CNN: Suspected attack on tankers in the Gulf of Oman

Where all of this is taking place

The two tankers were targeted Thursday morning in the Gulf of Oman, the same waterway where four commercial ships were attacked last month.

 

The attacks have ratcheted up existing tensions in the region, where Iran has long been at loggerheads with Saudi Arabia and the UAE — most recently over the civil war in Yemen.

(The Yemeni war is a war of manifest destiny by Iran, using their proxy, the Houthis as they would, Hizb’allah in the regions near Israel and abroad.)

The US Navy’s Bahrain-based Fifth Fleet assisted after receiving two distress calls.

Responding to the incident, the Prime Minister’s spokesman said Britain is seeking to establish the facts of what happened while the UK Maritime Trade Operations, which is part of the Royal Navy, urged “extreme caution”.

Front Altair, owned by Frontline, was carrying 75,000 tonnes of petroleum product naphtha and was headed to Taiwan.

Merkel politician, Walter Lübcke , found dead in his garden with gunshot to head

This is the politician who told German people that if they did not like Merkel’s mass immigration policies they should feel free to leave Germany. Apparently someone felt the same about him.

German district president found dead with gunshot wound — report

The president of the regional council of the central German city of Kassel was found dead in his garden early on Sunday morning.

 

A spokesman for Walter Lübcke’s party, the conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU), confirmed the 65-year-old’s death late on Sunday.

Regional news outlet HNA reported that Lübcke had been found with a bullet wound in his head and that police had found no weapon at the scene.

 

State police did not comment on the HNA report. They said in a statement that they were investigating the matter.

Police helicopters circled above the deceased’s home as locals were interviewed by law enforcement officers, according to HNA.

 

The public prosecutor’s office in Kassel announced that they would release more details on Monday.

The CDU described the Lübcke as a “bridge builder” who never shied away from “telling it as it is.”

Huge explosion near US embassy in Baghdad, Iran suspected

1. Huge Explosion Reported Near US Embassy in Baghdad

An explosion has reportedly taken place near the Green Zone close to the embassy area on Sunday.

Rockets landed in the Iraqi capital in the vicinity of the United States embassy on Sunday, Sky News Arabia reported citing its source.

 

Iraqi authorities have not yet commented on the incident. However, Reuters cited two Baghdad-based diplomatic sources as saying that they heard the blast not far from the fortified Green Zone — the area that hosts government buildings and foreign embassies.?

As posted yesterday, Jeppe Juhl, a Danish national who is running for the Nw Conservative party in the upcoming Danish federal elections, was arrested for two reasons. One was linking to the video of the Scandinavian girls who were decapitated by religious muslims in Morocco, a video which Jeppe said he had never even seen, let alone posted, and two, is his involvement with New Speak, a set of videos he made three years ago.

I am reliably informed by political observers within Denmark, that their current Prime Minister appears to have the same set of ethics and ambitions as Canada’s Trudeau. Which would explain some of these actions in Denmark in the past few days.

IMPORTANT UPDATE on the Arrests in Denmark today

Election was called in Denmark 2 days ago on Monday.

Today, Wednesday the 8th of may is when the arrests took place, one of which, Jeppe Juhl, was a man running for the New Conservative party of Denmark.

A major newspaper in Denmark, Ekstra Bladet, ran a straw poll to see who would win the upcoming election and Rasmus Paludan polled at 24%, the highest amount of any party in Denmark.

Snaphanen, one of the arrested and a 67 year old, Danish Blogger, was taken away by SIX police officers in handcuffs for sharing the video of the Scandinavian girls who had been decapitated by muslims in Morocco.

Jeppe Juhl, who was also arrested for sharing the video, said he had never even seen it let alone shared it, and they had arrested him also in connection for his work with New Speak, at least two years ago.
