Abstract
This study focuses on cardiovascular manifestation, particularly myocarditis and pericarditis events, after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine injection in Thai adolescents. This prospective cohort study enrolled students aged 13–18 years from two schools, who received the second dose of the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. Data including demographics, symptoms, vital signs, ECG, echocardiography, and cardiac enzymes were collected at baseline, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 (optional) using case record forms. We enrolled 314 participants; of these, 13 participants were lost to follow-up, leaving 301 participants for analysis. The most common cardiovascular signs and symptoms were tachycardia (7.64%), shortness of breath (6.64%), palpitation (4.32%), chest pain (4.32%), and hypertension (3.99%). One participant could have more than one sign and/or symptom. Seven participants (2.33%) exhibited at least one elevated cardiac biomarker or positive lab assessments. Cardiovascular manifestations were found in 29.24% of patients, ranging from tachycardia or palpitation to myopericarditis. Myopericarditis was confirmed in one patient after vaccination. Two patients had suspected pericarditis and four patients had suspected subclinical myocarditis. In conclusion, Cardiovascular manifestation in adolescents after BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccination included tachycardia, palpitation, and myopericarditis. The clinical presentation of myopericarditis after vaccination was usually mild and temporary, with all cases fully recovering within 14 days. Hence, adolescents receiving mRNA vaccines should be monitored for cardiovascular side effects. Clinical Trial Registration: NCT05288231.

(Myopericarditis means a person suffered inflammation and or damage to both the heart tissue and surrounding tissue, as it was explained to me. Also Cardiac enzymes? Is that the same enzyme they test for when a person is suspected of having a heart attack? The enzyme that is released into the blood as a consequence of tissue death? This would be good to know)

There is a short segment where he does point out that ‘cultural appropriation’ only moves one way. But he doesn’t say why. Making it look like hypocrisy in a way serves the enemy. The fact that all these dialectic/rhetorical weapons are in use and once understood become clear, means not pointing it out adds to the confusion and effect of the weapon. And calling it or presenting it as hypocrisy does just that.
Not allowing a straight person to play a gay person, a white person to portray a black person and so on and so on, but insisting that say, a black actor is cast to play the Norwegian God Thor, that is dialectics. It is an assault on a people, a history and a culture using discourse theory to make it so. Discourse theory works this way in part: If you object to the dialectic destruction of the group under attack, you are a racist. A thought criminal. Someone who’s ideas are not worth considering. This applies to both circumstances, a non-white, gay, muslim or any group member that is not white straight etc. playing a traditionally white straight role, or not allowing a white straight person to play a non-white non-straight character or historical person. therefore it is not hypocritical to object to a white person playing Reggae, but a black person, Jamaican or otherwise can play Beethoven on the violin.
Both positions are supported by the dialectic and can be enforced using critical theory. After watching this Bill Mahar clip, please read this article in Google Translate about a white Reggae band that was stopped from playing at a Swiss music festival because the music was black and so was their hair styles. I’m sure lots of black people played the festival and used electric instruments all fashioned in the West and based on Pythagorean theory. That, will be just fine. Again, not hypocrisy. Dialectics. Its racism to tell them they cannot do that as its White people cultural appropriation, and its racist for white people or straight people, or any group under attack and scheduled for negation to do anything outside of an increasingly shrinking box of OK things,

Validating the lie in using permitted and unpermitted discriminations. That whatever is permitted today will become an unpermitted tomorrow and usefully back-dated.

Because, by simple examination of his beliefs in the Koran, would be all that any sane person needed to draw out to the jury. Whereas, Hate Crimes let hateful people off the hook by preventing any further examination. If not pursued, not on the table, then they not discussed as this would be prejudicial. And if on the table, any combination of defense for culture, religion, gender, race, minority, political correctness etc. can hide what is obvious: this politics should not be in court.
