Some stunning cruelty in this robbery of a man in Belgium
I am hoping C can fill in some blanks here.
At the moment the most I know is that someone who speaks in a fairly hoodlumish way, that might be Moroccan, robbed a homeless man in a way that suggests he was more interested in inflicting pain and cruelty and the robbery was more an excuse to ‘justify’ the torture.
This happened in Antwerp, Belgium (“premetrostation Astrid”), I hevan’t seen anything about the ethnicity of the teens, though they’re clearly of foreign extraction.
The man is called Jef, is 59 and lives in the Linkeroever area (west bank). he went to the opening of a bar in merksem (eastside) and missed his connection, so he was waiting for the first tram home.

Frankly France has had a Causus Belli with Islam now for a decade at least. At this point it doesn’t matter who lit the match at Notre Dame. There is more than enough already to start fighting back.

The following article is poignant in light of what happened today at the cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris.*

An act of vandalism? Of malice? Vengeance of a pagan? Bad schoolboy joke? The mystery is still there… This Saturday morning, a team of police from the police station of the 4th arrondissement [of Paris] arrived at the île de la Cité, at Notre-Dame de Paris, after mass. To investigate. On Friday [August 10th] Catholic tourists, who came to gather together at Notre-Dame [the verb “to gather” here has the connotation of “worshipping”, or praying together since it is also used for going together to someone’s grave to pay respect, or meditate], were allegedly poisoned by… holy water! “They complained about burning around their faces after crossing themselves with the water from the stoups, at the entrance of the church, according to the police source. They also suffered from headaches. A Church representative, worried, went to the police station of the 4th arrondissement, responsible for the area [where Notre-Dame is located], in order to report the events. To elucidate the facts. To protect his flock. […] In the alleys, a priest, in his alb confirms the incident: “It was above all very smelly, the water.” And, while looking towards the sky: “What can you do! It’s unfortunately an evil act. They want to poison the world!” […] Finally, after an investigation, the fine bloodhounds from the police station of the 4th arrondissement concluded the absence of danger. No complaint was filed, and no official investigation was opened. In Notre-Dame, it was decided, per security measures, to empty the water from the stoups and to bleach them! The stone basins have been completely cleaned and filled with fresh water.

Saint-Denis: the alleged vandal of the basilica will be judged in May
A 41-year-old man appeared this Friday before the Court in Bobigny on charges of damaging the organ in the Basilica. The hearing has been postponed until May 10.
A dialogue of the deaf. “I don’t know how I’m involved in this case,” the defendant told the Bobigny court on Friday. Suspected of having damaging two doors, several stained glass windows and the organ of the Basilica of Saint-Denis in March, this 41-year-old man is being brought to trial for immediate appearance.
When asked whether he would prefer to postpone the date of his trial to prepare his defence, as provided for in the procedure, he replied that he “does not understand the French judicial system.”
Incriminated by his DNA
The 40-year-old was arrested on Thursday at the detention centre in Vincennes (Val-de-Marne), incriminated by his DNA found in the basilica. A Pakistani national, he arrived in France two months ago and does not speak French. He has already been cautioned by the law twice for damaging property in February.
Annoyed, the president of the court suggests that “the situation is not very difficult to understand” and reiterates her question. “How can I explain if I don’t understand it?” he persists.
Pre-trial detention
The magistrate ended up wondering whether he “deliberately did not understand”. The court finally decided to postpone the trial until 10 May, and to place the accused in pre-trial detention until that date.
A psychiatric assessment was ordered.

Interview with former head of German intel, Hans-Georg Maaßen, on Hungarian TV
Hans-Georg Maaßen is the former President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution in Germany.
Maaßen caused controversy following the 2018 Chemnitz protests, during which it appeared an angry mob had “hunted” foreign-looking people. In an interview with Bild, Maaßen questioned whether there was any credible evidence for such “hunts”, and stated that his security agency had not in fact seen any such evidence.

It is an important story, quite separate from the interview above, of how the Merkel government used ANTIFA to create a false narrative, and then seemingly removed the head of domestic intel for failing to support a false narrative about racist locals hunting migrants in Chemnitz, after a series of rapes and murders of local girls, which actually did happen.
