HARDCORE Islamists have vowed to ban booze and mixing between the sexes in new Sharia law enforcement zones across the UK.
The move will see specific areas flooded with thousands of stickers saying “no gambling”, “no music or concerts”, “no porn or prostitution” and “no drugs or smoking”.
The posters declare: “You are entering a Sharia controlled zone – Islamic rules enforced.”
The radicals will kick off their controlled zones in the London borough of Waltham Forest later this month.

A few days ago, the Chebilia district saw fresh violence break out with an ”expedition” which only by pure chance did not result in mass casualties. About 400 young men attacked and set fire to a building in which two female prostitutes worked, with the attackers’ rage not even taking into consideration that many families also lived in the building and had absolutely nothing to do with prostitution. The attack, carried out by hundreds of young men, ended with a fire set to a first floor flat which quickly spread to the upper floors, leading to scenes of terrorised people trying to escape the flames. While the fire consumed everything in its path, the smoke reached many other buildings nearby and forced hundreds to flee. In reporting the incident, El Watan placed the blame on police who – instead of going into the streets and arresting the young extremists – simply stayed in the police station, leaving de facto control of the district to them. Their behaviour was called a ”bona fide mess” by El Watan, which published a vignette alongside the story in which an old man dressed as an Islamic priest harangues a mass of young people looking lost and almost as if they were unwitting automatons in the hands of their manipulator. Unfortunately, Chebilia is by no means new to this sort of punitive expedition. A few weeks ago another anti-prostitution raid ended with the death of a man and almost the lynching of some women who barely managed to survive but were forced to leave the city. The concern expressed by many is that the Islamic fundamentalist fostering these incidents may turn into a ”prostitute hunt”, like the one seen in the 1990s in the city of Ouargla, where many women were burnt alive amid enthusiastic yelling of those killing them. Today the Toronto Sun has published another article on the Valley Park Middle School make-shift mosque on Friday’s story. Muslim leader Alimamy Bangura, executive director of the Muslim Education Network insists that public schools have an obligation to ensure students can practice their faith. The schools may be secular he says, but the children who go to these schools are not. He continues ” the Valley Park Middle School’s weekly prayer sessions for Islamic students falls within Toronto District School Board guidelines” and refers to these guidelines which specify the need to “take responsible steps to provide accommodation to individual members of a religious group”. Islamic extremists have called on British Muslims to establish three independent states within the UK.
The notorious Muslims Against the Crusades (MAC) group have named Yorkshire towns Bradford and Dewsbury and Tower Hamlets in East London as testbeds for blanket sharia rule.
The medieval ’emirates’ would operate entirely outside British law, according to a document on the MAC website.

I doubt anyone ‘devout’ enough in Islam that she felt she had to wear this crap would feel it was within her rights to compete as a weight lifter in public and on camera. But I refuse to play the ‘Koran says…’ game, one always loses playing by enemy rules. The point is, we should not and indeed must not care what Islamic rules are. We have our own. People may obey them, or not join in. Simple as that.

Grace left a comment under the story about the Toronto public school that I thought was worthy of being a post on it’s own. However I think I could add a few questions of my own and will in the comments. Please feel free to add your own:

No group should expect to have their religious needs met in any public secular institution, especially schools. There is no other religion in Canada that demands so much from our secular institutions. No pork products in school cafeterias, halal cafeteria menus for all school children, female-only swim times in public pools, demands for special clothing requirements in gym, calls for exemptions from music classes, calls for segregated phys-ed, niqabis insisting that their male classmates either be removed from class or they turn their backs in their presence and now, the demand for separate prayer rooms in public schools outfitted with mats and Qur’ans.
I have a few questions. First of all, where do these Muslim kids wash before and after praying in the cafeteria? Is time set aside for that requirement with basins and towels provided along the same lunch counter that burgers and fries are dished out? Are teachers mandated to help shift around tables and chairs to make room on the floor when they resist staying after school hours to assist in extra-curricular sports/drama activities? Are boys only allowed to attend and if so, where do Muslim girls go to pray- are they relegated to the bathroom? Who has paid for the mats and Qura’ns? Were they purchased from the school budget while other designated ‘special’ activities are paid through fundraising? And what of the sanitation issue of kids walking around the cafeteria floor with their socks on? Students eat in this common room. Any parent whose had children knows well that even the cleanest of feet can exit sneakers smelling like a garbage dump, not to mention the fact that numerous arses have been uplifted toward mecca.
And what of the fact that praying can be done and is often done, without having to go to any special room? Surely some kid can say a few silent swipes of the Qur’an as he’s walking from one class to another.
If a room is to be designated for religious purposes, then I suggest one multi-faith room be open to all students on Fridays. Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Baha’i, Hindu, Sikh, Scientologist, Rastafarian, atheists, etc. could share the space. Of course, the Muslims would hate this, and no doubt would be highly offended that the infidels would be using their special place to carry on their wicked, idol worship. But if we’re to accommodate one, we’ll have to accommodate all, and if that’s unsuitable to them, they are free to stop using taxpayer funded public schools as makeshift mosques and fund their own schools.

In 1993, the murder of Stephen Lawrence, a young Black man of 19, led to wide sweeping reforms within Britain’s police authorities. Mr. Lawrence had been waiting for a bus, minding his own business, when he was attacked by several other young men in an unprovoked attack. Criminal and civil proceedings were brought against five men, but no one was ever convicted of the crime, largely because of shortcomings in the police’s response and subsequent investigation. The press was rightly enraged by the response of the police, and, perhaps, the complicity of some of the investigating officers in the case in obscuring the facts. The case remained a focus of national attention for some time, and resurfaced periodically over the next few years, with the center-Right Daily Mail referring to the formerly accused as “murderers” in one 1997 headline, and challenging them to sue the newspaper in response.
It was widely believed that the crime was motivated by racial hatred. I received this e-mail from Mark Harding. I phoned Valley Park Middle School, who in a panic directed me to call the TDSB directly @ 416-397-3000. The TDSB “Communications Dept.” is so far incommunicado -they are away at a meeting.
….“Islamic ritual prayers are done in my 13 year old daughter’s middle school on every Friday.
Every Friday my daughter’s school cafeteria changes into a mosque as dozens of Muslim boys and their imams (Islamic preachers) lead Islamic ritual prayers and no one else can even walk through the cafeteria.
Some imams (Islamic preachers) come from the outside of the school and lead Muslim students in the Islamic prayer and this happens at the school Cafeteria after the lunch on Fridays. All other non-Muslims are in classes in the afternoon when they are using the cafeteria as mosque. There is a mosque nearby but the Muslim kids pray in the school
School administration take part preparing the Cafeteria and making it into mosque every Friday and no one but Muslims can use the Cafeteria during the Islamic prayers on Friday.
And there are a number of other incidents involving Islam and other anti-Christian issues that I complained about, including a white convert to Islam who was a supply teacher and who openly promoted Islam and bashed Christianity last year!”

“Mark, my other two kids also go to a different public primary school and the snack for all the kids in this primary school is all “Halal”. My wife complained about it and she was told she can prepare her own snack for our kids but the school would not drop the Halal menu for all the students. All the school kids in this primary school have to eat halal snacks whether they are Muslim or not”

According to Bruno De Lille (Greens), Secretary of State for equal opportunities in the Brussels Region, most homophobic attackers come from the Muslim community, and that those acts are not linked to religion, but rather to a macho culture. He said there are also East-European homophobic attackers, and that those who express sentiments against women, often do the same towards gays.
According to Carim Bouzian, a gay immigrant from Antwerp, the situation in Antwerp is not much better than Brussels. Gays are reprimanded by the Islamic ‘morality police’, a group of older men and radical youth who feel they must warn gays about their ‘erroneous behavior’.
It starts off with various curses and ‘Don’t you know what the Koran says? You’re going to hell!’, and if you don’t answer right, you risk being punched.
Bouzian says that there’s no place in the city which is safe from this morality police. Gay couples who live in immigrant neighborhoods regularly get in their mail an envelope bearing verses from the Koran and containing a dead rat. But they also patrol the more upscale neighborhoods.
