Tommy Robinson mops the floor with hostile BBC host

This was a disgusting attempt at character assasination. Tommy held more than his ground though. I would have liked to ask the host, “I saw you at a soccer game and Bin Laden was in the bleachers. Do you deny being at a stadium with Bin Laden and why would you be at a soccer game with him if you didn’t have the same goals. Also, which of Bin Laden’s 50 years of mutterings do you disagree with?”

It was not an interview but an attempted character assassination. Tommy should have had the right to a bloody lawyer in an interview like this. And to think this is a state funded broadcaster. For shame.

 I don’t know what else the EDL has to do before the media stops calling them racist and fascist. They already dance the Hora with every ethnic group and demographic on earth. They just want to stop Islam from destroying liberal democracy.

Unfortunately, due to some uneducated members of the media, blindly only reporting half a story, we have been forced to make another statement on the Norwegian terrorist Anders Brievik and further give attention to him, rather than the 94 innocent victims, their families and the people of Norway who deserve the attention as they recover from this tragedy.

 

It would seem shameful that journalists have been all too quick to link the English Defence League to this murderous creature, quoting from his blog that ‘on some occasions [he] had discussions with SIOE and EDL and recommended them to use certain strategies (via facebook)’. We can categorically state that there has never been any official contact between him and the EDL, our facebook page had 100,000 supporters and receives tens of thousands of comments each day. And there is no evidence that Brievik was ever one of those 100,000 supporters. Even so, anyone who expresses any extremist beliefs of any kind, be it white supremacist, christian fundamentalist or Islamic extremists, they all get banned from the site.

 

We have a long and successful history of ridding this peaceful and patriotic organisation of anyone who doesn’t agree with our mission statement, or shows extremist beliefs. This includes successful stewarding of our demos, ensuring that any racists are removed from the areas, strict moderating on our forums and constant monitoring of our facebook pages and affiliated groups. It has been reported that Norway has some problems far-right groups and neo-Nazi organisations, in February, our friends at the Norwegian Defence League had many new supporters after our peaceful Luton demonstration. Unfortunately, due to irresponsible and libellous journalism, some of these new supporters believed the NDL to be a group to express their far-right and neo-Nazi beliefs. It wasn’t and the NDL did a fine job of quickly acting and banishing such unwanted fascists and putting the record straight that fascists are not welcome in the Defence Leagues, only patriots worried about the rise of extremism that causes unnecessary death and pain to innocent people. It is not known whether Brievik was one of those to be banished, but the fact that one of his aims was to set up a Norwegian version of the EDL, when there already was one, goes some way to showing that he hasn’t got a clue about the EDL movement. Critical comments have been published about the alleged extremism of the English Defence League (EDL), the anti-Jihadist street protest movement that is active in many English cities.

The origins of the EDL can be traced back to Luton, England in the spring of 2009, after British troops were harassed by militant Muslims. Scandinavian blogger Conservative Swede commented in April 2009 that “The police broke up a march on Monday 13/4/09 by British people wanting to reclaim their streets from Muslim fanatics. Officers said it was illegal to stage the protest in Luton where extremists were allowed only last month to shout abuse at troops home from Iraq. This is the first time I can remember seeing Westerners act morally. All morality is ultimately rooted in moral outrage. Without socially manifested moral outrage there can only be nihilism. All the priestly preachers of the all-encompassing Enlightenment tsunami, and their priestly institutions, have during the last centuries, and especially during the last decades, worked eagerly to deprive the Westerners of all sense of morality, all sense of honour, and left us with nothing but their cynical, destructive and cruel nihilism; which is in the process of killing us as a civilization. It’s good to see the goodness and honour of these young men. It shows the natural sense of morality that after all exists under the surface among the Westerners. Something we haven’t seen since the days of Enoch Powell. Something that has been utterly suppressed by the traitorous pharisees in our ruling classes.”

It is interesting to notice that persons who work for the other team can often see things more clearly than many of us do. Jon Cruddas, a Labour Party MP, wrote in an essay in the left-wing, pro-Islamic newspaper The Guardian that “What makes the EDL much more dangerous is how it reflects a wider political and cultural war. Across western Europe rightwing populist parties are achieving huge electoral success on the same anti-Islam platform.”

Yes. This happens because ordinary people now sense that we are being lied to. We are fed-up with seeing our so-called leaders appease organizations that have declared war against our societies, while our sons and daughters are being harassed in the streets by immigrant gangs.

Shock poll shows rising tide of right-wing nationalism

Interesting that they would use a Shakespeare quote to try and combat the British sense of national identity. I hope one of these suicidal bureaucrats noticed the irony, and that the Islamic world has never produced a poet of that calibre but has likely killed quite a few. Mind you the quote is from Romeo and Juliet. Maybe it is appropriate. Star crossed fantasy love of multiculturalism gone horribly wrong and resulting in much death on all sides. This is the historical norm. People war because they are forced to mix as a rule. Good fences do indeed create good neighbors.

Almost half the country would back a new right-wing party that vowed to crack down on immigration and Islamic extremists, a shock poll reveals today.

They would also restrict the ­building of mosques and order the flag of St George or the Union Jack be flown on all public buildings.

The revelations will spark fresh fears of racial tension in Britain amid a new wave of support for extreme right-wing parties like the British National Party and the English Defence League.

Findings of the survey, the largest of its kind and involving 5,054 people, are in a major report called Fear and Hope – the New Politics of Identity, which examines views on race, ­immigration and multi-culturalism. Former Foreign Secretary David Miliband and campaigning left-wing MP Jon Cruddas will officially unveil the report, produced for the ­Searchlight Education Trust, tomorrow.

They will also launch Searchlight’s Together project to tackle extremism among white and Islamic ­communities with the slogan: “A plague on both their houses”. In one of the most revealing ­questions, pollsters Populus asked people if they would back a party that “wants to defend the English, create an English parliament, control immigration and challenge Islamic extremism”.

An Open Letter to Pamela Geller

As most readers already know, earlier today Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs posted a prominent repudiation of the English Defence League, including references to their alleged infiltration by “neo-fascists”.

A group of Counterjihad bloggers and writers has joined together to publish this open letter to Ms. Geller. Most of us are Europeans, but not all — we also have signatories from the United States, Canada, and Australia.

If you are a blogger or a writer and want to add your signature to this letter, please send your name and URL to me (unspiek [at] chromatism [dot] net), or to the proprietors of other sites where it has been posted.


Dear Ms. Geller,

We the undersigned are writing to register our astonishment and dismay at your public denunciation of the English Defence League, and in particular your reference to the “neo-fascists that had infiltrated the administration of the group”.

This is a grossly inaccurate and unfair slander against the leaders and membership of the EDL, who have never wavered in their refusal to include neo-Nazis, fascists, or adherents of any other ideology that seeks to divide people based on their ethnicity. The core mission of the EDL has always been, and remains, to stop the encroachment of sharia and Islamic fascism.

For the past two years the English Defence League has been on the front lines of the resistance to sharia and militant Islam in England. Its leaders have put their own lives in danger by doing so. They live under constant threat, not just from murderous Muslim zealots, but from their own government, which has harassed and arrested them repeatedly. Tommy Robinson, the leader of the EDL, has been arrested multiple times, and is currently facing trumped-up charges designed to put him and the EDL out of action.

To paraphrase Geert Wilders: “I was dragged to court by leftist and Islamic organizations that were bent not only on silencing me but on stifling public debate.” The EDL is being dragged into a kangaroo court of uninformed public opinion. The more people’s fears can be raised, the more quickly debate can be smothered.

In the final analysis, as Geert Wilders points out, the strength of our community depends on the freedom we feel to “enter our convictions in the open lists to win or lose”.

All communities inevitably experience conflicts based on differences of opinion. It is crucial that we approach one another’s efforts in good faith, presume the other’s efforts to be well-meaning until conclusively proven otherwise, support initiatives made by others that further our common cause, and refuse to be dragged into parsing ever more finely our differences.

Our ideal of the “perfect” can kill any merely “good enough” effort.

Your unfortunate statements were picked up and repeated by other websites and blogs, some of them quite prominent and well-respected. This has done harm to our common cause, and has driven a completely needless wedge between the American and European wings of the international Counterjihad.

To help heal the damage that has been done, we insist that you apologize in a public forum to the English Defence League.

Its leaders and members are heroes, and their organization is widely considered a beacon of hope in Europe. All Europeans who resist the Islamization of their countries look to the EDL for inspiration, and all of them stand in solidarity with it in its struggle.

We strongly request that you reconsider your deplorable words and withdraw them.

Leicester City Council actually refused a homecoming parade for British troops after Afghanistan

The English Defence League was founded in the aftermath of disrespect being shown towards our brave troops. Support for our armed forces continues to be a central value of the EDL. It is outrageous that the men and women of our armed services have to endure hostility when they return home from active service. This is not acceptable and the EDL will not remain silent when they are not treated with the respect they deserve. 

It would appear that Leicester City Council has took it upon itself to snub the 9th/12th Royal Lancers by turning down a request for a homecoming parade in the city after the regiment saw action in Afghanistan. It does not come as a surprise that the city council is Labour controlled; socialists in general seem to have contemptuous attitudes to our country’s institutions, especially the military ones. They also have a tendency to put the interests of Islamic agitators before the interests and desires of the broader community. Left wing pacifist types need to understand that their trendy political views are underwritten by those put their lives on the line to protect this country and its democratic way of life.

The EDL takes a very dim view of the attitude taken by Leicester City Council and feels very strongly that the people of Leicester should be provided with the opportunity to demonstrate their appreciation to the 9th/12th Royal Lancers. Leicester City Council seems to be taking our national defence and those that underwrite it with their lives for granted. The EDL calls upon Leicester City Council to reverse its decision. If Council opposition continues then the EDL will have no choice but to express its disappointment and outrage by holding a national demonstration in Leicester on the first weekend in August.

Respect to the 9th/12th Royal Lancers.

Our leader, Tommy Robinson, was charged yesterday by Lancashire police over the Blackburn demonstration and by the Bedfordshire police over the local Luton demonstration against Richard Howitt.

The Blackburn demonstration was on the 2nd of April, two and a half months ago, and the Luton protest was three weeks ago, so why are the police suddenly finding reasons to charge Tommy? We’ve already seen Tommy face various trumped-up charges that have been laughed out of court, and we’ve seen the ludicrous charge against him of assaulting a police officer as the Muslim extremists burnt poppies.

Sham Policy To Address Islamism Exposed By The English Defence League

Tommy Robinson, Leader of the English Defence League (EDL), has exposed David Cameron’s apparent ‘get tough’ policy towards Islamism as a complete sham. People can now see the real approach of the Conservative led regime with regard to defending the British people against the Islamist threat.

We have heard much talk recently about how the Conservatives will be getting tough on Islamic extremism in Britain. Many people in Britain were heartened by David Cameron’s recent tough and realistic rhetoric on the subject, but an article recently posted on the Daily Mail website indicates a marked shift in Government and Conservative Party policy on this matter. Far from being serious about dealing with the problem of Islamism in Britain, the Conservative Party seems to be adopting the failed and hugely damaging policy of the previous Labour Government. Can the Conservative Party ever be trusted to deal with Islamism and the serious threat that it poses to our national security and democratic way of life? Perhaps their ‘hard line’ has been vetoed by the Lib Dems?

The political climb-down on dealing with Islamism rigorously and realistically has been exposed as nothing more than sham political window dressing. The policy reversal came shortly after EDL leader, Tommy Robinson, put the Home Secretary Theresa May on the spot and asked her some very direct and pertinent questions on the subject. It seems that Channel 4 television cameras recorded Mr Robinson entering and leaving the meeting which meant that the Home Secretary could not deny the exchange of views with the EDL leader. Fearing a propaganda coup by the EDL the Conservative Party has appeared to have fallen back into its usual ‘tree-hugger’ mode.

At least the initiative of Mr Robinson has exposed David Cameron’s rhetoric for what it is – words and not deeds. It would appear that he has no intention what-so-ever of dealing with the Islamist threat to our democracy. Justice for Charlene.

The only people in England that seem even remotely interested in getting justice for the British pre-teen who was drugged, raped, killed, and then cut up and made into ‘kabobs’ forcing other people to be unwitting cannibals, are the English Defense League. Just imagine if the police, courts, Crown prosecutors office, the general offices of the state of England was actually interested in doing its job defending the interested of the British public instead of spin doctoring to maintain the illusion of a British Islam. Then there would be no need for an EDL. But clearly there is. And I for one am grateful that some British people are ready and willing to defy fashion and their own government and stand up for British culture, values and history. After all, its not like they can pack up and go home.

To add insult to injury, the killers of Charlene were paid compensation by the courts. Something like 250K pounds sterling.

EDL Confront Islamic Dawa in Leeds

The English Defence League (EDL) confronted someone trying to propagate Islam on the streets of Leeds. The propagation of sharia norms on the streets of England is unacceptable and the local EDL Division were right to confront him. Sharia is the road to barbarism and must be confronted. Those who believe in equality and justice must confront sharia where-ever it raises its backward, ugly, Medieval head, Sharia in Britain is something that should never be tolerated and those who tolerate it in any way should be regarded as traitors to democracy. Well done to the brave members of EDL in Leeds.

BBC’s report of Tommy Robinson’s trial omits certain key details.

The BBC says –

A group of English Defence League supporters clashed with youths outside a magistrates court as their founder faced charges inside. EDL leader Stephen Lennon was attending West London Magistrates Court in Hammersmith. He was facing charges over an Armistice Day poppy-burning stunt by Islamic extremists. About 65 people were involved in the fracas. The Met’s Territorial Support Group made five arrests.

For ‘youths’ read ‘Muslim youths’ some of whom were way past the age of 21.
During the ‘fracas’ eye witnesses are reporting that a young woman was punched in the face by a muslim male; her nose may be broken and she may require stitches. The EDL members were then kettled in a pen.
They report that Emdadur Choudhury was fined £50 for burning a poppy on Armistance day but completely fail to mention that for trying to drag down the treasonable black flag of jihad that flew above the burning poppy Tommy was order to pay fines and costs of over £300. He and his wife work, of course; Choudhury is on benefits which we taxpayers provide.

EDL Ring of Steel to protect US Embassy from future protests


Last weekend was not the first time that radical Muslims have used the US Embassy as the scene for their vile protests.

In fact, the US Embassy in London has a long history of being greeted by protestors and malcontents – but it never faces so much venom as it does when supporters of radical Islam decide to exercise their freedom of speech.

Of course, the Danish Embassy was also a target for their rage after the Mohammed Cartoon controversy, but there will always be a special place for the US Embassy in the heart of your average radical Muslim.

A special place is also reserved for the American flag – the stars and stripes. A symbol of hope and unity for millions of people. A symbol of the American Dream – the belief that anyone has the potential to achieve, and that hard work can earn you a better life. The flag of our country’s closest ally, and firm friend.

Countless times, the flag of the United States of America has been burned and stamped upon in our nation’s capital. What sort of message does this send out, and what would our American cousins think of us if we were not appalled by these acts?

The burning of a Qur’an is a deliberately provocative and hateful act. But so too is the burning of the American flag. Why should we care less about the symbol of our ally’s sovereignty than we do the scripture of Islam?

Part of radical Islam’s quarrel with the US is, undoubtedly, based on what some may believe to be legitimate complaints about the conduct of the world’s only superpower. But it doesn’t explain the unbridled rage or the unrestrained hatred that emanates from these people, nor does it justify their repeated desecration of the American flag.

It also doesn’t account for their catchy placards, which do away with all subtlety (and concern for anti-incitement laws), to boldly declare that fellow Muslims should “slay those who insult Islam”, or wreak bloody vengeance on anyone who doesn’t quite see eye to eye with them on any matter – be it the depiction of Mohammed, or the glorification of terrorism.

Those who carry these placards are not simply Muslims looking to have a discussion about foreign policy, they are Muslims looking to declare their hatred of the West, and in particular, of the ‘Great Satan’ that lords over it. They are not only the cheerleaders of the enemy – they are the recruiters, the radicalisers, and in some cases the eventual foot-soldiers.

Of course, most British Muslims reject these calls, but that does very little to convince these fanatics that it is they who have misinterpreted their religion – especially when so few British Muslims will actually make their voices heard in opposition to those of the extremists. Continue Reading →
