DEARBORN — Mike Mohamad Agemy, who drove his SUV at a group of Christian demonstrators in front of the Islamic Center of America on June 17, won’t be headed to trial.

Instead, he chose to enter a no-contest plea to two lesser charges during a preliminary examination of the evidence against him Monday before 19th District Judge Mark Somers.

It was a continuation of the hearing that started Aug. 3 and included two witnesses from the “Bible Believers,” who were protesting in front of the mosque, 19500 Ford Road.

Had Agemy not agreed ahead of time to accept the plea, seven “Bible Believers” would have been flown in from the Western U.S. for Monday’s hearing. The two who testified Aug. 3 are from New Mexico.

Obama’s ring: ‘There is no god but Allah’

It needs to be said. I have no idea if Obama is a Muslim or not. We can never know what people really believe. But for all intents and purposes he is as all his actions and words have been supportive of the Islamic agenda as well as destructive to American geopolitical interests. So it doesn’t matter what ‘faith’ he has in one sense. But it really matters what agenda he is acting for and its clearly supportive of all things Islamic and thats all we really need to know. Just go back and watch the Cairo speech, (my edit of it as well) remember the overfly of NYC in 2009, and look at his rules of engagement and diminishing of US military strengths as well as the unilateral reduction of the US nuclear arsenal, and of course, his perfect recitation of the islamic call to prayer.

Barack Obama’s gold band

NEW YORK – As a student at Harvard Law School, then-bachelor Barack Obama’s practice of wearing a gold band on his wedding-ring finger puzzled his colleagues.

Now, newly published photographs of Obama from the 1980s show that the ring Obama wore on his wedding-ring finger as an unmarried student is the same ring Michelle Robinson put on his finger at the couple’s wedding ceremony in 1992.

Moreover, according to Arabic-language and Islamic experts, the ring Obama has been wearing for more than 30 years is adorned with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada: “There is no God except Allah.”

Woman beaten by own family for talking to a man

SDAMATT You rock the shook!

Published on Oct 6, 2012 by SDAMatt2a

A woman claims she was beat by her family for talking to a man and on Friday, those family members were in court.

All three family members plead guilty. The 20-year-old victim had an outburst in court and interrupted the hearing.

She was crying and told the judge this was all her fault and she wants her mother back.

The judge repeatedly asked her to stop interrupting.

The alleged incidents happened when she was 19. Court records show she was burned on her face and chest with a hot spoon after refusing to participate in an arranged marriage with a 38-year-old man.

Records also state that victim was tied to a bed with a rope secured with a padlock until Feb. 8, when she was released to go to school.

The mother, 50-year-old Yusra Farhan, plead guilty to unlawful imprisonment. The father, 45-year-old Mohammed Altameemi, plead guilty to disorderly conduct and her 18-year-old sister, Tabarak Altameemi, plead guilty to misdemeanor assault.

Sentencing is scheduled for November 6th. The judge told the victim she’ll get her chance to talk at the sentencing.

Farhan and the Altameemis will most likely get probation.

The Telegraph:

Abu Hamza, the notorious hook-handed radical cleric, arrived in the United States early on Saturday to face terror charges after he was extradited from Britain along with four other suspects.

The US attorney office in New York said Hamza was expected to face a judge in New York within 24 hours after civilian US jets flew him to America hours after he lost his long legal battle to stay in Britain.

He arrived at Westchester County Airport, New York State, at about 2.30am local time, and was taken to a lockup next to the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan.

Hamza was expected to be briefly presented before US Magistrate Judge Frank Maas on Saturday before appearing at a longer court session on Tuesday where charges would be read to him.

Hamza, 54, a supporter of al Qaeda and former preacher at Finsbury Park mosque in North London, is wanted in the US on terrorism charges.

YouTube YouTube video frame grab showing the family of Greg Brown (inset), asking for help in the capture of Brown’s alleged killer Ali Abid (not pictured).

On the morning of March 3, 2011, private investigator Greg Brown kissed his wife Debbie goodbye and left in his gray Honda Accord to serve divorce papers on Ali Abid, a 49-year-old Canadian who ran a contracting company in Harrisonburg, Va.

Two days later, Mr. Brown still hadn’t come home and the Harrisonburg police issued a press release asking if anyone had seen him. “Please everyone be on the lookout for him and keep him in your prayers,” his step-daughter, Christine Zampini, wrote on hburgnews.com, “Harrisonburg’s Community News Network.”

The next day, police found Mr. Brown’s 2007 sedan in the Valley Mall parking lot in Harrisonburg.

Mr. Brown was in the trunk.

He had been shot three times, once point blank in the back of the head.

“It was an execution,” said Marsha Garst, the Commonwealth Attorney for Harrisonburg. “A very cruel execution, and absolutely unnecessary for a man who got paid next to nothing to serve divorce papers.”

Police searched Mr. Abid’s home and found two recently spent 9mm bullet casings on the driveway. But Mr. Abid was gone.

He claims Dearborn court guards violated his religious rights

Khalil Fareed says after he was told he couldn’t wear his kufi headdress and removed it in 36th District Court, “I just felt like I had been violated.” (Clarence Tabb Jr. / The Detroit News)

Dearborn — Everywhere Khalil Fareed goes, he wears a kufi, a religious headdress that reflects his Muslim faith.

In May, as he appeared as a witness in 36th District Court, Fareed said two security officers told him he would have to remove the garment or leave.

Fighting what he says was a violation of his religious rights, Fareed, an African American Muslim from Detroit, filed a complaint Thursday in U.S. District Court against G4S Secure Solutions, the company that employs the court officers.

“This is very unfortunate if you consider we are a nation of immigrants,” said Fareed’s attorney Nabih Ayad. “We are a nation that tolerates religion in every aspect, in every form.”

The Florida-based security company is an independent contractor for the 36th District Court, Ayad said.

During the May 4 incident, Judge Marylin Atkins had not yet taken the bench when Fareed, a real estate professional, said he entered the courtroom to appear as a witness in a tenant/landlord dispute that involved a friend.

Fareed said that when a female security officer told him he had to remove his kufi, he explained that he wears it for religious reasons.

He said the officer replied that she did not care and that he had to remove it or leave.

Pam Geller’s new poster vandalized by leftist, so sanctimonious she can’t even see why she was arrested

Well. That didn’t take long did it?

She illustrated Ms. Geller’s point rather well though I thought. I hope she was charged with assault with a chemical weapon on top of vandalism etc.

Cops busted a lone protester — angry with subway ads equating enemies of Israel as “savages” — as she spray-painted over one of the controversial signs today.

A Post camera crew captured the bizarre conflict between suspect Mona Eltahawy, 45, and a woman defending the ads.

Here is that same woman describing the Egyptian Muslims as “wild beasts”. So i guess wild beasts is fine but savages are not. OK then.

Obama to Release One Third of Gitmo Inmates

 Breitbart:

President Barack Obama is about to release or transfer 55 Gitmo prisoners, despite reports that the Libyan believed to be behind the killing of US Ambassador Christopher Stevens was a former Guantanamo inmate transferred to Libyan custody.

The large percentage of those scheduled to be released are Yemeni, according to a list made public by the Obama administration.

Obama stopped the release or transfer of Yemeni inmates in 2010, because the conditions in the country were viewed as too “unsettled” at the time.
