Interview with EDL’s Matthew Stiddon

Last night I got what I had been waiting weeks and weeks for. A chance to interview Martin Brennan, former British soldier who has done tours in Afghanistan, and who left Europe because of the state he found it in when he returned to start a brick laying business in Australia, only to be confronted with the same issues of Islam and Western liberal democracy. He was deported from Oz on trumped up immigration charges (pay no attention to the leftists behind the curtain) and sent back to England after years away, and all his bank accounts are still frozen by the Australian government with no trial etc. but several weeks detention in jail.

The audio quality was exceptionally poor over skype however and I will have to do a transcription of this interview and subtitle it before it can be understood and appreciated for how important a story this actually is.

Eventually we figured out a way to make the audio decent at least using skype for video and a ‘mobi’ for the audio. Below, please see the interview I did with his friend, EDL’s Matthew Stiddon who has had his car “torched to a cinder” for openly opposing Islamification of his country, and predictably, not by Muslims but by the fascist, ‘Anti-Fascists’. Go figure.

DIE FREIHEIT TO SPEAK ON 9/11 IN NYC……!

The Tundra Tabloids met René Stadtkewitz in Berlin last year, during the launching of his new party, Die Freiheit, (October, 28, Berlin). The party is destined to be on the forefront on bucking trends of political correctness, like this next initiative in speaking on 9/11 on Ground Zero in NYC. Kudos to both the man and his party for sticking up for the US, Liberal democracy and Western civilization.

He is in the same league as Geert Wilders and the rest of the honorable anti-Islamization movement. The TT was proud to meet him and be present at that memorable moment when Die Freiheit became a de facto, political party. KGS

Citizen patrols mooted to stop car arsons

As night-time car arsons in Berlin continue unabated, some citizens are calling for neighbourhood groups to prowl the streets looking for culprits, an idea that appears to be gaining ground.

The idea for citizen patrols has gained support during the week-long spate of arson in the German capital, which have left dozens of cars, mostly expensive models, burned out.

More than 300 vehicles have now been set alight since the beginning of the year, including five overnight Sunday.

Police have struggled to deal with the crisis, but the city actually assigns more people to give out traffic tickets than track down the car arsonists, according to the daily newspaper Die Welt. Continue Reading →

Mosque Busted in Maidenhead!

Last night, Wednesday 3 August, the Maidenhead Planning Committee refused planning permission* for a £1.5 million Islamic Centre at the Citizens Advice Bureau, Holmanleaze, Maidenhead SL6 8AW**.

This was in spite of the Planning Officer’s recommendation that planning permission be granted.

The main reason for refusal was the hopeless parking problems, but we advanced two more arguments.

First, that this carbuncle would domineer the area and overlook its neighbours, particularly (surprise, surprise) the Church next door.

And second, that spreading Islamic doctrine is contrary to English law, so that the Council can no more authorise a mosque than it can a garage for you to sell stolen cars.

It’s not over yet. The other side will come back, and we need to keep the pressure up. But freedom went on the front foot last night, and we can feel good about that.

An unexpected evening: no beardy-weirdy flash mob, no howling burkas, just a quiet meeting in an English town hall, and the advance of Islam briefly halted. Goes to show that Mosquebustin’ is like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re gonna get.

Italy approves draft law banning burqas in public

 ROME—An Italian parliamentary commission has approved a draft law banning women from wearing veils that cover their faces in public.

The draft passed by the constitutional affairs commission Tuesday would prohibit women from wearing a burka, niqab or any other garb that covers the face in public.

The news agency ANSA said third parties who force women to cover their faces in public would be fined about $41,000 and face up to 12 months in jail.

The law was sponsored by Souad Sbai, a Moroccan-born member of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s conservative Freedom People party. ANSA said the opposition voted against the law.

The draft will be forwarded to parliament after the summer recess.

Protestors rename Nice road ‘Burqa street’

Police in Nice have opened an inquiry after roads close to a mosque were given names that could “incite discrimination and racial hatred.”

 

The three roads, officially named rue d’Angleterre, rue de la Suisse and rue d’Italie, had their original street signs covered with new plaques saying “Burqa street” (rue de la Burqa), “Muslim Brotherhood street” (rue des Frères musulmans) and “Stoning street” (rue de la Lapidation).

Philippe Vardon, president of the group Nissa Rebela, defended the actions on its website.

“The Notre-Dame quarter has become a no-go area, starting with the rue de Suisse where prayers block the street,” he wrote.

Commenting on reports that police had taken away the new street signs for scientific examination, Vardon said “don’t the police have anything better to do? This is getting ridiculous.”

City authorities took a strong line against the incident, which happened on the first day of Ramadan, referring the matter to the public prosecutor. “These scandalous acts … constitute acts of provocation of racial hatred and discrimination,” they said in a statement.

The area has recently been in the spotlight after city authorities tried to prevent a Muslim association, Al Baraka, from buying the building housing the mosque on the rue de Suisse. Al Baraka claims to have been using the site for ten years.

The city has claimed it wants to use the site as part of its regeneration of the area.
