There is much to say about this, but for the moment, here is the presser. Please feel free to leave comments. We were in the court for the whole 4 hour reading of the sentence justification. It was quite a thing.
Since then, reports are that the parole officer in Alberta is not friendly, and has denied every request to leave the premises for Tamara.
The following video is by Canadian veteran, Jeff Evily, who we have interviewed before when he was arrested and banned from entering Ottawa for defending the War memorial during the freedom Convoy.
In this video, he demonstrates rather excellently, the exact tactic used during Covid, when certain isles were taped off at Costco, big pharmacies, Walmart, and other areas where you could catch Covid if you brought underwear or gardening supplies, but not if you bought alcohol or marijuana or crowded together in lines to get in to any of those places.
This time, the tactic is applied to the Global Warming mass line narrative attack by implication. Nova Scotia, which is having a slightly wetter than normal summer in fact, has decided not to let you go int the underwear isle or gardening tools section of the forest, but yes, you can go to adjacent areas where you won’t set a fire. Apparently. Because like viruses, arsonists obey signs and don’t infect/ignite places that are taped off.

We have provided evidence over the last several years which is at least indicative, if not conclusive that there was a communist revolution which has taken place across the West, and especially the Anglosphere since around 2015. This really manifested in 2020 though with the Covid Line of Operation.
Secondly, communism is not what it sells itself as. It is not a system intended to be more “fair” as any citizen of a Western Republic/’democracy’ would think of the word. But one where all meaningful terms are redefined, especially fair, and reality itself is determined by the state.
Ezra Levant’s report on how the prosecution is handling the hearings for Chris and Tamara do nothing to mitigate these suppositions. Although the hearing for Helen Grus is frankly astonishing in its deployment of a procedure intended to create a political outcome and not determine the truth of the matter.

The trial of Helen Grus was a hearing, not quote a criminal trial. but the basic procedure was, and is the same. The appearance is supposed to be a process of determining guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, that there is the presumption of innocence, and that the political consequences to the verdict have no bearing on the outcome. 20 years ago or more, this was basically, not always true, but basically true. When a trial was political, there was a stink about it. Movies got made about it. Appeals were launched.
Increasingly, it appears that any trial, hearing, internal board discussion such as the ‘College of Surgeons and Physicians” that has a political consequence, specifically where the real question is one of defying state diktats with zero consideration as to what is good for the patient, or what is actually true, or what fits the law as it was; all these processes are not the opposite of what they were designed to be.
In other words, none of this is hypocrisy. It is in fact a new modus. A new set of desired outcomes and processes, and for different reasons that have nothing to do with truth in any socratic sense. It does make sense when you understand what it actually is.
And if we expect to have any hope in actually fighting it, we have to start by understanding what it actually is.

This feels like a data point worthy of a red letter addition to this post.
One of the lawyers connected to the Freedom Convoy had her bank account shut down, in what has come to be known as, “Debanking” in Canada where any counter-revolutionary with any authority or just who comes to the attention of someone in the new communist government(s) in Canada will force an end to your relationship with your bank, 100% for political reasons. This will include your mortgage if you have one with that bank.

Royal Bank of Canada shuts down Freedom Convoy lawyer’s accounts over ‘risk concerns’
Eva Chipiuk, a lawyer known for her involvement in the Freedom Convoy and vocal criticism of Canadian institutions, has been blindsided after the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) terminated its banking relationship with her, citing risk-related concerns.
According to an official letter the banking institution sent to Chipiuk, her “recent activity was outside of RBC’s client risk appetite,” and it would “no longer be in a position to continue serving her.”
This is of course the kind of careful language used to disguise a real purpose with one that the public can accept without too much fuss. “Outside the risk appetite”, to mean that the consequences by the COMINTERN to the bank, or its proxies like ANTIFA etc. are more than the bank can handle.

There was no trial/sentencing hearing today. The sentence will be delivered in November of this year.

As mentioned in last night’s article, the crown, although at this point calling it the COMINTERN would be more accurate and most certainly more meaningful, is asking that the state seize the truck known as Big Red, belonging to Chris Barber.
As mentioned in last night’s article, communist operate symbolically. Big Red is a major symbol of the counter-revolution and the public demand for the restoration of our actual constitutional rights.
Section 7 – Life, Liberty and Security of the Person

Just FYI.
The request for unprecedented sentences for ‘Mischief’ and for the taking of a truck is clearly because the state wants to destroy a symbol of individual resistance to the revolution. MANY people see Big Red as such a symbol.
As to how the sentencing will go, I have no idea. There are lots of models we could use to try and predict it and all of them will be missing variables and key facts we can’t know. Including what the judge actually thinks, and perhaps more importantly, what pressures are on the judge to create a sentence in accordance with what those pressures are.
Here is a prediction based on one possible model.

The purpose of these trials and punishments is to destroy the unity and movement that manifested itself during the Freedom Convoy.
Punishment should be severe enough to be a deterrent, and powerfully symbolic enough to get the message across.
HOWEVER: It cannot be so harsh that it creates a new unity behind the defendants. And this is where the mitigating factor will be. Canada is not yet so subdued that they can do whatever they want to the defendants. People still care about them, and know the verdict is ludicrous and the crimes are thought crimes and political crimes and in no way based on any kind of action that would be considered criminal in the formerly free West. Parking infractions, maybe. Except it was the Ottawa Police themselves that showed each truck where to park.
So our prediction is the sentencing will be as harsh as possible without creating a new unity and opposition to state narrative attacks such as we saw during the Convoy itself. Especially as it is summer now, and the downtown area is a lot more comfortable to hang around carrying signs than it was in February of 2022. Not to mention all the cafe’s are open.
UPDATE: Verdict îs în,and according to this Tweet he was acquitted on all counts and the only cost, years in court and endless trips back and forth to Ottawa and likely astronomical legal fees.
One of the most decent, hard working, law abiding men who had been targeted by Carney/Trudeau’s gang of state thugs at the end of the Freedom Convoy and tried for “mischief”, which appears to be the same kind of ccatch-all charge in Canada as it is in Islam, is set to be handed down today.
Harold granted us an interview when he was at court in May of 2024 and that interview is at the bottom of this post. Please take a few minutes to watch for a clear impression of who this true blooded Canadian patriot and man of principle that he is.

Harold Jonker’s criminal trial for protesting at the Ottawa Freedom Convoy has concluded and his verdict will be handed down today!
Please take a moment to pray for Harold that justice will be done.
Harold is charged with 4 criminal charges, including mischief and intimidation. Harold is a hard-working, patriotic Canadian and a trucking business co-owner. He has never been on the wrong side of the law – until now.
As Niagara Captain for the 2022 Ottawa Freedom Convoy he led 12 of his own company’s trucks, along with countless others into Ottawa, and the truck he was driving was the first official Truck to enter Ottawa for the Convoy. He played a strong leadership role at the Convoy and was part of the unofficial leadership team there. He did many of the mainstream media interviews for the convoy because of his background in politics, including as a town councillor. Many say he was a big part of the critical “glue” that kept things together, and kept things peaceful (at least on the part of the protestors).
Of course, that means the government is targeting him, and he is fighting 4 criminal charges that carry potential jail time with them.

The trial lasted 3 days and went about 7 hours each day. Harold wanted to take the stand in his own defence but was advised against it as the Crown’s evidence was weak.
Harold got the final word though, when the Crown as part of their evidence played interviews of Harold where he spoke about God and his love, and described the Convoy as loving, peaceful and joyful with no violence.
This was as powerful a testimony as he could have given.

At the end of the trial the judge asked the Crown to explain when the Convoy went from “legal” to “illegal” as the protest was booked beforehand, police parked them, police were working with them, etc. The Crown could not explain this satisfactorily.
Hopefully, this is a positive indication.
Previously the Crown offered Harold 1 year house arrest if he agreed to plead guilty. As a man of integrity, Harold refused. Now they’re asking for a year in prison.
Putting a law-abiding, business owning Canadian in jail for one year because he attended a peaceful protest, coordinated with the Ottawa Police, is absolutely scandalous.
He also led the Convoy to remain peaceful when forces conspired against them to break their patience and try to create violence.
This day of reckoning is tremendously important.
Having talked to many of the people charged with proxy-crimes for openly defying illegal state narratives, and having seen many of the days of court-hearings as well as hearings by the CPSO the Ottawa Police against Helen Grus, when none of them actually did anything that was not standard operating procedure anytime in Canada’s history prior to 2020, we can learn a few things about the state of law and power in Canada and elsewhere across the Western World.
The facts about the vaccine, being that it was dangerous and fully innefective which are now common knowledge, even amongst some of its strongest proponents like say, Scott Adams. But it took a fatal diagnosis for him to admit it.
I should mention that Scott Adam’s book, God’s Debris is one of the most enjoyable books I have ever read and am so grateful for it. Maybe not for everyone, but for those that it reaches, it is a wonderful uplifting read.
Below, Scott, who was at odds with all of those of us who opposed the Covid Vaxx admits after a fashion that he was wrong about it.
It is still not quite an admission of being wrong as he paints it as luck on the part of those of us that didn’t take the vaxx. Just that we were right and he was wrong, but he was still the better thinker than we were, and even though he was wrong he was still kinda right cause the info available at the time indicated taking it.
No. It did not. I would bet my doctor and scientist and statistician friend’s data against his reasoning that at the time, the information we had was that it was insane to take experimental gene therapy to prevent a disease that really just took a few months of life away from the very elderly and fragile. Less serious than the flu. Even in the legacy strain. Nobel Prize winners in medicine were saying the same thing at the time.
But the point is that it doesn’t matter who was right or who was wrong about the vaxx. Even if it worked, and even if it saved lives, the issue is one of individual rights. The Covid years was a communist revolution where they eliminated those rights to the point where parents don’t have the right to ask their children not to be surgically mutilated and sterilized until they are old enough to legally get a tattoo. Where you can have your career destroyed for refusing a clearly dangerous ‘treatment’ or worse, if you fail to enforce that ‘treatment’ on others. Before Covid, the national slogan for Canadians was “Get a second opinion”. After 2020 you could not even get a first one. All opinions doctors have are by the state. A doctor who gives you his personal medical advice based on science and his own experience is risking his career. But if he kills you with state directives, there are no negative consequences. he did what he was supposed to do, which was in fact ‘all he could do to save you’.
Harold is a Canadian patriot, a family man, and an unusually principled man, much like Helen Gruz is an unusually principled woman and Ottawa police officer. She was found guilty after a show trial where every conceivable device, even childish ones was used to create the desired Guilty verdict. Devices like like not turning on the sound system so in-house witnesses could actually hear what was being said, and talking very low in the hearing room. (At one point I heard the hearing officer actually speaking normally as you would in a room that size and catching himself, then quieted himself down so it was difficult to hear him.) But there was a dozen or more dirty tricks like that used to get the inevitable guilty verdict despite no evidence of wrongdoing and a lot of evidence of a biased court and procedure.
So we know what the verdict will be, because the system no longer operates based on evidence, rule of law, or reason. it operates to create a political outcome for the endless shift to the left.
Tamara Lich calls herself an ordinary woman in extraordinary times. But frankly, it is extraordinary times that tests the metal of people. Sometimes it tempers them, and sometimes it melts them. Let me say that very few people could face the furnace that Tamara has faced, which includes months in an actual jail which actual violent criminals would never see the inside, and maintain a caring and sincere nature. She was indeed tempered, but not made hard except in her determination to fight injustice and tyranny.
Once, while inside the court building on the last day of the actual trial, Tamara was surrounded with media, supporters and a legal team and a woman with a disability slipped on the court building polished stone floor and fell. Although many people were much closer to her than Tamara was, she was up like a shot and deftly moved past her supporters, media and legal team to help the woman get up before people closer to the fallen woman registered what had even happened.
I mention this story as a factual account to counter much of the disinformation planted on social media intended to Impugn Tamara’s character. And there is a lot. Because Tamara has become a symbol of resistance to tyrannical government, and completely without intending to become anything like that. And the left in its very essence is about destruction of a concept via destruction of its symbols. And the effort to separate Tamara, and Chris barber for that matter, from those who see them as symbols of resistance to government tyranny is extensive. On MSM by sly use of language, and on social media by vulgar and/or direct attacks and false imputation of motives.

Please do share this with anyone who was a supporter of the Freedom Convoy, or anyone you know who was injured by the mandated mRNA injections, either by taking it, or refusing to take it and then punished by the state. This issue is far from over. Health care workers who refused the shots are still not back at their jobs, yet many have filled the positions who are from outside Canada and didn’t, for some reason, have to take the shots.
After one of my very regular and long morning conversations with a good friend about the abstracts of all the things which plague the West, we landed on a couple of points of solidity in terms of the attributes of each side of the great conflict. To get to that point, examples were needed.
The poles of the conflict can be said to look like this:
On one side, the ultimate system for human organization that allows for the maximum possibility for development, creativity, fairness as its properly understood in the West, and individual liberties. And that would be the US constitution. Frankly, the first two amendments of the Bill of Rights in some ways is all one needs to understand. The right to speak freely, and the right to defend the first right by opposing with force of arms, a tyrannical state which would remove the first right.
(Not that this should be needed to be added, but freedom of speech only has one purpose. The right to criticize political and religious authority in order to keep its power in check. And that is its only purpose. All other freedoms stem from those. And when you no longer have those rights, you have none. Not even the right to stop the state from castrating and sexually and chemically mutilating your children.)
The other pole is the never ending destruction of all systems of societal organization via the Hegelian dialectic. In its abstract, it is the use of the principles of Hegel however much affected by Marx, to perpetually destroy any and all power structures. Which would perhaps explain why we see anarchists protesting with the communists in the streets of so many cities so often. In reality though, the communists end up creating a state which is God like in its power. The book 1984 explains it rather brilliantly in the chapters after Winston Smith is arrested and taken to the Ministry of Love and eventually to room 101. An easier way though, is talk to anyone you know who is an East European expat that fled during communism. Perhaps every bit as instructive as what they say, is how reticent they will be to talk about it, as their fear of speaking the truth is both a consequence of their ‘lived experience’ as well as their recognition that Canada is in many ways well on the way to being a dialectically operated, totalitarian and oppressive polity.
And this brings me to the example. And this will likely only ring bells with Canadians, and especially in Ontario.
As of the date of the Freedom Convoy in early 2022, symbols were created with a great deal of meaning for many Canadians. The Canadian flag was flown along with symbols of Donald Trump in a non ironic way, because both were being used to demand personal liberty from tyrannical covid measures. Ones which Mark Carney had not just a small part in.

Since the Freedom Convoy, people with Canadian flags on their cars or trucks were signalling resistance to the communist state and patriotism to the individualist nation most believe that Canada had been up until 2020. Many vehicles were less subtle about the messaging. The photo below is of a truck that was at the Tamara Lich talk yesterday in Ottawa. But for most, a single or dual Canadian flag on a car or especially a truck, meant loyalty to the right to bodily autonomy and an end to the WEF instructed destruction of the individual.

And until recently, when patriots in the usual sense saw a vehicle with Canadian flags drive by we knew they were about. There would often be an exchange of waves or perhaps a friendly honk-honk. A genuine subculture was born of samisdat style messaging of those oriented towards a proper individualist and freedom oriented state, and in opposition to Trudeau’s collectivist and destructive one.
Then the old switcheroo happened. The front man for the WEF, Justin Trudeau, was sent back to being a full time wealthy elitist surfer party boy and was craftily replaced with the actual WEF/COMINTERN manager, Mark Carney. It is quite likely that Carney was the man directing the govt’s policies all along with Trudeau acting as one might say, in the same role as Joe Biden fronting for Obama, or whoever directed him.
Then the dialectic negation of the Canadian flag as a symbol for freedom happened.
Which is perhaps a little ironic since the current Canadian flag created and made official by communist PM, Lester Pearson, is itself a dialectic negation of the Red Ensign, which was a meaningful Canadian flag in terms of Canadian identity and history as a nation.
Carney managed to make Donald Trump the enemy for most CBC CTV and Global viewers. He did so by using distortions of Trump’s tariff policies and other propaganda techniques. But the clever thing was taking the rubric of patriotism away from actual patriots, and getting leftists and Liberal Party supporters to hang Canadian flags as a symbol of opposition to Donald trump. Exactly the opposite as the actual patriots, by framing Trump as an enemy of Canadian sovereignty. This from a man whose organization is dedicated to the idea of the total destruction of the nation-state altogether. Trudeau even stated out loud to the NYT that he expected to be the last leader of the nation state of Canada.
Supporters of Carney, or those who at least agree with his position on Trump, began hanging flags in their windows at home, and on vehicles. And now, when one goes by, there is uncertainty. The sense of connection to those sporting the Maple Leaf is gone. The sense of community with people you hadn’t met but you knew had your back is gone.
This is dialectic negation at its most subtle and effective.
And like all dialectics, once you control the symbol, you control the idea it represents.
And now, once again, the Canadian flag is what it was meant to be when Pearson introduced it in 1965. The business card of the Liberal Party of Canada, and of the constant move to collectivization and an all powerful state.
This is just a list of links of mostly far left wing extremist MSM sites, but also some new reality based journalists. The left wing sites do help to get a view of the dialectic at work. This teacher in Ireland is being defacto punished for his refusal to accept that there is more than males and females and use pronouns indicating every imaginary gender that can be synthesized for the purpose.
He is also a Christian, so his beliefs add a degree of threat to the state narratives, as the communist state often views Christianity as a competing ideology and ethos which a threat to state authority. Which would be true. Especially because the state measures the effectiveness of its narratives, all of which are fictional by definition, by the degree to which the public accepts them.
The fact that this also happened in Canada in 2022 to all who supported counter-revolutionary narratives concerning Covid and especially the deadly mRNA vaxx narratives and mandates by contributing to the Freedom Convoy, now gives us enough real world data to state definitively that freezing bank accounts is punishment for defying state narratives openly, or even covertly with financial support for those who do openly oppose them, and that the banks are now a branch of government, no matter what they say they are.
If the state seemingly arbitrarily wants a large number of people to have their bank accounts frozen or emptied, even though there is no evidence or even accusation of any actual crime as we understand the word generally, the banks will comply. This means no separation between state and bank.
Those among us who do not accept that a communist revolution has taken place, will make up reasons why these things are happening, other than the one explained here. This will leave them increasingly vulnerable to easy state attacks on their means of support.
We would advise you all to act accordingly.
In unrelated news, it is most likely that during Trudeau’s years as Canada’s public PM, he likely played the same role as Joe Biden did, and was actually controlled by well known central bank president of both the English and Canadian banks, Mark Carney behind the scenes. Carney is now the defacto and arguably dejure Prime Minister of Canada. Please consider that going forward.
First the story, then a documentary made by some rather unusually aware and intelligent people who saw all this coming right from the start, and who show exactly who these actors are, and what motivates them. The Ontario Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal from defendants in a class action lawsuit tied to the 2022 Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa. The decision, released on March 6, 2025, upholds a lower court’s rejection of a motion to dismiss the case under Ontario’s anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) legislation. This allows the lawsuit to proceed to its next phase, potentially certification as a class action.
The lawsuit stems from the Freedom Convoy protest, which began on January 28, 2022, and lasted about three weeks in downtown Ottawa. Truckers and supporters gathered to oppose COVID-19 public health measures, parking trucks on public streets and causing frequent horn honking and engine idling, according to reports. The plaintiffs claim this disrupted residents, businesses, and employees in the area. Zexi Li, an Ottawa resident, filed the initial claim on February 4, 2022, which later expanded to include Happy Goat Coffee Company, 7983794 Canada Inc. (operating as Union: Local 613), and Geoffrey Devaney, representing affected residents, businesses, and employees.
Named defendants include individuals such as Chris Barber, Tamara Lich, and Patrick King, identified by the plaintiffs as key organizers, along with other participants, truckers, and donors accused of supporting the protest. The plaintiffs seek $290 million in damages for private and public nuisance, including $60 million for general damages, $70 million for business losses, $150 million for lost wages, and $10 million in punitive damages.

The following interviews are unusual in a way. As a rule, it is somewhat difficult to get an interview from an accused until after the trial is over, and usually after the verdict. At least not one which is detailed. But J. P. Ayotte is determined to have his day in court because of his belief in rule of law and his rights under the constitution, and has been blocked from having his day in court repeatedly for very unusual reasons. Several court officers including the Judge recused themselves or each other for conflicts or semi-stated reasons. In the most recent attempt at a trial, a trial in which the state of Canada denied him the right to a jury trial, the judge recused herself because she “…ould not preside over any convoy related trials”.
We also got an interview with his legal representative, Jane Scharf. Jane has become an expert on all Freedom convoy related cases and has enjoyed success for many of her clients fighting tickets and other more serious charges related to the weeks of January February 2022 in Ottawa.

As we approach the 3rd anniversary of Freedom day, the day the convoy arrived in Ottawa to make what was the most unifying and loving grass roots event in Canadian history, it may be time to explore some ideas in the interests of creating new traditions that hopefully will keep the message alive for a while. At least before it deteriorates into drunken hollow rituals.
But maybe we can start with some rituals that could stay around for a while before that happens. Assuming of course we ever take back our liberties and culture.
Jewish people have a once a year tradition of making a special pastry filled with dates in the shape of a three cornered hat that represents the hat of a historical tyrant that oppressed Jewish people a long time ago. Eating the hat was to remind them of this tyrant, how he was defeated, and the importance of recognizing the threat that tyrants represent to a free people. (Observant Jewish people may wish to take issue with this analysis and I look forward to any corrections)

Guy Fawkes Day, also known as Bonfire Night, is celebrated in the United Kingdom on November 5th. It commemorates the failure of the Gunpowder Plot of 1605, a conspiracy to assassinate King James I and blow up the Houses of Parliament.

The date for this holiday is easy. January 22. The name of the holiday also is.
Freedom Day.
My suggestion is that people have both public and private parties, home and out in parks, and especially where the trucks gathered at the various stations and overpasses on the way to Ottawa. People could bake cookies and cakes that look like Trucks or are on the theme of Freedom and freedom especially From Trudeau. Like Guy Fawkes, and like the Jewish celebration of the defeat of Haman, a high-ranking advisor to King Ahasuerus (believed to be Xerxes I of Persia), who planned to destroy the Jews of the Persian Empire, we must name and put a face to the enemy. In this case Trudeau. People could bake cookies with images of him to be eaten, or make pastries, cakes and cookies that look like a section of road and put Trudeau’s image in icing or some other modern way of accomplishing this.
This is an audience participation post. I am hoping people brainstorm and offer ideas and suggestions about creating these traditions, from the very easy to do, like a clever cookie idea with a ready made dough, to creative cake making for the experienced bakers. A section of road of a cake should be very easy as the illusion would all be done with icing.
I hope people have a lot of ideas. and book a freedom minded restaurant for their Freedom Day celebration soon. Let’s make the food industry salivate over Jan. 22 the way they do over all the other major holidays. Most restaurants will let you bring your own cakes etc. although they may charge a plating fee.

I asked Grok for images of highways with a kind of outline of Trudeau on them in icing but it kept making them far too realistic and that would put people off their food. But hopefully someone can make an icing outline of him on varies pastries and make that work.
This is basically a 2 part interview. The first part deals with his time at the Freedom Convoy, and subsequent arrests and government over-reactions. The second part starting at around 25 minutes in, discusses how the state convinced his child to undergo procedures to change the outward appearance of her body to resemble the other sex more or less.
This is the prsser outside the court after the end of the trial for Lich and Barber Friday September 13th. The prosecution actually was pushing to make the trial longer and the judge stated emphatically that it was to end that day and by 1:00. It ended at 12:30

We had the honour of sitting in and filming two genuine Canadian heroes this week. Heroes in that they have taken an unreasonable amount of state suffering on behalf of Canadian liberties and basic human rights, and genuine in both sense. Genuine heroes, and genuine people.
Some of the questions and answers are quite startling. For instance, the Crown, as we call it in Canada but it means the state, have managed to parley a mischief charge which should be equivalent to a minor act of vandalism such as spray-painting a wall, into a major offence which is equivalent to a charge of murder. The state is asking for a 10 year prison term for being involved with the Freedom Convoy in 2021. And yes, the trial is still going on. Even this week.
The good news is they feel that the judge, unlike the Helen Grus hearings, is an honest actor and is doing her best to hear all the evidence and appears to be treating it all in an even handed way. This was very nice to hear in answer to a question from RAIR Foundation.
Please do give this a listen and spread it around. This is not a small issue. What happens to them is beyond the horror to them of course, should they be imprisoned, also indicative of the state of Canada, and the right to object to government policies. Even ones which are illegal and a direct contradiction to our charter rights, natural law of course, and Bill of rights along with other laws such as the Nuremberg Code, signed on to by Canada in 1950.
