during his arrest.

The prosecutor, Cindy Maeder, has demanded a sentence that includes 12 years of imprisonment. During his hearing the attorney from the public ministry estimated that the accused had not committed an assassination but a murder. She estimates that this gesture had not been premeditated.

In front of the tribunal, the accused explained that two elements were the origins of his gesture. First, the fact that his wife had made it seem that he would lose his authorization to stay in Switzerland in case of divorce. Also, the announcement that she had found somebody that was supporting her financially, from which he deduced that she had a lover.

The weapon used for the crime, a kitchen knife of 18 cm’s long, (7.1″) was found at the crime scene. the accused admitted to these facts and faces an anticipated execution of his sentence, (if he gets only 4 years he will be free 2 years from now) his defence lawyer traded ‘passionate murder’ specifying that his client was under pressure by the victim until he exploded.

He has requested that the sentence does not exceed 4 years of custody. If the five judges of the tribunal have to maintain the murder charge, he expects that the sentence be limited to no more than 7 and 1/2 years of imprisonment. The verdict is expected Thursday Morning.

A criminal islamist / Swiss soldier under arrest!

Like a model, Damir A (23) poses in the swiss army’s uniform. But in reality, his heart beats for a very different army: for the warriors of god, the muhajedin, who leave their lives in the fight for Allah.

Accordingly, the swiss having bosnian roots captions his army photos: ‘Bosnia will forever be my country. I just pinch their knowledge, then I’ll take it with me to Bosnia.’

On his Facebook page, Damir A publishes poems: ‘A prayer of intercession for all those brothers who died in the war, and who never could see the first steps of their children’, writes he. ‘This is where the way of faith commences.’

According to the Neuchâtel public prosecutor, Damir A belongs to a criminal gang such as Switzerland has never seen before.

Islamists blackmailing, torturing, intimidating their victims. Trying to proselytise for islam. Who seized and controlled the marijuana trade in the Le Locle and La-Chaux-de-Fonds region.

Three young men continue to be in remand. Damir A, Issa J (24), Hares A (24).

The swiss, the chechen and the afghan are charged with fencing, coercion, illegal restraint, extortion, bodily harm, drug-related delicts. ‘During my career as a public prosecutor, I have never experienced such systematic methods of extortion’, says Nicolas Feuz. ‘It sure is worrying.’

Already in 2008, the gang begins its criminal activities. They call themselves Jamahat. They record a rap song, where they say: ‘It always centres around where to get the damned money from’. ‘We interrogate, we cheat.’ And: ‘When we do that, then only to have our own means.’

They continue to establish and expand their criminal network. Issa is the leader of the gang. Damir and Hares are his ‘lieutenants’, according to public prosecutor Feuz. Shortly before its dissolution, the gang devoted to radical islam counts at least 15 members.

‘Hares forced me to subscribe to 2 cell phone contracts – each costing 200 franks CHF –  per month’, says a victim (19) preferring to remain anonymous. The cell phones he received were sold by the gang.

‘They abducted me into a cellar’, says another young man (29). He was forced to sell drugs for the gang. ‘They tied me to a chair, Issa thrashed me.’

So far, there are more than 30 victims. Police are looking for more people conned, like also for a cave in the region, where the clan maintains a marijuana plantation.

Issa came to Switzerland as a refugee. ‘He believes strongly in islam’, says a Jamahat member. ‘For hours, he told us how great his religion is. Basically, everyone here with us is a moslem. Issa showed us that Allah is great.’

Hares A’s aunt does not believe that her protegé is religious. ‘If he were, he would never had done all these things’, says she. He came to her in Switzerland when he was 12. ‘He lost his father during the war. He was always difficult, he never listened to me.’ During these last years, she hardly ever saw him. ‘He tried to hide from us what he was doing.’

And also Damir A, born in Bosnia, has a disturbed relationship to his family. ‘He only caused us problems, police continued to visit us’, says his father.

The last time police were there to visit the A family was on monday 26 november: ‘They came to pick up Damir’s assault rifle, says a neighbour. ‘His mother handed it over to 2 officers.’

Radical gang terrorizing swiss teens

Lickings, threats and drugs: A gang of radical moslems forced Neuch‚tel adolescents. They forced them to deal drugs and to get into debt. On top, they beat and kidnapped some of them.

For years, nobody dared to denounce the gang. In march, the terror became public, when an adolescent applied for help to police
‘Wearing an imposed hood, tied up and marked by beatings, they held him gagged in a cave.’ With these words, Nicolas Feuz, the responsible public prosecutor, describes the fate undergone by one of the adolescents who resisted to the drug gang going by the self-chosen name of ‘Jamahat’.

Since 2008, this radical-islamic drug gang has not shied away from any means, in orer to defend its local marihuana monopoly in Le Locle and Neuch‚tel.

For this purpose, they not only forced their young clients to deal drugs in lieu of themselves, but also forced them to procure them several smartphones. To reach this objective, several of the victims had to sign up to seven subscriptions, thereby getting into a debt of several thousand franks. Later, the cell phones were sold by the perpetrators on the black market.

The gang consisted of youngsters from Chechnya, Afghanistan and former Yugoslavia [ie usually the mohammedan parts of it, translator’s note], who committed themselves to a radical form of islam. Intimidated by them, some of their victims even converted to islam.

For years, nobody dared to denounce the gang. In march, the terror became public, when an adolescent applied for help to police. Then, police caught the Jamahat members red-handed in La Chaux-de-Fonds and remanded them.

Since then, more then further 20 complaints have arrived. Now, police are looking for the cave in the Jura/Tri Lake area, where the clan maintained a marihuana plantation.

Lausanne: A madman attacking police officers

Translation by Michael Laudahn:

From News 24 Switzerland

Police officers were taken on by a particularly violent man during an intervention, last friday in Lausanne.

Friday 23 november, shortly before noon, Lausanne police were called to the SÈvelin quarter, where an individual had smashed with a chair the windshield of a parked vehicle. According to our information, it was a person of the Vaud migrant reception centre who took on one of its vehicles stationed in front of its headoffice. At the same time, a police patrol car was stopped by witnesses to the scene.

Once arrived, the officers were received by this individual, who held a glass bottle in his hand. The officers did not even manage to get out of their car, when the man already attacked their patrol vehicle, dishing out several violent bottle smashes against the left part of the windshield, until it broke apart. Under the impact of the shock, one of the officers received broken bits of glass in his eyes and his mouth.

The officers were obliged to use means of force, in order to contain this very aggressive individual, which they managed to dominate, assisted by a second patrol which arrived as a reenforcement. The man was brought to police headquarters, where he again appeared extremely aggressive, beating another officer in his face.

Axe killer’s prison sentence reduced

Translated by Michael Laudahn:

H/T Magic Martin

From this Swiss News site

The Zurich cantonal high court has lowered the sentence against a pakistani who two years ago had killed his daughter with an axe: Instead of 17 years, he will now have to serve 13 1/2 years.

There are a dozen more related images at the link above

In an appeal lawsuit, the 54-year old pakistani who had killed his daughter at the family appartment with an axe, has been sentenced to 13 years and 6 months of prison by the Zurich cantonal high court. It lowered the sentence of the previous level of jurisdiction, for being a case of reduced criminal responsibility.

In april, the lower court had condemned the man for murder to 17 years in prison. Both the defence and the public prosecutor had appealed, the latter demanding 20 years for murder and attempted premedidated manslaughter, the former – considering the event to be a case of manslaughter only – demanding 4 1/2 years.

The public prosecutor considered the act to be a so-called honour killing. The father, loyal to his traditional customs, is to have seen the familiy’s honour threatened by his daughter’s behaviour. Moreover in a situation three weeks before the killing, her father had attempted to put her into the bath tub and kill her with a hair-dryer.

His lawyer depicted the image of a father who was totally overcharged, scolded by his rebellious daughter an ‘arsehole’. Moreover, she announced that she henceforth wished to work as a prostitute. This caused a severe emotion and major psychic stress in him, making him act in the heat of the moment.

Today, also the high court considered the act to be murder, the hair-dryer attack as not effected, just like the previous level of jurisdiction. The lowering of the sentence is due to a pschiatric opinion attesting the defendant a severe reduction of his criminal responsibility.

In may 2010, the pakistani had killed his oldest daughter in the family’s appartment in Z¸rich-Hˆngg, using at least 19 strokes with an axe. The 16-year old student had wanted to move out from at home, because she would no longer tolerate the recurring arguments. After the act, the man called police himself and did not resist his arrest.

In it’s verdict today, the high court denied an honour killing or cultural particularities. ‘Those having lived in Switzerland for 25 years can no longer invoke cultural particularities of their home country’, stated the court president.

He called the way the act was carried out as especially ruthless. According to the court president, the defendant had proceeded in a reprpehensible manner and with much callousness, pointing out that basically, the high court had envisaged a life-long sentence.
