Capitol building and white house on Lockdown thanks to unknown gunman who started shooting at police in the visitor area.

The US Capitol is on lockdown after a visitor opened fire, shooting and wounding a police officer – just hours after an active shooter drill in the government building.

Staffers in the visitor center were ordered to shelter in place just before 3pm (Eastern Time) on Monday as police secured the area.

One officer was hospitalized with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The suspect was taken in to custody within minutes of the first shot being fired, the Associated Press reported.

There was confusion as the shooting came soon after a scheduled active shooter drill, which staff had been notified about via email.

A visitor, Cathryn Leff from California, described crowds running and screaming after gunshots sounded as she was walking through security.

Around the same time we heard about a shooting near the U.S. Capitol building we started to see reports about a situation in Times Square where the police had to shut down a large portion of the tourist attraction due to a security threat.

I would like to use this opportunity to talk about policy, such as it is, here at this site.

I am not an American although I have a deep and rooted love for the US constitution and the principles upon which it was built. Also for the USA as probably the greatest source of good in the history of the world until Obama and I really mean that. That fact that it isn’t perfect does not undo the good it does and did.

Even so I am reluctant to endorse any candidate because I am not American and any consequences felt from the choices by the people of the USA are not mine and even the ones I will feel due to US foreign policy, and Obama has made many decisions that negatively impact Canada, still do not give me the right to try and use any influence I may have.

When Bush was president, George W. I mean, I remember arguing with people that viscerally hated him. They called it, ‘Bush Derangement Syndrome” and that was a good name for it. I spent a part of nearly every day arguing with someone, American or Canadian, refuting nonsense that was fabricated about Bush, or chains of extremely bad reasoning that attacked Bush from a misinterpreted fact.

Much of this thinking came from pop-culture and sociopathic opportunists like Michael Moore.

Rarely, some frustrated opponent would break down and say something like:

“Why do you love Bush so much!?!?”

And I would thank them for the question and say: “I don’t love Bush. Its just that you are arguing from pure fiction. Only once have I managed to speak to someone who didn’t lik Bush for things he actually did. One of them was a Wall Street guy and another a high powered NYC lawyer. The rest used made-up stuff and spat it out into an echo chamber. No one ever asked me what I thought of Bush. If they did, I would have my own list of concerns and questions. Eminent Domain being one of them. Something Trump may well use to a whole new order of magnitude.

But the same goes for Trump. the Alynskyites, the useful idiots and the people on Soros’ payroll are spewing vitriol and childish foaming hatred onto Trump and all his supporters and over pure fictions. And so once again, I will appear to be some Trump loving acolyte defending Trump against each thrown rock. In fact the rocks will hit and they will do damage but they are launched on a totally false basis. Tactics. Optics. The fact that calling people racist when really you just don’t agree with their policies, has worked consistently till now. But they may not work against Trump. And the blow back might actually be what these communists and Muslims deserve. But either way, please know that this, my second Trump post I believe, is not an endorsement. I have no right to that as I said.

This is just about opposing the useful idiots and the hate filled, and hate fueled Soros funded Islamophiles and their attempt to deconstruct our genuinely liberal society.

The mayor of Great Falls, Montana, wrote a blistering editorial that condemns the Council on American-Islamic Relations for a recent public relations campaign that apparently brought a Quran to his door right before Sept. 11.

Winters wrote in a Friday article for the Great Falls Tribune. “During a heightened period of instability in the Middle East, beheadings of Americans by Islamic terrorists, and ongoing national security threats, the Council on American-Islamic Relations sent me a copy of the Quran for my reference library.

These two events, the protest and the koran mailings are not directly connected as an event. But one likely informed the feelings of those that attended the other. The good people of Montana appear to be ready to do what we all have to do. Actually go out and defend our own way of life, our culture etc. No one seems to begrudge Saudi Arabia for living thier way even if its horrific and barbaric and bereft of reason. No one seems to think it was wrong of South Africa or Zimbabwe to resort to ethnic nationalism and treat the whites as people with no rights whatsoever. Then why can the people of Montana not defend that which they built, and their laws and protections.

Could Mel Brooks be the ‘Producer’ of Hillary Clinton’s campaign?

Ok stick with me here a minute.

There are a number of things that taken on their own, ‘just don’ make no sense’ about Hillary’s campaign strategy. Lets look at a few from just the past few days:

  1. Hillary Clinton avoiding the media on campaign tour

(It is extremely unusual that someone running for president would avoid the press one might think. Triply so for a Democrat)

2. She seems to cough her way through speeches. Which I suppose saves a lot of writer expenses and TelePrompTer costs, but is an odd choice for content on a campaign speech even with the lower word price on campaign speeches.

    3. Hillary gets $500,000.00 from a Pakistani man who got a promise to criminalize criticism of islam from her for the money. This is from someone who actually did read the 1st amendment and understands it, unlike the constitutional expert who lives in the White House at this time.

4. Hillary Clinton angers supporters by making them wait hours for a 5 minute speech. (I wonder if she coughed her way through it?)

It is also well known that Hillary, with Obama’s help quite often, has been raising money quite consistently and quite well and with serious dedication. I am guessing she doesn’t cough her way through those meetings nor is she incoherent. I remember quite a few headlines about things Obama did not attend because he was at a fund raiser, some of them at least must have been for her campaign.

Now lets connect the dots.

For those who have seen Mel Brooks’ hit play/movie, ‘The Producers’, if you run through the plot line in your head you may see the connection here yourself. For those who have not I suggest you watch the movie, I recommend the original version with Zero Mostell and Gene Wilder, as soon as possible thinking about Hillary’s fund raising tours and her displays of near ludicrous incompetence and anti-campaigning.

If you have not seen the movie or the play, CAUTION: Partial spoiler ahead. Stop reading now unless you really don’t care but you should, its one of the funniest movies ever made.

I won’t give away the ending, but the basic premise is that a Broadway play producer is told how he can make more money by a play that flops than one that succeeds, as if he sells 10,000% of the play to hundreds of people, they are unlikely to come looking for their investment back if the play fails. So he sets out with his new partner, ironically an IRS agent, to find the worst play, the worst actors, the worst choreography he can find and goes out fund raising.

The thing of it is, I simply cannot read a story about Hillary Clinton these days without thinking about this movie. Now on the one hand, if this is indeed what she is doing. If she is ‘Brooksing’, or perhaps, ‘Springtime for Hillary’ this election, its the least worst scenario. The worst scenario is that this is indeed what she is doing, but she gets the same outcome as happens in the movie.

The graphic and traumatic defeat they planned for the United States failed, that time.

Following the attempted attack, President Obama threw the intelligence community under the bus for its failure to “connect the dots.” He said, “this was not a failure to collect intelligence, it was a failure to integrate and understand the intelligence that we already had.”

Most Americans were unaware of the enormous damage to morale at the Department of Homeland Security, where I worked, his condemnation caused. His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material—the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.

After leaving my 15 year career at DHS, I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack.

The narrative and muslim double speak.

So you take a course in ‘international calligraphy’ and naturally writing Arabic would be part of it. And one might assume that in the many regions of the Earth inhabited by any number of hundreds of millions of Arabic speakers, some of them might have written something worth copying, or even have your own thoughts translated to Arabic and then learn to write them with cool pens.

So how interesting is this story where the one thing they could find to teach public school students in Virginia to write out is the Islamic declaration of faith, the ‘shahada’.

In a lesson Friday on the Middle East, students were presented with an Islamic statement of faith written in Arabic calligraphy, superintendent Eric Bond told The News Leader.

“The students were presented with the statement to demonstrate the complex artistry of the written language used in the Middle East, and were asked to attempt to copy it in order to give the students an idea of the artistic complexity of the calligraphy,” a statement Bond gave the paper said.

The article goes on to explain how people’s objections show islamophobia of course and muslims are, as usual, the victim of trying to trick, force and kill people into accepting the tenets of their gang.

There is good news though. In future the class plans to use non-religious material as a template. Perhaps just swearing an oath to the Islamic State or something.

Ex-Neighbor Of San Bernardino Shooter Charged As ‘Straw Purchaser’ Of Assault Rifles

[…] According to the affidavit, Marquez moved to Riverside and met next-door neighbor Farook in approximately 2005. After their initial meeting, Farook introduced Marquez to Islam, and, in 2007, Marquez converted to Islam, prosecutors said.

In late 2011, according to the affidavit, Marquez and Farook started planning to use firearms and explosives to carry out terrorist acts – attacks that Marquez told investigators were designed to maximize the number of casualties that could be inflicted.

The affidavit recounts a recent interview with Marquez in which he is said to have admitted making plans with Farook to attack the library or cafeteria at Riverside Community College (RCC), where both men had been students.

The plan allegedly was to throw pipe bombs into the cafeteria area from an elevated position on the second floor, and then to shoot people as they fled, according to prosecutors.

Marquez and Farook also allegedly planned to attack eastbound lanes of State Route 91 (SR-91) during afternoon rush hour, according to the affidavit. Marquez told investigators that they chose a particular section of the freeway because there were no exits, which would increase the number of targets in the eastbound lanes.

The plan, prosecutors say, was for Farook to throw pipe bombs on to the freeway, which they believed would disable vehicles and stop traffic. Farook allegedly planned to then move among stopped vehicles, shooting into them, while Marquez shot into vehicles from a position on a nearby hillside.

Marquez allegedly said that he would watch for law enforcement and emergency vehicles, and his priority was to shoot law enforcement before shooting life-saving personnel.
