Belgium: he decapitates his wife and baby, but is released from prison because of a procedural error

Couac: – A man charged after the murder of his wife and her 13 months old daughter in Belgium should be released before his trial. Due to an error of justice, his detention is illegal.

This is a miscarriage of justice that could be costly . On Wednesday, the Belgian Court of Cassation gave judgment in which it confirmed that a man detained after the murder of his wife and his daughter, was to be released , as reported by the website DH.be. The Court indicated that the criminal was illegally imprisoned since March 11 , because of a procedural error by the Council Chambers of Nivelles.

The latter had indeed forgotten to order the immediate enforcement of the arrest warrant , and in so doing had rendered it illegal. The Belgian Daily reports that, to repair this ” forgetfulness”, a new arrest warrant against the accused will have to be issued and will have to be sent back to the Criminal Court, but this cannot be done before the 26 May.

After the drama, he had fled

By that time, he should be free, which makes the procedure risky because the man accused of beheading his wife and little girl of 13 months, in December 2013, could flee abroad. Of Syrian origin, Abdullah Saad has a residence permit valid until next year, according to his lawyers, but he does not have a domicile in Belgium.

Aged 34, the man has never denied the murders. Suspecting his wife of infidelity and thinking that his daughter was not his biological child, he had slaughtered them with a cutlass. After the tragedy, the father had fled by car towards Namur and caused an accident involving three other cars. Hospitalized for a broken arm, he was arrested by the police.

Multiculturalism as one distillate of the problem.

Generally specialists tend to see the solutions to a problem as being a function of their specialty. As the expression goes, ‘to a hammer, everything is a nail’. In more practical terms, one might not want to ask a surgeon as first choice about how to deal with a headache.

In terms of dealing with the issue of Islam in the West, I tend to boil the issue down to the simple matter of normalizing criticism of political and religious authority. A keystone of the renaissance and in my opinion, the single most important aspect of this entire problem. Islam as a force for social change and galloping totalitarianism in Western countries has, in my opinion, been nearly completely because our own peers and to one extent or another, our governments and laws have made what should be a keystone right into a speech and thought crime. Even and perhaps especially when the observations under criticism are true.

The interview I did this past spring but just got around to editing last night thanks to a combination of a geopolitically action packed summer and a solid case of insomnia, boils it down to the lost concept of a right to and belief in our own cultures. It is with Prof. John Kenneth Press, a self declared, ‘culturist’ who is a professor at a university in South Korea but is of American origin.

Islam is not a crime and punishment issue

There are more and more stories, appearing even from the best counter-jihad sites about the man who is presented as guilty for the beheading of James Foley

I believe that to treat this as a crime and punishment issue is a form of distraction and deflection and is nearly guaranteed to make us lose this thing. We must not take our eye off the prize. Islam as an ideology is the cause of this, and its followers are its soldiers as the Nazis were soldiers for Hitler’s ideology, the Japanese imperial army were the soldiers for Shintoism and the bureaucrats who carried out the execution and mass murder of millions upon millions for the communists, mostly of their own people, were the soldiers of that ideology.

We must not be sucked into the idea that this is a crime and punishment issue and we must hold media into account that get swept along with what is tantamount to a suicide pact with Islamic supremacy by commenting, calling and writing them. The crime angle is another attempt to distance Islamically motivated actions from the ideology, now that the Islamic State has made it harder for the purveyors of multiculturalism and peaceful Islam to sell their wares.

Most of us who have opposed Islamic influence and attacks on liberal culture are just so grateful to see the major media take on this issue in any form that we are celebrating these news stories. But they are in fact an attempt to lull us back to sleep.

‘Oh look! A drone strike killed this or that jihadi, we have him on trial now! we know who he is!’

Imagine that approach in any other armed conflict. This was not a personal grudge by a faceless jihadi. He was operating as part of a collective ideology for a collective purpose. No nation has ever, and possibly will ever have the resources to treat a war as a criminal justice matter. Doing so is virtual collusion with the enemy as it guarantees a loss by attrition.

‘British and Islamic values can go hand in hand’ says Dr Rowan Williams on visit to Lincolnshire

Dr Rowan Williams, the former Archbishop of Canterbury, was a special guest at an event at the Lincolnshire Showground that saw thousands gather for four days of debate about Islam. He told the crowds at Living Islam that Muslims have brought back “open, honest and difficult public discussion” as one of their “greatest gifts” to the UK.

At the Lincolnshire Showground, Lord Williams talked about British values and Islamic values and how the two are often reported as being at odds with each other.

Yet he blamed the media for much of this. “In Birmingham, we have seen a local parish and a mosque combining together to provide family services and youth activities,” Lord Williams said.

“It’s really important that we respect and try to understand diversity of conscience and belief and conviction.

“These are not just about what makes us British – they’re about what makes us human.”

He also criticised some sections of the media for portraying Muslims as “un-British”, and slammed the “illiteracy” about religion among Government figures.

Lord Williams said that he believed the most difficult thing facing British Muslims was the media’s emphasis on what made Muslims different.

“I think that Lincoln Cathedral is one of the greatest treasures of Western Europe.

“I have seen that there’s an academy in Scunthorpe that Muslims and Christians study at, St Lawrence Academy, and it’s a brilliant example of integration between different religions in Lincolnshire.”

The event, which was organised by the Islamic Society of Britain, attracted between 4,500 to 5,000 visitors throughout the four days.

Shamima Hossain, 44, who had travelled to the event with family from Norwich, said she had enjoyed Lord Williams’ speech.

“I think he’s amazing,” she said. “As a Muslim, it’s really pleasing to hear a Christian be so encompassing of all faiths.”

A novelist 100 years ago this year saw the slingers of pernicious spin doctoring to try and sell Islam as a religion of peace and miscible with values that Islam was in fact, created to destroy utterly and then erase even its memory as being from ‘the time of ignorance’ [sic] before islam was founded.

And we hear it everywhere from cowards and opportunists that see a fast buck or some community position and temporary bureaucratic advantage by selling out not just their own people, but their own culture, their own history and ancestors and even reason itself.

When audacity meets stupidity, this is the result: In Herne/Germany a DHL courier has recently delivered parcels dressed in costume that allegedly represented Saint Nicholas and greeted his customers with the familiar “ho, ho, ho”. Many of his customers appreciate this nice gesture especially in the weeks before Christmas, something he had done in his district for years. Now, a “customer of a different faith” (guess which one) has complained because his religious feelings had been offended. DHL and police have now asked the courier to leave off the garment.

Many citizens are indignant. The founders of our Constitution certainly had different thoughts referring to religious freedom. But it gets even better: The postman didn’t even dress as Saint Nicholas but as Santa, Santa, who has nothing to do with Saint Nicholas or religion at all, since he I simply the advertising figure of a well-known soft drink brand…
One obviously cannot expect citizens of a specific religion, appeasing DHL board and docile police to understand such “subtleties”.

And it still gets better: Last year DHL couriers had a badge on their jackets reading “Official Partner of Santa”. So, a marketing gag is regarded as discrimination within a year. Amazing how fast hostile take-over of our country proceeds.

Edmonton Alberta police force discriminate against everyone else by developing special muslim-compliant uniforms

The Edmonton Sun reveals that:

At an Edmonton Police Commission meeting Thursday it was revealed that EPS is working on introducing a hijab option to the uniform.

But why stop there? I bet the Edmonton police could get way more gay recruits if they just adjusted the uniform a little:

Bernt Schneiders, Mayor of Haarlem says that punishing a small group of mainly young Moroccan criminals does not help. He reacted to two recent violent incidents in the town. A 20-year old woman was beaten by 6 Moroccans. Two days later, two old women 88 and 90, were attacked by two Moroccans. None of the perpetrators have been caught. The Mayor said: “A small minority cannot be rehabilitated. Only long-term jail time can protect society.”

More Canadian schools sacrifice Christmas and Halloween to be more diverse

Apparently diversity means to do nothing different or variate anything ever.

Check this article out though, especially the paragraph on ‘shirk’, a major crime in Islam where anything other than Mohamed is equated with his imaginary friend, ‘Allah’. I think a solid understanding of this concept might help to explain many changes we see in important Western cultural and legal institutions.

They’re also annoyed the annual Winter Concert has been replaced by an evening of African drumming.

Hastings School offers classes to children from Grade 1 to Grade 8.

Parent Stephen Meleck says he’s “pretty worked up” while parent Diane Traverse says it’s taking Halloween and Christmas away from the children.

What does multiculturalism actually mean?

I have stated before that multiculturalism is as much an oxymoron as the famed ‘grandfather paradox’ of time travel. But when thinking about what multiculturalism may mean, this video provides what I think of as a rater perfect example. The facts remain. Culture is codified in law. You simply cannot have more than one set of laws operating in one jurisdiction while claiming that all have equal value. There must be criteria upon which those laws are based and the criteria can vary wildly from science and reason based laws such as health based ones and food standards, and utter primitive superstition and politics like Islamic based ones.

Ya takes your pick and you pays the consequences. But when you try and pick them all…

Girl beats old Sikh in UK. Friends stand by and do nothing. I would do the same.

There is a great deal being made of this clip and the girl who seemed to have attacked the elderly Sikh man is now under arrest. But pay close attention to the last thing she says in the video and remember, whoever decided to start filming this must have seen something that made him decide it was worth doing. My guess is when the old man in fact groped her breasts. Her reaction was exactly what it should have been as was the reaction of her friends. To make sure he didn’t hit her back.

And they say chivalry is dead. Of course, they will try and make this about racism. But had a white guy grabbed her tits and she fought back like that she would be being hailed as a hero by the same exact media. Here is the story as spun by the Daily Mail.

If he did what she accuses him of doing to her, then the Daily Mail headline is exactly what he deserved. If more women did that, more men would be respectful of other women’s bodies.

Tetraphobia leads Richmond Hill, Ont. to ban the number four

Actually I think this article should be titled lots of things other than what it is. Quadrophobia would be more accurate I suspect and that is hardly the issue here anyway. The issue is, WTF is wrong with us when we give in to every destructive tribal superstition in the world and sacrifice reason and efficacy to superstition and xenophelia.

Residents in that city have shunned the number four, saying they don’t want to live with it on their houses. And now they won’t have to.

The Richmond Hill Liberal reported that council voted to avoid the number from now on, simply skipping four as it numbers houses in sequence. The reason behind this numerical discrimination is that four is considered unlucky in many Asian cultures, because the word sounds like “death” in Cantonese and Mandarin.

It’s called tetraphobia.

A local councillor said he had received a flood of requests from residents who complained they didn’t want the number associated with their properties or they couldn’t sell their houses because of buyers’ superstition, according to the local newspaper.

Homeowners with a house that is currently numbered with four can apply to add a letter, making their address 4C or 4D, for example.

Nearby Markham has had similar concerns about the number, with residents applying to change their addresses a few years ago for fear they could lose thousands when they sell their homes, according to the Toronto Star.
