New Somali President to US Somalis: Come back to Africa and help rebuild “your country”

This is the most exciting news I’ve seen in a long time. The New Somali President, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, visited Minneapolis on Friday with Omar Jamal in tow (more on him later) and asked Somalis to return to Africa!
Readers, this means that the pipeline of thousands of Somalis flowing from Africa to the US every year can now be stopped! And, reversed! Right!

MINNEAPOLIS – A day after the U.S. officially recognized Somalia’s government for the first time in two decades, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud called on Somalis living in Minnesota to help rebuild their war-torn homeland.
Mohamud spoke to about 4,000 people late Friday night at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Although most of his speech was in Somali, he said in English that it was, “the beginning of a new foundation.” [Who knows what he really said because it was all translated for the gullible press by Omar Jamal—ed]
Omar Jamal, first secretary of the Somali Mission to the United Nations, said the president thanked the crowd in Somali and asked that they help rebuild the country with an emphasis on security, the economy and judicial system — either by returning to Somalia or from their homes in Minnesota. Minnesota is home to the largest Somali population in the U.S. [that ‘from their homes part’ means sending money which became a problem when US banks were told by the feds to stop the practice in the wake of Minneapolis Somali ‘go to hell infidels’ trial—ed]
A wonderful example of how stupid and deceitful political correctness is.
I posted this video a few minutes ago in the article about the high-school fight between two groups of people from the past 48 hours. But I wanted to post it again because I just realized while listening to the interview of one of the students, he referred to the Somali students as “Somali Americans” although its quite likely that they are not Americans and that the issue is their Islamic culture, and, they are all to a person from Africa. Then he referred to the black-American students as “African American” Although I would wager the family farm not a man of them has ever been to Africa even on holiday and probably not any one of their immediate ancestors as well.
So somehow, the Africans became Somali Americans, while the Americans became African. This, is political correctness at its finest. Preposterous, deceitful, pernicious and farcical.
How to tell what happened based on what was not said.
Here is a hypothetical situation.
A fight between hundreds of students takes place, Somali, presumably Muslim students on one side, and black Americans on the other.
A reporter for an American TV station is dispatched to report on the story and interviews many students as well as parents and other adults at the school to try and learn what the ‘casus Beli’ might have been.
Now, imagine that students and adults both pretty much had said something like,
‘The 8% of Somali students were constantly being harassed and targeted for racism by the American students and lots of white kids’
You can pretty much guess that would be reported and even embellished a little as that is right with the narrative.
Now lets say that the students and responsible adults all said something like,
‘The Somali kids were hurling racist remarks at us, calling us infidels and slaves, insulting us and demanding that we become Islamic etc. etc.’
Now how might that be reported? My guess would be constant and vague references to “ongoing tensions” repeated like a mantra, and maybe repeat that “overall, students here do get along” and that there really has been a history of (unspecified) ongoing tensions.
Truth, is the first casualty of political correctness.

Fort Hood survivors feel used and betrayed by Obama

In the wake of an ABC News story detailing claims by victims of the Fort Hood shooting that they have been neglected by the military and ‘betrayed’ by President Obama, the chair of the House Homeland Security Committee has sent a letter to his fellow members of Congress demanding that the Obama administration classify the attack as a terrorist act and provide full benefits to the victims and their families.
“It is time for the administration to recognize the Fort Hood shooting for what it is—an act of terrorism,” wrote Rep. Michael McCaul, R.-Texas, in a letter cosigned by Rep. Frank Wolf, R.-Virginia. “To date, the Department of Defense and the Army classify this attack [as] ‘workplace violence,’ despite mountains of evidence [that] clearly proves the Ft. Hood shooting was an act of terror.”
The letter recommends that members of Congress view the ABC News report, “which highlights the broken promises made to the victims of that attack by the Obama Administration. The video contains never-seen-before footage of the terrorist attack and moving interviews with several of the survivors.”
“As this news piece makes clear,” wrote McCaul and Wolf, “the result of this inexcusable [workplace violence] classification … is that victims and their families have not received the same recognition or medical and financial benefits as those wounded or killed in war.”
Ok, maybe 1000,000 points and a new car or something, but a medal?
I think this is a bad idea. Its equating people who have been profoundly damaged or killed in battle with people who are Nintendo masters.

Pentagon to Start Awarding Medals for Drone Strikes and Cyberattacks
The Defense Department is reportedly inventing a new medal designed to reward soliders who fight battles from the safety of their computer consoles. The Associated Press says the Pentagon is creating a new ribbon, called the Distinguished Warfare Medal that will be given for “extra achievement” related to a military operation. That would include drone pilots operating unmanned planes from halfway around the world, or even hackers who launch a successful cyberattack on an enemy. Unlike all other combat-related medals, this would be the first one that you can be awarded without actually putting your life on the line.

Three years after the White House arranged a hero’s welcome at the State of the Union address for the Fort Hood police sergeant and her partner who stopped the deadly shooting there, Kimberly Munley says President Obama broke the promise he made to her that the victims would be well taken care of.
“Betrayed is a good word,” former Sgt. Munley told ABC News in a tearful interview to be broadcast tonight on “World News with Diane Sawyer” and “Nightline.”
“Not to the least little bit have the victims been taken care of,” she said. “In fact they’ve been neglected.”

Obama advisor, now CIA chief nominee, refers to Jerusalem as, ‘Al Quds’, a made up name by the genocidal Iranian regime
Referring to Jerusalem as “Al Quds” is no small thing. It would be similar to a potential British MI6 chief referring to London as, “New Berlin” right before WW2.
Al Quds is a recent name made up by the Iranian regime attempting to make Jerusalem fill Islamic destiny where quran refers to the world being Islamic from Mecca to “The Far Mosque”. Al Quds is an attempt to make the dome of the rock in the old city the far mosque and hence, by that reasoning, Israel is rightfully an Islamic state.

DUBAI (Reuters) – Iran’s highest authority, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, on Thursday slapped down an offer of direct talks made by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden last week, saying they would not solve the problem between them.
“Some naive people like the idea of negotiating with America, however, negotiations will not solve the problem,” Khamenei said in a speech to officials and members of Iran’s air force carried on his official website.
“If some people want American rule to be established again in Iran, the nation will rise up to face them,” he said.
“American policy in the Middle East has been destroyed and Americans now need to play a new card. That card is dragging Iran into negotiations.”
Khamenei made his comments just days after Biden said the United States was prepared to meet bilaterally with the Iranian leadership. “That offer stands but it must be real and tangible,” Biden said in Munich on Saturday.
Chris Kyle: Ex-US Navy Seal Sniper Shot Dead

A former US Navy Seal sniper has been shot dead at a shooting range in Texas, according to reports.
Chris Kyle, who also wrote the best-selling book, American Sniper, was killed alongside another man, 35-year-old Chad Littlefield.
It is believed the 38-year-old had been helping a soldier who was recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Local newspapers have quoted Erath County Sheriff Tommy Bryant who said Mr Kyle and Mr Littlefield were found dead on Saturday afternoon at Rough Creek Lodge’s shooting range, which is about an hour from Fort Worth.
The Star-Telegram reported that witnesses told police a gunman opened fire on the men, then fled in a truck belonging to one of the victims.
A 25-year-old suspect, identified as Eddie Ray Routh, was arrested, according to Texas Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Lonny Haschel.

(Reuters) – A member of a Turkish leftist group that accuses Washington of using Turkey as its “slave” carried out a suicide bomb attack on the U.S. embassy, the Ankara governor’s office cited DNA tests as showing on Saturday.
Ecevit Sanli, a member of the leftist Revolutionary People’s Liberation Army-Front (DHKP-C), blew himself up in a perimeter gatehouse on Friday as he tried to enter the embassy, also killing a Turkish security guard.
The DHKP-C, virulently anti-American and listed as a terrorist organization by the United States and Turkey, claimed responsibility in a statement on the internet in which it said Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan was a U.S. “puppet”.
