Culture-Enricher Runs Amok Near Würzburg

Translation by Egri Nok with much thanks!

As reported earlier this evening, an underage Afghan immigrant inexplicably ran amok on a train in Bavaria, attacking a number of fellow passengers with an axe and a knife. After the train stopped he ran away, and was eventually shot dead by police.

The following account aired on ARD, the German public broadcaster, while the news was still breaking. Many thanks to Egri Nök for the translation.

Below is a more detailed report on the incident from the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, also translated by Egri Nök:

Police shoots perpetrator after attack on train

Near Würzburg, a man with an axe and a knife attacked several travellers in a train and wounded them critically. According to the Bavarian Interior Ministry, the attacker is a 17-year-old Afghan.

On a commuter train near Würzburg, a man attacked several commuters and wounded three of them critically. He subsequently was shot by police. This was confirmed by a spokesman for the Bavarian Interior Ministry late Monday evening in Munich. Another person was lightly injured, a police spokesman said. A further fourteen affected people who had been in the train remained uninjured, according to his account.

A spokesman the Bavarian Interior Ministry said that the attacker was a 17-year-old Afghan citizen. In an interview with Bayerischer Rundfunk [Bavarian Radio], Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann confirmed the information regarding the underage attacker. Relying on eyewitnesses, the police were starting from the premise of a lone perpetrator, said Herrmann. He had come to Germany without parents, had been living for a while in the parish of Würzburg, in an institution in Ochsenfurt. Most recently, he had been living with a foster family.

Answering the question whether there was the possibility of an Islamist background, Herrmann said there had allegedly been “a yell”.

“According to my information there is an account reporting a cry of ‘Allahu Akbar’”, the Interior Minister said in the Nachtmagazin [Night Magazine] of ARD [public TV]. This needed to be verified. “Apart from that, according to my information, the passengers on the train did not note any specific Islamist background or anything like that,” Herrmann said. The investigations into the milieu of the perpetrator should be decisive, in his view.

As the police reported Monday evening in Würzburg, the perpetrator attacked the commuters with an axe and a knife. The train was stopped between stations in Heidingsfeld, where the perpetrator fled from the train and shortly thereafter was shot by police. A special forces detachment had coincidentally been nearby and could immediately begin pursuing the fleeing perpetrator.

The train had been on its way from Treuchtlingen to Würzburg. Railway traffic between Würzburg and Ansbach is suspended, Deutsche Bahn report. According to “Main Post”, substitute busses have been running between Ochsenfurt and the main train station in Würzburg since 10:30 pm.

Weak kneed and whiny

An original translation by Nash Montana with much thanks.

From this German website:

How pathetic. A Tunisian mows down 84 happy and innocent people celebrating Bastille day, injures dozens heavily, women and children are laying on the street bloodied – and the only reaction that immediately follows is the same old threadbare phrases just like after Toulouse and Brussels, Charlie Hebdo and Bataclan.

One knows them by heart. Consternation, bewilderment, shock, pre-cut empathy and feigned grief, solidarity and partnership and thoughts and prayers and so on and on and on. Flowers and stuffed animals in front of the embassies, spotlights in the national colors of the at the moment affected country’s buildings, Facebook profile pictures with “je suis something” – messages, the rituals are as practiced as they are helpless.

Where is the righteous anger, the determined and absolute call to the terrorists followed by actions, instead of the ever same phrases and hang-in-there rallying calls? “We strongly stand on France’s side”, sounds exactly like the phrase machine from the chancellor, regardless of whether she resides in Berlin or in Ulan Bator.

The return to normalcy is shorter every time

The reactions are all a little short of everything, when the frequently invoked oldest ally gets hit in the core. And whether they are responsible or not, the ‘islamic state’ is rolling on the floor laughing over the West’s whiny, weak kneed and spineless reactions. There is not much to fear of such enemies.

This was a “attack on our values”, blathers the President of Germany, Gauck and his US-counterpart Obama in synchrony. No, it was not. It was an attack on France and the french, on Europe and the European people, as well as on our country and our nation [Writer is German, so he speaks of Germany]

It may be that these attacks in one or the other case really have nothing to do with islam. But they have to do with the Arabic-North African conquest. We won’t let our freedom and our lifestyle be taken from us? But we already have let it be taken. France just prolonged the state of emergency. The return to normalcy gets shorter and shorter, because the attacks come ever closer and in ever faster succession.

Symbolic actions

Whoever wantonly declares his country as a welcome paradise for hundreds of thousands or even millions of angry young men from other cultures, of which not just a few hate us as the enemy and despise us, will in accompaniment receive the development of a police state while still not being able to protect themselves from terrorism. When the festivities in the capitol city are protected with military security, then the attacks will just take place on the unprotected belly of the country.

All of this is of course not spoken about by the politicians and the media and their pseudo scientific accomplices, which at this time are once again are bloviating and beating around the bush on all channels. If they did, they would have to admit that they committed deadly mistakes and covered them up and because of that are indirectly co-responsible for the attacks.

Only when one recognizes errors can they be corrected. Only once one knows where the enemy stands, can then correctly be lead on the fight against terror, minus all the cheap and ineffective phrases and symbolic actions. Not somewhere in the middle East but in our own country. Then we could at least try to dry out the hostile parallel societies, the hate preaching mosques and conspirators, the violent- and terror inclined subcultures and infrastructures.

What else has to happen?

Then we can begin to reject and denaturalize those immigrants that come to our countries and hate and fight against our way of life, we can close and control our borders and slam the door in the face of those who try to intrude with hostile intentions. For the protection and the safety of our own citizens, but also for those immigrants who are really peaceful and want to assimilate.

What else has to happen until very necessary measures are taken?

Bataclan: the victims have been tortured and mutilated? (Update: parliamentary report)

An original translation by Ava Lon

From this excellent French language website:

07/14/2016
Mr. B. N., peace keeper. […]
We then left for the Bataclan.
Mr. O. B. When we were at the corner of the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot, while people in the Bataclan suffered horrific things, we have been very lucky.
We went back there, and the owner of the tile shop behind which we were sheltered explained that his shop was an old bank whose windows were shielded.
This protected us – I had a ballistic shield without additional plates. At the corner, we heard people moaning, but we could not go help them because we did not have the proper equipment.
Justice Georges Fenech. For the information of the Commission of Inquiry, Mr P. T., can you tell us how you learned that there had been acts of barbarism within the Bataclan: beheadings, evisceration, enucleation …? (castration)
Mr. T. P. After the police stormed the building, we were with colleagues at the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot when I saw a crying investigator who went out to throw up. He told us what he had seen. I did not know this colleague, but he was so shocked that sharing came naturally.
Alain Marsaud. Acts of torture happened on the second floor?
Mr. T. P. I think so, because I entered at the ground floor where there was no such thing, only people hit by bullets.
Alain Marsaud. To your knowledge, they were undoubtedly three? Is there not a chance for a fourth one to have escaped?
Mr. T. P. It is certain that they were at least three, but they were maybe four. The radio was broadcasting calls to the police emergency number, 17: we heard of three or four people.
Alain Marsaud. Is it impossible a fourth person was able to escape by being among the wounded that were evacuated?
Mr. T. P.  It’s not impossible. That’s why my colleagues have carried out summary pat downs of all victims, even injured, coming out through the main entrance.
Mr. S. L. We were doing a systematic summary pat downs, at least at the plexus, the base of the torso and legs.
Alain Marsaud. A fourth terrorist could have hurt himself or fled among the wounded?
Mr. T. P. Among the injured, I don’t think so.
Alain Marsaud. We only found three weapons of war.
Mr. S. L. This is part of the investigation. For our part, we don’t know anything about it.
Justice Georges Fenech. Gentlemen, thank you very much for delivering this very important testimony. The inquiry commission commands your courage and intervention.
Hearing in camera, of the night BAC officials [Brigade Anti-criminalité= Anti Crime Brigade] from the Val-de-Marne that intervened November 13, 2015: MTP, corporal, MLS, sergeant, MOB, brigadier, MNB, peacekeeper, MAD, peacekeeper, and MPT, peace keeper
Hearing in camera, on the Monday, March 21, 2016
Mr. T. P. Commissioner N entered with his driver. Then we could hear him shooting and there was an explosion. Once the targeted individual is neutralized, the first rounds are being directed at us at the side Saint Pierre Amelot. During the ten minutes that the terrorist is shooting at us, we no longer hear any other shots inside.
Justice Georges Fenech. Because the other is dead.
Mr. T. P. One of them was neutralized. The other is upstairs trying to … I tend to think that as long as I’m being shot at, it does not kill anyone else.
Pierre Lellouche. What do you mean by “trying to …”?
Justice Georges Fenech. I think some things have never been said. I think maybe we could, at this stage, clear things up.
Mr. T. P. Bodies have not been presented to families because there have been people who were beheaded there, people with their throats cut, people who have been eviscerated. There are women who have been stabbed in the genitals.
Justice Georges Fenech. All this was apparently videotaped for ISIS!
Mr. T. P. I think so. That’s what the victims have said.
The Rapporteur. These acts were committed by the two survivors. Do you know if you have hurt the one you were shooting at in St. Pierre Amelot pass?
Mr. T. P. I think so, but I’m not sure. As they blew themselves up, it’s hard to tell if he was wounded in the torso. I think I had hit him, because the shooting stopped, and the door closed. The fact that the Kalashnikov collapses and the doors close seems significant to me. Later, we talked to the civilian who made us signs in the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot: he told us we had hit the shooter and that’s why he had stopped firing.
After this time, the shots we heard inside were only very sporadic. There has been no more rounds fired. In all likelihood, a terrorist or more people were finishing their victims off. Then, I have to confess that I have only made fifteen meters [50 feet] inside the Bataclan behind the BIS. My presence was not necessary, so I left. I had seen enough.
Pierre Lellouche. Where were the people being tortured?
Mr. T. P. Upstairs.
Pierre Lellouche. This happens after the person you hurt went upstairs?
Mr. T. P. I even think that it happened before, but this is only my personal opinion. While we were fighting with a terrorist at the emergency door, another one was doing all these despicable things upstairs.
Pierre Lellouche. The video was sent?
Mr. President Georges Fenech. I understand that videos were sent.
Pierre Lellouche. We can find it out if the victims’ cell phones were recovered. Do we have them?
Mr. T. P. They blew themselves up. There were people decapitated, people with their throats slit, people who were gutted. There were pretend sexual acts on women and stabbing at the genitals. If I’m not mistaken, the eyes of some people have been gouged.
Hearing in camera, of Mr. Michel Cadot, prefect of police in Paris, Christian Sainte, director of the judicial police in Paris, Jacques Méric, director of security near the Paris area, and General Philippe Boutinaud, commander of the brigade of firemen of Paris (BSPP)
Minutes of the hearing in camera of Wednesday, March 23, 2016
The Rapporteur. Have Bataclan terrorists committed beheadings and mutilations? Was the victims’ cause of death other than by shooting or explosion? We are dealing with contradictory information – some of which were provided to us during our hearings – that must be clarified.
Justice Georges Fenech. Indeed, the Committee is troubled by this information which haven’t leaked anywhere. Thus, the father of one of the victims sent me a copy of a letter he sent to the investigating judge, which I quote in summary:
“On the causes of the death of my son A.,I was told, in the forensic institute in Paris, and with reserves given the shock I was in at that moment, that his testicles were cut off and put in his mouth, and that he was disembowelled. When I saw him behind glass, lying on a table, a white shroud covering him up to the neck, a psychologist was with me. The latter said: ‘The only presentable part of your son is his left profile.’ I noticed that he had no right eye. I mentioned it; I was informed that they had gouged his eye and crushed the right side of his face, where there was a very large hematoma that we could all see during the casketing.”
This particular testimony could corroborate the statements made by one of the BAC officials that one of the investigators vomited immediately on leaving the Bataclan after finding one decapitation and several eviscerations. Are you aware of such facts?
Michel Cadot. I had no knowledge of these facts, nor by the Forensic Institute or by the officials in question. It is obviously up to the court to assess the veracity of the investigation. Nevertheless, I realized that at the site of the attack we found no knife or other sharp device that would allow this type of mutilations. It will be easy to verify as part of the investigation. In my case, once again, I have not received any message from the Forensic Institute or the direction of guardianship of the relevant BAC that would suggest it was true [NT that there were mutilations].
Christian Sainte. I cannot jump to the conclusions at this point, given the state of the investigation, but nothing in the present state of my knowledge allows me to think that what has just been read is true. I specify, for the sake of clarity, some of the bodies found at the Bataclan were extremely mutilated by the explosions and weapons, to the point that it was sometimes difficult to reconstruct the dismembered bodies. In other words, injuries described by this father may also have been caused by automatic weapons by explosions or projections of nails and bolts.
Justice Georges Fenech. His testicles were apparently put in his mouth …
Christian Sainte. I do not have that information and if these facts had been established, I think I wouldn’t have missed such information.
Hearing in camera, Mr. François Molins, prosecutor grande instance (TGI) in Paris, Véronique Degermann, Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic to the same TGI, and Ms. Camille Hennetier, Deputy Attorney of the Republic to TGI
Minutes of the hearing in camera of Wednesday, March 30, 2016
The judge. Following the November attacks, barbaric acts were reported to the commission.
François Molins. It’s a rumor. Forensic doctors were clear: there was no act of barbarism, no use of knives. According to a witness, the testicles of a person would have been cut, but no findings have corroborated it.
Mr. Sébastien Pietrasanta, rapporteur. I command your work, Mr. Prosecutor. Your voice is heard and respected by all.

First person accounts of the events at the Bataclan club, Friday the 13th of Nov. 2015

An original translation by Ava Lon with much thanks.

From le Figaro French news site:

Attacks of November 13: the confessions of the first police officer to be entered in the Bataclan.

Before the parliamentary committee, the police commissioner admitted he did not think he would “live through this hell.” Arriving before anyone else, he killed the jihadist Samy Amimour.

“For us, everyone was dead.” Before the parliamentary commission investigating the 2015 attacks, the Police Commissioner who was the very first responder of the Paris Bataclan concert November 13, tells how he shot down one of the jihadists. A chilling story, delivered in camera and anonymously, the transcript of which was released on Tuesday.

The man especially shares the feeling of terror during the first moments of the operation, even outside the room, seeing “the dead people on the ground in front of us.” “I remember seeing two: a man in front of the Bataclan Café and a woman outside the entrance. We (also with his police driver, Ed) were recorded because someone was filming with a mobile phone. We told him to leave. We heard gunfire.” The police commissioner then looked at his partner, saying: “Let’s go.” The two men understood each other in a glance, according to him. “It was enough to understand that we were on the same wavelength, and we were unified, a team.”

A face-to-face with Samy Amimour

Around 9:54 p.m., the two team members enter the Bataclan, without waiting for reinforcements, and without knowing what awaits them inside.” As soon as we started to move forward, Bataclan’s wooden swinging doors opened towards us, and between fifteen and thirty people fled running and screaming in our direction,” he said before the parliamentary committee. “From the moment we started to progress down the hall, the shooting stopped, and when we entered, there was no more shooting, it was silence.” “There, the scene was indescribable — you can imagine. Hundreds of bodies — for us, everyone was dead — were entangled with each other: at the bar, in the pit, sometimes piled on more than one meter [three feet] high,” he says. The man then describes an “icy silence” in this still concert hall that was so festive only a few minutes earlier. The Commissioner then describes the terrible face-to-face that eventually led him to kill one of the jihadists who was about 25 meters [80 feet]  away. “One of the terrorists, whom we later identified as Samy Amimour […] appeared on the scene. He was in front of us and was holding his assault rifle and threatening a young man a few meters from him. I shot four times and my teammate did twice. The man uttered a groan, collapsed and fell to the ground.”

“There were only the two of us, we had no long guns, we did not know where the terrorists were” — Police Commissioner present at the Bataclan

Seconds later, the officer described an explosion “very high”. This was actually Samy Amimour’s explosive belt that went off. Then an exchange of fire took place in the room, before a new pause. The two men ducked. “We were certain we would not get out of that hell alive,” he said. “There were only the two of us, we didn’t have rifles, we didn’t know where the terrorists were. So I decided to go out to see if reinforcements had arrived.”

“The living pretending to be dead”

Once the two policemen left the room, the gunfire resumed “piecemeal” inside. “So we understand that they are executing people. It was not humanly possible […] for us to stay outside. So we’re all back inside (there are now a dozen policemen, Ed). There was still shooting in our direction, but it was really hard to tell where from. I fired back twice.” When they arrive, people still don’t move. “We could tell that even the living were pretending to be dead,” insists the policeman.

The man explains that after a moment, when the shooting stopped, he decided “to go find the victims who were in the pit a few meters from us.” There, they began to move and to show themselves. “We started to implement an evacuation, one by one, not without difficulties: the floor was very slippery, because there was blood and casings everywhere. We had to step over or move the deceased. There were also people that we knew very well were seriously injured, but we had to retrieve them anyway, unable to use normal aid techniques to transport the victims,” says the police Commissioner.

North African Muslim attacks 17th century Crucifix

The history on the Church can be read here.

The edifice is popular as the seat of the cult of Saint Lucy of Syracuse, whose remains are housed inside.
[…]The church is object of pilgrimages and wide devotion for the presence of the relics of Saint Lucy, which were carried here in 1861 when the nearby church dedicated to her was demolished. In 1955 Angelo Roncalli, future Pope John XXIII and then Patriarch of Venice, had a silver mask put on the saint’s face to protect it from dust.
The saint’s body was stolen on July 7, 1981, but was restored in December of the same year without any ransom.

The Crucifix can be seen at 26 seconds here:

Video of the damage and description of attack in Italian:

Article in Italian here. Partial machine translation reads:

A young man of North African origin likely entered the church of St. Jeremiah and has heavily damaged the religious artifact. It was stopped by the caretaker and some faithful.

“It’s wrong. It’s all wrong,” he kept repeating the young Muslims that this morning has created havoc in the church of St. Jeremiah , in Cannaregio, Venice (the same one that houses the relics of Saint Lucia).

The man had been reported outside the church a little ‘revved up: Then, entering the place of worship, began to freak out. In a video spread online, the guardian tells what happened, shocked: “He tried to cross the main altar of the church. He said that ‘something was wrong'”.

Germany: “Have made use of my right to kill my wife”

An original translation by Nash Montana

From Die Welt: A German news site:

A refugee, charged with murder, is facing the court. It is his right to kill his wife, the Iraqi had said to the police. Why he now has to go to prison, he cannot understand.

The 32 year old strangled his wife to death out of jealousy. The refugee delivered no statements about the murder to the court in Regensburg.

According to the prosecution, Jumaah K. was convinced that his 26 year old wife and mother of their three children, had an affair with another man. Therefore last November, the man strangled his wife to death in their bedroom in Laaber, township of Regensburg.

During the murder the three small children were in the house

After the murder, the man went to the police and turned himself in, accompanied by his three year old daughter. A little later the police discovered the body of the woman. An interrogator reported on Monday that the husband had said: “I have made use of my right to kill my wife.” But why he is going to prison, he cannot understand.

The refugee family with three children ages three to eight were housed in Laaber since beginning of September of last year. According to the prosecution, the husband went to the house on November 16th and strangled his wife to death. The children were present in the house during this time. Whether they witnessed the murder of their mother is not clear.

The process is being continued on Wednesday. The verdict is expected to be pronounced on the 22th of July.

Another cabbie refuses to take a disability dog “because of religion”

This is common everywhere now. Even on busses in Ottawa, Muslim drivers will try and refuse to board people with licensed helper dogs.

Daily Mail has this write up here:

This is the moment a Muslim taxi driver refused to transport a disabled man with his guide dog after claiming it is ‘against his religion’.

Footage shows Charles Bloch, with his guide dog Carlo and girlfriend Jessica Graham, trying to get in the taxi before being told by the driver that he will ‘not take the dog’ because of his religion.

Mr Bloch, who is registered blind after being born visually impaired, had booked the cab using firm ADT Taxis in Leicester but was shocked to be told the driver would not take him upon collection.

His partner, 21, who was also born with a visual impairment and is registered blind, filmed the encounter on her phone and posted the footage – which now been viewed by millions – online.

Eritrean receives 30 hours of community service punishment for brutal attempted rape

An original translation by Nash Montana with much thanks

From this German language news site:

A man from Eritrea tried to brutally rape an 18 year old woman in Bad Oldesloe end of January. Yesterday his punishment was announced: He has to do 30 hours of community service.

It happened in a parking garage in the Bad Oldesloer innercity. On January 20th, at a quarter to eleven at night, a couple of police officers, male and female, were walking by, working the late shift. Suddenly they heard screams in the building. In the stairway they saw a young man from Eritrea, choke holding an 18 year old German woman from behind.

He was already half undressed and had bitten the young woman in the face and the neck multiple times. There was blood everywhere. The two police officers pulled the Eritrean off the girl and put him in cuffs. He was kicking and head banging one of the officers. They took him to a holding cell at the police station.

The case was cause for anger and horror in Bad Oldesloe. At a demonstration 150 demonstrators were focussing on the issues such as:

the police that sees nothing, the government that hears nothing, and the media that won’t tell nothing.

Yesterday the judgment against the asylum seeker, who claims to be 17 years old, was handed out. It was even milder than many were worried about already. He won’t be deported, and he doesn’t have to go to jail. The Eritrean was sentenced to 30 hours of community service and therapy for alcoholism.

In a comment about the case, the Kiel Criminology Professor Monika Frommel said that the Asylum seeker, due to “lack of money, lack of acknowledgment and appreciation, and lack of access to sex he could slide into a criminal subculture”. Therefore, it is important to steer against this development now and to finally give asylum seekers “perspectives” in Germany.

Ahmed Tschatajew Islamic State Terrorist with asylum status: How he lived in Vienna

Mastermind of the Istanbul Jihad Attack Lived on the Dole in Vienna

Islamic State Terrorist with asylum status: How he lived in Vienna

The one-armed and one-legged IS terrorist Ahmed Tschatajew is considered one of the possible masterminds of the carnage at Istanbul airport. For eight years, the Chechen held asylum status and lived in a Viennese municipal housing — and was therefore entitled to social assistance, and from September 2010 on to guaranteed minimum income in the amount of €837.76 per month. Those eight years could have cost taxpayers more than €80,000.

No one in the Interior Ministry yet wants to officially confirm the terror connection to Austria: “We are in contact with the Turkish authorities; participation by the suspect Ahmed Tschatajew cannot be ruled out.” But unofficially, from investigators’ circles, there is already more to be known about the Chechen-born IS warlord: “It is quite conceivable that Tschatajew had something to do with the attack in Istanbul. However, it should be kept in mind that there could be political interests in Russia to name a Chechen as a mastermind behind the attack.” As reported, 41 people died in the terrorist drama in Turkey.

Tschatajew deemed “major player in IS”

Well informed sources in the Interior Ministry confirm to the Krone that it is certain that the one-armed and one-legged Chechen is currently not a rose breeder or geriatric nurse in Syria, “This man is a big shot in the Islamic State. It is quite possible that the Chechen is the mastermind of the terrorist attack — as in most of these cases, you never, or only months later receive confirmation. He is in any case a radical Islamist suspected of terrorism, and he therefore lost the right to asylum in Austria.”

No official denial: social assistance for the terrorists

For eight years — from 2003 to 2011 — Ahmed Tschatajew lived undisturbed in public housing in Vienna Mariahilf. And without a job, the Chechen with asylum status was entitled to receive social assistance, which was paid from 1 September 2010 as a minimum security.

A monthly support payment of  €837.76 would make €80,424.96 in eight years. However, there is no minimum security file under the name Ahmed Tschatajew at the City of Vienna, city hall insiders say. A Krone informant: “Ahmed Tschatajew could have used a false identity — he even had a false German name, because due to a Chechen feud he was under police protection temporarily.”

Ex-wife: “He had someone else in Syria”

On Friday morning, at a visit to the council flat of the terrorist, the Krone met the ex-wife of the IS leader; the woman with her five children still lives in Vienna. She said: “The divorce is through now, he had someone else in Syria.” The former wife had no idea about his work for the IS, “The last time Ahmed was in Vienna was three years ago.”
