Bosnia on the brink of a new civil war

The Euros and the US could care less if the Serbs become Islamized by the (laugh) “moderate” Bosniak Muslims, as long as there is a strong central government in the fake construct called Bosnia. It reminds the Tundra Tabloids greatly of Belgium, more so now since Belgium is becoming even more inundated with Muslims than ever before. Belgium is a fake construct with absolutely no national conscience that binds them together, and the very same can be said about Bosnia.
The Serbs are being vilified, as are the Flemish Vlaams Belang, for their stand for self determination, and unwillingness to become Mohamedized to suit the whims of EU bureaucrats. Islamized Europeans called “Bosnian Muslims”, are demanding a more centralized control over the non-Muslim population, in an attempt to solidify their control, which suits the Euro elite trash rather nicely who would like nothing better than the Serbs totally islamize themselves so they fit better into an increasingly Islamized Europe.  KGS

TELEGRAPH: Bosnia is heading for a new civil war is a constitutional crisis threatens to cause the collapse of the political system, the country’s leaders have warned.
The concerns have been triggered by Bosnian Serb leaders who have stepped up their demands for independence with a warning the country is no longer “sustainable”. The growing ethnic divisions have raised fears of a return to the fighting which claimed the lives of up to 110,000 people between 1992 and 1995.

Mr Rehn said on Wednesday: “This political stalemate has dragged this country backwards.
“I hope that Bosnian leaders will rise to the occasion for the sake of their citizens and for the sake of the Western Balkans and Europe as a whole.” Brussels is holding out the prospect of EU membership as an incentive for constitutional reforms.
“We are aiming at agreeing certain constitutional changes that will make Bosnia-Herzegovina a functional state and able to be considered as candidate country for the EU. We want Bosnia Hercegovina to be a credible applicant for EU and Nato membership.
“But for this to happen the country needs to stand on its own feet without the OHR [High Representative] and its broad executive powers. No quasi-protectorate can join the EU.”

The decision to use Stockholm’s rabbit cadavers as bioenergy to warm Swedes living in Värmland doesn’t sit well with Stockholm-based animal rights activists.
 
“Those who support the culling of rabbits surely think it’s good to use the bodies for a good cause. But it feels like they’re trying to turn the animals into an industry rather than look at the main problem,” Anna Johannesson of Vilda kaniners värn (‘Society for the Protection of Wild Rabbits’) told the local Vårt Kungsholmen newspaper.

The UN Human Rights Council will reopen the debate about alleged war crimes in Gaza later this week after Palestinians succeeded in gathering enough support to call a special meeting, officials said Tuesday.

The debate will start Thursday, a day after the UN Security Council in New York discusses the Goldstone report, which accuses Israel and Hamas of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity during their December 27-January 18 war.

Israel has rejected the report, claiming the investigators led by former South African judge Richard Goldstone were biased against the Jewish state and misled by Palestinian propaganda.

UN officials say 18 of the council’s 47 members signed a motion calling for the debate. The backers are: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Cuba, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Indonesia, Jordan, Mauritius, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Senegal.

DAILY MAIL: More than 2,000 people were protesting in political demonstrations in Manchester this afternoon. Anti-Islamic protesters from the English Defence League (EDL) were involved in a face-off with counter-campaigners from Unite Against Fascism (UAF) at the city’s Piccadilly Gardens. A line of police officers, dogs and mounted police separated the two groups. Police said 30 people had been arrested on suspicion of public order offences, including one on suspicion of carrying a weapon.

Members of the right-wing English Defence League brandished a Union flag as they goaded protesters from Unite Against Fascism.

– But when no journalists were allowed to enter and report from the war, and it was Israel which effectively put a stop to this, so we had to stand up and tell the world what happened. We missed the Norwegian journalists and we wanted Magazinet in Gaza, said Gilbert.
Erik Fosse and Mads Gilbert gave a stirring picture of what they experienced in Gaza, and accused Israel of crimes against humanity, which they claimed the fresh Goldstone Commission had confirmed.
Gilbert had little time for the Norwegian election campaign that he had followed in part from Gaza.
– Not a single foreign policy issue has dominated the election campaign. The biggest problem in the Norwegian election campaign has been the fear of drowning in a smørøye of Norwegian self-satisfaction, “said Mads Gilbert.

Secretary General Per Edgar Kokkvold in the Norwegian Press Association thinks it is highly unusual that it will be praised at a news conference.

    But you see folks, getting to the real truth was never Boströms real aim, if that was his real intention, he would have picked up the phone and enquired from any doctor, in Sweden, in Israel or in the disputed territories, and gotten the same message. That being, one does not hope to make any money from harvesting organs from dead bodies.

    J.Post: Following the controversial article in the Swedish tabloid that claimed IDF soldiers harvested dead Palestinian organs for money, J Post TV went out and asked, Dr.Mazen Arafah, director of Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron about the allegations against Israel’s soldiers.

    Dr.Arafah: It is known that to successfully transfer organs from one human being to another, both must be alive. It means the donor must die a clinical death, and be connected to a life support system.

    J.Post: If the body under goes a full death without life support then there are fewer options to using the organs.

    Dr.Arafah: The organs from a dead person can’t be used for a living person, but it can be used for educational purposes. They can take the organs and send it to a medical college.

    J.Post: Dr.Arafat also told J.Post News TV that it’s not the hospital’s job to search the body for stolen organs, but such claims would be best investegated by the government

    But there is another twist to the story, Arabs connected to the story are distancing themselves from Boström’s version of the events. From the Local:

    In a further twist to the saga, the Palestinian families on which Boström based his claims appeared to distance themselves from the allegations in an article in the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday. The newspaper cites Ibrahim Ghanem, a relative of Bilal Ahmed Ghanem, the young Palestinian at the centre of the Aftonbladet story, who says that the family never told Boström that Israel had stolen his organs.

    “Maybe the journalist reached that conclusion on the basis of the stitches he saw on the body,” Ghanem told the newspaper.” But as far as the family is concerned, we don’t know if organs were removed from the body because we never performed our own autopsy. All we know is that Bilal’s teeth were missing.“

    Also worth noting, the main topic in the same article from the Local, is the fact that someone has filed charges against the Swedish tabloid paper for racial agitation, (hets mot folkgrupp), “a crime involving the public dissemination of statements which threaten or express contempt for one or more identified ethnic groups.“

    In the Tundra Tabloids’ opinion, if any charges should be brought up against the paper, it should be for libel, willfully lying in order to slander the intended target, this time it was the state of Israel’s IDF forces. Something that airhead, Åsa Linderborg, can’t wrap her little ol’ mind around

    Michael travels to Western Kosovo, and from there over the border into Albania, following the route along which it is said hundreds of kidnapped men and women were taken to die. He journeys into Northern Albania, where it is believed that Serbs and others were held at secret camps, and where they were tortured and, in many cases killed. But some might say those killed within the secret camps were the lucky ones. In the countryside a few kilometres outside the town of Burrel there is a house where in 2004 a UN forensic science team conducted a search. Michael was one of only two journalists allowed to be present during the two-day operation. The aim of the search was to seek evidence to support claims that the KLA took several dozen hostages there to have their vital organs removed for sale before they died. According to documents seen by Crossing Continents, the findings of the forensic experts were of significant interest. That view is supported in the programme in an exclusive interview with the UN’s former top forensic scientist in Kosovo, who took part in the examination of the house. He supports the allegation that material from the investigation was destroyed by the UN War Crimes Tribunal.

The Finnish blogger Vasrahammer sends the following story of the infamous Finnish Imam from Lebanon, Khodr Chehab, about his latest interview on a Finnish radio program, where he expounds on his desire for ”portions” of sharia law to recognized by Finnish state law. He’s careful enough not to demand the whole “enchilada shahada”, by insisting that it only pertain to matters involving marital disputes, dividing of wills and child custody rights.

The Tundra Tabloids believes it’s safe to say that the man -who admitted he wed an underage girl in Finland, before taking it all back- is lying between his crusty teeth, and is being very careful to sound….moderate. Khodr Chhab is also the same guy who wanted the Finnish government to ensure that the reprinting of the dreaded Mo-toons would never occur here in Finland, as well as insisting that sharia law is already at work in Finland. Who knows what kind of “justice” has been enforced upon women in Finland who do not want to go before any such court, but were forced to do so, by their male spouses and/or relatives?

Vasarahammer sums it up by stating in his email to the Tundra Tabloids concerning Chehabs interview, “It has come to this“. Unfortunately that’s true, and will continue in being so as long as the host culture keeps turning a blind eye to what Islam actually represents, due to the incredibly ridiculous fear of being afraid to “offend”. Shari’a law’s official status would enhance multiculturalism in Finland, says the Finnish Islamic Community’sImam Khodr Chehab. Jewish and Muslim courts in Britain, can settle in accordance with Britain’s own laws, the things that do not conflict with state laws.

– I think the British model is a good thing, “says Chehab. Then everyone is free to choose according to what is a good system for themselves. It is a broadening of multi-culturalism. It is difficult to say directly, whether Finland needs a more formalized shari’a system. There would then be needed good mediators to deal with such things. My religion should have a good understanding and feel for the laws of Finland.

Lack of status is reflected for example in divorce cases, says Finnish Islamic Council spokesman Isra Lehtinen. The Islamic distinction is not official in the eyes of society. Finnish Islamic Council however, does not demand a formalization of a shari’a-judge or of the role of mediator.

The Islamic community (Islamilainen Yhdyskunta)is increasing its activities since the early days of 1987. In addition to the Islamic community there also operates a number of other Muslim societies. Muslims in Finland are estimated to be over 40 000. The number has increased dramatically in recent years, as a result of inter alia, immigration.

– Islam relates to every aspect of life. Shari’aan belongs to all, to the whole of life, “says Imam Chehab. Shari’a law is a whole system, like the Ministry of Justice. It has a clear code of conduct, which judgment may be issued and on what basis.

Imam Khodr Chehab has before the interview, wedded a Muslim couple. The cerimony does not take long, the delivery only takes about ten minutes.

The conclusion of a marriage, divorce, crime, or even the dividing of an inheritance is done according to Islamic faith in shari’a. The law is based on the Koran and the life of the Prophet, on which the Prophet Muhammad’s example has been compiled. Purpose of the law is to direct the believer to live in accordance to God’s will.

Finnish Muslim community is one of those religious communities which have been granted the right perform marriage cerimonies. The cerimony is official to the perspective of both Islamic shari’a law, and that of Finnish regulations. Shari’a rules are possible to comply with the regulations in certain areas, but it’s not in competition with the judiciary.

– Finland does not have working shari’a courts. Cases would be then decided by a judge and the state behind him, in support of the decisions. We have an Advisory Board and the role of mediator.

The Advisory Board mediates the conflicts of family problems and disputes from a religious perspective. The law does not apply, but it is voluntary. Both parties must accept the settlement.

– Sometimes the laws of Finland is the same as our laws. If you do not want to abide by Finnish law, you can move. Another way is if the the laws of Islam can act within the laws of Finland, “says Chehab.

Reposting this excellent example that Eeyore found, that dovetails nicely with the Khodr Chehab story. This is what Finland can expect if the political elite cave in to Chehab and his fellow purists and let them have their way.
