Dozens of bouquets of flowers were left Monday at the site in Copenhagen where the suspected gunman behind two fatal shootings at the weekend was killed by police.
An AFP reporter saw several people laying flowers outside the building in the inner-city neighbourhood of Noerrebro where Omar El-Hussein was shot dead.

An elderly woman, who brought flowers but did not wish to be identified, said “the boy didn’t know what he was doing.”

Nicolaus Lambert, who also laid a bouquet at the site, told AFP he wanted to show “forgiveness.”

The scene attracted a small group of onlookers but many more passed by with only a quick glance at the mounting pile of blossoms.

“What [the gunman] did was wrong,” said one of the onlookers, Mohammed, who didn’t give his last name.

Others seemed less understanding.

“Flowers for a despicable coward on Svanevej. This is a photo no one wants to see. It shows that there is unfortunately an ‘us’ and ‘them’. The essential thing is then is who is ‘us’ and ‘them’. Time and discussion will show,” leading Venstre politician Søren Pind wrote on Facebook, posting a photo of the flower display.

Monday 5.31pm
A group of young men wearing hoods to partially cover their faces has removed flowers that were laid at the Copenhagen spot where the presumed gunman was killed by police.
The men can be seen in a video from TV2 News kicking the flowers and carrying them away.

One of the men told reporters that they removed the flowers because it is not a Muslim tradition to lay flowers for dead people.

1. He’s born and raised in Denmark. No indication that he’s been in Syria.
2. He’s been convicted for violations of weapons laws.
3. They seem to have the weapons.
4. That includes one automatic rifle and two handguns.
5. They have searched several other locations in Copenhagen.

This is the first picture of the terror suspect believed to have killed a film director and Jewish security guard in two attacks in Copenhagen.

Danish-born Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein, 22, was killed after opening fire on officers who had closed down the area surrounding Norrebro metro station at about 5am today.

The man – whom police said is known to them due to past violence, gang-related activities and and possession of weapons – is thought to have killed two people in separate attacks at a free speech event and a synagogue.

Film director Finn Noergaard, 55, was killed yesterday at a cafe. Hours later, 37-year-old security employee Dan Uzan was shot in the head as he stood outside a building belonging to the city’s Great Synagogue.

This afternoon two people were led out of an internet cafe in handcuffs as part of the probe.

Earlier, at 5am police closed in on Norrebro station as the suspect emerged with a weapon from an address police were watching.

 

School Psychologists up in arms: Colleagues attack Pegida Denmark Spokeman

Front figure in Pegida Denmark, School Psychologist Nicolai Sennels, stands accused by several colleagues of expressing “professionally irresponsible statements” about Muslims.  His colleagues are attempting to raise doubt before the Copenhagen Municipality as to whether Nicolai Sennels is suitable for his status as a state employee. 

The controversial spokesman for the Islam-critical organization Pegida, school psychologist Nicolai Sennels, is now being greeted with professional opposition from his psychologist colleagues in Copenhagen.

11 of Sennels’ peers in Østerbro and in the City have taken the dramatic step of writing a letter to the Child and Youth Committee in Copenhagen municipality in which they express great professional mistrust of their colleague. This gives the matter as to whether a publicly employed psychologist such as Nicolai Sennels is allowed to express himself, a new twist.

In the letter his colleagues strongly oppose Nicolai Sennels’ opinions about Muslims. Furthermore, they take umbrage that he supports his opinions by being a school psychologist and they doubt whether he is able to keep his personal views on Muslims separate from his professional work with Muslims.

For example, they call his views and opinions ‘academically indefensible in a primary school that works for openness, inclusion and the acceptance of differences’.  According to their letter, Nicolai Sennels’ opinions are “offensive to Muslims and for the Muslim citizens served by the state psychologists”. Nothing in the letter, however, says that these psychologists no longer want to work with Nicolai Sennels or that they even want him dismissed.

The school psychologist has in recent weeks been the subject of fierce criticism for his involvement in Pegida and for statements like “when working psychologically with Muslims, it becomes clear that one cannot ask a Muslim to put aside his anger.”  He explains this statement to Berlingske, stating that it means that “threats and aggression in the Muslim culture is a much more acceptable way of managing conflict”.

Social Democrat Jonas Bjørn Jensen, who sits on the Copenhagen City Council, recommended that he be terminated from his job.  Following shortly after this, however, Bjørn Jensen was brought to heel by his group foreman Lars Weiss (S) who clearly stated that it is “not the Social Democrats business bringing Sennels’ employment into political consideration”.  Continue Reading →

Every second Dane wants to limit the number of Muslims in Denmark

A new poll by YouGov shows that a majority of Danes are moving closer to the opinion of the Danish People’s Party and the party’s goal to limit non-Western immigration – including from Muslim countries, writes Metro.
When asked what percentage of Muslims should constitute the Danish population, 50 % of Danes set a ceiling as to how many should be accepted. Every fourth Dane answered in the poll that the number of Muslims in Denmark should not be more than 1 – 5 % of the total population.

The Danes are sensible, says the Danish People’s Party.
I’ll take the result as an indication that the Danes have plenty of common sense and that they are greatly concerned about what is going on with our country and the consequences of increased immigration, said the party’s immigration spokesman Martin Henriksen, who would not put a cap on what proportion that should be, but the limit has been reached, he stresses.

This is one of those really important stories that fly under the radar but have much larger implications to us all than the tiny bit of attention they get. This is a clear part of a process. Yes, they are going after an ‘ethnic’ community so that they don’t draw as much attention from the wider society. But its a prelude to the destruction of exactly that wider society.

Often leftists speak about protecting the vulnerable in society. They clearly didn’t mean the Jews as the Jews are pretty much packing up and leaving Europe for fear of Islamic attacks. They clearly didn’t mean the children as they are being turned into sexual slaves, no, not prostitutes, prostitutes get a percentage of their take and choose that line of work, the children are forced into being part of a harem of slaves for hire. So exactly who do the leftists mean when they talk about zero tolerance for harm and forcing tolerance for everything they do like.

This community, the Arab Christian one who typically are excellent citizens of every nation they have moved to, moved usually because muslims destroyed the civilization in their nations of origin, are both deserving and in need of our support and protection.

Lets start by protecting them since we failed with everyone else.

Denmark: Arson attack against Buddhist Temple

When people from The Danish Defence League put up stickers with the famous cartoon of Muhammed with head under his bomb, the police took DNA samples and stormed the sticker-criminals in their own homes. When “unknown” people tried to burn down a Buddhist temple located not far from a mosque inspired by the Muslim Brotherhood that has already been connected to terrorism, there is “no sign of harassment”. In fact, the fire was so miraculous, that it did not even produce any flame or smoke… As the police seem unterested in finding out who did it, we will probably never know. But fact is, that Muslims have found out that Buddhists do a pretty good job at fighting back – which is what we see in China, Thailand and Burma (US troops also met overwhelming Buddhist resistance in Vietnam, Korea and Japan).

“On Tuesday morning at 7 users of a Buddhist temple in Killerupgade were met with a nasty surprise. During the night, unknown men had tried to set fire to the temple. …The perpetrators had put combustible material at a wooden door, which was burned.’- But there has never been any flame or smoke. Therefore, the fire department was not contacted. It has not been necessary, says Kim Munksgaard, who immediately denied that there is harassment of the temple.- There is no sign of harassment against the temple or the users of it, said the police.'”

After watching the Danish video we just subtitled about an imam praising a convert-suicide bomber, I happened to watch today’s Vice news video on the most recent Russian incursions on Ukraine and couldn’t help but notice the Russian Orthodox priest making an appeal to the public based on his ethos.

So I just had to put them together. Both statements have been made within the last week or so to the best of my knowledge.

Council of Europe lies about racism in Denmark to push for more prosecutions against “racicsts”

Therefore he tries to scratch 10 year old small items together to paint this picture.”

18 year old poet creates security crisis in Denmark by reading islam-critical poems.

This must be a tough one for the usual elites. The poet, Yayah Hassan of Palestinian origins, has created not just a security crisis which includes a no-fly-zone over the area where he will be reading, but a media storm in Denmark as well. The translator of this news piece said there is just too much on TV and everywhere to do this story justice.

But why?

My guess is, because the anti-islam poet is both ex muslim and Palestinian, about the top rung of the victim ladder or as Ezra would say, a royal flush in politically correct poker. They can’t accuse him of ‘racism’ for his quite valid views and even personal feelings of contempt for the contemptible religion of Islam. If they did shut him down, then they would have to admit something Denmark just isn’t ready to admit yet. Which is that Islam has destroyed freedom of speech and it can no longer be hidden behind the usual veneer of ‘white racism’. So instead, they moved him from a library in a highly enriched part of town, to a local public school where it will be easier to put into place all the security they feel they need.
