It is unfortunate that the NATO spokesman is so unfamiliar with game-theory that he reduces Russia’s nuclear option to one of rationality. Game theory actually shows that when a person is faced with losing everything and they only have a trump card left to play, a rational person likely will play it. What is rational is situational and perceptual.

(There is more in the Daily Reader’s Links Post. They all seem to have the theme, “The fight started when he hit me back”. The US will directly engage Russia “if the war escalates”. Of course defining what escalation is will be at the sole discretion of the United States and will be as meaningful as the new definitions the US made for “Vaccines”, “Pandemics”, “Terrorism”, “Insurrection”, “Racism” and any other word that is subject to change for what is in the interests of the Democrat party and its ambitions at any given moment. These are neither NATO nations, nor are they even EU. But it does seem that the United States, NATO, the UK and the EU are all determined to put us all in the crosshairs of a world war with a nuclear armed nation that has vastly superior nuclear weapons and delivery systems than does the West. Russia, if open source material is to be believed, has hypersonic first strike nuclear missiles. Russia’s incursion into the Donbas was a bad move. But US refusal to allow Ukraine to negotiate a peace deal with Russia was a worse one. Once again it may be worth reading the Hungarian Credit-Swiss financial analyst, Zoltan Pozsar, who seems to have a pretty good grasp of the geopolitics of why this is happening, on the likely results of this scenario, and why it is playing out as it is.
Frankly I think between the WEF front men like Biden and Trudeau and Putin’s past as a KGB info-warrior, or at least the leader of a nation heavily involved in it, I think they have finally found a way to start a world war with no good guys.)

A huge missile barrage unleashed on Ukraine today is merely the ‘first episode’ of Russia’s revenge for a blast which crippled the Crimea Bridge and ‘there will be others’, one of Putin’s staunchest allies has warned today.
Dmitry Medvedev, a former Russian president himself, said Ukraine poses ‘a constant, direct and clear’ threat and that the Kremlin should aim to ‘completely dismantle the political regime of Ukraine’ which he described as ‘Nazi’.
He spoke shortly after Putin let rip with 83 missiles at what he claimed were military, energy and communications networks in Ukraine. Kyiv said the missiles actually hit power plants and busy civilian areas in major cities, killing at least 11 and wounding scores more. It was Russia’s largest single barrage since the opening day of the war.
Looking at these materials reminds me of the movie, The Fog of War. A lengthy interview with secretary of Defence under Kennedy, Robert Strange Mcnamara. A very interesting man. If I remember correctly, he basically invented the seatbelt for cars. Was the first President of the Ford Motor Co. who was not a member of the Ford family and other major accomplishments.
In the film he discussed the letters that passed between Chairman Khrushchev and President Kennedy about the Cuban Missile Crisis. It was an attempt by two men to deescalate a situation which was brought about by a series of events, and IMO the public perception of which, was created by media lies. Something Julian Assange is quite adamant about in terms of the causes of wars. In this instance, it is that few people knew that the US had nuclear missiles in Turkey, spitting distance from the USSR. This fact changes the complexion of the Soviet move to put missiles in Cuba.

Not the one you speak publicly of, but your own personal private estimate of the characters and natures of these two men, and replace Kennedy with Biden and Khrushchev with Putin. Then ask yourself how things would have resolved in the Cuban Missile crisis. More importantly, ask yourself how these two men, Biden and Putin are dealing with Russia and Ukraine and where it is likely to go.

Executive Order on partial mobilisation in the Russian Federation
The President signed Executive Order On Declaring Partial Mobilisation in the Russian Federation.
As per federal laws No. 61-FZ On Defence, dated May 31, 1996, and No. 31-FZ On Mobilisation Preparations and Mobilisation in the Russian Federation, dated February 26, 1997, and Federal Law No. 53-FZ On the Military Duty and Military Service, dated March 28, 1998, the President declared a partial mobilisation in the Russian Federation as of September 21, 2022.
The Executive Order provides for calling up citizens of the Russian Federation for service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as part of the mobilisation effort. Citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service as part of mobilisation will enjoy the status of military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under contract.
The Executive Order sets forth money allowances for the citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service as part of mobilisation, as well as the duration of the military service contracts signed by the military personnel, grounds for discharging military personnel serving under contract, as well as citizens called up for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as part of mobilisation.
Corresponding instructions have been issued to the Government of the Russian Federation and top government officials in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Under the Executive Order, citizens of the Russian Federation employed by defence companies will benefit from an exemption from the mobilisation draft for the period of their employment by these organisations. Comparing a Steve Bannon video from today to a video from 2014 of French officials predicting the future
First, today’s video from Steve Bannon on the changes taking place in the world:
Watching this earlier, reminded me of a video we subtitled in March or so, of clips from 2014 and earlier of major influencers. WEF types, and even Nicholas Sarkozy, former President of France and their predictions for today. The key phrase in both videos, is that these changes are so big, we won’t be able to stop it.
When I went looking for the March video, the one now below, I found it first on our 3Speak channel, but it wouldn’t play for some reason. Then I checked RAIR Foundation and they have an embed from Rumble, and it wouldn’t play there, or on Rumble itself.
I tried uploading it to Bitchute on one channel and it wouldn’t work despite playing with the file and container. It claimed to process right away then just showed a black screen for 30 seconds.
There could be an innocent technical reason for all this. Maybe that video doesn’t like the Safari Browser or something. But the only time I have ever gotten close to this much difficulty with a video before, was under the Obama regime and a Bulgarian video about how he funded, trained and equipped Al-Qaeda to fight Al Assad. That video was allowed to be seen shortly after Trump took office in 2016.
The video above I tried on at least 4 platforms. Some of them don’t even exist anymore, like Video.me but ALL of them would not show this video, or it was pulled down in under an hour. Not just pulled down, but no explanation or warning. YouTube, of which I had an account at that time, yanked it immediately with no explanation or strike or anything.

And yes, the world’s largest nuclear plant is in Ukraine. It operates at SIX GIGAWATTS. And yes it was predictable as the Ukrainian leader publicly planned a 200,000 strong counter offensive right in that region. (Source)
First thing is first. The reactor itself is “out of control” and the UN Nuclear Chief has been begging both parties to let them in to fix it.

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The U.N. nuclear chief warned that Europe’s largest nuclear power plant in Ukraine “is completely out of control” and issued an urgent plea to Russia and Ukraine to quickly allow experts to visit the sprawling complex to stabilize the situation and avoid a nuclear accident.
Rafael Grossi, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said in an interview Tuesday with The Associated Press that the situation is getting more perilous every day at the Zaporizhzhia plant in the southeastern city of Enerhodar, which Russian troops seized in early March, soon after their Feb. 24. invasion of Ukraine.
“Every principle of nuclear safety has been violated” at the plant, he said. “What is at stake is extremely serious and extremely grave and dangerous.”
Grossi cited many violations of the plant’s safety, adding that it is “in a place where active war is ongoing,” near Russian-controlled territory.
Moving forward to now:
Ukraine has accused Russia of once again firing rockets at Europe’s largest nuclear power plant overnight and has called for new international sanctions on Moscow for ‘nuclear terror’, after the site was also struck by missiles on Friday leading to warnings of a ‘very real risk of a nuclear disaster’.
Moscow and Kyiv have been blaming each other for the bombings of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear site in southern Ukraine, which has been under Russian control since the early days of the February 24 invasion but is still run by Ukrainian technicians. The allegations have not been confirmed by independent sources.
Ukraine’s state nuclear energy company Enerhoatom that operates the plant said the ‘Russian occupiers once again fired rockets at the site of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and the town of Enerhodar’, damaging three radiation sensors at the facility. […]
‘One… employee was hospitalised with shrapnel wounds caused by the explosion,’ it said in a statement.
The company added 174 containers with spent nuclear fuel were stored in the open air at the plant’s dry storage facility that was attacked.
‘Consequently, timely detection and response in the event of a deterioration in the radiation situation or leakage of radiation from containers of spent nuclear fuel are not yet possible,’ it said.
‘Russian nuclear terror requires a stronger response from the international community – sanctions on the Russian nuclear industry and nuclear fuel,’ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wrote on Twitter.
Duelling propaganda and a threat to Hungary either way
Someone attempted to blow up a pipeline that brings oil to Hungary. This was done within Russian territory.

Druzhba oil pipeline attacked in Bryansk region near the border with Ukraine – The Moscow Times
Unknown people tried to blow up the Druzhba oil pipeline in the Bryansk region, 40 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. Every fifth barrel of Russian oil exports is pumped along this route to Europe, Baza reports.
According to the Telegram channel, the incident occurred near the village of Gulevka early in the morning on Saturday, June 11. Three explosions thundered there, after which a signal was triggered about the loss of communication with the pipeline valve.
As a result, the electrical substation, protective mechanisms, cable and anti-dig pipe were damaged. The oil pipeline itself was not damaged and continues to operate.
According to the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel, sabotage groups allegedly constantly penetrate into the region from the side of Ukraine and mine various objects.
“At the end of May, six border guards were killed in a battle with a sabotage group in the Bryansk region. Last night, saboteurs planted explosive devices under the Druzhba oil pipeline, the publication says.
At the end of April, in the Bryansk region, two large oil depots burned down overnight. Hungary Vs Ukraine. A curious side effect of the war
The past week or so have seen some remarkable and truly dangerous escalations and potential expansions in the war so far limited to Russia and its annexation of the Donbas region of Ukraine.
The situation is fluid and ongoing and cannot be fully understood at this time. But a timeline can be described in terms of the salient events.
First, as RAIR reported on May 15th, the newly elected conservative Prime Minister of Hungary, who just enjoyed his fifth consecutive electoral victory by a large margin, made a public statement about refusing to accept all of the various European Union demands in terms of embargoes and other measures intended to punish Russia, as he felt those measures represent an existential threat to Hungary and the Hungarian economy. he did however, offer to take in as many Ukrainian refugees as needed and has taken more than many other European nations combined as a portion of their population.

In the following video, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán talks about where he draws the line on sanctions against Russia. He makes it clear that an energy embargo is off-limits because of the damage it would do to the Hungarian economy.
Then, on Tuesday May 24th at Midnight, PM Orban put Hungary on a war footing, effectively declaring martial law. He did specify though, that this was in response to what he felt was an economic threat. Potentially from the EU itself:
As of May 27th, several new developments. Here are two reports on a Ukrainian threat to cut off an oil pipeline to Hungary originating in Russia. One from Ukrainian news and first, one from Russian news site, Sputnik.
Ukraine Warns ‘Something Should Happen’ to Pipeline Delivering Russian Oil to Hungary
Budapest has spent weeks shooting down proposals by Brussels to ban Russian oil and gas in the European Union, with Prime Minister Viktor Orban warning that an embargo on Russian oil would be tantamount to “dropping an atomic bomb” on the Hungarian economy. Hungary purchases about 65 percent of its oil and 85 percent of its gas from Russia.
Kiev should make “something happen” to the Druzhba (“Friendship”) pipeline carrying Russian oil through Ukraine to Hungary to teach Budapest a lesson, Lana Zerkal, an adviser to Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko, has suggested.

Hungary has taken advantage of Russia’s war against Ukraine, actually blackmailing the European Union, but Ukraine has something to respond with.
The relevant statement was made by Advisor to Ukrainian Energy Minister Olena Zerkal during the Kyiv Security Forum, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.According to Zerkal, Hungary’s appetites for EU funds are growing every day.
“They decided that their finest hour had come, when they could demand anything, so as not to destroy the European unity,” Zerkal said.
She expressed regret that Hungary had been allowed to do so.
“In fact, the European Commission had to change its policy and allow for investments, the use of European funds even to build a new oil pipeline, not to mention the re-equipment of oil refineries,” Zerkal noted.
In her words, they are also receiving all funds frozen under other programs.
The two news sites report the same issue but with distinctly different timbres.
Hungary has now issued a new policy. Hungary, they assert, will not vote in favour of the Brussels Oil Embargo proposal, to boycott Russian oil for the entirety of the European Union.
Should Ukraine make good on its threat to block energy to Hungary, it would represent the most serious threat to the EU since BREXIT, as Hungary would face a decision to either shoot itself in the left foot by joining a boycott that would cripple and nearly kill its economy, or shoot itself in the right by finding itself in a potential kinetic war with Ukraine alongside Russia. Of course there is always a third and usually fourth option. But these two are the most obvious.
Hungary has “indefinitely” cut off its supply of natural gas to Ukraine, a move that Kiev’s state gas firm has described as “unexpected and unexplained.”
Russia’s ITAR-TASS news agency cites Hungary’s gas operator, FGSZ Ltd., saying that the pipeline cutoff “was made to meet the growing domestic demand.”
However, The Financial Times notes that the gas was shut off “days after the head of Russia’s Gazprom monopoly visited Budapest.” FGSZ’s move comes three days after Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller met Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest.
It is noteworthy that nowhere in the NPR article do they mention the threat by Ukraine to cut off the energy pipeline from Russia to Hungary, which is linked above, both from Ukrainian and Russian news.

Trudeau creates new, better class of Canadian Citizen for non-citizens of Canada
It is hard to keep up with who has rank over actual Canadians in Canada should they reject the experimental mRNA gene therapy being forced on us to varying degrees.
We know that illegals coming in from wherever by way of Roxham Rd. in Quebec do not have to take the shots. Many people have indicated that Police do not have to take it, while the military does.
But here is a new one, right from Immigration Canada:
That’s right. No experimental shots for Ukrainians, or better put, people coming to Canada by way of Ukraine with Ukrainian papers of some kind, and they can come and go as they please!
Once again we learn that this is about obedience and not disease control. And people should be taking to the streets like Egyptians did twice in a year to get rid of petty tyrants like Trudeau.
