UPDATE: Refugee in Germany murdered for eating ice cream

According to a witness at the scene of yesterday’s murder of a refugee in Germany by two other refugees, (please see yesterday’s post here) the victim was eating an ice cream cone, which enraged the attackers because it is Ramadan.

To be clear:

A man in Germany, was murdered for violating a minor tenet of sharia law on the streets of Oldenburg, in broad daylight. While two men have been arrested, they will someday be released, if they are even convicted at all. But the notion that there could be an instant death penalty for violating a sharia norm, even though its dead centre of permissible by German law, is going to be understood by all.

That is why this was an act of war, and not a crime. It was an attack on the German system of laws, the culture, the basis on which decisions are made.

In fact this gives Germans and the rest of us an opportunity to fight back using the one method that remains temporarily legal. Eat in public and make sure muslims see you, for all of Ramadan.

Do this or like drawing Mohammad, you will lose the right to do so post haste.

This is also a good time to remind people never to use the relativist term, “honour killing” when a woman is murdered for not obeying an Islamic edict. Instead, the term, “sharia enforcement” or “sharia killing” must be used, not because it is spin, but because it is not. Women are never murdered for embarrassing a father or tribe or family. Its always because they did something that went against the ordered behavioural/dress codes for some in Islam. This is no small distinction.

A 27-year-old Syrian woman and her two daughters, aged seven and nine years old were found dead Sunday night in an apartment in Aabenraa.

This was revealed in a press release issued by South Jutland Police (Denmark).

Late Sunday evening police barricaded an area of the city. The police declined to reveal the reason for the large police presence until Monday morning.

It is now clear what the reason was. A family had for several days been unable to make contact with the woman and had therefore gone to the police.

Police found the three bodies in a freezer in their apartment on Reberbanen in Aabenraa.

The woman’s husband, who also is the father of the children, was not in the apartment. He is therefore wanted by the police.

The police have started forensic work in and around the apartment and are questioning neighbors and people who know the family.

The victims had refugee status and have been in Denmark since last summer.

 

Evry (Essonne, France) He Kills His Wife With A Machete Right In Front Of His Children

A man in his 50s killed his wife with a machete in the family’s apartment at Champtier-du-coq in Evry (a municipality in the southern suburbs of Paris), in Essonne (a department in the region of Île-de-France, France), Monday morning.

Solidarity is being organized in Evry (Essonne), after the terrible tragedy that occurred at Diderot Square, in the rather quiet residential area of Champtier-du-Coq. Since Wednesday, a fund-raising appeal has been circulating on social networks to collect enough money for the funeral of a mother. Monday morning she was killed by her husband with a machete, right before the eyes of their children.

The drama took place in an otherwise uneventful morning, in the family’s apartment. “A known family in Evry, in a good way,” assures someone from the neighborhood. The couple – parents of two older daughters of 16 and 18 and of 6-year old twins – was at home. On this vacation day, one of the older daughters was baby-sitting, which seemed to bother her father.

A conflict broke, and the 50-year old violently attacked the girl. The mother, who was not working that day, quickly intervened. She stepped in, but her husband at that point was uncontrollable. He hit her, struck her several blows with a machete, slashing off her feet and a hand. One of the children called for help but his efforts were futile. The victim died upon arrival at the hospital.

The couple’s children, and the two small children that the eldest daughter was babysitting, were all hospitalized. A psychological evaluation was also set up. The father was immediately arrested and had to be committed. “A real tragedy, I do not know what else to call it, absolutely barbaric, says Francis Chouat, the PS (Parti Socialiste) mayor of Evry. The involuntary commitment of the father suggests serious psychiatric disorders, but this was never a problem before in the family.”

Neighbors and family friends set up a fund-raiser at www.yourebe.com for the repatriation of the deceased in Algeria. The investigation was entrusted to the police of Evry.

The postmortem of a Pakistani woman killed for marrying the man she loved has established that she was five months pregnant, her stepson told Reuters on Wednesday.

Farzana Iqbal, 25, was stoned to death by her family outside one of Pakistan’s top courts in the city of Lahore on Tuesday in a so-called “honour” killing.

“Her baby died in her womb,” said Muhammad Aurangzeb, a son of her previous husband.

Honour killings are common in Pakistan [a Muslim state df], where women are often denied their basic rights. But the brutality of this case caused outrage around the world.

Many Pakistani families think it dishonourable for a woman to fall in love and choose her own husband.

Police said her father, two brothers and a former fiance were among the attackers. She suffered severe head injuries when they surrounded her and threw bricks at her, and was pronounced dead in hospital.

Yesterday in the first multi post of the day I posted a story at item 3 where I was not clear enough on what the issue actually was. So I am going to try and lay it out a little better here.

On March 24 (give or take 24 hours) A Canadian TV station broadcast a very specific story about how a Saudi man attempted to choke his daughter for marrying a non-muslim man in an honour crime, as they call it.

On March 26, CTV broadcast the results of a brief trial in which the father was expelled from Canada for his actions but the story was very fundamentally changed. Also the first video, which I had downloaded, had been deleted from YT leaving the usual message of:

“This video was removed by the user”

Now often YT will remove a video and leave that message as I recall, but either way, the original story had been sanitized from the net and there is pretty much no history of it that can be found on the original channel’s webpage either, although it does say something about religion.

Below is both videos, the first from NTV and the second from CTV.

Very important questions need to be asked here and answered.

I hope this is a little clearer than yesterday’s post.

Every thing appeared so peaceful….before the drama
Dr. Fardeen A, (38, born Afghan) worked as a dentist in Hamburg-Bergedorf, patients valued his friendly manner, colleagues his competence. He regularly brings flowers to his wife Behnas (30).

She brings her daughter Zilin (4) to the kindergarten and son Ilias (6) to primary school in the morning. He plays with the little ones in the evening. Recently the father offered his loved ones a holiday in Dubai.
After this he seems strangly intraverted, but initially the idyllic family picture did not change.

Thursday evening, the children are put to bed. They would never wake up again.

At 6.50 the father dials emergency. “I have killed my children” he says. When police enter the children’s room, the little ones lay side by side. Under their heads: blood.

The father is arrested, later a warrant for murder is issued. A.’s speech is confused, he is sent for psychiatric examination. According to a spokes person for the police, the man suffers from a mental illness which excludes him from criminal liability.

The prosecution investigates if the motif for the killings was religious fanatism. The mother collapses, receives counselling, moves in with her mother.

On monday 23, the teacher has to explain to the first class, why Ilias is not there any longer.

There is an old joke in the English speaking world which goes like this:

“Did you hear the one about the kid who killed his parents, then begged for mercy from the judge because he was an orphan?”

That joke in some ways is a core cultural staple of islam. You can bet he will receive all kinds of sympathy from his devout muslim buddies and even congratulations for ‘doing the right thing’ as all actions are justified by the sharia if it is for the rigorous enforcement of islamic observance and supremacy.

This murder is from 2010. I was sent the link as if it was December 16 2013. However it is back in the news as he is due back in court soon. My apologies for any confusion that results.

The Father plead guilty to manslaughter.  He will be coming back to Court for sentence Feb. 1014

He admitted hitting his daughter in the face three times because, he says, she didn’t mop the kitchen floor properly… coroner can’t confirm 100% cause of death but it was due to extreme violence to the head.

MULTAN: A cleric cut his wife into pieces on Wednesday for refusing to wear a veil and sending their children to school, police said.

They said the body was recovered from near their house. They said they found his confession on the body and had also recovered the weapon he had used.

The body has been handed over to the family following a post-mortem examination.

A case has been registered against the confession-killer, who the police said had been missing.

Ahmad Aziz, father of the deceased Farzana Bibi, 36, said that she married Muhammad Sharif, 42, a resident of Bakkhal Bhir in Mumtazabad Colony.

Two teenage sisters have been murdered in Pakistan after they were accused of tarnishing their family’s name by making a video of themselves dancing in the rain.

The girls, aged 15 and 16, are seen running around in traditional dress with two other younger children outside their bungalow in the town of Chilas, in the northern region of Gilgit.

The sisters, named as Noor Basra and Noor Sheza, appear to break into dance and one even flashes a smile at the camera.

Swedish Court Sentences Muslim Who Stabbed His Sister 107 Times to 4 Years in Prison

That’s a year for every 26 stabs. Majed, a 17-year-old Iraqi immigrant, stabbed his sister Maria to death inflicting 107 wounds with two knives and a pair of scissors.

The Court also established that the brother on more than one occasions before the murder intimidated his sister and called her demeaning epithets like whore and slut.

His sister had returned to Landskrona after she broke up from a forced marriage in Iraq. She was found dead in his apartment in Landskrona on the evening of 23 April, the day after her birthday.

Wife disfigured in vicious knife attack

KITCHENER — He said he wanted a bottle of water. A cold bottle of water. He insisted.
And when his wife, the mother of his three young children, went to fetch it for him from the fridge, he grabbed her from behind.
Wielding a knife, Nabil Almousa threw his wife to the floor, pinned her arms and legs, and went at her eyelids with its seven-inch blade.
By the time he got up again, there were seven cuts and slices — and so much blood that a woman who later saw her thought it must be a prank.
“There,” Almousa told her. “You can leave now.”
Almost a year later, as she weighs whether or not to have plastic surgery, she said she is partly to blame for own disfigurement because she said something to make him mad.
But the judge who heard the facts yesterday — about the knife attack and the chain of events building up to it — was having none of that.
“I want you to understand this,” said Justice Michael Epstein, his voice rising as he addressed Almousa, 34, in the prisoner’s dock. “She bears no responsibility.”
The justice called the case one of the worst cases of domestic violence he has even seen.
Court heard the couple met in Jordan, bucking their Muslim tradition of arranged marriages after she caught his eye while working in a store.
“This is a relationship that began simply with love,” said defence lawyer Stephanie Krug.
They came to Canada as refugees in 2007 and quickly had three kids, all still under the age of five.
