1. Some good news, and news that is effectively a test of the overall effect actual laws have in the practical world

The US Supreme Court’s ruling that a St. Louis police sergeant can sue over a job transfer she claims was discriminatory lays the foundation for legal action against employers who push discrimination against white people in job hiring, work assignment and promotion.

That’s right, those “diversity-preferred” job postings, the practice of passing over whites for promotions, discriminatory job transfers, pushing unfair diversity trainings, etc…all of these are now legally actionable.

The ruling was championed by human rights groups as “an enormous win for workers,” but has lawyers for companies like Disney warning that it could have a chilling effect on employers’ diversity initiatives. Disney’s “Pale and Male is Stale” policy is a prime example.

Disney has allegedly used it to drive out white animators by giving them the worst assignments, even though they them have the most experience, skill, and seniority, in order to make the job humiliating enough that they quit…which many of them have done.

The same companies argue that there is ‘good discrimination’ and “bad discrimination’, that white people should be purposely disadvantaged to pave the way for diversity. The lawyers stated that the decision will ‘complicate’ DEI programs and limit their ability to discriminate against white men.

The Supreme Court torpedoed these claims, re-asserting that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. Further, the court has established a relatively ‘low standard’ for bringing discrimination cases. The victim need not suffer ‘actual harm’. An employee only must show “some harm” under the terms of their employment, AND that harm need not be “material,” “substantial” or “serious.”

The decision makes it much easier for workers to sue over discriminatory practices. This is a big win for equality!

From what we have all seen in the last 10 to 20 years, ways of creating the effect the revolutionaries want still dominate no matter what the law actually says, or even what the courts determine. Nothing demonstrates that better than Covid-regs which broke every fundamental law of individual rights in Western nations. At some point, the courts may decide that these things are in contrast to first principles as happened here. But in practice, it just takes a visit from ANTIFA or the FBI or whatever gang of thugs the state needs to enforce policies, the effects of which are what was desired all along.

An example of that would be Trudeau’s statement about the chants now permeating all the communist-Palestinian protests across Canada.

This should offend all of us for multiple reasons.

The first of which is that he caused the problem by importing all these Muslims, frankly very possibly to cause this exact problem, and if not this exact problem, to cause problems that would result in idiots on our side demanding the state take more power to regulate speech. This has to be understood in the broader contest of all the efforts Trudeau has taken to quell criticism of Islam as a doctrine. Not even of Muslims as people but to discuss the nature of Islam as a philosophy and an organizing principle of a people in a light contrary to the ethics of the West, while not a crime, has criminal like consequences. They will destroy you for “Islamophobia”. You will be on police watch lists. You may not be charged with a criminal offence, but your life will be negatively affected.

And if you read the thread under his ludicrous statement, you will see he has people on “our side” demanding the state take action. Which is exactly the position he wants to be in, whether he does anything about it or not.

Secondly, he will continue to import these people with these attitudes, and criticism of that will be suppressed by the state, exactly as is demanded by the UN Migration Compact. Which makes his statement tactical and with less than no actual meaning, but more of a kind of lubricant to make it easy to continue to enact the exact same policies that got us here, and to make them worse. He wants to destroy the Nation State, which he has said he thinks is a very old idea. He wants to use Islam as a way of dismantling Canada and its values and culture. And its going to work because he puts Canadians in a position where they actually ask him to do it.

2. Below is an excellent example of how what the law says, means about nothing in practical terms. A Jewish Prof. at Columbia University had his access card cancelled because he questioned whether or not Hamas is a terrorist group. Meaning he felt that it is.

The Police of course, appear to have no actual direction. So they will go with the revolution since that is now the path of least resistance.

3. Alex Berenson: The lawfare against Donald Trump hits new heights today

This morning, I reread New York state’s 34-count felony indictment of Donald Trump – and the indictment’s accompanying “statement of facts.” I wanted to be sure the case was as bizarre as I remembered.

It was worse.

Donald Trump’s first criminal trial officially began today with opening statements in a lower Manhattan courthouse. That dry statement is true, as far as it goes. But it does not begin to capture the miscarriage of justice unfolding before our eyes – or the profound consequences it will have, whatever its outcome.

Yet the elite media has gone along with the charade, just as it did in the insane New York state civil trial of Trump that ended two months ago. Reporters have covered both cases as if they were normal uses of prosecutorial power, rather than explaining what is really happening in them and how bleeding-edge aggressive are the legal theories underlying them.

In the civil case, this meant articles that referred endlessly to the “fraud” Trump had committed while rarely stating clearly that he fully repaid the loans made to him and that the banks that made them did not consider themselves defrauded.

But what is happening in the criminal case is worse, because Trump faces the real possibility of prison time if he is convicted.

The media frequently refers to the case as a “hush money” trial, because it involves $130,000 in payments that Michael Cohen, a one-time lawyer for Trump, made to the adult-film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016 after Daniels threatened to expose an affair she had with Trump.

4. PM Orbán’s warning to Europe: ‘World wars are never called world wars in the beginning

(Gotta say, a lot of people spent a great deal of time and money to get a world war going. They don’t happen on their own you know! So congrats I guess to all the men and women who for decades now, have been working three shifts to undermine every single attribute that has made civilization work, to make humanity more free, more prosperous, more healthy and maybe headed for the stars someday. Instead, we are headed back to an existence of lies we will be forced to repeat and accept, disease, toxins, and authoritarian dictatorships by people so remote, we wouldn’t know who to write an angry letter to if we were even allowed to own pen and paper.)

“This vortex of war could drag Europe down”

Hungarian leader Viktor Orbán has issued a new warning about rising tensions in Europe, saying that world wars are never called world wars in the beginning, noting that the First and Second World Wars were initiated by a series of smaller conflicts.

“Brussels is playing with fire. What it is doing is an act of temptation. World wars are never called world wars in the beginning. The Third Balkan War, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, the partition of Poland, and the end was a world war twice over,” he warned.

Tensions are rising in Europe, Orbán said in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday, pointing out that the mood on the continent is one of war, and that politics is dominated by the logic of war.

“The NATO secretary-general wants to set up a NATO-Ukraine mission. European leaders have already fallen into war, they see this war as their own war and are fighting it as their own war,” he said.

“At first, it was only about sending helmets. Then sanctions, but not on energy producers! Then, yes, on those too. Then, came the arms shipments. First firearms, then tanks, then planes, and then financial aid. More and more, tens of billions. Now, we’re somewhere around a 100 billion — in euros. Money, supplies, weapons, but the situation is not getting better, it’s getting worse,” the prime minister said.

5. Mark Carney is putting himself in the spotlight all of a sudden. I wonder why. He appears to be, as we all knew he would, selling himself as a fiscal conservative when he himself in his book Values, explains his role models are Marx, Engles and Lenin.

Is it just me? Or does this sound like a campaign speech?

So far I have listened to 26 minutes of this and while it certainly could be better condensed and less redundant, its interesting and informative and solid evidence of important but initially seemingly outlandish claims are given. If you have household chores to do, this is great in the background.

In the last post I promised some material from Alex Berenson and then promptly forgot to include it. So here it is:

1. Why I’m pushing on the lab leak again

The evidence for a lab leak is now overwhelming, thanks to the release of grant proposals and emails from Americans connected with the Wuhan laboratory, as well as technical work that shows how Sars-Cov-2 was likely assembled.

No one talks about trying to find the natural animal host of Sars-Cov-2 anymore. The virologists must have realized they sounded as absurd as O.J. Simpson when he promised to find his ex-wife’s real killer. (Rest in peace, O.J. And by peace, I mean hell.)

So why I have picked up the chase again?

After all, articles like yesterday’s about coronavirus researcher Dr. Ralph Baric and Friday’s focusing on Dr. Anthony Fauci’s denial of knowing Baric are time-consuming to research and write. I try to make them accessible, but the details of Baric’s work have an irreducible scientific complexity that can make them hard to read.

And for all the work they take, they can generate fewer comments or likes than other articles.

So why do I think this line of investigation is more important than ever?

First, the truth is coming out.

A ragtag group of civilian detectives armed with little more than Freedom of Information Act requests has unlocked the connections between American scientists and the Chinese lab. Their progress comes despite stonewalling (and flat-out lying) by nearly everyone involved and the media’s studied disinterest.

2. Ten years ago, microbiologist Ralph Baric told Tony Fauci and the world he would make coronaviruses more lethal. Then – with Fauci’s backing – he did.

Baric, who worked hand-in-glove with the lab in Wuhan from which Sars-Cov-2 likely leaked, also insisted the government keep its rules on coronaviruses loose so he could tinker with them more easily. […]

As I explained in Part One, the National Institutes of Health put the day-long event together during an outbreak of a novel coronavirus called MERS-Cov, which was highly lethal but not very transmissible.

A complete video of the conference is publicly available here. For anyone interested in understand the science – and the scientists – that may have led to Covid, it is a six-hour must-watch.

About 50 people attended the event. They included leading coronavirus researchers, as well as Peter Daszak and members of his EcoHealth Alliance, and federal officials concerned about infectious diseases. But Baric was without doubt the star of the show.

He made the first presentation, then another after lunch. He rarely went more than a few minutes without asking questions. He had earned the role. After earning a PhD in microbiology from North Carolina State University in 1982, Baric turned to infectious disease research.

3. Related: Regona Watteel does update on Fizman’s fraudulent study which he has updated in what appears to be a lot of doubling down and arse covering. The thing that really gets me, is doubling down on the idea that those that did not take a vaccine against a particular virus, are a threat to those who did. In other words, people who took a vaccine against a virus, are at risk of getting the virus they are immunized against, from those who didn’t take the vaccine, which negates 100% the entire purpose of vaccines. Actually reverses it. People who took the shots, if Fizman’s newest BS is to be believed, are more susceptible to the virus due to those who didn’t take it, which means people who don’t want the virus are far better off not taking it.

That much is actually true as Stats Canada actually demonstrates when you adjust their data to remove the false masses of people who are included in the default set from before the vaccine existed.

4. Alberta updates mRNA booster guidance to every three months, starting with six-month-old babies

As of Monday, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has updated its guidance on mRNA COVID-19 booster shots to every three months, beginning with six-month-old babies. 

That works out to about 320 doses for the average lifespan. 

“Starting April 15, 2024, select groups of Albertans at high risk of severe outcomes from COVID-19 will be eligible for an additional dose,” AHS wrote on its website. 

According to Alberta health officials, “All vaccines are safe, effective and save lives,” and it doesn’t matter if a patient takes a COVID-19 booster before, after, or at the same time as a flu shot. 

That goes for babies as young as six months old. 

Looks like Danielle Smith has a lot of work to do sweeping up the deep state if indeed that is her intention.

5. I really hope everyone watches this 21 minute video of John Campbell’s featuring a speech in the UK Parliament by MP Andrew Bridgen.

1. Tucker Carlson’s full interview with Naomi Wolf.

This is quite enjoyable. But I think Tucker is way off on his attempt to nail a single attribute in terms of why some people did not take the vaxx despite the lies and pressure.

Tucker says it has to do with a strong family. Not my observation. Many strong happy families all got vaxxed to the max. Also were highly sanctimonious about it, and supported all the authoritarian measures the state imposed. Many marriages broke up over the question of to vaxx, or not to vaxx. Especially when it came to the kids.

No, the number one attribute I think that made it possible for some people to avoid the shots, was recalcitrance. Nothing to do with IQ, or any other aspect. People who are way above average IQ fall for most or all of the government-media complex dialectic attacks. Global warming, trans BS etc. It is those with an inate or learned distrust of authority and willingness to trust their own thinking over narratives, brighter than average or less bright than average, that escaped that trap.

2. Dr. John Campbell on the Japanese data concerning vaxx injury post 3rd shot

Why is YouTube allowing this suddenly? Without any sort of Samizdat on the part of Dr. Campbell? This is not a trivial question.

Gay Spanish Politician With Left-Wing Governing Party Resigns After Photos Circulate Showing Him Eating His Own Feces

A gay Spanish municipal councillor has resigned from his position after photos were publicized of him eating his own excrement as part of a scat fetish.

Daniel Gómez del Barrio served on the council for Illescas, a small town of around 30,000 people just south of the country’s capital. He represented PSOE, the main left-wing party in Spain, whose leader is currently the Prime Minister.

In mid February, photos and videos of Gómez were shared that he had posted on social media accounts and pornographic websites. In one video, the councillor, who is in his late twenties, is seemingly naked on the floor and eating his own feces.

A report from French news source FDS claimed that the politician was offering himself up for sexual use, and described himself as wanting to be “exposed, humiliated, degraded.” He also described his desire to “eat c*cks, be a whore, and be used as a urinal,” with El Diairo also claiming he referred to himself as a “sexual slave.”

5. I’m sorry to post an item which is frankly, given how screwed everything is, basically a “Hey Martha!” story. But I’m gonna anyway.

For those that remember the movie, I think it was Network News, a Hey Martha, is a story injected into a news broadcast which is not really important, but would get the husband to yell into the kitchen at his wife (yes its an old movie) “Hey Martha! look at the TV, its a talking cat!” or something equally banal. At this stage of the destruction of civilization, an illegal Venezuelan robbing a bank with a translator app is about the same. But there are important things connected to the story. So we probably won’t hear about them. Like how and when did he get to the US. Why wasn’t he vetted? How did he get a gun if he had one, when US citizens increasingly find it difficult. How long did they keep him in custody if they put him in at all?

1. Regina Watteel’s book, Fisman’s Fraud may actually have a real impact. Those who have not read it may want to get it from Amazon. It’s a great read as well as being court-worthy proof that Covid and the Vaxx where a complete artifice. A synthetic crisis knowingly perpetrated by people for purposes other than public health.

I recently ran in to another statistician who has done a deep dive into government statistics. What I can say here is very limited in order not to expose this person to harm. But I can say that any harm done to this person will not be for malfeasance committed, but government malfeasance exposed and continues to expose within the tightest possible limits imposed on this person. Even the conditions imposed on him are proof of government treachery. Imagine you worked for a company doing inventory at a CD store back when there was such a thing, and the company told you that you could not ever discuss the quantity of one particular CD being bought and sold. You could, as the law and rules allow, discuss all other matters of inventory publicly, but there would be severe consequences should hard numbers, numbers that are even publicly available if you are expert enough to understand them, but not talk about the one main CD of interest to everyone. A CD that maybe somehow everyone was coerced to get.

Even so, Regina, who has the luxury of not being under that particular thumb, managed to publish a book and that book is gaining traction, even in Parliament.

2. Global News, another weapon of the revolution in Canada, has presented us with another terrifying disease. This time, a virus that causes strep and that can worsen within hours. In the video, they explicitly state that it is a virus. In the article, a bacteria. the couple complains that they were not given any antibiotics. There is no attempt to correct them that antibiotics do nothing for a virus, but may help with a subsequent opportunistic bacterial infection. But the Global page explains it is a virus in the video and bacteria in the article. Also remember, as Stephen Coughlin explained in his recent video, a thing can be dropped on us and it will be as true as they need it to be. In other words, the thing can be complete BS like Global Warming or partly true like Covid 19 which looks at this point like a seasonal flu except slightly worse for the elderly and not nearly as bad for the young. All this to say that one may not wish to dismiss this Strep threat entirely until its been looked at more closely. But like so many things, the real attack is in what they are telling us.Today, what we face is information warfare. Which means its important not to confuse government narratives with actual information as an end unto itself. So reserving judgement on this. And the Bird Flu emerging pandemic all over the news. The one that goes from Chickens to cows to us.

3. The following movie has been recommended to us. It presents as a bust of the climate narrative. It is likely very good. But Global Warming is not a scam or a con. It is, even as said in the movie at the start, “An assault on individual Freedom”. So this might actually address the point. We are watching it now. One of us had the opportunity to hear a Law Professor from a major university in Canada speak live on the state of law in Canada. With a little luck, we can find a video of the talk and post it with some observations. As you can imagine, the Q&A was as good as the talk, and the talk was an excellent look at the mechanics of how systems degrade into statism. But in the Q&A, we went where it needed to go to a degree.

3. So the US White House proclaimed March 29 to be “Transgender Day of Visibility”. 

I guess if this is the first ever one, you can’t say it wasn’t deliberately set up to insult Christianity and the celebration of Easter. Easter changes every year but, if this is the first one, then its a mighty strange coincidence that its on Easter day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility.  I call upon all Americans to join us in lifting up the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work toward eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.

After all, this is likely meant to be a provocation, so it doesn’t matter that it won’t line up next year. If they need another provocation they will make one, or move this one to Easter again next year, or by then its possible they will know the names and addresses of everyone who objected to this one.

Which got me to thinking…

I remember the early days of modern feminism. The way it worked was, women became ’empowered’ to dress and act as sexually provocatively as they wanted to. For women in a certain age bracket, there is a ton of power in that, and most cultures are based in no small part around how to corral that power so that society can work. After all, you can’t build a house if everyone is busy staring into the sun.

Miniskirts and hot pants and all kinds of ways women could make themselves appear more and more fit and willing for reproduction came into fashion. But at the same time, men became more and more limited in how they could react.

When I was a child, it was understood that if a women who showed reproductive fitness walked past a construction site, she would expect to hear noises of appreciation, from the complimentary to the vulgar. Some women liked the attention, others did not. But it was understood that if you appear a certain way, you would get that reaction near construction sites.

That may be the first time the tactic of creating a predictable reaction, and then demonizing and even criminalizing the reaction was used. At least in this author’s experience.

A variation of it is described by the Nazi, George Soros. He calls it, “Reactivity”. This is when you set things in motion and use the predictable reaction to your advantage, and against the people who probably don’t even know they are the enemy. They just reacted normally to whatever provocation was put in their field of awareness.

Islamic terrorists use another version. A second round of attacks against first responders to the first round of attacks.

Sometimes i hear the Hegelian formula of “Thesis, Counter-thesis, Solution” described as “Problem, Reaction, Solution.” One might say the miniskirt issue is that. Women first are encouraged to behave and dress in a certain way, and men will be punished for reacting in exactly the way they always have throughout history. A construction worker that wolf-whistles at a woman passing by these days would likely get fired no matter what she may do to encourage him.

Now the provocations seem to be more deliberate. Not for any other purpose but to provoke a reaction so the rapidly growing, and rapidly growing-in-omniscience state, can criminalize or otherwise disenfranchise all who resist total submission to what Stephen Coughlin refers to as a “dialectical bomb”. 

We now see this used as a steady series of attacks. Covid, the Vaxx, the election theft, even the climate, which isn’t even the most brutal and obvious lie is. Still most people probably believe Global Warming from man made Co2 is a thing. But the Trans dialectic, now that is pure provocation. Pure, ‘the fight started when he hit me back’ tactics. Force people to admit something they know isn’t true at the most rudimentary level and then attack all who resist the lie. Islam is the religion of peace, even when they are blowing up and stabbing everyone all over the place and anyone who reads an authentic translation of their scripture can see plainly that it is a threat-doctrine of global manifest destiny that hates you and their warriors are guaranteed a place in a lascivious afterlife only if they die trying to kill you. But point these things out at your peril. Certainly if they are outside the allowable objections to the narrative attack.

This is two men arguing against you. Not with each other. Both are perpetuating the illusion that CO2 is a problem and must be dealt with. Canada does as well and if you follow the Couts Four issue its obvious.

But the trans thing. Forcing people not just to say that a man is really a woman if that man says he is, and grant him full access to women’s safe spaces, sports etc. but to punish women who object…

And punish they do. A nurse in Canada had her life ruined just for putting up a billboard that says “I (heart) JK Rowling”.

And Canada’s Bill C-6 which criminalizes a parent for suggesting a young child wait till they are 18 or so before getting drugs and surgery that will sterilize them and make them into monsters, now THAT’s Masters level provocation. And with each one, the state grows and grows in power till every aspect of your humanity is under state control, and all choice becomes illusory.

Francis also made a thinly-veiled condemnation of Cardinal Raymond Burke, who voiced strong opposition to the injections and who was also hospitalized with COVID-19 and serious health issues.

“There were even a few anti-vaxxers among the bishops: some came close to death,” stated Francis, echoing a veiled dig he made at the American cardinal in 2021.

5. BC Conservatives Drop Doctor Candidate Whose Licence Was Suspended During Pandemic

The B.C. Conservative Party has cut ties with a Denman Island doctor whose licence was suspended in 2022 for signing mask and vaccine exemptions and making statements contradicting the regulatory college, just hours after announcing his candidacy this week.

The party described Stephen Malthouse on its website and social media accounts as a “seasoned family physician” in a March 27 announcement of his candidacy in the Ladysmith-Oceanside riding. By evening, all posts related to Dr. Malthouse had been deleted.

Party president Aisha Estey later announced on social media Dr. Malthouse was no longer a candidate. […] Dr. Malthouse, a family physician with a practice spanning more than four decades, is known for speaking against COVID-19 mandates in the media and for appearing at rallies opposing public health measures.

His licence was suspended by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. in March 2022 after being a member of the regulatory body since 1978. The college accused him of signing vaccine and mask exemption forms “that he knew included false statements.”

“She also spent big on Measure J, a Los Angeles measure to reroute spending from law enforcement and prisons to ‘social services’ and ‘mental health treatment’ — in other words, not putting criminals and dangerous psychos behind bars,” he wrote.

3. In a similar vein, there has been some debate in my personal circles, even fairly acrimonious ones about the rate of cancer increate for some years now. The claim has been that since cancer has been on the rise for years up to 2019, where the study stops showing cancer data, to claim increase in cancer rates post 2020 due to a mass injection of experimental DNA/mRNA gene therapy is dishonest. Results from a Pew Research Center survey of 6,034 U.S. adults conducted from July 5 t0 17, 2022, show that you are definitely not alone. That survey found 30% of the U.S. adults surveyed to be single, which was defined as not being married, not living with a partner, and not being in a committed romantic relationship. This percentage was higher (47%) among adults under 30 years of age, lower (21%) among the 30- to 49-year-olds, and at 30% for those 50 years and older.

Not to single out men, but if you are male, single, and under 50 years of age, you may be in even greater company compared to women, at least in terms of numbers. Among those 18 to 29 years of age, 63% of men versus 34% of women considered themselves single. This dropped to 25% of men and 17% of women for those 30 to 49 years of age. Things flipped after the 50-year mark, though, with 28% of men 50 to 64 years of age and 25% of men 65 years and older being single compared to 30% and 39% for women for those age categories, respectively.
