Abstract

This study focuses on cardiovascular manifestation, particularly myocarditis and pericarditis events, after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine injection in Thai adolescents. This prospective cohort study enrolled students aged 13–18 years from two schools, who received the second dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. Data including demographics, symptoms, vital signs, ECG, echocardiography, and cardiac enzymes were collected at baseline, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 (optional) using case record forms. We enrolled 314 participants; of these, 13 participants were lost to follow-up, leaving 301 participants for analysis. The most common cardiovascular signs and symptoms were tachycardia (7.64%), shortness of breath (6.64%), palpitation (4.32%), chest pain (4.32%), and hypertension (3.99%). One participant could have more than one sign and/or symptom. Seven participants (2.33%) exhibited at least one elevated cardiac biomarker or positive lab assessments. Cardiovascular manifestations were found in 29.24% of patients, ranging from tachycardia or palpitation to myopericarditis. Myopericarditis was confirmed in one patient after vaccination. Two patients had suspected pericarditis and four patients had suspected subclinical myocarditis. In conclusion, Cardiovascular manifestation in adolescents after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccination included tachycardia, palpitation, and myopericarditis. The clinical presentation of myopericarditis after vaccination was usually mild and temporary, with all cases fully recovering within 14 days. Hence, adolescents receiving mRNA vaccines should be monitored for cardiovascular side effects. Clinical Trial Registration: NCT05288231.

(Myopericarditis means a person suffered inflammation and or damage to both the heart tissue and surrounding tissue, as it was explained to me. Also Cardiac enzymes? Is that the same enzyme they test for when a person is suspected of having a heart attack? The enzyme that is released into the blood as a consequence of tissue death? This would be good to know)

3. Bill Maher knocks it nearly out of the park and has it hit the back fence and certainly lands at least one run home. Sassy posted this video with one word. DIALECTICS. She is correct. Both in the sense that Mahar damn nearly pointed that out. But by failing to do so, may in a way be guilty of it. Still, it’s better that he did this piece than if he did not.

There is a short segment where he does point out that ‘cultural appropriation’ only moves one way. But he doesn’t say why. Making it look like hypocrisy in a way serves the enemy. The fact that all these dialectic/rhetorical weapons are in use and once understood become clear, means not pointing it out adds to the confusion and effect of the weapon. And calling it or presenting it as hypocrisy does just that.

Not allowing a straight person to play a gay person, a white person to portray a black person and so on and so on, but insisting that say, a black actor is cast to play the Norwegian God Thor, that is dialectics. It is an assault on a people, a history and a culture using discourse theory to make it so. Discourse theory works this way in part: If you object to the dialectic destruction of the group under attack, you are a racist. A thought criminal. Someone who’s ideas are not worth considering. This applies to both circumstances, a non-white, gay, muslim or any group member that is not white straight etc. playing a traditionally white straight role, or not allowing a white straight person to play a non-white non-straight character or historical person. therefore it is not hypocritical to object to a white person playing Reggae, but a black person, Jamaican or otherwise can play Beethoven on the violin.

Both positions are supported by the dialectic and can be enforced using critical theory.  After watching this Bill Mahar clip, please read this article in Google Translate about a white Reggae band that was stopped from playing at a Swiss music festival because the music was black and so was their hair styles. I’m sure lots of black people played the festival and used electric instruments all fashioned in the West and based on Pythagorean theory. That, will be just fine. Again, not hypocrisy. Dialectics. Its racism to tell them they cannot do that as its White people cultural appropriation, and its racist for white people or straight people, or any group under attack and scheduled for negation to do anything outside of an increasingly shrinking box of OK things,

And Jews? Will Jews now be limited only to playing Klezmer and short bursts on the Shofar? I don’t think so. At least until communist think-tanks decide it is time to erase Jewish cultural contributions from history. Then they might apply those limits.

For a clear and comprehensive explanation of how critical theory and discourse theory from the Marxist think tank, The Frankfurt School is used in this manner please see this video:

(There is a lot of insight in these videos. Its worth stopping and thinking on them from time to time to make sure the point is being understood.)

I think three items is enough for this post. It’s pretty content rich. Thank you all for being part of this community, and a welcome to all who joined it since the Bill Warner interview. I hope you enjoy it and please check out the daily reader’s links post and add your own thoughts or news as you feel there. The post is more or less automatic every night at about midnight ET.

Bill Mahar on the queering of America and the LGBTQ fraud

One may note that all the sexual activities the government-media-education complex celebrates, even insists on, have one thing in common. They do not produce babies. The Trans-nonsense they subject little kids to all lead to one outcome. Sterilization. Clearly all the leftist nonsense and hyperbole about minority rights based on sexual proclivities are a cover for a depopulation agenda. It is the ONLY consistent thing about all the issues.

With the left, the point is never the point. The Revolution is always the point. And clearly one aspect of the revolution is to stop people from having babies.

Three interviews of Ayaan Hirsi Ali

Here are a few interviews with one of the most interesting and important voices of our time. Its critical to understand the basics of her background to appreciate the gravitas of her message and the best way to get that is her outstanding book, Infidel. One of the best reads anyone might experience, at least according to the people I spoke to who have read it, including myself.

But I post these interviews more to show the bias of the CBC rather than much about Ayaan who is likely well known to readers of this site.

First, an older interview by a left wing extremist named, Avi Lewis, who I believe left the CBC to go work for Al Jazeera. June 2007

Notice his repugnant treatment of someone who has endured more hardship than Mr. Lewis can fathom in his privileged existence. Because she didn’t fit his culturally marxist narrative of an evil US (as Bush was president at the time) and all cultures other than white European as morally superior to that one, he felt he could show that much derision and contempt on live TV.

Let’s see if things have improved at all now: May 15 – 2015 Wendy Mesley

Its noteworthy that the CBC interviewer lied twice by minute 7. For one thing, Prime Minister Harper did not say Islam was rooted in a culture that was anti woman but that the niqab or face cloth is rooted in a culture that is anti woman. By implication however that could mean islam. But many muslims claim that the face cloth is a tribal or cultural practice like FGM and have nothing to do with islam. So while I agree with Prime Minister Harper in either case, he did not say that. Secondly the interviewer claimed PM Harper was denying the head cloth. This is an outright fabrication. (Pun not intended but allowed to stand in evidence) Stephen Harper objected to the covering of the face with a face cloth during important ceremonies in government buildings. This is significantly different from what the interviewer said, not implied, but stated. Ayaan herself without knowing the facts differentiated between the head cloth and the face cloth.

All in all, it would appear that the CBC has learned to conceal its contempt for all things conservative better than Mr. Lewis did, while still trying to shape the narrative in the same way. When the interviewer tries to trap Ayaan into advocating for Omar Khadr as victim it becomes clear what the agenda of the show is. At least Mr. Lewis’s show, The Agenda, was more honestly named.

Now lets watch Bill Mahar in his most recent interview with Ayaan Hirsi Ali:

He starts out by revealing her bias. This is fair. But the questions allow her to explain her PoV and not his agenda. Even though its safe to say at this point, they may be very similar.

She is of course, wrong about the idea of an Islamic reformation. It is having one now, Its called, Salafism, Wahabism and the Islamic state In fact the problem with islam is the reformation of it into what it always was, instead of the tamed version of it we forced during the colonial years. If we are no longer willing to accept the responsibilities of colonialism, then we should at least protect ourselves from the fallout of abandoning that responsibility.

(The Bill Mahar segment was removed from YT but this small but very good part is working at the moment, even if it doesn’t make the point as well)
