Trudeau’s communist state continues to persecute and prosecute even just attendees of the Freedom Convoy – The trial of JP Ayotte

The following interviews are unusual in a way. As a rule, it is somewhat difficult to get an interview from an accused until after the trial is over, and usually after the verdict. At least not one which is detailed. But J. P. Ayotte is determined to have his day in court because of his belief in rule of law and his rights under the constitution, and has been blocked from having his day in court repeatedly for very unusual reasons. Several court officers including the Judge recused themselves or each other for conflicts or semi-stated reasons. In the most recent attempt at a trial, a trial in which the state of Canada denied him the right to a jury trial, the judge recused herself because she “…ould not preside over any convoy related trials”.

We also got an interview with his legal representative, Jane Scharf. Jane has become an expert on all Freedom convoy related cases and has enjoyed success for many of her clients fighting tickets and other more serious charges related to the weeks of January February 2022 in Ottawa.

Please watch these two interviews and comment. Do you agree with Jane, that Canada has moved from rule of law to a legal system more determined to get a political result than a truth and law based one?

  1. How this tyrannic government continues to attract support is beyond me. Another thing they attract is guys like Trump who see a dictatorship on his doorstep festering away, and he don’t like it one bit. I believe Tariffs are a smoke screen for his REAL intent. I foresee a time when the mighty American war machine marches into this country to rescue Canadians from the the leg-hold trap of communism. I can barely contain my enthusiasm for that day.
If what A.J and his pal participated in warrants a drawn out and probably hellishly expensive court case in the name of “mischief”, one can conclude that this government has truly weaponized and infiltrated the judicial process and we formerly free Canadians are screwed.

If anyone needs reminding of criminal “mischief’s” the Liberal government were exhibit A in, a quick review of the SNC Lavalin debacle or the WE charity scandal should suffice. Nobody on the tyrannical government side of those taxpayer funded mischief’s suffered lengthy courts cases or were hurt – except maybe Jody-Wilson Raybould.
Using A.J. Ayotte’s case and the Coutts, (Alberta) four as examples, Canadians no longer can call themselves “free”. Anyone who thinks otherwise is badly out of touch with reality, and must be part of the media cabal and the judiciary facilitating the evil.

    • Beautifully stated Alvin.
Did you happen to read Johny U’s short story yesterday?

      https://vladtepesblog.com/2025/02/12/the-canada-51st-party-a-story-by-johnny-u/

Frankly, the idea that we could become the beneficiaries of the absolute right of freedom of speech, and the right to defend ourselves from evil people, both of criminal intent or political and often if not usually both, and more so, that the constitution will specifically explain these rights are ours by divine right, and the state may NOT infringe on these rights, is so damn appealing that I would question anyone’s motives who did not think this was the ultimate set of principles of human organization.

      • Yes I did read Johnnyu’s piece not once but twice. I didn’t get the message until I slowed down and thought about what he was saying. Brilliant simply brilliant. The line “twenty plus percent of the population already sees and agrees with the state of Communism in Canada” scares the hell out of me. And its mostly coming from the commie factories otherwise known as the intellectual centres of the univers (ask them or read the body language) – Universities and colleges. These cesspools are where I’d start to erase the curse of Marx, and I’d do like President Thrump – cut or eliminate the funding – turn the bloody tap off tight!
This country needs more carpenters, electricians & plumbers, not more kids with degrees working coffee shops, politicians or commie infused professors.

  2. But you Canadians have no idea what freedom of speach is
How can you learn when BC is communist
    Ontario is Muslim and Indian
    Quebec is socialist
    The only option is Alberta
    Maybe Saskatchewan
Manitoba is too boring and full if natives
( I used to live there it’s a disaster town)
O don’t mention the east and deep north
    I am Canadian
And I am sad , very sad to see where my country is going
You have so much garbage of leftism in Canada it will never heal
    But dream on

    • I agree, Jan. Canada is a big nothing.

Years ago, we should have split up into republics aka the East, the West, Ontario, Quebec, under a common umbrella (army, postal services…).

Had we done so, we would have better economies and would not be bending down to commie minority groups.
