SEVEN men – including six from Derby – who took part in ransacking a curry house, when staff and customers were injured, have each been jailed.

The violence, described as “lawless anarchy” erupted when a group of 40 to 50 burst into Moghul Durbar, in Leicester, on January 14 at 9pm.

Three men who abducted a vulnerable 13-year-old girl from the streets of London and forced her to become their sex slave have been jailed.

The girl, who was described as being from a broken and troubled family, was subjected to sexual abuse over four days after being persuaded to travel with the men to Ipswich in Suffolk in July last year.

Mohammed Sheikh, Hamza Ali and Suran Uddin were all convicted of trafficking and sex offences following a trial.

Today at Norwich Crown Court, Judge Nicholas Coleman said the girl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, had been left traumatised by the ordeal.

A new case of sexual assault against a minor was heard in Turkey, where 29 people, including a policeman were arrested in Golcuk, in the western part of the country, on charges of raping a thirteen-year-old. The episode occurred only a few weeks after a similar case, which has aroused great excitement in the country, that of a twelve-year-old-girl, who was raped by 26 men in Mardin, in southeastern Anatolia. The violence against women and sexual offenses remain a scourge in Turkey.

SEXUAL CRIMES INCREASED BY 400%

Sexual offenses increased by 400% in the country in the last 10 years: in 2011, there were 33,000 registered complaints, versus 8,000 in 2002. The story of the thirteen-year-old was discovered thanks to a teacher. The girl did not dare to speak of the violence suffered because she had been blackmailed and threatened by the rapists, reports the Turkish newspaper Taraf.

THE PRECEDENT

The case of the twelve-year-old provoked violent controversy in recent weeks. After the reporting of the rapes, 23 of the 26 accused were arrested. But they had all been released on bail before the first hearing of the trial. The girl had written to the Minister of Justice asking him: “Do you not have a child? What would you do if her daughter had suffered all this? All the accused are now out and about. What has become of my life?” A court of first instance in Mardin condemned the 23 defendants to prison terms of between one and six years, as part of their defence was that the child was “willing”. The judgment was set aside by the Supreme Court of Appeal, which has ordered a retrial.

Next time someone tries to tell you that allah is just the Arabic word for god, ask them when was the last time they heard a Catholic rape gang screaming “Jesus is our lord and saviour” while gang raping a girl for the holy ghost.

Peterborough: Police smash ‘biggest child-sex ring’ in the UK

Police believe they have smashed what could be Britain’s biggest child-sex ring.

Six men have been arrested so far and officers have identified almost 50 alleged victims of rape, abuse and sex slavery aged as young as 12.

Detectives fear those numbers could easily reach more than 100 in a case potentially bigger than the Rochdale grooming scandal.

The men suspected of carrying out the abuse are of various nationalities, a source said.

Police originally believed they were dealing with two separate rings operating in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

But they now suspect a large gang was targeting vulnerable youngsters across the city.

Officers have already taken statements from 10 girls but there are a further 37 who they think were abused and are waiting to interview.

The number of alleged victims already equals the toll of the previous worst child sex ring uncovered. That was in Rochdale last year, where a gang of Asian men abused 47 victims from troubled backgrounds.

Three women who were part of an aid convoy passing through Libya on the way to Gaza have been sexually assaulted in Benghazi, after a group of five British nationals were briefly kidnapped.

The three women, two of whom are sisters, were part of a large aid convoy travelling to the Gaza Strip. It is thought that they were part of a group of five people who were briefly kidnapped near Benghazi in the early hours of Tuesday and they were released some hours later. The group is currently safe in the Turkish consul in Benghazi and is expected to return to the UK.

Rochdale grooming case ‘failed to use witness evidence’

Men alleged to be part of a child-grooming ring in Rochdale were never brought to justice because the evidence of teenage victims was not pursued, according a former police officer.

Last May nine members of the ring were jailed for a total of 77 years.

Now a former officer has told the BBC more abusers “would be off the streets” if their girls’ evidence had been used.

The Crown Prosecution Service said it focused its case on victims who would give the best evidence in court.

Tessa (not her real name) was 14 years old when men started grooming her for sex – luring her with free takeaway food and alcohol.

During a failed investigation into the abuse in 2008, she was arrested on suspicion of introducing friends to help the ring widen its network of girls – a claim she denies.

Many people have been kind enough to send in multiple reports about the Swiss couple, robbed, beaten I believe, and raped in India recently.

I am sure that many noticed I have posted none of them.

There is a reason for this. I didn’t start this website to track all the horrors of the world. There just ins’t enough valium at the store for me to be able to cope with that. But more importantly it has to do with motive. A judge in a real court such as Canada, England etc. will take motive into consideration when sentencing a person for a crime. As an aside, this is one of the reasons why politically correct laws are anathema to a free society. They remove the Judge’s ability to make rational determinations about motive which he could always do when determining sentence for a guilty person. In other words, man A shoots man B. Was it self defense? heat of passion? pre-meditated Murder etc.

When groups of vile thugs commit an act of rape and robbery for the typical reasons, to indulge their most thuggish sexual desires and take someone’s money, that is a crime and not of interest to this site.

But when it is political, lets say for example it is Muslims who rape non-Muslim women because they are acting on a philosophy or an ideology that tells them that they are within their rights to do so, and the state is insisting on treating it as a criminal matter and not what it is, an act of war, then it must be exposed. People must be educated. Voices must be heard.

Motive changes everything. And it always has. Even dogs know that. Just watch how one reacts when you knock him over in play or strike a beloved pet with one finger lightly in anger. Your dog will let you know which one hurts more.

So I did not post the Indian gang rape as I don’t know yet.

SDAMATT has uploaded a video on this incident where the state seems to be mighty cagey about who did it. This leads me to suspect that it is Muslims. They could be doing it for the classic reasons of establishing Islamic primacy, or it could be an attempt to damage tourism in India, certainly a geopolitical act etc. But I did want to wait before posting anything, if I ever did, on this rape in a land where rape is a snake-bites-fakir news event. Which is to say, not one at all.

NINE out of 10 social workers caring for young teenage girls knew they were drinking and taking drugs with Asian men, the Old Bailey heard this morning.

The trial of nine men accused of running a child sex exploitation gang heard evidence from a support worker at a school where unnamed complainants Girl 4 and 5 went.

In a statement from December last year the counsellor said girls at the school would talk about mixing with Asian men and taking drugs.

She said: “It would be different groups from different years. A repetition of students saying the same thing.

“They all had specific needs, backgrounds, and emotional needs.”

She said anything of note would be reported to social workers, adding: “Nine out of 10 of the social workers responsible for the individuals were aware of what was going on.”

Girl 4, who claims she was raped and prostitued by Mohammed and Bassam Karrar from the age of 11, attended the group sessions.

A teenager has admitted raping a 15-year-old girl at knife-point in a terrifying 90-minute ordeal heard by the victim’s mother who had called her daughter’s mobile phone.

Abdul Miah, 19, from Elswick, Newcastle, appeared at the city’s Crown Court via video-link and pleaded guilty to three counts of rape and one of robbery.

He attacked his victim on waste ground in Elswick, in Newcastle’s West End, on December 18.

The horrendous attack was overheard by the victim’s mother, who had called the teenager’s phone when she did not come home as expected, according to reports.

When the manhunt was still on, the girl’s aunt told the Evening Chronicle newspaper: ‘She rang her daughter and she could hear his voice in the background, but she didn’t know where she was or what was happening.’

The girl was expected back at 9.30pm and, when she did not return, her mother rang her.

A police chief has revealed that 54 suspects have been arrested across the Bradford district in the last five months by officers investigating cases of predatory paedophiles.

Speaking after the jailing of two child rapists, who travelled to Keighley to groom and snare their victims, Chief Superintendent Angela Williams pledged to work with the whole community to improve youngsters’ safety.

“While we, of course, acknowledge their ethnicity, what we are dealing with is paedophiles regardless of their background,” she said.

l Shazad Rehman and Bilal Hussain raped a 14-year-old-girl “one after the other” and each raped other teenage girls after luring them into cars.

Rehman, 30, of no fixed address, was jailed for 18 and a half years and Hussain, 23, of Neville Road Avenue, Leeds, was jailed for 17 and a half years by a Bradford Crown Court judge last week.
