We had the honour of sitting in and filming two genuine Canadian heroes this week. Heroes in that they have taken an unreasonable amount of state suffering on behalf of Canadian liberties and basic human rights, and genuine in both sense. Genuine heroes, and genuine people.
Some of the questions and answers are quite startling. For instance, the Crown, as we call it in Canada but it means the state, have managed to parley a mischief charge which should be equivalent to a minor act of vandalism such as spray-painting a wall, into a major offence which is equivalent to a charge of murder. The state is asking for a 10 year prison term for being involved with the Freedom Convoy in 2021. And yes, the trial is still going on. Even this week.
The good news is they feel that the judge, unlike the Helen Grus hearings, is an honest actor and is doing her best to hear all the evidence and appears to be treating it all in an even handed way. This was very nice to hear in answer to a question from RAIR Foundation.
Please do give this a listen and spread it around. This is not a small issue. What happens to them is beyond the horror to them of course, should they be imprisoned, also indicative of the state of Canada, and the right to object to government policies. Even ones which are illegal and a direct contradiction to our charter rights, natural law of course, and Bill of rights along with other laws such as the Nuremberg Code, signed on to by Canada in 1950.

I always thought our Criminal Code of Canada described Civil Disobedience as refusing to obey a LAW as a result of MORAAL OBJECTIONS especially through passive resistance.
A form of social protest, involving the active but non-violent refusal to obey certain laws, demands, or commands, of an established authority, because they are considered to be MORALLY WRONG or DETRIMENTAL.
Were all the Canadian that stood on overpasses, stood along the side of the road, handed out food to the truckers, gave money, cheered them on, were they all guilty also simply because they did not believe ANY government EVER should MANDATE Citizens to be vaccinated. Never again means exactly that NEVER AGAIN.
ALL CHARGES against these two patriots should be dropped immediately. The Liberal Environment Minister, Guillbeault has bragged on numerous occasions how he USED civil disobedience as a tool to get what he thought was right.
I am no longer proud of being a Canadian. I am absolutely discussed that this government with the support of the NDP has been allowed to make criminals out of patriots while allowing out of control hate groups to shut down traffic, scream hate on the streets and terrorize Canadian citizens and walk free.
