More outrageous re-victimization of rape victims in France.

Imagine. The name one of the gang-rape victims but give no name or information whatsoever of the 10 men CONVICTED of aggravated serial gang rape of teen girls in France. I get it that names should not be given of the accused. After all, you should not be able to destroy the lives of good people on the mere accusation of sexual misconduct. This would make blackmail a national sport. But these men where CONVICTED.

French prosecutors said Friday they will appeal the acquittals and light sentences handed down to 14 men accused of repeatedly gang-raping two teenage girls in a run-down Paris suburb.

The court decision on Wednesday sparked widespread outrage in France, with one feminist group saying it sent a “catastrophic message” that rape is permissible.

Ten men were acquitted in the case while four defendants were handed down sentences ranging from one year in prison to three years suspended for raping one victim, identified only as Nina, now aged 29.

Prosecutors had called for eight of the accused to be given sentences of between five and seven years. They made no sentencing recommendations for the other six accused.

“The verdict is too far from the prosecution requests, both on the sentences given and certain acquittals. It does not take into account how the crimes were committed,” said Nathalie Becache, chief prosecutor for the Paris suburb of Creteil.

Faisalabad: 16 year old Christian girl gang raped for hours by young Muslims

I shouldn’t have to say this, but numerous conversations with bright people in my flesh space indicate to me that its best if I do.

There is a critical difference between ‘crime’, and ‘policy’. That is to say, that if a woman is  “gang raped for hours” in a civilized country that is considered a crime and all the people who perpetrated that heinous act would certainly have been raised to know this is a very very bad thing to do and deserving of the harshest punishment.

This is why no moral equivalence can be made to a Muslim country where people are raised thinking that doing this to a Christian girl is anything from a non-issue to a kind of religious obligation. “All those whom your right hand may posses” sort of thing.

Faisalabad (AsiaNews) – A new case of gang rape against a Christian minor in Pakistan. The rape occurred in broad daylight, for hours, in a private home where three young Muslims – all under 30 – abused a defenseless girl. A story, Fr. Bonnie Mendes tells AsiaNews that demonstrates “the powerlessness of the poor in Pakistan,” which is reflected “in all its evidence in events such as the sexual abuse of Shumaila” which took place on September 20 last, but has only now been revealed by the press. A story similar to that which occurred Sept. 4 – again in Faisalabad – when a 60 year old Muslim merchant has raped a Christian girl of 10. These episodes confirm the increase of attacks against children in Punjab, as evidenced by a survey carried out by the Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC), covering the first five months of 2012, which documents 122 cases of violations in the province: among these, at least 40 sexual, 14 murders, 22 kidnappings, 14 corporal punishment, six forced marriages and 13 deaths due to lack of basic medical care.

Shumaila Masih, a native of Chak 226, Samundari, in the district of Faisalabad (Punjab), is the oldest of four children of a poor Christian family. On the morning of September 20 the girl was headed to the house of a wealthy Muslim, where her mother worked as a maid, to warn of sudden visit by some guests. On the way she met three young Muslims – Iftikhar Hussain 27, Shahid Munir and Muhammad Imran both 30 – who tried at first to persuade her to go with them. At her refusal, the three took her by force and locked her up in the house of Iftikhar Hussain, taking turns raping her for hours. The attack took place at 11 am, in broad daylight, but no one intervened to save Shumaila, despite the desperate cries and pleas for help. At about 5 pm the father Manzoor Masih, along with two cousins, began searching for the girl when she failed to return home. Arriving close to the house where she was being held they heard her cries. At the sight of the men, the three young Muslims fled, leaving Shumaila naked and in pain on the bed.

  • Asian sex gangs were able to groom, pimp and traffic girls across the UK for more than a decade while authorities failed to publicly acknowledge the problem was happening, confidential documents reveal today.

A dossier of internal police, social services and intelligence reports shows that agencies in South Yorkshire were aware that vulnerable girls were being abused, but a catalogue of alleged crimes were not prosecuted.

In one case, a white girl who was sexually abused by an Asian gang from the age of 12 was offered lessons in Urdu and Punjabi by her local council after her ordeal.

Rotherham Council proposed the lessons to the girl, who was known by social services to have been sexually exploited, in an attempt ‘to engage’ her in education.

The documents show that authorities were aware of a problem of offenders, largely men of Pakistani heritage, sexually exploiting vulnerable girls, but never publicly acknowledged that it was happening.

A child welfare expert, speaking under condition of anonymity, said the agencies’ reluctance to tackle street-grooming networks was ‘the biggest child protection scandal of our time’.

The papers, whcih emerged today outline many cases of alleged sexual exploitation for which no one was prosecuted, including:

  • Fifty-four children from Rotherham were linked to sexual exploitation by three brothers from a British Pakistani family. Eighteen girls identified one brother as their ‘boyfriend’. He allegedly made several of them pregnant.

Suspected gang rape in city park

A 24-year-old woman walking home through central Örnsköldsvik, in northern Sweden, was dragged into a city park by several men and raped in the early hours of Saturday morning.

According to local police, the crime occurred between one and two o´clock in the morning.

The woman was dragged from a nearby bus stop by the group of men, into the Örnparken parj, where she was pushed onto the icy ground, and then had her underwear pulled off, reported the local newspaper Örnsköldsviks Allehanda.

The woman was then raped by the group of men, and the police have classified the crime as aggravated rape, with an alternative charge of attempted aggravated rape.

“She’s been badly shocked by this,” said deputy head of investigation Lars-Åke Lemón to the newspaper.

The woman has been too traumatized to give much information to the police, who will soon be speaking to her again in hopes of getting more details.

No suspects have yet been arrested for the crime, and police remain unsure of how many men were involved in the rape.

Five arrested over abduction and sexual assault of teenage girls

Four men and a teenage boy have been arrested in Leicester on suspicion of child abduction and sexual assault.

It is alleged one 15-year-old and three 14-year-old girls were abducted and sexually assaulted in four separate incidents in July.

Police said the four girls from Newark, Nottinghamshire, were taken to Leicestershire and assaulted.

The men, aged 18, 20 and 23, and a 17-year-old boy, are being interviewed by detectives in Nottingham.

All of them were arrested on suspicion of child abduction, while two of them were also arrested on suspicion of serious sexual assault, a police spokesman said.

Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire police jointly investigated the case.

Man sought in attempted abduction of 12-year-old girl

Police are searching for suspects after a man allegedly attempted to abduct a 12-year-old girl outside an East York convenience store.

The girl had left home at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police said, heading to a store near Sammon Ave. and Greenwood Ave.

On the way, she passed two men in a parked white van. One of the men then left the van and allegedly grabbed the girl’s arm, police said. She was able to escape and the man fled the scene.

The man is described as brown, about 30, 5’8”, with green eyes, white hair and a long white beard. He was wearing a taqiyah cap and robe at the time, police said.

The van has rust above the rear door hinges and wheels.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them

Boy raped at Manchester Debenhams after Arndale Centre abduction

Men wanted The attack happened in a Debenhams store in Manchester city centre

A boy was raped at a department store in Manchester after being taken from a lift by two men, police have said.

The 14-year-old had been going to the toilets in the Arndale Centre, near the entrance of Aldi and Subway, when he was approached by the men.

After threatening the boy, they led him to a nearby Debenhams, where one of them assaulted him in a toilet.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) has released CCTV of two men they want to trace after the attack on 2 June.

‘Horrific attack’Police said one of the attackers was Asian and one white.

The victim was told by one of the men: “Come with us, do what we say and if you try to run we’ll get you.”

GMP said he had been grabbed by the arm, led out of the Arndale Centre and taken to Debenhams at about 17:45 BST.

Supt Stuart Ellison, of Greater Manchester Police, said the boy was “traumatised”

He was taken upstairs in the lift and marched to a toilet where he was raped by the Asian man.

A teenage student was subjected to a terrifying gang rape at the hands of three young men who threatened her with a knife and filmed part of her ordeal on a mobile phone.The unsuspecting 19-year-old had gone to the home of Ammar Zahoor to chat and ‘chill’ with others she knew, but suddenly found herself alone with the 18-year-old and his friend Osman Ali, 20.

When the teenager tried to leave she was threatened with a knife and forced to perform a sex act on both men. At the same time one of them spoke to another friend, Abdul Sajid, on the phone and told him to come around to the house in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, for ‘some fun’.

The victim, who is white, was then taken upstairs and repeatedly raped by Sajid, and later by Ali and Zahoor, in a protracted attack she described as a ‘living nightmare’.

UPDATE: Man accused of sexual activity with child is named

gen_wycombemagsAn unemployed 25-year-old has been accused of involvement in an alleged child sex ring.

Balel Ahmed, of Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, appeared before High Wycombe magistrates’ today charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child and sexual activity with a child.

He was arrestedas part of Operation Bullfinch – an investigation into grooming, child rape and trafficking involving more than 20 girls aged between 11 and 16 in Oxford.

Thames Valley Police launched the operation in March, executing 14 warrants.

Bullfinch is the result of a joint probe by police and Oxfordshire County Council’s children, education and families department.

Ahmed, who has short dark hair and a beard and was dressed in a black T-shirt and tracksuit trousers, waved to his brother-in-law and dad as he walked into the dock.

The stocky former telesales worker, who is now out of work, spoke only to confirm his name, age and address.

He sat with his arms crossed for much of the hearing.

Prosecutor Peter Bird said the offences had taken place between January 10, 2010, and January 9, 2012.

Ahmed was remanded in custody.

He will appear at either The Old Bailey in London or Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday, August 3.

Ahmed, who grew up in Maidenhead, is the cousin of co-defendant Zeshan Ahmed, 26, of Palmer Road, Headington, Oxford, who has already been charged with 10 counts of sexual activity with a child as part of Bullfinch.

The ringleader of a gang of men who groomed vulnerable girls for sex has today also been jailed for 22 years for a ‘campaign of rape’ against a different child in his own community.

Shabir Ahmed, 59, led an exploitation ring of nine men who were all imprisoned earlier this year after they abused many young girls in the Rochdale and Oldham areas.

He was jailed for 19 years in May following an 11-week trial at Liverpool Crown Court relating to their violent abuse.

And today he can be named as he received another prison term – to run concurrently – after he was also convicted in June of 30 counts of child rape in his own area.

His identity was kept secret to allow him a fair trial.

A jury heard he raped and sexually abused the innocent youngster over many years and treated her as a ‘possession’ whom he used for his own sexual gratification.

Ahmed, of Oldham, will in effect serve an additional three years to the sentence imposed at Liverpool Crown Court.

Sentencing him at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, Judge Mushtaq Khokhar was forced to removed Ahmed from the dock before he passed sentence as he was persistently interrupted by the defendant.

Before his ejection, Ahmed shouted: ‘It’s all lies. It’s all concocted by the police.’

He then looked over at the Press bench and snarled: ‘What are you looking at?’

The court heard that Ahmed remained ‘in denial’ of his guilt of the repeated rapes of his victim for more than a decade.

Ten arrested after sexual grooming raids

If anyone is keeping score, good luck. The number of MUSLIM men and for that matter, the occasional women involved with tricking, forcing, enticing, threatening and beating young non-Muslim girls into becoming prostitutes for them (using the word ‘grooming’ is disgusting dhimmitude. There is nothing of grooming in this activity) is getting way to high to keep track of. Add to what you find on this site, all the ones I missed and all the ones not yet caught and you have a number that should cause genuine riots in the streets of the UK, not just EDL marches asking for this to stop.

Now this article doesn’t give any names yet. But does anyone want to bet on these men not being Muslims?

Ten men have been arrested by police on suspicion of committing serious sexual offences following raids across the Bradford district.

The arrests were made as part of an ongoing investigation by West Yorkshire Police, which is believed to be linked to sexual grooming.

The men, who were arrested when police swooped on Wednesday, have been released on bail pending further inquiries.

The investigation is thought to relate to alleged offences against a 14-year-old Keighley girl.

Community leaders in Keighley, including the town’s MP and councillors, have been briefed by police about the operation.

A spokesman for the police said: “There were ten arrests made across Bradford district on suspicion of serious sexual offences. All ten have been bailed. Because it is an ongoing investigation the force cannot disclose further information at this time.”
