UPDATE: Man accused of sexual activity with child is named

gen_wycombemagsAn unemployed 25-year-old has been accused of involvement in an alleged child sex ring.

Balel Ahmed, of Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, appeared before High Wycombe magistrates’ today charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child and sexual activity with a child.

He was arrestedas part of Operation Bullfinch – an investigation into grooming, child rape and trafficking involving more than 20 girls aged between 11 and 16 in Oxford.

Thames Valley Police launched the operation in March, executing 14 warrants.

Bullfinch is the result of a joint probe by police and Oxfordshire County Council’s children, education and families department.

Ahmed, who has short dark hair and a beard and was dressed in a black T-shirt and tracksuit trousers, waved to his brother-in-law and dad as he walked into the dock.

The stocky former telesales worker, who is now out of work, spoke only to confirm his name, age and address.

He sat with his arms crossed for much of the hearing.

Prosecutor Peter Bird said the offences had taken place between January 10, 2010, and January 9, 2012.

Ahmed was remanded in custody.

He will appear at either The Old Bailey in London or Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday, August 3.

Ahmed, who grew up in Maidenhead, is the cousin of co-defendant Zeshan Ahmed, 26, of Palmer Road, Headington, Oxford, who has already been charged with 10 counts of sexual activity with a child as part of Bullfinch.

The ringleader of a gang of men who groomed vulnerable girls for sex has today also been jailed for 22 years for a ‘campaign of rape’ against a different child in his own community.

Shabir Ahmed, 59, led an exploitation ring of nine men who were all imprisoned earlier this year after they abused many young girls in the Rochdale and Oldham areas.

He was jailed for 19 years in May following an 11-week trial at Liverpool Crown Court relating to their violent abuse.

And today he can be named as he received another prison term – to run concurrently – after he was also convicted in June of 30 counts of child rape in his own area.

His identity was kept secret to allow him a fair trial.

A jury heard he raped and sexually abused the innocent youngster over many years and treated her as a ‘possession’ whom he used for his own sexual gratification.

Ahmed, of Oldham, will in effect serve an additional three years to the sentence imposed at Liverpool Crown Court.

Sentencing him at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, Judge Mushtaq Khokhar was forced to removed Ahmed from the dock before he passed sentence as he was persistently interrupted by the defendant.

Before his ejection, Ahmed shouted: ‘It’s all lies. It’s all concocted by the police.’

He then looked over at the Press bench and snarled: ‘What are you looking at?’

The court heard that Ahmed remained ‘in denial’ of his guilt of the repeated rapes of his victim for more than a decade.

Police Appeal for Witnesses Following Rape in Droylsden

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 15-year-old girl was raped in Droylsden.

The attack happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, 28 July 2012.

Two men in a car approached the girl as she stood at a bus stop near to McDonalds at Crown Point at approximately 12.50am. The men asked her for the time, before telling her to get into the car.  The men then drove the girl to the Lumb Lane area of Droylsden, before one of the men raped her.

The first offender is described as an Asian man, in his 20s, about 5ft 10in tall, of skinny build with short dark hair. He wore three quarter length shorts.

The second offender is described as an Asian man, about 5ft 10in tall, of medium to large build with dark spiked hair. He wore jeans and a dark coloured top.

They both spoke with a local accent.

Detective Inspector Jamie Daniels from GMP’s Serious Sexual Offences Unit said: “We have a team of officers investigating this attack and extra officers have been on patrol around the Lumb Lane and Crown Point areas following the incident to provide reassurance to people living and working there.

“We have specially trained officers supporting the young girl at what is clearly a very distressing time for her.
“This is being treated as an isolated incident and we are appealing to anyone that may have seen anything to contact police directly.

“You may think the information you have will be of little significance to police, but your information, however small, could prove invaluable to the investigation.”

Policemen rape Filipina in patrol car

KUWAIT: Two policemen violated the sacredness of the holy month of Ramadan and disgraced their military honor when they kidnapped a Filipina expat at noon in Farwaniya then raped her in their patrol car. A security source said the victim told Farwaniya police station officers that two policemen stopped her and asked for her ID. They then told her she was wanted and took her to an area in South Surra where they raped her in the back seat of the patrol car. Officers there told her to go to south Surra to file a complaint. She went to south Surra police station and the case was sent to Hawally detectives. The victim said she did not pay attention to the patrol’s color or number, because “she trusted the police”. The suspect police later told her to leave the car and sped away, leaving her in a hysterical state. Investigations are underway.

Always the innovator, the Islamic Republic of Iran has done the neighboring Kingdom one better.

As reported by the Iranian Christian news service Mohabat News, the Iranian Majles (Parliament) is slated to ensure civil law aligns correctly with sharia in regards to child brides.

The Majles Legal Affairs Committee has released a press statement stating that the current civil law, a hangover from the pre-revolutionary days under the Shah, in regards to the legal age of marriage for girls under the age of ten is to be considered “un-Islamic and illegal.”

Policeman rapes Asian inside patrol vehicle

Wow this story would give the British media, especially the BBC, a major headache. Their headline would have to read, “Asian rapes Asian inside Asian car”

KUWAIT: An Asian resident reported that a policeman raped her inside his patrol vehicle in Mishref, said security sources. Case papers indicate that according to the woman’s report, she was stopped by a police patrol while walking in Jleeb after midnight. She added that after seeing her ID, a policeman forced her into the patrol and took her to Mishref where he raped her inside the car, gave her his mobile number and left. A case was filed and further investigations are in progress.

Furious husband
Police report that a furious husband could not accept that his wife refused to continue living with him, so he called her brother, asking him to have her return to his house. However, the brother refused, saying that the husband had treated her harshly and assaulted her.  The husband then rushed to his in-law’s house in Saad Al-Abdulah area with a gun where he terrified the family by shooting, before he fled the scene. The police were called, a case was filed and the husband is being summoned for further investigations.

A Sudanese asylum seeker who raped a 12-year-old girl has been allowed to remain in Britain – after a judge ruled it would breach his human rights to deport him.

Sani Adil Ali was jailed for raping the girl just months after he was given refugee status.

When he was sentenced, another judge described him as ‘a potential danger to young girls’ and put him on the Sex Offenders’ Register for the rest of his life.

But after serving a three-year sentence, an immigration tribunal ruled Ali could stay in Britain on the grounds that he could be in danger if he returned to Sudan.

Senior immigration judge Jonathan Perkins allowed the 28-year-old to remain in Britain, even though the rapist’s probation officers found that he presented some risk to young people.

In his ruling, Judge Perkins said: ‘We find that the appellant is still entitled to the protection of the Refugee Convention and the Qualification Directive.

‘In any event, removing him would be contrary to the United Kingdom’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights.’

It is not the first time that Judge Perkins has made a controversial decision. Last month, The Mail on Sunday reported how he allowed an Afghan Muslim, who claimed he killed people while fighting for the Taliban, to remain in Britain.

It has also been reported that Judge Perkins has often allowed foreign criminals to remain in Britain because of their ‘right to a family life’ under the Human Rights Act.

His latest decision is another setback for Home Secretary Theresa May, whose plans to crack down on the way foreign criminals use human rights to avoid being deported appear to be repeatedly undermined by the courts.

Man hunted for sex attack on 11-year-old girl in Blackburn street

A MAN who ran up to an 11-year-old girl in Blackburn, pulled down her trousers and sexually assaulted her is being hunted by police.

Detectives are appealing for information after the youngster was attacked at 9pm last night as she waited at a pedestrian crossing.

The incident happened on the corner of Infirmary Street and Bolton Road.

The man then ran away past the Lockside Tavern pub and possibly onto the canal tow path.

DS Mark Saunders said: “This is a serious offence against a young girl in a very public place and we need people’s help to catch the man responsible.

 “I’d urge anybody that recognises this man’s description or with any information that could assist with our investigation to come forward.”

The man is described as Asian, in his 30s and around 5 ft. 7inches tall.

He had dark short shaved hair with a long ‘pointy’ dark full faced beard down past his chin.

He was wearing a blue Adidas short sleeved top, with white signs on the front and back, plain tracksuit bottoms and blue Nike trainers.

Anyone with any information should call Lancashire Police on 101.

Two men who laughed during a horrific ‘gang rape’ of a drunken woman have had their sentences slashed after three senior judges ruled they were not ‘dangerous’.

Rezgar Nouri, 27, of Preston, and Mohammed Ibrahim, 24, of London, were jailed indeterminately after being convicted of assaulting the 24-year-old in Preston last June.

Sitting at the Court of Appeal, Lord Justice Hooper, Mr Justice Silber and Mr Justice Hamblen heard how the men ‘came across’ the woman before taking her to a flat where Ibrahim pinned her down while another man raped her.

After that, Ibrahim raped her before Nouri ‘grabbed’ her and ‘dragged’ her into a bedroom where he raped her, judges were told.

But today, despite the evidence, they ruled at the Royal Courts of Justice there was ‘insufficient evidence’ that Nouri and Ibrahim should be defined as ‘dangerous’.

 

They said Judge Anthony Russell QC had been wrong to decide that ‘imprisonment for public protection’ was necessary and hand down a jail sentence which gave the men no automatic right of release.

They allowed the men’s appeal against the imposition of an indeterminate sentence and instead handed each a 12-year term.

Even when the U.K. admits the nature of a problem, it still lies in the most fundamental ways. Chinese, Japanese, Korean (yes even North) Thai, Burmese, Hindus Etc. etc. should really sue the British government, the BBC and the state of England and the UK in general for this continued grotesque and defacto racist policy of calling crimes that are inspired and motivated by the ideology of Islam and blaming it on people from the continent of Asia, as if that geographical point of origin is what mattered.

This is grotesque racism of the very worst kind. Yet the British do it to shield the ideology that is in fact responsible, compounding this crime.

The sexual exploitation and grooming of young vulnerable white girls is a ‘particular problem in Asian communities’, one of Britain’s top prosecutors admitted for the first time today.

In a year when several paedophile gangs were convicted of raping and prostituting victims in north west England, Nazir Afzal says it is impossible not to notice ‘that the perpetrators were Asian and the victims were not.’

The Chief Crown Prosecutor for the region added that ‘cultural baggage and the status of women among some men in these communities contributes to their disrespect for the rights of women.’

It was claimed last month that fears they would be branded racist meant that police and social services left one group free to rape up to 50 white girls, and Mr Afzal said today he would not ‘turn a blind eye.’

It came as the Commons Home Affairs Select Committee announced yesterday a day of evidence next week because its members and  chairman Keith Vaz are ‘very concerned by the recent cases of child exploitation.’

The Labour MP for Leicester East has previously said: ‘I do not think it is a race issue.’

In these disturbing recent cases most victims were white, aged between 13 and 16, many were from vulnerable backgrounds or the care system, and the majority were plied with booze and drugs before being systematically abused.

Speaking to The Times today Mr Afzal said: ‘Exploitation happens in every community but these cases demonstrate that group grooming is a particular problem in Asian community. I will not turn a blind eye to crimes in any community.’

 

He spoke out as two Asian men, Mahfuzur Rahman and Abdul Hannan, were convicted of raping or sexually assaulting four young white women in their area after they picked them up and got them drunk.

In an originally botched prosecution in 2009, victims gave detailed evidence about being violently raped by Rahman before charges were dropped because evidence was said to lack credibility.

Once the case was abandoned, Rahman was free to target a 17-year-old from a nearby children’s home, plying her with vodka before sexually assaulting her at his flat.

His other victims were also violently raped or assaulted while very drunk.

And when he was finally arrested and charged with rape again last year individuals close to the case said Rahman told officers: ‘Rape? Which one?’

Tensions flared in northwestern Myanmar after 10 Muslims were beaten to death by a mob of Buddhist vigilantes Sunday in retaliation to the rape and murder of a girl allegedly by Muslim men.

About 300 people belonging to the Buddhist majority stopped a bus carrying Muslims from a religious gathering, dragged 10 of them out and beat them to death before burning the vehicle in Taunggup, in the state of Rakhine, 300 kilometers north of Yangon, the state television reported.
