White House doors opened for pro-Hamas Islamic scholar: report

President Obama heads met with a top Islamic scholar with ties to the terrorist group Hamas inside the White House earlier this month.
Shaykh Abdullah Bin Bayyah, the vice president of a group that supports Hamas — the same group that has a president that heralded the killing of U.S. troops in Iraq — said on his website that he met with two White House officials on June 13: Gayle Smith, the senior director of the National Security Council and Rashad Hussain, the special envoy for Mr. Obama for the Organization of the Islamic Conference, The Daily Caller reported.
He also indicated he met with other officials in the White House, without citing names.
The Daily Caller tried to discern whether National Security Adviser Tom Donilon was at the meeting, because the website message initially said that the “national security adviser” attended, too. The post was subsequently changed to reflect that the deputy national security adviser actually attended.

An editorial posted in the Investor’s Business Daily on Wednesday had some scathing remarks for the Obama administration, after claiming that despite the NSA’s sweeping PRISM program, mosques have been off-limits by FBI surveillance since October 2011.
“That’s right, the government’s sweeping surveillance of our most private communications excludes the jihad factories where homegrown terrorists are radicalized,” the editorial reads.

High-level approval from a special oversight body at the Justice Department, dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee, is needed in order to surveil a mosque, and the names of the chairman, members and staff are kept secret, IBD claims.
“We do know the panel was set up under pressure from Islamist groups who complained about FBI stings at mosques,” it said.

When a young Afghanistan war hero appeared before a city council, it seemed the right thing to give him a standing ovation.
Lance Corporal Matthew Croucher, 26, had been awarded the George Cross for throwing himself on a Taliban hand grenade to save his comrades.
He survived only because his backpack took the force of the blast.

But to the horror of the rest of the council chamber, while most leapt to their feet to applaud him, two Muslim councillors remained firmly in their seats.
Salma Yaqoob and Mohammed Ishtiaq, from the Respect party, insist that their refusal to clap the Royal Marine was a point of principle.
But following the meeting at Birmingham City Council on Tuesday night, fellow councillors said they had grossly disrespected the soldier.
Conservative Cllr John Lines said: ‘They should be ashamed of themselves.
‘This was not the time or place to stage an anti-war protest – this man risked his life for his comrades.
‘I was happy to give this hero a standing ovation and I have invited him to be guest of honour when we open new houses for ex-military personnel later this year.’
Peter Douglas Osborn, another Conservative councillor, added: ‘As far as I am concerned it is no longer the Respect party, but the disrespect party.’

The meeting was due to a joke posted by a Coffee County Commissioner on Face Book. The DOJ Assistant Attorney General said in a newspaper interview that the joke might be classified as hate speech and a crime. This event which uses the full Federal powers of the corrupt Department of Justice to suppress free speech and shape domestic politics will not be the last. The DOJ is now a full partner with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Why has Obama shaped law enforcement into agencies of intimidation of our political speech? It all starts with the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) in the UN with Resolution 16/18 that criminalizes any criticism of Islam since it blasphemes Islam. Blasphemy punishment is pure Sharia law. There is NO free speech in Islam, since it does not allow any criticism of Islam. Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, worked for 3 days in NY with the OIC to find a way to accommodate Islamic blasphemy and slander laws in America. Tonight is the fruit of that labor.
Government agencies are trained about Islam according to Muslim Brotherhood standards. They are taught that Islam is a religion and that Muslims are just like everybody else. It is forbidden to discuss Islam as a political system. Language is controlled and jihad doctrine cannot be used in the analysis of Islamic violence.

It was, he said, because in islamic law you may never kill a fellow muslim. It is that simple. And that this attack happened shortly after Hasan got his orders to deeply to Afghanistan where it was possible that he may have to kill Taliban fighters and his fellow US Soldiers certainly would.
He now admits this openly but the US judge is either unaware of his reasoning for these statements, or is forced to look at them though the lens of US jurisprudence which sees his argument in a dramatically different way.

FORT HOOD, Texas – A judge says she won’t decide whether to delay the Fort Hood shooting suspect’s trial until he provides evidence to support his defense strategy — and she might not accept it.
Maj. Nidal Hasan said Tuesday his defense will explain that he killed 13 people in the 2009 shooting rampage because soldiers were about to deploy to Afghanistan. He says he was trying to prevent the imminent death of Taliban fighters.

Police inspector found guilty of fraud

GUILTY: Insp Mohammed RazaqA SENIOR Bolton police officer has been found guilty of making a string of fraudulent insurance and mortgage claims worth almost £46,000.
Insp Mohammed Razaq, aged 53, was in charge of the Bolton West neighbourhood police team until he was arrested and his office was raided by police in May 2011.
He was today found guilty of six counts of fraud and three counts of money laundering at the end of a six-week trial at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester.
The fraud charges, which he denied, relate to a series of claims for damage on properties that he owns and mortgage applications.
U.S. citizenship for Mursi’s children ‘threatens security,’ lawyer says
The Muslim Brotherhood does a rather brilliant job of pretending to be allies overtly or covertly while in fact working three shifts to try and destroy the US or subvert it to its will. I can just imagine the voices of the powerful in the US utterly misconstruing the meaning of the Morsi kids having dual citizenship as if that meant they were really all friends.

An Egyptian court Thursday decided to postpone a case seeking to strip President Mohammed Mursi’s son and daughter of their U.S. citizenship.
The lawyer who filed the suit claims their dual nationality “threatens Egypt’s national security.”
As a result, the lawyer, Mohamed Salem, is calling for their U.S. citizenship to be revoked.
He told Al Arabiya that it is “illegal” for Mursi’s children to have a U.S. passport while simultaneously keeping their Egyptian nationality.
“It is shameful for Mursi, the president of the largest Arab country, that his children have American citizenship,” Salem added.

Counterterrorism officials on Wednesday revealed stunning details about 44-year-old Wissam Allouche, an alleged former Hezbollah commander who was arrested in Texas after being indicted on charges of not disclosing his affiliation with terrorist groups.
During Allouche’s bail hearing in San Antonio Wednesday, the prosecution said the FBI recovered documents they claim he fabricated to falsely show he had security clearances. It was also alleged that Allouche tried to “hook up” with women at Fort Sam Houston to possibly to gain access to sensitive material, MySanAntonio.com reports.
And that’s not all.
As previously reported by TheBlaze, Allouche was arrested last week for failing to disclose his membership in the Amal militia and Hezbollah in Lebanon in the 1980s and lying about issues concerning his marriage to a U.S. citizen. He is also charged with failing to disclose his ties to the terror groups when he applied for a Defense Department position that required security clearance.

I think the point is missed though. In a democracy, the military cannot be deployed at home and against one’s own people. It is a central tenet of a liberal democracy. Making the police into the military smells like a work around to me.

Six Belgian senators introduced a draft resolution in the Belgian Parliament that would make “Islamophobia” a crime punishable by fines and imprisonment. A person would be guilty if he “considers Islam to be violent, threatening or supportive of terrorism…” or “considers Islam to be a political ideology, used for political and military purposes to establish it hegemony.” If passed, the law would pose a devastating blow to the exercise of free speech in Belgium.
Wallonia, the French-speaking southern region of Belgium, has officially renamed the four major Christian holidays on the Belgian school calendar with secular names.
