The end never justifies the means

Just because you break the law with a group of people, doesn’t exonerate you or your fellow colleagues from the crime committed, no matter how noble your cause may be. Violating another’s civil rights is never a justifiable act.

Demonstration got out of hand in Helsinki center

Protesters defending Turkey’s Kurdish human rights,  stopped traffic completely on Mannerheim street in Helsinki’s city center on Saturday afternoon.

According to witnesses, the protesters were behaving aggressively, as some of the motorists tried to continue their journey.

The protesters were jumping on top of cars and beating the hoods.

They also sought to stop the tram.

One woman  did not dare to proceed with her own car, because she feared her car would be damaged. The protesters did not damage those vehicles that stayed in place.

The incident took place at around 15.30 in the afternoon. Plenty of police quickly arrived to the scene.  According to the Helsinki police  about 40-50 people showed up to protest.

Most of them were apparently Turkish Kurds, but there were also some Finns among the crowd.

NOTE:  AYN RAND ON “CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE”

Civil disobedience may be justifiable, in some cases, when and if an individual disobeys a law in order to bring an issue to court, as a test case. Such an action involves respect for legality and a protest directed only at a particular law which the individual seeks an opportunity to prove to be unjust. The same is true of a group of individuals when and if the risks involved are their own.

But there is no justification, in a civilized society, for the kind of mass civil disobedience that involves the violation of the rights of others—regardless of whether the demonstrators’ goal is good or evil. The end does not justify the means. No one’s rights can be secured by the violation of the rights of others. Mass disobedience is an assault on the concept of rights: it is a mob’s defiance of legality as such.

The forcible occupation of another man’s property or the obstruction of a public thoroughfare is so blatant a violation of rights that an attempt to justify it becomes an abrogation of morality. An individual has no right to do a “sit-in” in the home or office of a person he disagrees with—and he does not acquire such a right by joining a gang. Rights are not a matter of numbers—and there can be no such thing, in law or in morality, as actions forbidden to an individual, but permitted to a mob.

The only power of a mob, as against an individual, is greater muscular strength—i.e., plain, brute physical force. The attempt to solve social problems by means of physical force is what a civilized society is established to prevent. The advocates of mass civil disobedience admit that their purpose is intimidation. A society that tolerates intimidation as a means of settling disputes—the physical intimidation of some men or groups by others—loses its moral right to exist as a social system, and its collapse does not take long to follow.

Politically, mass civil disobedience is appropriate only as a prelude to civil war—as the declaration of a total break with a country’s political institutions.

He was interviewed by the GOV soon after. I took the opportunity to present Sweden’s Lars Vilks a copy of Ranta’s cartoon during my interview with him in 2008, which he graciously accepted. According to the Finnish justice system, you might as well get used to the reality of being found guilty of a ‘crime’ for merely defending yourself during an attack, if you ever have the misfortune of encountering one, or just succumb to your attacker willingly, with hope of coming out of it alive…and not being brought up on charges.

Intense torture – a woman’s eyes threatened of being punctured

Iltalehti: The prosecutor demanded for the two men and one woman a term of imprisonment for a unusual series of events.

The events began in Heinola, when the thirty year old men just released from jail, bound the 22-year-old woman and handcuffed her to a chair. The men demanded the woman to give them her online banking account ID and threatened to the woman’s eyes, if she didn’t reveal the code. The woman finally gave the code, but the account was empty, so the robbery remained an attempted robbery.

The apartment was also a scene of violence. One of the men had beaten the woman, choking, hitting and throwing her against the wall.

Trying to get out of the house she eventually took hold of the knife and struck the other man’ in the chest. The man received a stab wound of about eight centimeters deep. At the same time she struck another man with her fist in the head.

Men were suspected of, among other things, attempted robbery, imprisonment and assault. The woman for her role received a charge of aggravated assault.

The prosecutor demanded for the men 7 and 6 months of mandatory prison sentences. The prosecutor presented the woman with a 1-year and 2-month unconditional prison sentence (probation).

 

Gunman opens fire in Finland school, no injuries

HELSINKI – Finnish police say a gunman has been arrested after firing several shots at a school in southern Finland but no one was injured.

Detective Superindent Jari Kinnunen says the attacker shot through the door of a secondary school classroom Friday in Orivesi, 190 kilometres (120 miles) north of the Helsinki.

Kinnunen says the man, in his 20’s, did not resist arrest.

The school was evacuted after the incident on Friday morning.

Ilatalehti: According to information from a number of sources, the suspect of the shooting in the Orivesi school (born in 1989) had disappeared earlier in March with a female student from the school. According to the Iltalehti’s information, the suspect shot the hand of the girl’s father. The police did not confirm this Iltalehti.

A missing report was filed of the girl, and the police searched for her and her male friend. She was eventually found unharmed. The link between suspect and the student was reported by the Keskisuomalainen and Aamulehti newspapers.

According to the Keskisuomalainen the girl was in class, and the man shot through the door. According to the Aamulehti her parents had applied for a restraining order against the man.

Muslims exploit logical fallacies in Helsinki, demonstrate for Islamic supremacy

If one pays attention to this video (Translated by Tundra Tabloids with thanks) it can be seen how Western nations have failed themselves by taking for granted the skill of reason.

For example. The logical fallacy used here conspicuously but also by Muslims in general that since they hold their own religious items as fetish objects of worship, apart from their actual content or value to themselves, that it must therefore be held as sacred by the rest of us. That the sheer number of people who hold this book in high esteem means we must abandon all facts, critical analysis of content, consideration of the consequences of the ideas in this material, the koran etc. and so on.

I wonder how many average people would buy into the reasoning that islamic materials should be respected on the sheer strength of believers, as opposed to garnering respect through the actual content. Probably a lot of us. Which shows us how we have failed ourselves.

It is also highly interesting how the speaker refers to the “Arab spring” reaching Finland, and quite clearly meaning that it would bring with it, not the kind of liberation, liberalism, and democracy as advertised, but instead Islamic supremacy and the end of critical thought. No worries leftists, critical theory will still be allowed I’m sure.

Lastly, it is interesting that he mixes in some more-or-less factual accounts of ‘koran desecration’ with purely fictional ones. It is very important however not to correct the false ones because doing so creates the impression that there is somehow something wrong with the real ones. The Koran is a book and a crappy one at that and one that has arguably inspired more hatred, retrograde culture and death and destruction than any other in history. So another trap laid for us by this orator is the notion that we should somehow argue with him about the false accounts of koran desecration. In fact we should applaud them all.

A demonstration by Kurds in Finland took place last week on Friday in Helsinki on the 2nd of March. They came to demonstrate in front of the Norwegian embassy against two Kurds in Norway that burned the Koran.

There are links between the Kurdish group in Finland and the Kurdish terrorist leader, Mullah Krekar, in Norway,  who more than likely gave his approval for the demonstration.
The speech delivered at the demo makes it absolutley clear, that regardless of any western ‘offenses’ made against Islam, real or imagined, muslims will invent any narrative, create new conditions, get enraged and demand yet more appeasement from the west in order to push their agenda further. No apology, declaration of appeasement, nor groveling by elected officials will ever be enough, they will only use it as evidence of the ‘justness’ of their cause, and further try to ‘punish ‘ the west for their unislamic behavior.

It is also interesting that these Kurds refuse to allow the koran to be treated in the same manner as both Jewish  and Christian Holy Scriptures are by the media and culture. Islam is not to be just one belief system among equals, but to be supreme over them. You can’t get it any clearer than that, and straight from the mustard’s own mouth.

FINNISH SECURITY POLICE ARREST ANOTHER SOMALI IN TERROR RELATED CASE

New arrest in the terrorism case

HS: Finland’s first counter-terrorism investigations have been made yet another arrest. Police have arrested one person in the morning the metropolitan area, who is a Finnish national and an ethnic Somali.

In addition, the Central Criminal Police and Security Police have made home searches and seizures related to the case.

There are now six people people suspected of a crime, one of whom is in custody. Police estimate that the pre-trial of the case will last for months yet.

UPDATE: YLE, the Finnish state broadcaster is stating that :

Related to the same case, is the continued imprisonment of one person. He has been imprisoned since the early autumn of 2011. He is also an ethnic Somali. In total there are six suspects, including two on a travel ban. […] Two of the suspected can be reached abroad, and one can not be found.

NOTE: This is an example of the mainstream media not being able to report a story correctly. The say in both article that 6 people in all, are suspected of involvement, though they speak of seven individuals.

– 2 are in fact in custody

– 2 are on a travel ban

– 2 are abroad and 1 can not be reached.

That adds up to seven in my thinking.

FINNISH MAN SHOOTS UP PIZZERIA OWNED BY IMMIGRANTS, ONE DEAD, TWO WOUNDED

Interestingly enough, the ethnic background of the shooter was immediately front and center of the report, they left no doubt that it was a Finn who shot up some foreigners. Fair enough, but when a foreigner is involved in a major crime, the details surrounding his ethnicity is noticeably absent.

NOTE: This is obviously the work of a deranged man regardless of his background, lets see how the media and politicos spin this for their own political agendas.

 

IL: One person is dead and two wounded in the Oulu, Kaukovainio, shooting incident late Saturday night.

A Finnish man opened fire on the Monaco-pizzeria located in Oulu Kaukovainio late on Saturday night.

One of the wounded is a person suspected being the gunman. The police confirmed it to the Iltalehti at three in the morning, that the shooter is still in the hospital and his condition is critical.

Investigations at the scene have continued throughout the night.

– There is not yet any idea to the motive at this stage, said spokesman of Oulu’s central police.

It started at about 22.15. The man had come into the pizzeria and after a while fired several shots. Were a 21-year-old man was immediately killed.

-Pizzeria at the time had only three people. They  all belonged to the staff.

Only the 40-year old owner of the pizzaria managed to dodge bullets and flee the scene.

After the shooting, the man turned the gun on himself and shot. The suspected shooter is 24-year-old Finnish man and he is already familiar to the police.

– He has a bit of a criminal background, but later more about this too.

When police arrived at the pizzeria at the Kaukovainio mall, the shooter lay on the ground wounded.

The other wounded man was sent to another hospital, a 42-year-old pizzeria worker. His condition is now stable.

The police have not yet been able to interrogate the shooter. The Oulu shooting victims are from immigrant families.

Honor murder in Finland?

Has the look and feel of one. The police are treating this as a case of something that could happen to anyone, regardless of nationality or religion. That tells me that it was another Somali or someone from a Muslim immigrant background. If it was an ethnic Finn involved, it would be blasted from every paper around Finland. Both the media and the police are at fault for not giving the full picture of the story, solely because of the ethnicity of the perp.

Kaleva.fi: Northern Finland-Somalia Association organized on Monday evening a discussion meeting, due to the case of a dead Somali at the end of January. The man (born in 1993) died after falling from the sixth floor to the ground when he tried to escape from a neighbor who penetrated his home. The man tried to jump from his apartment window onto a nearby  balcony.

The case has aroused some fear among Somalis living in Oulu, fear, as the perpetrator is still on the loose.

The police have investigated the background of the case, and the man who broke into the Somali’s home is suspected of a felony of home invasion and unlawful threatening.

The nature of the crime doesn’t fulfill the requirements for the ”maximum penalty”, so that we couldn’t detain the perp,” said senior criminal constable Milla Kynkäänniemi of the case.

She stated that the case is proceeding on time to the prosecutor, and ultimately to justice.

Along with Kynkäänniemen was the additional presence of Oulu Police Department had violated laptop constable Jouko Ilkka Autio and Pernu police protection.

During the conference, the police denied that the case showed any evidence of a racist crime, but this is an isolated incident that could happen to anyone, regardless of nationality or religion.

MULTIPLE CAR CRACK-UP ON FINNISH HIGHWAY CAUGHT ON FILM BY CANADIAN……..

I have driven this brand new stretch of highway a number of times, it’s a two lane road each way, that originates in Jyväskylä, in central Finland. Keep in mind that these cars have either studded or special treaded winter tires for these conditions. There was an initial accident, that was being handled by police and an ambulance, then came the massive accident of cars slamming into each other as they approached the scene of the smaller, earlier one.

HELSINKI TEACHER OF ISLAM ALSO EXPECTED TO WEAR VEIL BY PARENTS OF IMMIGRANT STUDENTS

The teacher, Tuija Rinnie, happens to also be a convert to Islam, but that wasn’t enough for some of the muslim immigrant parents, she had to be covered up in the hijab as well. It almost humorous to read how much of a shock it was to her, being not only expected to cover up, but being ridiculed for teaching belly dancing as well. KGS

NOTE: She’ll be used by the multiculturalists as prime example of how to get along with Muslim Immigrants. Just convert and join the crowd! Got to be at the table if you want to influence! At least that’s the well used meme here in Finland.

Helsinki teacher was also expected (by parents) to wear a veil

I hope that through my story would arise a discussion of Finnish immigrant children in schools and in society, says the Arabic language teacher Tuija Rinne.
Rinne teaches in a school in Helsinki. Previously, she taught the religion of Islam. Some of the children’s parents were requiring that Rinne wear the veil, as the women may have used Muslim culture.

The Muslim parents’ behavior is based on the fact that they did not believe her, as a Finn, to be qualified to work as a teacher of Islam. For them, the use of the veil would be evidence of eligibility.
– They have been proven many times that I have a degree from the University of Helsinki, and I am qualified to serve as a teacher.
Most of the Helsinki metropolitan area, and Islam and the Arabic language teachers have an immigrant background. Rinne says her experience of pressure from the parents, to be a very tough.
– Fortunately, I have had the full support of my employer. Rinne does not want to bring any particular point out that her religion is Muslim, because it is to her a personal matter.
– Finnish law is clear that teachers of religion  do not need to be a member of that denomination. Besides, the world is full of millions of Muslim women who do not use a veil. Some of the students’ parents have been even shocked that in Rinne’se free time, she teaches oriental dance, or belly dancing.
According to Rinne, some of the pressure is partly due to the fact that some children have had difficulties to succeed in the classroom. If the child has received a poor test grade,  it has been interpreted that the teacher is teaching badly.
– This, however, sometimes students do, regardless of cultural background. Now the situation has calmed down around Rinne, because she can now concentrate on just teaching the Arabic language. Since last autumn the same teachers do not teach anymore in Helsinki, Islam, and immigrants in their native language.
For example, in Vantaa, such a differentiated practice has been in the past. Rinne believes that the difficulties experienced are part of the challenge of multiculturalism that Finnish schools and society are facing.

FINNISH SWIMMING HALL PLANS MASSIVE CURTAINS TO SHIELD SWIMMING IMMIGRANTS

There are a few inconsistencies in the logic of the person interviewed. Auroma speaks of removing ‘obstacles’ for immigrants to participate in Finnish society, then speaks of setting in place massive set of curtains. She then invents a family nude swimming period for ethnic Finns to provide a thin veneer for her scheme. I seriously doubt families are going to take to nude swimming with other families, regardless of the Finnish sauna culture. It’s simply not going to happen.

They might have their children swimming in the buff, but we’re talking about toddlers and very young children here, who would never need a curtain in Finnish culture.

The whole situation stinks. For someone to integrate into society, they either conform to the norms of that society, or distance themselves, but its their choice to make. Making sweeping accommodations for their lifestyle choices (that’s what they are, choices) is sealing the idea that we will allow competing societies, with the majority caving into the minority’s every whim and grievance.

This is pure Islamization, with stupid (no doubt well meaning) nincompoops bending over backwards to accommodate the backwards. KGS

Swimming pool purchases curtains for swimmers

HS: Martinlaakso swimming pool will begin swimming periods for immigrants early next year. In practice, after normal business hours are held, the hall’s large windows will be covered with curtains. The arrangements are related to an immigrant directed campaign of Sports For Everyone – in Vantaa’s integration exercise project.

– The Hall was fitted with curtains this autumn. The project is within the framework of our central task to remove all kinds of obstacles. The project has been partnered with sports and immigrant organizations, youth organizations and schools.

Swimming periods for immigrants are centered in Martinlaakso and Korso.

Vantaa has also a swimming pool in Korso thats held separate swimming for immigrants, but the use of curtains has not been necessary because of the swimming pool’s architecture. Martinlaalso’s swimming pool walls are entirely of glass.

– At the moment we do not have similar activities planned for the next year at Tikkurila or at the newly opened swimming pool at  Hakunila. We strive to centralize these functions at the Martinlaakso and Korso swimming pools, Auroma says.

Martinlaakso swimming pool is arranging in the autumn for families to swim naked, the curtains will be also used then.

Member of Parliament, James Hirvisaari fined for incitement against ethnic group

HS: What True Finns MP James Hirvisaari published in a blog post on 4 February 2010 at the UusiSuomi online newspaper service, has been given a verdict.

Kouvola Court of Appeal has convicted the True Finns MP, James Hirvisaari, with a fine for ethnic agitation. According to the court what he wrote in his blog was offensive to Muslims. The fine was equal to 1425 euros.

Päijät-Häme district court previously dismissed the indictment against Hirvisaari, because it didn’t deem the writings as disparaging. The district court’s view was that a politician has the right to criticize immigration policy.
