First person account of the attack on the For Freedom march in Copenhagen last night by violent fascist ‘antifascists’

This was written by a friend of ours for us who was at the For Freedom march in Denmark last night, April 27th.

 

Waiting for the evening’s event I sat at a cafe across from Axel’s Torv where our Monday evening “For Freedom” marches start.

Earlier in the evening I had received a notice from a friend who would be unable to attend that there was a planned counter-demonstration by an extreme-left group called “The Revolutionary Antifascists” against the evening’s demonstration. I arrived at a café across from Axels Torv at 17:00, intending to eat dinner before the demonstration at 18:00 when I noticed that at that time police were already beginning to arrive and more were arriving all the time. Some were carrying riot gear.

That told me that the evening’s protest would likely not be very peaceful. And I was correct. At 18:00, when the demonstration began, there were about 200 counter-protesters and almost as many police officers in the area, plus 3-4 police vans. We stood in the middle of the square while the counter-protesters were on the periphery, shouting and trying to get by the police and get to us. The police did an admirable job holding them back.

There was contact here and there between the other group and us, though our actions were not violent, merely protective and defensive. We kept our cool as we usually do. There were, however, quite a few scuffles here and there, and the protesters were violent and belligerent. At one point a group of them grabbed our banner and tried to rip it out of the hands of the two guys holding it. There was a scuffle involving some of us, police, and the leftists, and we got our banner back.

To the Jewish people of the Western World.

There are certain eventualities which seem to be inevitable and even, with a moment’s thought, obvious.

It is time that official Jews, organizations that claim to speak for the Jewish people and other forms of Jewish leadership as well as Jewish media, get behind groups like PEGIDA, the EDL (although it is probably too late for that) and any other rational group that truthfully and courageously exposes Islam and its ambitions and assist them in every way possible, most importantly with their Jewish identity.

Because what seems to be inevitable is that should these reasonable people’s movements fail to deal with a problem that still, to this day, most Jewish groups will not admit is a problem, even though it is the single most lethal existential threat to Jews of all time, groups like PEGIDA etc. etc. will join with Nazi movements out of desperation as it will seem better to have an imperfect alliance to save their own cultures and civilizations than it is to lose it all on behalf of a people who would have been the prime beneficiaries of these groups but would not support them.

Churchill even made such an alliance with Stalin to fight Hitler even though Churchill was acutely aware that the difference between the two leaders was Lilliputian at best. Something most today still do not know.

History has certain constants because people and groups will make certain choices under certain circumstances. Events will unfold no matter how many people bury their heads in the sand. A strategy which tends to expose one’s neck to an enemy with no compassion for the unbeliever.

 

Did the state in Germany pay for counter PEGIDA demonstrations?

These two links were just sent in and while we have not yet received a proper translation, from reading google-translate it looks a lot like the German government at one or more levels paid some or all of the costs for countner-PEGIDA demos.

I sincerely hope the German public reacts appropriately to an affront to democracy of this nature and magnitude.

Geert Wilders sends official greetings to PEGIDA marchers in Dresden yesterday

This is significant given the government and media establishment attempts to drive a wedge into the anti-Islamification of Europe movement by very powerful, not to mention dishonest methods.

The fact that Geert sent an official greeting to the Dresden PEGIDA shows that these attempts to fracture the will of European liberals to preserve the most basic of freedoms was not intimidating to the PVV, Geert Wilders’ party in the Netherlands.

This is a very good sign.
