OIC SETS ITS SIGHTS ON ICANN TO STIFLE CRITICISM OF ISLAM ON THE INTERNET

They’re at it again.

This simply can’t be allowed to happen. This Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) cannot be allowed to exert its influence or control of ICANN. Every freedom loving patriot no matter what country you hail from or political persuasion you belong to, should be worried over this development. The OIC has already been highly successful in subverting the UN General Assembly, and is vigorously pursuing an agenda to get criticism of Islam criminalized the world over, now its got its sights on this innocuous sounding organization that’s soon to become under the auspices of international, multilateral control.

Here is what the law fare project has to say about it:

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is the entity responsible for assigning domain names on the Internet, and was established as a non-profit corporation based in California during the Clinton administration so that the Internet’s development would be coordinated by a single entity.

ICANN works “in particular to ensure the stable and secure operation of the Internet’s unique identifier systems.”[1] As part of this mission, ICANN approves Domain Name Registrars, which are organizations that register specific domain names, and assigns IP addresses, the numerical codes by which computers actually connect to each other via the Internet.

From November 25, 1998 until September 30, 2009, ICANN was overseen by the U.S. Commerce Department. The Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Commerce and ICANN was allowed to expire, to be replaced by international, multilateral control.

The Lawfare Project report goes on further to note that the OIC’s Secretary-General, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu is aggressively working to ensure that this entity will work closely with the OIC’s Islamophobia Observatory, in order to combat anti-Islamic content on the net.

11) NOTE: in November, ICANN’s Nominating Committee selected its first-ever Middle Eastern Director, Cherine Chalaby. Chalaby holds dual citizenship to his native Egypt and the United Kingdom.[6]

12) Should the League of Arab States gain bloc voting power at ICANN, there is every indication that it will seek to replicate its effective takeover of the United Nations General Assembly, likely in conjunction with the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).

13) The OIC is extremely interested in developing internet capability, and recently formed a Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) with the following mission statement: “OIC-CERT is to provide a platform for member countries to explore and to develop collaborative initiatives and possible partnerships in matters pertaining to cyber security that shall strengthen their self reliant [sic] in the cyberspace.”[7]

14) OIC-CERT’s Steering Committee consists of the following countries: Tunisia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.[8]

15) On October 28, 2010, at OIC-CERT’s Second Annual General Meeting, OIC Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu noted the following as a core mission of OIC-CERT: “In view of the phenomena of discrimination, stereotyping and defamation targeting Muslims and their religion known as ‘Islamophobia,’ we invite the OIC-CERT to use its available professional and technical resources (in line with its objectives stated in terms of reference) in order to cooperate with the ‘OIC Islamophobia Observatory’ to identify the best ways and means including technical, administrative and legal tools to combat anti-Islamic contents on the internet.“[9] This issue bears more directly on the ongoing debate regarding ‘public morality’ objections and will be considered more fully in Point 2 below.

On thing has to be said about the OIC, they are relentless, and they have to be stopped. The very issue of free speech is at stake here, which means the freedom to criticize religion and any ideology, that includes Islam. The gauntlet has been thrown. KGS

Kosovo’s prime minister is the head of a “mafia-like” Albanian group responsible for smuggling weapons, drugs and human organs through eastern Europe, according to a Council of Europe inquiry report on organised crime.

Hashim Thaçi is identified as the boss of a network that began operating criminal rackets in the runup to the 1998-99 Kosovo war, and has held powerful sway over the country’s government since.

The report of the two-year inquiry, which cites FBI and other intelligence sources, has been obtained by the Guardian. It names Thaçi as having over the last decade exerted “violent control” over the heroin trade. Figures from Thaçi’s inner circle are also accused of taking captives across the border into Albania after the war, where a number of Serbs are said to have been murdered for their kidneys, which were sold on the black market.

Legal proceedings began in a Pristina district court today into a case of alleged organ trafficking discovered by police in 2008. That case – in which organs are said to have been taken from impoverished victims at a clinic known as Medicus – is said by the report to be linked to Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) organ harvesting in 2000. It comes at a crucial period for Kosovo, which on Sunday held its first elections since declaring independence from Serbia in 2008. Thaçi claimed victory in the election and has been seeking to form a coalition with opposition parties.

Dick Marty, the human rights investigator behind the inquiry, will present his report to European diplomats from all 47 member states at a meeting in Paris on Thursday. His report suggests Thaçi’s links with organised crime date back more than a decade, when those loyal to his Drenica group came to dominate the KLA, and seized control of “most of the illicit criminal enterprises” in which Kosovans were involved south of the border, in Albania.

Big monkey attacks Saudi school

A big monkey descended from a mountain, sneaked into a primary girls school in Saudi Arabia and wreaked havoc inside the building after biting one student, the Arabic language daily Alriyadh reported on Wednesday.

The monkey, which the paper said looks like a gorilla, then chased other students and teachers, causing panic and triggering screams by hundreds of people inside the school in the sacred city of Makkah.

“The screams caused the monkey to run away while the bitten student was taken to hospital,” the paper said, adding that the monkey had apparently come from the nearby mountains, home to many species of animals.

Ilta-Sanomat: – A pigs head is an insult to our religion, “said the Somali Alliance president. A putrid pig’s head was sent to the office of the Somali Alliance located in Roihuvuori, Helsinki today.

– The pig’s head came by mail in a box from Tampere. At first we thought that the box had ads. Because of the smell, we didn’t dare open it ourselves, so we asked the police to open the package, says the Somali Alliance President, Abdirashid Dirie.

The piece of mail was accompanied by a note that wished a Merry Christmas. The sender was marked as “free thinkers”. The same racist group suspected of a breaking the Somali Alliance windows a week ago.

Last summer, the Alliance had gallons of oil poured into its mailbox, and the doors and windows had eggs thrown at it.

– This is the first time that the acts of vandalism had been against our religion. Senders know that we are Muslims and we do not eat pork, Abdirashid says.

According to him, still afternoon in the office smelled so bad that it was difficult to be there. Police are investigating the incident as a case of defamation. The incident was first told to (paper) Suomenmaa.

Car explodes in central Stockholm, 2 injured

NEWSVINE: STOCKHOLM — Two explosions shook central Stockholm on Saturday, injuring two people and causing panic, rescue officials said.

Police spokeswoman Petra Sjolander said a car exploded on Drottninggatan, a busy shopping street in the center of the city, injuring one person. Shortly afterward, a second explosion was heard higher up on the same street, and a man was found injured on the ground, she said.

Police said it was unclear what caused the second explosion. Rescue services spokesman, Roger Sverndal said the car that exploded contained gas canisters. Another rescue services spokesman, Bengt Norberg said two people had been taken to the hospital with injuries.

Gabriel Gabiro, a former AP staffer, was inside a watch store on the opposite side of the street of the second explosion when it went off and saw people running from the site.

“I saw some people crying, perhaps from the shock,” he said. “There was a man lying on the ground with blood coming out in the area of his belly, and with his personal belongings scattered around him.”

“It shook the store that I was in,” he said of the blast. “Then there was smoke and gun powder coming into the store.”

Hate speaker Abu Dujana, the main reason for the separation of Pierre Vogel and Abu Nagie, is not allowed to enter a berlin mosque anymore for far too radical preaching.

Abu Abdullah likes to start his videos with phrases like “Be prepared to die for it” and is considered a similar mind like that of Abu Dujana.

On the week-end Politically Incorrect discovered that these 4 guys are planning a similar meeting for New Year´s Eve in Bonn, Germany. Let’s try everything in order not to let them into our country.

JORDAN, THE STATE OF THE PALESTINIANS

Which is Palestinian
and which is Jordanian?

On the same day Dutch politician, Geert Wilders, delivered a speech in Tel Aviv where he declared that Jordan is indeed the state of the Palestinians, the Argentinean government also made a declaration, it said it recognized a Palestinian state in pre-1967 borders of Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Both statements caused a stir in many places around the world.

“Jordan is Palestine and Palestine is Jordan.”

In light of the far reaching ramifications of both statements, they should be then scrutinized for their veracity and historical factuality. First of all, is Jordan a Palestinian state? When looking at the map of the British mandate for what was known then as “Palestine”, it becomes quite clear what area was originally earmarked for the Jewish homeland.

At the end of the First World War, the division of responsibilities for the administering of the Middle East areas fell to the various Western powers victorious over the Ottoman Turks, as mandates, under the auspices of the League of Nations, it was during that time that the famous Balfour Declaration was made:

November 2nd, 1917

Dear Lord Rothschild,

I have much pleasure in conveying to you, on behalf of His Majesty’s Government, the following declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations which has been submitted to, and approved by, the Cabinet.

The Balfour Declaration was accepted by the British Mandate in 1917, which then became subject to a White Paper that many believe reneged on it’s earlier promise, that being a commitment to allowing Jews a homeland. But the paper did insist however that:

“the Jewish community should know that it is in Palestine as of right and not on the sufferance. That is the reason why it is necessary that the existence of a Jewish National Home in Palestine should be internationally guaranteed, and that it should be formally recognized to rest upon ancient historic connection.”

Emirate 24/7: An Asian housemaid who was caught fouling the drinking water for her employers in Saudi Arabia told police she did so to make them love her, a Saudi newspaper reported on Sunday.

The 32-year-old maid was caught by her employer as she was adding dirt to the water tank at the house in the eastern town of Tarut, the paper said.

“He took her to the police and she told them that she had done so because this will make the family love her and also make them love each other more…she said this is practiced in her country,” the paper said without indentify the maid.

It quoted police spokesman Lt Colonel Ziad Al Ruqaiti as saying housemaids should be continuously watched by their employers as some of them “indulge in witchcraft and other illegal practices.”

Nearly one million maids from Indonesia and other Asian nations work in Saudi Arabia, the largest Arab economy and the world’s leading oil exporter.

US police search home near burned Islamic centre

CA.News: CORVALLIS, Ore. – Police have searched a home near the Islamic centre in Oregon, that was torched two days after a Somalia-born teenager was arrested in a plot to kill thousands at a Portland Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

Court documents say 24-year-old Cody Crawford and his mother live in the home 200 feet (60 metres) from the Salman Alfarisi Islamic Center. The search was conducted Monday, a day after someone tried to burn the place of worship.

The FBI says no one has been arrested.

Court documents show Crawford’s arrest record includes accusations of criminal mischief, assault and spitting food at a deputy while in jail.

The FBI has been looking into whether the arson was in retaliation for the alleged bomb plot at Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square last month. The suspect in that case sometimes worshipped at the centre.

Woman hanged for murdering ex-soccer star lover’s wife ‘had stool kicked away by his son’ in gruesome Tehran jail execution

She prayed and cried in final moments after victim’s assembled family denied last-gasp appeal for clemency.

The barbaric scene that accompanied yesterday’s execution of an Iranian woman who murdered a love rival has emerged.

Shahla Jahed, 40, was hanged at Evin Prison in Tehran yesterday morning, with her stool kicked away by the son of the woman she was found guilty of killing.

The former lover of Iranian soccer star Nasser Mohammad Khani, she had admitted to stabbing to death his ‘permanent’ wife Laleh Saharkhizan in 2002, although she repeatedly retracted the confession during her trial.

Human rights activists believe her confession was forced out of her.

In the Shiite faith – the majority religion in Iran – men and women can marry for an agreed period of time.

Afterwards, the marriage is null and void, although it can be renewed, but there is an obligation for both to look after any offspring.

Men can have up to four permanent wives, and any number of temporary wives. Women can only be married to one man at a time.
