Eritrean receives 30 hours of community service punishment for brutal attempted rape

A man from Eritrea tried to brutally rape an 18 year old woman in Bad Oldesloe end of January. Yesterday his punishment was announced: He has to do 30 hours of community service.

It happened in a parking garage in the Bad Oldesloer innercity. On January 20th, at a quarter to eleven at night, a couple of police officers, male and female, were walking by, working the late shift. Suddenly they heard screams in the building. In the stairway they saw a young man from Eritrea, choke holding an 18 year old German woman from behind.

He was already half undressed and had bitten the young woman in the face and the neck multiple times. There was blood everywhere. The two police officers pulled the Eritrean off the girl and put him in cuffs. He was kicking and head banging one of the officers. They took him to a holding cell at the police station.

The case was cause for anger and horror in Bad Oldesloe. At a demonstration 150 demonstrators were focussing on the issues such as:

the police that sees nothing, the government that hears nothing, and the media that won’t tell nothing.

Yesterday the judgment against the asylum seeker, who claims to be 17 years old, was handed out. It was even milder than many were worried about already. He won’t be deported, and he doesn’t have to go to jail. The Eritrean was sentenced to 30 hours of community service and therapy for alcoholism.

In a comment about the case, the Kiel Criminology Professor Monika Frommel said that the Asylum seeker, due to “lack of money, lack of acknowledgment and appreciation, and lack of access to sex he could slide into a criminal subculture”. Therefore, it is important to steer against this development now and to finally give asylum seekers “perspectives” in Germany.

But the warning not to go out alone at night did not prevent the perpetrators from attacking during the daytime. At five o’clock on the afternoon of March 11 an 18-year old woman was assaulted and beaten after she refused to give her phone number to a group of immigrants.

The attack, which occurred in the town center near a shopping mall, was the eleventh reported assault to the police over the course of just a few weeks.

The Police Report

But Östersund is not the only city in Sweden that is being hit by a wave of rapes and sexual assaults against women in the wake of the influx of asylum seekers.

Last month police received a report that shows that refugee and other immigrant groups were behind at least 80 percent of the sexual molestation reported in Swedish swimming establishments last year.

The report also addresses other sexual molestation and assault against women, which occurred at the establishments, and notes that they too are mostly perpetrated by immigrants.

The report portrayed additionally, eleven cases in which girls and young women were exposed to everything from sexual molestation to rape.

Stephen Jerand now confirms to the local newspaper that it is the same situation Östersund as it is in the rest of Sweden, and that is that it is immigrants who are behind the vast majority of assaults against women in the city.

When we receive refugees it is essential to let them know the rules that exist in Sweden and that women are also covered by them.

In July 2013, doctors at the hospital in Nîmes (capital of the administrative district of Gard in southern France) had discovered lesions in the anus of an 11-month old baby. Suspicion was cast on the father, Samir, who confessed during police custody (when the baby was brought to a 2nd hospital for surgery) before retracting his words later on.

In trial since last Thursday (June 9th) before the Criminal Court of Gard, the defendant (Samir), represented by Maitres Aoudia and Nougier, denied committing this despicable act. Traces of blood had been found on various objects in Samir’s home (ie, changing table, sink, flashlight).

This past Friday afternoon (June 10th) the verdict was in. Samir was sentenced to 18 years in prison in accordance with the prosecuting attorney’s case.

(TRANSLATOR’S NOTE: According to a more recent article in Midi Libre, both Samir’s brother Issam and wife Khadija defended Samir, the wife saying that what was thought to be the baby’s blood was probably Betadine, the red-colored antiseptic liquid/cream. However, after alarming reports from the doctors concerning the extremely serious damage to the baby’s anus, ie, anal fissures evocative of sexual abuse, the baby had to be transferred to another hospital for immediate surgery. The man positioned himself right behind her, pulled down her trousers and proceeded to rape her digitally. The young woman’s aggressor fled the scene when her screams finally put him off. The perpetrator then stepped off the elevator and disappeared.

A rapist on the run

A woman who was walking past went to her help before the police and the Sapeurs-Pompiers?, who had been called, arrived on the scene. The young woman was taken to the Saint-Joseph hospital in the 14th arrondissement.

Dunja R.:* I am a single mother of five children. Money is always short. But Goran loves to go swimming. So I gave him three Euros pocket money on December 2nd for Theresienbad near where we live. After school he could go and use the pool. Three hours later he called me and he sobbed and cried so hard that I couldn’t understand a word. Then someone from the pool personnel took his cell phone and said: “Please come here, your child has been sexually attacked!

Swedish Police: We could have prevented mass sexual assaults

It is serious in many ways. We might have avoided several girls being violated had it come to light earlier. Secondly, it is not our job to take possible political views into considerations. We have to be consistent in our public communications, the police chief says when asked whether the case is serious.
Investigating the matter fully

Residents of small Italian town have had enough with islamic migrant crime.

This clip comes in the wake of a news story that is upsetting the residents of a small town in Italy recently about a refugee centre being attacked after an immigrant (Pakistani I believe) was caught approaching a young girl.  This is a poor neighbourhood and the young anonymous guy says this is becoming a more regular occurrence and these people are not wanted, either in the neighbourhood or in Italy.  The local priest also explains the situation but naturally is more disposed to be generous towards the newcomers.
