Three items concerning freedom of speech, something which likely won’t even exist as a concept soon

First, let me preface this little collection of items with a simple concept.

Freedom of speech as a concept was invented for one thing and one thing only. The right to criticize or mock or say what we like about political and religious authority. Without that, we have no freedoms at all. Not even to criticize something as benign as women’s fashion. Which in Afghanistan is already non existent and is disappearing here as well. Islam is both a religious and political system. So they are fighting tooth and nail to stop any criticism of it in every way they can think of. And it has worked and continues to work at more and more levels of our civilization.

See if you can find a common denominator in these three items:

Number one: an Article from RAIR Foundation with the accompanying video below on the threat Islam poses to freedom of speech in the US

Secondly, in Canada, constitutional lawyers are fighting various new restrictions named in an Orwellian manner as ‘anti-bullying’ when in fact it is bullies creating and enforcing it for their own protection from criticism.

Lastly, a short compilation of contemporary tyrants explaining why you must not be allowed to challenge state narratives.

From the essay that accompanies the novel, 1984 on Newspeak. This could be seen as occurring today in Islam with respect to the words, justice, where it means sharia, or freedom. Which means to implement the sharia. But in terms of Western political freedom, you decide if the direction is headed towards the excerpt below:

Its vocabulary was so constructed as to give exact and
often very subtle expression to every meaning that a Party member could
properly wish to express, while excluding all other meanings and also the
possibility of arriving at them by indirect methods. This was done partly
by the invention of new words, but chiefly by eliminating undesirable
words and by stripping such words as remained of unorthodox meanings, and
so far as possible of all secondary meanings whatever. To give a single
example. The word FREE still existed in Newspeak, but it could only be
used in such statements as 'This dog is free from lice' or 'This field is
free from weeds'. It could not be used in its old sense of 'politically
free' or 'intellectually free' since political and intellectual freedom no
longer existed even as concepts, and were therefore of necessity nameless.

Interview with Canadian veteran, Jeff Evely on how Canada repaid him for his service

This is basically a 2 part interview. The first part deals with his time at the Freedom Convoy, and subsequent arrests and government over-reactions. The second part starting at around 25 minutes in, discusses how the state convinced his child to undergo procedures to change the outward appearance of her body to resemble the other sex more or less.

Australian MP accurately details the totalitarian nature of new ‘misinformation’ bill

First, thank you to the reader who sent in this tip. It was at the end of an EIGHT HOUR video of an Australian Parliamentary session. I cannot imagine the tedium of having to watch all that to get to this. It would be a lot like mining for gems I guess, where you spend all day in the muck hoping to pull something bright and shiny like this,

For non-Australians, the key is to look at bills like this in effect even if the name of it is more, well dialectical I guess or more tailored to the local culture. But the effect, making counter-revolutionary speech illegal, would be the same.

Canada has more than I can keep track of at this point. The ones under reading in the house now are C-63 and C-637 which jointly seek to criminalize wrong-think and make it retroactive.

A dialectically titled bill would be one in NEW-SPEAK. Like, “Child affirming Care” for cutting their genitals off or out and removing body parts and replacing them with Frankenstein like, inoperable nothings, sometimes actually made from dead people. They call it an “Allograft” because calling it Franken-plasty would be a little too honest.

More directly, making it a criminal offence for parents to suggest to their own child not to have these procedures done is called the “Anti conversion therapy” law, while talking children into having this done is not an offence. Conversion therapy was a practice of some organizations, I think mostly Churches to try and turn gay men straight using some kind of pavlovian methods. It had some minimal success but I don’t know how much people who underwent it volunteered, or were coerced or forced. In any case, the Conversion Therapy Bill, I think it’s C-4, has nothing to do with it except using the name to justify this one-way authoritarian law where the state now has massive control of the children.

(One might notice that Trudeau banned all the guns in a OIC/’executive order’ before he started this series of totalitarian bills. Anyone think that’s a.coincidence?)

The language this MP uses shows he has a pretty clear vision of the purpose of this bill. Something like: ‘…criminalizing government narratives’.

FaceBook CEO Mark Zuckerberg formally confesses to suppression of 1st amendment rights over Covid & Biden scandals PLEASE READ

Lots of reasons to feel this is a setup to justify massive disinformation campaigns against Donald Trump in the spirit of free speech. But this confession should justify fines and possibly criminal charges for violating free speech of people during an unprecedented time of loss of rights via the Covid scam.

Are we seeing the death rattle of freedom of speech in the West? Links 1 for August 25, 2024

Each day that passes now, sees more and more actual information indicating the communist/Nazi nature of the leftist parties now in control of various Western, former republican style, nations. There is also a staggering amount of disinformation that appears to be from both sides, but as the disinformation appearing to be on the non-left is destructive to the non-left in a different way, it is safe to say the vast majority of disinformation is from the left.

It frustrates this site that we see actual court-worthy, and even at times under oath in court evidence of gross crimes against the people, and nothing changes, and no one is held to account.

In Canada in the 80s even, when the government was caught in a large scandal and the media kinda sorta held them to account, they would at least find a civil servant that had some minimal involvement and make him fall on his sword. But there was no real accountability since the Grand Trunk Railroad Scandal of 150 years ago. And really, not much happened then. And by Trudeopian standards, the Grand Trunk scandal was a Bev Oda orange juice level crime except with no press scrutiny. Unlike Oda’s OJ.

And now the mask is growing thin on state moves to crush any freedom of speech other than government narratives. In the UK it is gone. In the US it is only cynically there at all.

1. VP Pick for the unelected Democrat presidential candidate for president, Walz explains why there is no free speech in the US where he doesn’t want any, and uses the word Democracy precicely as Stephen Coughlin explains how the left uses the word “democracy”. Which is to say as Lenin used it. “Communism”, quoting Lenin from memory, “Is the only true form of democracy because only communism represents all the people and so communism is the only true form of Democracy.”. Hence the name of the DDR and DPRK.

2. So about that…

As I recall, France was among the worst when it came to Covid protocols, destroying stores of HCQ and silencing critics of the measures. It’s all here on vVad although any embedded video from YT is likely to be gone.

3. I was suspicious of this Tweet personally…

…so I looked it up:

4. There are people in groups I have been a member of who speculate that in fact the roots of the communist revolution taking place also have serious Nazi motives and ideology.

So… yeah.

5. When is a speech crime not a speech crime? When you give access to people’s private comms to the COMINTERN

6. Prominent Loyalist Dee Stitt allegedly made social media post calling for NI to “stop the spread of evil Islam”

He was arrested at Belfast City airport after arriving on a flight on Thursday evening.

Prominent Northern Ireland loyalist David ‘Dee’ Stitt has been refused bail after appearing in court charged with publishing material with the intent of stirring up hatred.

Stitt, 53, from Bangor, was arrested at Belfast City Airport after arriving on a flight on Thursday evening.

Appearing in the dock of Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Friday dressed in a grey sweater, Stitt, from Lord Warden’s Court, said “not guilty” after he confirmed that he understood the charge.

PSNI detective constable told district judge Steven Keown that he could connect the accused to the single charge of publishing written material which was threatening, abusive or insulting with the intent of stirring up hatred or arousing fear.

The charge relates to a single post on Facebook on July 31 where Stitt shared a copy-and-pasted call for protests across Northern Ireland in response to the murder of three young girls in Southport.

“Or arousing fear”. Actually that clears up a lot for me. I always wondered about yelling FIRE in a crowded theatre that was actually on fire. Now I understand that it is imperative to let the theatre and all in it burn when it is the state that set the fire. And to draw attention to the fire is to counteract the desire of the god-like state.

“ The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. ” -George Orwell from 1984

Slight variation. Reject the evidence. But to point out the truth on any government narrative is a criminal offence that will get you many months to years in jail, even if it means freeing child rapists and worse. Ultimately though, it will mean to reject the evidence of your own sense. After all, who can live wit themselves if they take a red pill and do nothing about it. You will have to chose your insanity, and the slightly slightly easier one might be the blue-pill Pseudo reality created by the state. But that pseudo reality in practice is NOT like the movie the Matrix. In that pseudo reality there was a rational created reality where potential outcomes matched actions. In this, all narrative attacks are dialectic. And this means that they are designed to destroy your identity, your reality in one way or another, at one level or another, and in ways you never ever stopped to think about even existing, because it was never under attack before.

We should have stopped all this when the left started telling us what we meant by words we said, and then made it a crime of sorts to say those words, no matter what we and our listeners knew the words meant. And decades before Jordan Peterson objected to forced speech on the pronouns issue we already had illegal speech on certain adjectives decades before that.  And once they took control of the language and meaning, they kinda had it all.

Tamara Lich and Chris barber do audience Q&A in Ottawa, Aug. 18

We had the honour of sitting in and filming two genuine Canadian heroes this week. Heroes in that they have taken an unreasonable amount of state suffering on behalf of Canadian liberties and basic human rights, and genuine in both sense. Genuine heroes, and genuine people.

Some of the questions and answers are quite startling. For instance, the Crown, as we call it in Canada but it means the state, have managed to parley a mischief charge which should be equivalent to a minor act of vandalism such as spray-painting a wall, into a major offence which is equivalent to a charge of murder. The state is asking for a 10 year prison term for being involved with the Freedom Convoy in 2021. And yes, the trial is still going on. Even this week.

The good news is they feel that the judge, unlike the Helen Grus hearings, is an honest actor and is doing her best to hear all the evidence and appears to be treating it all in an even handed way. This was very nice to hear in answer to a question from RAIR Foundation.

Please do give this a listen and spread it around. This is not a small issue. What happens to them is beyond the horror to them of course, should they be imprisoned, also indicative of the state of Canada, and the right to object to government policies. Even ones which are illegal and a direct contradiction to our charter rights, natural law of course, and Bill of rights along with other laws such as the Nuremberg Code, signed on to by Canada in 1950.

Rule of law in the UK pretty much now a museum exhibit you won’t be allowed to see

Katie Hopkins on the sentencing of some protestors, and the total ignoring of others

Katie seems to think this is all politics instead of a revolution. Frustrating in a way. The contrasting examples she gives are not, as she said, haphazard. They are perfectly consistent as they serve the revolution, and the dialectic obliteration of British people and their culture and laws and values and history from the UK forever and ever. That is the piece she doesn’t address in this video. I have a difficult time believing she doesn’t know that. She may be exercising a little bit of self preservation there. And fair enough.

Russel brand on Trudeau and thought crimes laws

Posting this to draw more attention to what we posted yesterday, Canadian constitutional lawyer, John Carpay’s talk on two authoritarian speech control laws being turned into law in Canada now.

The Hyperkinetic intro goes on till about 24 minutes before he gets to Trudeau. It is entertaining till then though. He does rather better than average impersonations.

John Carpay: An expert opinion on bill C-63 and Bill C-367 and Canada’s slide into oligarchy

Story details can be read at RAIR Foundation. Below is the speech John Carpay, perhaps the most significant lawyer in Canada in terms of defending liberty and Canada’s traditional values of individualism and rights, gave in April in Ottawa. Below that, the two videos of the Q&A.

Bill C-63 is getting a LOT of international attention as Canada appears to be leading the way for the dissolution of Freedom of speech for the communist revolution that has taken place across the world where Western Civilization was the norm. This talk is quite a bankable one in terms of the reality of bill C-63. John Carpay has taken a cautious approach though. The truth could end up being quite a bit worse than this. But this is an excellent place to begin an understanding of the nature of this very controversial bit of legislation.

One additional point on Carpay’s discussion on aspects of C-63 that would make certain religious texts illegal:

Bill C-367: An Attack on Religious Freedom

Bill C-367, proposed by the Bloc Québécois, seeks to remove the exemption for religious texts from hate speech legislation. Carpay argues that this bill could criminalize religious teachings on topics like homosexuality, potentially leading to prosecutions of religious leaders for quoting or teaching from their sacred scriptures.

Currently, the Criminal Code allows defenses against charges of willfully promoting hatred if the statements in question are based on religious texts. Removing this defense, Carpay contends, would open the door to a wave of prosecutions against pastors, rabbis, imams, and other religious leaders for simply expressing their faith-based beliefs.

This would also open the door to continued selective enforcement against religious beliefs that are unfavourable to the leftist agenda. As Trudeau himself tried to pass M-103 early in his role as Prime Minister, which would make special status for Islam and criminalize those who criticized it, it is not difficult to predict which religions would face prosecution under C-63.

Add to that, Trudeau’s banning of all who oppose abortion from summer jobs funding, and the picture is complete. This would be used to criminalize Christian views on Abortion, but not Islamic views on non-Muslims.

Q&A I

Q&A II

Revolution chants on the streets of Montreal yesterday, and why Jerry Seinfeld is way underestimating the threat to comedy

1. Two anti-Israel, anti nation-state protests converge on the streets of Montreal yesterday, originating from McGill and University of Quebec, but the protests likely started on St. Catherine’s St. which is a main street in Downtown Montreal to where the video was shot. Both groups are camped out at McGill.

Yesterday we posts a couple of photos. Here is some of the video of the march. Please note the chants

2. Gerry Seinfeld almost gets it. Live comedy is also policed. Anyone who has not seen the important film, “Oh Canada” needs to do so. There is an interview with a Canadian comedian destroyed for doing what comics always do, to two hecklers who were clearly, clearly provoking him.

To get a sense of how far Jerry is below the degree of the actual problem, at least in Canada but it can’t be that far off in blue states like California, in the US, watch this clip excerpted from the excellent film, Killing Canada released in 2018 or shortly before.

The complete movie of Killing Canada, released on or before 2018 is available right here. And more relevant than even when it was made.
