MUSTARD ‘BATTY BHATTI’ BLOWS A GASKET DURING NORWEGIAN TERROR TRIAL

This happened at the trial of three mustards who planned to blow up the Jylland-Posten in Denmark, and murder Lars Westergaard. Thanks to Sheik Yer’Mami (pbuh) for the heads up on this article. KGS

NOTE: Severly provoked by TV2? Is filming a person in a public setting a provocation? Only in the mind of a mustard and an appeasing dhimmi newspaper.

On Friday, the second day in the terror trial brought against Mikael Davud and his two co-defendants Shawan Bujak and David Jacobsen.

The three are accused of having entered into an alliance, aiming to blow up Jyllands-Posten and kill cartoonist Kurt Westergaard. Davud in turn, explained in court yesterday that he wanted to harm Chinese interests.

A little after the court had convened today, Arfan Bhatti turned up. He was previously convicted but acquitted of terrorism charges.

Bhatti was asked to leave the hall

Bhatti sat in the audience until the first break. When he was told by the prosecutor, Geir Evanger, that he had to leave the room. The reason is that he is convicted in the past five years, and this is the right occasion to dismiss him.

– My client was there out of pure legal interest. The men in this case are being prosecuted for the same crime he was acquitted, and he wanted to see if the PST had invented gunpowder since the last time, said John Christian Elden, Bhatti’s lawyer told Dagbladet.

Bhatti, According to NRK, had called PST Representative in court “swine.”

Threatened TV2 photographer

Then he was followed out of the room and over to the elevator, where he discovered that he was being filmed by a TV2 photographer.

– Hey, stop filming me, stop shooting me, he exclaims, facing the photographer.

– We are in a public place, the photographer’s response.

Bhatti is fast against the photographer, but is stopped by two police officers who arrested the defender.

– Do not touch me, he says, and asks repeatedly for the photographer to stop filming.

– I’ll find you, you work at TV 2. Do you not think I’ll find you? Mad swine.

– I will shoot you and your family, just wait and see. So you feel on your body what it’s like to film, he says before he goes into the elevator.

– We will review this.

Bhatti’s threats will be reported to the police, confirmed TV2’s news editor Jan Ove Aarsæther.

– We have zero tolerance for threats to our employees, and therefore the police case. It was made a threat to our photographer, who was there to perform the job he is meant to do, says Aarsæther to tv2.no.

The photographer says Bhatti must expect that there are journalists present to cover this trial.

– He is in a public place, and seek a trial where the press present. He should expect that he could be filmed, says photographer tv2.no.

Very Little to Debate at ‘Human Rights in Islam’ Discussion

It is impossible for me to provide a complete account of the debate on “Human Rights in Islam: Just or Unjust?” that was held under the auspices of IslamNet, Norway’s largest Islamic organization, on November 7, 2011. The “ideas” that were presented were utterly lacking in logic or intelligence, and the whole thing raced by very fast.  It was almost impossible to keep up with it all: claims were made at a tempo out of another world, and were absolutely without substance.  It was far more a revival meeting than a debate.

They delightedly applauded the chopping off of hands and feet.  And they didn’t raise an eyebrow when executions committed by family agreement were defended as a reasonable ”human right in Islam.”

You would be forgiven for thinking that we were in deepest Saudi Arabia, or in a long-ago century.  Far from it. We were in an auditorium at Oslo University College, where our future was being hatched onstage.  The place was packed, and the great majority of the young students were wearing clothes that identifed themselves as followers of the Prophet.

Anti-Semitism in Norway, where I have lived for twelve years, is over the top. I have never quite gotten used to it. Every now and then I hear or read something that reminds me that I am living in Europe, in a country that was occupied by the Nazis, and where a lot of people were perfectly okay with that. I think it is fair to say that anti-Semitism in Norway is most virulent among the cultural elite – the academics, intellectuals, writers, journalists, politicians, and technocrats – although thanks to the media and schools, it has trickled down to many ordinary Norwegians, some of whom may never even have met a Jewish person.

This anti-Semitism manifests itself in various ways. When Obama became president, former Norwegian prime minister Kåre Willoch said things did not look promising because Obama had “chosen a Jew as chief of staff.” The chief rabbi of the Oslo synagogue reportedly receives a pile of hate mail every day. During the Gaza War, a major Norwegian newspaper had trouble finding Norwegian Jews who were willing to comment on the record about the war: they said they were scared of repercussions. Norwegian academics have sought to ban contacts with Israeli universities. Norwegian activists have encouraged boycotts of Israeli products. There is terrible anti-Semitic bullying in the schools. Every so often, a high-profile professor or activist or famous author will write a virulent op-ed or give an angry speech denouncing Israel and insulting Jews. Nothing could be safer for them to say; no one will seek to harm them physically or otherwise – as opposed to what would happen if, say, they made certain public statements about Islam. And they know this. Norway’s most respected newspaper cartoonist, Finn Graff, who has admitted that he never draws cartoons about Islam because he is scared for his life, has frequently drawn cartoons comparing Israelis to Nazis; he knows Jews will never harm him. These anti-Semitic op-eds and speeches and cartoons are never remotely fresh, witty, or original; all they ever do is recycle tired cultural-elite clichés. And their creators get nothing but praise from their colleagues, who celebrate them as courageous truth-tellers. HOW SOMALI TERRORISTS ARE RECRUITED IN NORWAY

(VG.no AP)  Somali terrorist network with ties to Norway is managed from the Swedish suburb of Rinkeby .

It often begins on the internet. Curious young men, for it is mostly men, are swayed by hate propaganda and film clips of bullets and gunpowder. But women are also lured into the embrace of extremism.

Scandinavian-Somali members of the al-Shabaab focus on online recruiting, says Stig Jarle Hansen, one of the most prominent experts on Somalia.

In a upcoming report from the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) that VG net has access to, it emerged that a Norwegian-Somali man was killed in Somalia in the winter  of 2011. He is alleged to have been radicalized by al-Shabaab Islamists with branches throughout Scandinavia.

– The group has a local focus but a global rhetoric and an increased focus on overseas, says the researcher.

And the Norwegian citizen who was killed in Somalia this winter is said to have had contact with people in Sweden and Finland, before he later joined the terrorist group al-Shabaab.

Central to the network is a radical environment in the suburb of Rinkeby in Stockholm.

From here, many Swedes have traveled to Somalia to fight ‘holy war’ there.

The suburb is colloquially known as “Little Mogadishu” because so many Somalis live there.

No one convicted

Several other Scandinavian Somalis have been recruited by the same network. Among these, several Swedes lost their lives as “holy warriors” in Somalia.

But no one in the network, which continues to recruit according to VG net, has ever been convicted. Two Swedish-Somalis were brought to justice, but acquitted because the court did not think there was proof that Shabaab were terrorists.

Not surprised

Magnus Ranstorp at the Defence College of Sweden is not surprised that Somalis from all the Scandinavian countries are being recruited for terrorism.

From Sweden there have been 15 to 20 individuals who have gone to fight jihad in Somalia.

– There is a natural link to Oslo through the Somali community in Gothenburg. Operationally there is a belt from Copenhagen via Malmö, Gothenburg and Oslo, said the Swedish terrorism expert.

The same environment is linked to Rinkeby in Stockholm, said Ranstorp.

– I know that there are connections through certain websites and that there are study groups in Gothenburg, says Ranstorp, who also believes that many mid-level leaders in the al-Qaeda-affiliated organization are located in Scandinavia.

Several other Scandinavian Somalis have been recruited by the same network. Among these, several Swedes lost their lives as “holy warriors” in Somalia.

But none of the network, which after the AP experience continues to recruit, has ever been convicted. Two Swedish-Somalis were brought to justice, but acquitted because the court did not think it was shown that Shabaab were terrorists.

Jews in Malmö in southern Sweden have been the victims of an increased number of hate-crimes in 2011, according to local police.

During the first six months of the year there has been the same number of anti-Semitic crimes reported as were reported for the whole of 2010.

“The increase in reported crime could be due to the police investing in more resources to solve these kinds of crimes, or that the tendency to report is higher now because there are more incidents of an anti-Semitic nature”, Susanne Gosenius, a hate-crimes coordinator with the Malmö police told the TT news agency.

NORWAY’S SOS RACISM FOUND GUILTY OF FRAUD, FORCED TO PAY TEN MILL FOR BILKING THE TAXPAYER

SOS Racism ordered to pay over 10 million

After the verdict of the lawsuit for cheating, membership has fallen.

(Dagbladet): SOS Racism is ordered to pay 9,708,501 million to the National Council for the Norwegian Ministry of Children and Youth Council (LNU). In addition to legal costs.

A tenth

That is the conclusion of the ruling of the Haugaland District Court, after trial, which lasted for two weeks in October and early November.

LNU accused SOS Racism, among other things, extensive member fraud over several years, which should have resulted in excessive payments in support of a number of public institutions.

The money has previously been paid in support of SOS Racism, but last year announced LNU that they would sue to get them back. LNU believed that SOS Racism had violated the guidelines to receive funding.

SOS Racism has even claimed to have around 40 000 members in recent years. LNU believed that the number of support members were no higher than the maximum 5000, i.e. about one tenth.

– Fully aware of the error

The court concludes the SOS Racism disadvantage on a number of points:

“As the court pointed out several times before, having the central characters of SOS Racism been fully aware that the stated number of members and number of branches were too high and that the support was paid as a result of this, was also to high.

SOS Racism also sentenced to pay legal costs to the Council for Norwegian Children and Youth with a total of 819 000 NOK.

The court has provided critical of SOS Racism’s operation and enforcement of the regulations:

“The court is nonetheless left with a clear impression that what lay behind both the organization’s interpretation of the regulations, instructions by recruiting and registration of members, was driven by the need to obtain such a high number of members as possible.”

The ruling states further that SOS Racism also has an incorrect number of members to other support providers than LNU. Among these is the state, which the police already has SOS Racism for false documentation and fraud.

Democracy

The court is also critical of SOS Racism internal democracy:

“The court must also be questioned with the democratic structure of the organization SOS Racism. Evidence has shown that only a handful of people who are left in the central part of the organization and the larger local teams. This is basically not entirely unknown in the non-governmental organizations, where enthusiasts go back year after year and participates in several parts of the organization. However, what is worrying about SOS Racism is that the vast majority, which the organization defines as members, is in fact deprived of the opportunity to influence decisions within the organization. “

UNIVERSITY SHOCK POLL FINDS ISRAELIS DEEM NORWAY MOST UNFRIENDLY

Well after all the trouble the Norwegian government (and its cultural elite) have gone through to vilify the Jewish state, this is to be expected. The Israelis are not a stupid people, they can spot anti-Semitism when they see it. The Norwegian self anointed ‘elite’ own this result, lock stock and barrel, for they’re the ones carrying out a propaganda war against the Israeli people, and on the backs of the Norwegian taxpayer. NOTE: If the Norwegian people are disgusted over this poll and the greatly reduced image of their country on the international level, they should seriously challenge their elected officials over their conduct. Norway is now being seen in the role of a disingenuous, clownish buffoon, not a serious minded state.

(AP) Norwegian-Somali was a model soldier with Norwegian friends.So he traveled to Somalia to fight for Allah.

  • 1984: Norwegian-Somali born in Burao in northern Somalia, today part of Somaliland.
  • 1994: when ten year old boy coming to Norway together with other relatives.
  • 2005: After finishing high school is doing Norwegian-Somali military service of His Majesty the King’s Guard. There he becomes a part of the escort department that will carry the royal family and other social supports to safety in case of war.
  • 2006. Norwegian-Somali then gets a job at Securitas after having completed their military service.
  • 2009: He comes in contact with a religious environment with connections to Sweden and Finland.
  • 2010: Norwegian-Somali calling home to his father and says that he has joined the Shabaab in Somalia.
  • 2011: Norwegian-Somali’s unknown wife calls and says that his son has died in battle.The two had no children.

Without notifying the family or friends, traveled Norwegian-Somali to Somalia and joined the terrorist organization al-Shabaab.
