Five Indonesian teenage girls have been accused of blasphemy and may face jail after making a video in which they mixed Islamic prayer with dancing to a Maroon 5 song.
The girls were expelled from their high school in Tolitoli city, on Sulawesi island, and reported to police after the video of their dance to the US band’s hit One More Night went viral online.
This can be expected where the number of Muslims rise to the point where they can enforce this on their own. We have already seen attempted assassinations in Sweden and Denmark and other nations where the hated unbeliever have dared not be submissive to the violent, thuggish and profoundly superstitious masses.
Soon, this will be everywhere. Sharia law does not need an act of parliament to become a fact. It simply needs to be the standard through which things are allowed, or individuals punish those who deviate from its demands. This being the case, it already is everywhere. The issue is degree and speed of delivery of sentence.

The broadcaster Alan Jones could have been jailed for up to three years for labelling Lebanese Muslims ”vermin” and ”mongrels” who ”rape and pillage”, under a proposed overhaul of NSW racial vilification laws.
The criminal prosecution of a woman who racially abused the ABC newsreader Jeremy Fernandez on a Sydney bus in February might also have been possible under changes being suggested by prominent community groups.
The Jewish Board of Deputies and the NSW Community Relations Commission are pushing for a radical overhaul of the laws in submissions to a parliamentary inquiry into whether it should be easier to criminally prosecute cases of serious racial vilification.

The inquiry was ordered by the Premier, Barry O’Farrell, who was concerned there has not been a prosecution since the laws began in 1989. The inquiry has been attacked by opponents who say changes risk trampling on free speech.
The NSW Anti-Discrimination Act applies penalties of up to $5500 and six months’ jail for inciting hatred, contempt or ridicule against a person or group based on their race.
Mr. Boom suggests in his email, and from whence I derived the headline, that this is the OIC implementing blasphemy laws in NSW by stealth. I argue that it is a dead certainty it is, as I believe Australia is a signatory to the UN bill written by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and passed by the UN without a vote demanding penalties for criticism of Islam using the totem of ‘criticism of religion’ that are genuinely punitive.

I feel I should also point out that Jewish groups who sign on to these types of anti-free speech laws, are guaranteed to get the exact opposite of what they are expecting out of them. There will not be a single punishment for anyone demanding extermination for Jews or the destruction of the one tiny secular and liberal Jewish state in the middle east. These will be protected under freedom of religion or hidden well from public view in the mosques.
Oh yes the odd white supremacist or neo-nazi may get nabbed and moved from his mothers basement into a low security prison, but the left wing BDS rabid anti-semitic psychos will continue to make unreasonable and antisemitic demands without molestation. Jews should have learned from the Canadian experience that these kinds of laws work against everyone’s freedom and are typically selectively enforced to the disadvantage of Jews anyway.
But then, Bill Clinton should have learned by Gary Heart’s experience shouldn’t he have?

There is an intensifying global campaign to impose Islamic blasphemy law on non-Muslims, including those living outside Islamdom, in non-Muslim societies.

1) According to the Sunna (the traditions of Muhammad and the early Muslim community), by using foul language against the Muslim prophet Muhammad, Allah, or Islam, the non-Muslim transgressors put themselves on a war footing against Muslims, and their lives became licit (such as the poet Kaab b. al-Ashraf, who composed poems denigrating Muhammad, and was assassinated). Anyone wanting to know what a real man looks like, need to look no farther than Lars Vilks. If just 5% of the non-Muslim world had his kind of courage and integrity and was ready to sacrifice comfort and security for principles which would have given those attributes to all of us, then we would have won this thing before it started.

AFP – A Swedish artist who received death threats after depicting the Prophet Mohammed as a dog said Wednesday he would display new paintings of the prophet at an exhibition in the immigrant-heavy city of Malmoe later this year.
“It’s important to continue because if you yield to the threats and back away, you have abandoned the democratic principle,” Lars Vilks said.
The artist has faced numerous death threats since his drawing of the Muslim prophet with the body of a dog was first published by Swedish regional daily Nerikes Allehanda in 2007, illustrating an editorial on the importance of freedom of expression.
The Bandung High Court has added one more year to the prison term of Sebastian Joe, who was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment for the blasphemy of Islam by the Ciamis District Court in West Java.
The high court decided on Tuesday to give Sebastian a higher sentence as it used the 2008 Information and Electronic Transaction (ITE) Law as a lex specialis (special law), instead of the Criminal Code (KUHP) used by the district court, said Sebastian’s lawyer, Anang Fitriana, as quoted by tempo.co on Wednesday.

RIYADH – The editor of a Saudi Arabian website could be sentenced to death after a judge cited him for apostasy and moved his case to a higher court, the monitoring group Human Rights Watch said on Saturday.
Raif Badawi, who started the Free Saudi Liberals website to discuss the role of religion in Saudi Arabia, was arrested in June, Human Rights Watch said.

Imran Firasat has been served the official documents by the Spanish government confirming that his residency status has been revoked
The authorities quickly hand-delivered the official revocation documents to Imran on Friday evening, December 22nd, giving him no chance to consult his lawyer or plea his case. Through these actions, Spain has proven to the world that it holds Islamic law in high regard, even above its own laws.
Firasat is an ex-Muslim from Pakistan who has taken a radical stand against Islam since his conversion to Christianity. He has received many death threats from Muslim individuals and groups in various Islamic countries for seven years because of his criticism of Islam.
Spain, a free western nation, had given Imran welcome asylum to protect him from these violent and radical Islamic groups.
Imran has been involved in the co-production of the Youtube, The Innocent Prophet, with Terry Jones and Stand Up America Now. The Innocent Prophet was released to the public on Youtube on December 15, 2012.
Imran officially backed out of the project when the Spanish government threatened to revoke his protected residency status and have him deported to Pakistan where the death penalty is waiting for him because of his criticism of Islam. Firasat did his best to cooperate with Spanish authorities by presenting documented proof to them that he had backed out of the project. Despite this, Spain quickly revoked Imran’s protected asylum status during a period of approximately ten days. This would normally take the government about six months to process.
Imran has not committed any crime according to Spanish law. He has only exercised his right of free expression concerning his views on Islam. Nevertheless, his residency status has been revoked and he faces imminent deportation to a Muslim nation where the penalty for blasphemy against Islam or Muhammad is death.

An American ministry organization has created what amounts to a special operations team to work with a group in Pakistan to rescue Pakistani Christians who are unjustly charged under that longtime ally’s draconian blasphemy law.
The group Rescue Christians is the brainchild of former PLO terrorist-turned-Christian activist Walid Shoebat.
Shoebat says the organization established what is called the Raoul Wallenberg Project, named after the man who rescued Hungarian Jews from the Nazis during World War II.

Kuwaiti MPs this week approved a law with a death penalty for Muslims who curse God, the Koran, all prophets and the wives of Islam’s Prophet Mohammed. Non-Muslims who commit the same offence face a jail term of not less than 10 years, according to the bill.
Defendants who repent in court will be spared capital punishment but will get a jail sentence for five years and a fine of $36,000 or one of them, while repentance by those who repeat the crime is not acceptable, the bill says.
“We do not want to execute people with opinions or thought because Islam respects these people… But we need this legislation because incidents of cursing God have increased. We need to deter them,”

The Spanish language publication El País reports (1) that the Spanish Government has effectively threatened to withdraw refugee status from Imran Firasat. They do this for their own twisted political reasons.
For those who are unfamiliar with his case Imran runs a website called Mundo sin Islam (World without Islam). He is an apostate from Islam and has produced a film called The Innocent Prophet. Ordinarily this would not be a problem but the prophet in question happens to be the Islamic Prophet Mohammed. The actions of Western politicians give the impression that Mohammed is entitled to greater reverence and superior protection than other Prophets.
In the Orwellian pro-sharia Europe some prophets are obviously more equal than others. Questioning minds have to give Mohammed a wide berth. This is sharia law and it is being applied in Western Europe against the interests and the wishes of the European public. Europe is moving back to restrictions on thought and expression that most people thought that we had permanently left behind during the Spanish Inquisition!
I think most people are aware now that if anyone was to use Disney owned fictional characters without specific permission, whether it is on clothing or jewelry or even drawing your own cartoon with them you will hear from Disney’s lawyers at hypersonic speeds. And a good case can be made that this is OK actually. Disney either spent a ton of money and work developing and promoting these characters or buying them from the people/companies who did.
Turkey however, seems to have taken it upon itself to regulate how any and all religious characters in the (originally) Jewish and Christian pantheon are portrayed and have taken the Simpsons to court for defamation of religion.
This, is a much more serious matter than it sounds. This is part of the incremental process of forcing Islamic values on the world, much like the Egyptian judgment condemning 8 people, many of whom not even in Egypt, to death for blasphemy/defamation of religion. This was covered Dec 1 in our interview with Stephen Coughlin on this exact matter.
This will not end here. In fact it has just begun. This will progress, if allowed by the rest of us, till Muslims control the way all religion and religious icons/archetypes and avatars are represented anywhere. The issue is not that sharia and Islamic values apply to us. It does. The issue is whether or not they can enforce it wherever it is you happen to live.

A YOUNG man tried to stab his brother to death for insulting a Muslim prophet, a court has heard.
Safaa Allami, 22, is accused of attempting to murder his older brother Ali Allami during a row at their Cloverdale home in Perth’s eastern suburbs.
Ali Allami was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, prosecutor Nicholas Cogin said.
It is claimed he was stabbed seven times in the chest, back and flank, suffering a pierced liver and kidney that could have cost him his life.
