Trailer for new documentary on the case of the persecution and prosecution of Helen Grus

This site has given what a lot of readers may think is disproportionate attention to what an outsider might think of as a minor internal police investigation of one of its officers.

In fact it is the clear and detailed example of the communist revolution playing out in real-time.

I found out about this new documentary watching Det. (Ret.) Donald Best on the Jason Levine show on X.com. Det. best reminded me that because of the case of Det. Grus, there is a new law/rule in Canada. Police are no longer allowed to launch a criminal investigation without permission from higher ups. Higher ups certainly means those officers who live in the balance between political interests, and actual criminal investigations which the police had been created to do.

Again, from the outside, it may sound like a good thing that police can’t launch a criminal investigation without permission. But seeing as how it was overtly stated during the trial/hearing of Helen Grus that her investigation into a cluster of baby deaths had political implications and therefore should not have been done, we can know for a fact that this new law/rule about policing in Canada is nothing other than Orwellian.

Better stated, it is nothing short of authoritarian communism as was so brilliantly illustrated in Orwell’s book, 1984, and Animal Farm.

Below is the Levigne Show from today. It also has a lot of excellent material on the state of Canada and Alberta and Quebec separatism. Both of which should now be supported providing they are moves to a Republic like state and not merely part of the dissolution of Canada to create a global Marxist polity.

Helen Grus speaks at first public event since charges 3 years ago

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first event that Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus has spoken at herself about the charges she faced within the police department for daring to investigate the mRNA injections as a possible cause of a dramatic uptick in infant baby deaths.

The synopsis of these videos can be read at RAIR Foundation, and a solid background can also be read at RAIR in this series of articles.

But these videos tell the story brilliantly.

Former Ottawa Policeman, Rob Stocki gives an excellent background of the situation, as well as an analysis of the state of policing.

Helen Grus herself for the first time in Public.

And retired Toronto Police Detective, Donald Best who has followed this story from the very beginning sent in a short but punchy video on the change of the entire philosophy of policing in Canada now.

Important update on the Helen Grus sentencing hearings as of last week

Here are two important video interviews on the Helen Grus hearings. If you don’t know who that is, or what this is about, please read the stories at RAIR Foundation or at Donald Best’s own site.

The first video is a rare description of the seriousness of the legal malfeasance on the part of the hearings officer and the process as a whole by Bath Sheba Van Den Berg, the defence attorney for Helen Grus. Again, if you read back on this case you can see that this entire hearing was a beard for what it really was, a theatrical trial intended to make sure no one in any position of authority or influence ever challenges a state narrative, especially when that narrative is deadly dangerous and central to the purpose of what we believe was the communist revolution of 2020.

Second, a thorough description of the current state of the case by retired Toronto Police detective, Donald Best.

Donald has pointed out specifics in this case which make the real nature of it unambiguous. The fact that is is now said out loud and on the record that: “police officers now need permission to investigate crimes that have ‘political and societal ramifications’ – or where the suspects are public officials” pretty much makes clear the fundamental shift in the nature of the way the state operates.

This is no joke, and no abstraction. It is not even plotting an extrapolation into the future. This is showing how trials and hearings are to have the outcomes decided. Not based on truth or what is good for the public from a reality or rights based set of principles, but from a foundation of state narratives. This is the overt shift from a republic type of state to a communist one.

Please see a lot more crucial details at RAIR Foundation.

Your help needed to mitigate Helen Grus sentencing within the next two weeks!

Please click through to Donald Best’s site and read this important plea for your help.

Like the people who had been imputed to be the Freedom Convoy Leaders, and then symbolically tried and found guilty, (also awaiting sentencing) Helen Grus was convicted for a political crime. For challenging state narratives even though everything she had actually done, was not only part of her job description, but showed excellent police work and deductive reasoning.

Urgent Call to Canadians, including Serving & Former Police Officers

Affidavit Testimony Needed for Sentencing of Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus

Sentencing Hearing: September 3 to 5, 2025, Kanata, Ontario

Affidavits Needed Now: Canadians Must Speak for Detective Helen Grus – and for All Canadian Police Officers

This is an urgent call to Canadians – including serving and retired police officers – to support Detective Helen Grus by preparing a simple sworn affidavit for her upcoming sentencing hearing.

The defence team will help ensure your affidavit is relevant, admissible, and properly formatted. It’s a straightforward process – and your voice is needed not only to support Detective Grus, but to stand against a dangerous precedent that threatens the independence and integrity of every police officer in Canada.

(Note: PDF Copy of this Article download here)

A heavy sentence – or firing – will send a chilling message to all serving officers: do not use your professional judgment, experience, or investigative initiative to pursue crimes that carry “political and societal ramifications’ or involve ‘public officials’ as suspects.

If you do, you too may be charged, convicted, and professionally destroyed.

Human Rights lawyer, Bath Sheba Van den Berg speaks publicly on the state of Canadian law and rights

Last Friday night, Canadian human rights lawyer, one of the very few left in Canada that actually do Human rights cases as opposite to it’s dialectical opposite like the Canadian Human Rights Commissions and its various local branches, Bath Sheba Van den Berg spoke to a live audience in Ottawa.

Bath Sheba is the lawyer who represented the astonishing hearings of Ottawa Police detective, Helen Grus. And although we teased out this short clip of her talk a few days ago, it is worth repeating, and for those who may not have seen it, this is truly an astonishing act by the hearing officer, or what people would think of as the ‘judge’ in this hearing.

Also for those who don’t know, Det. Grus was charged with misconduct for doing an investigation which clearly everyone already knew would show that a huge spike in baby deaths in 2021 was caused by the mandatory mRNA injections. The full story on this can be read here at RAIR and here on the site of a retired Toronto Police detective, Donald Best.

This video needs to be seen by all Canadians, and any Westerners who feel their country is under the same kind of attack as Canada by the COMINTERN. You know, the guys who ran the autopen.

And one could tell as she was talking that she was pulling punches. Clearly things in Canada are much worse than she stated explicitly. So much worse she wouldn’t actually state some of the specifics.

But what is in the talk should be enough.

Helen Grus verdict in, and went according to its clearly preordained conclusion

This site as well as  others have written a lot of articles on Helen Grus and the dialectical state and the reversal of process and outcome which is a core aspect of that communist-dialectical state.

One of the examples used was the Helen Grus hearings, where all aspects of the procedure had been so stunningly skewed and even reversed to create a guilty verdict that there could be no other outcome. not because of the evidence presented, as anyone who was paying attention knew the evidence was far more than enough for a reasonable doubt that Helen was within her job description to investigate those baby deaths and check a potential causal relationship to the deadly mRNA injections to nursing mothers. But because the effort put into making the process one of a guilty determination meant there was no chance that actual truth or evidence would change the outcome. It was, as we postulate, a dialectical process and not a Socratic one.

Having been to a number of the hearing dates, the tactics used by the court were nothing short of what one might expect in the Stalinist Soviet Union minus the really obvious signs of thuggery. In fact, Helen was back at work at the Ottawa Police while this 3 year hearing went on. So the analogy is so far, only philosophical and not practical. No gulags as of yet. But there is no doubt that she was found guilty in these hearings for daring to investigate something that would prove a state narrative was incorrect. The sacred narrative that the mRNA vaxx was “safe and effective”. No matter how many babies and pre-born babies would die from exposure to the vaxx or its byproducts and secondary products created in the human body and fluids, daring to look at the deaths and connect them to the vaxx is a criminal offence. And with that, truth dies.

This also may mean another click to this morning’s post about the upcoming Canadian selection of Mark Carney for PM scheduled for April 28th is worth another read, as they appear to have done similar things for that performance.

Full text of both tweets:

The verdict screams a brutal truth: dare to question the COVID-19 narrative as a skilled, seasoned investigator, no matter your employer, and the system will grind you to dust. Detective Helen Grus’s fate is a glaring warning—conform or be crushed. Now it’s up to the Ottawa Police Service rank and file to decide: are you gutless sheep or fearless lions? This fight isn’t just hers—it’s yours too. If you can’t see that, then heaven help you, stick to writing parking tickets and leave justice to those with spines. Stand up, or stay down.

Inner Tweet:

Following a three year long Disciplinary trial against Detective Helen Grus of the Ottawa Police Service, the verdict is now in. The overwhelming political pressure, intentional failure to accept expert medical testimony during these proceedings and the failure of OPS to investigate the forensic evidence that would have proven the officers hypothesis has led the hearing officer to render a Guilty verdict on a single count of Discreditable Conduct against the officer asking questions. The message delivered is loud and clear. In Canada, political pressure will suppress the Rule of Law in matters that conflict, expose or question dangerous Governmental policies. This historical decision is a pivotal moment and a dark day for Justice as the consequences are far reaching.

Update and video on Helen Grus case

We focus on the Helen Grus hearings because it is one of the clearest and most accurately recorded examples of how a once civilized process of determining truth in order to set the correct outcome based on rule of law and Western values has become a dialectical process of ritual destruction of anyone who’s work or statements threaten state narratives.

The case against Helen Grus was in fact dialectical from day 1. The charge in a Republic style nation would never have been made, because no crime was committed, or even breach of procedure. The process itself violated a large number of fundamentals in terms of how an objective process to find facts takes place.

Illegal means were used by the state and state enforcers to gather incriminating evidence, which was not found in any case.

This is an important issue, and speaks to the nature of the machinery of state as it is today, as opposed to how it was, or was designed to be. Please watch this video below, and check out the detailed description at RAIR.

The RAIR link also has a link to the history of these hearings for those who want more detail.

Update on the Helen Grus hearings that concluded at the end of May, 2024

Please read the whole Helen Grus coverage we have so far at RAIR Foundation at this link.

VERY sorry to all that this story is so late in coming. The good news, such as it is, is that the hearings which were supposed to have concluded in the last round, have been extended into what looks like next year. According to the OPS website, January 6-10 & 14-17, 2025 in fact. The purpose is most likely to hurt Helen who has to pay her own legal fees, as opposed to an increasingly dialectical state which invents the resources it needs to prosecute anyone who challenges state narratives. And that of course is Helen’s real crime. Not even that she challenged it so much as she dared consider a possibility which challenged the state narrative on the mRNA shots from a position of state authority and that. will. not. do.

Below please find the story that was written some weeks ago at the conclusion of the most recent set of hearings of Detective Helen Grus which was in May 27-31.

—–

In what was supposed to be the final week of the Helen Grus hearings, more astonishing tactics were rolled out against the defendant, Ottawa Police detective, Helen Grus.

At one point, the prosecution suggested that the hearing would be better served if they continued without her lawyer in the room. In fact they also locked all media out at one point during the week. Please see this Tweet from journalist, Jason Lavigne who attended the hearings all week:

The process itself is so clearly flawed that frustration was evident on the faces of the people in the hearing room, which iwas well attended by journalists from The Rebel, Robert Kraychik, Jason Lavigne, and a writer from True North.

RAIR Foundation attended some of the sessions during what was to be the final week of hearings, but will now reconvene in December of this year for yet another week.

We caught up to Jason Lavigne on the opening day of the hearings this past week on May 27th. The following interview was done at the lunch break, which the hearings officer mysteriously decided would be the point at which they would adjourn for the day.

Jason explains how the prosecution kept the process contentious by arguing Helen’s right to examine her own notes from the dates where she was alleged to be insubordinate.

Much of the testimony on the 28th dealt with how Helen was treated because she did not wish to disclose her vaccine status.

At this point of the hearings, we are at least getting to the meat of the matter. That Helen had reasons to suspect a potential connection between the unprecedented 7 deaths of breastfeeding babies over a couple of weeks, and the mRNA injection status of the mothers.

Whatever the actual charges against Detective Grus actually are, it appears to be about punishing anyone in a position of authority for daring to question the safety of the vaccines.

There was a great deal of support for Helen at the Hearings including a woman pictured above, who some weeks before, had arranged a small protest on Parliament Hill to get signatures and statements of support for Helen.

She came to the hearings on May 27th to deliver the paper flowers, cards, statements and signatures she has been collecting for weeks now on behalf of Detective Grus.

Below, the presentation at the hearings for Helen on Monday the 27th.

RAIR Foundation went to Parliament on May 13th, Mother’s Day, and spoke with Meela, who organized the tribute on May 13th about why she created this initiative on behalf of Helen Grus.

Below, The Rebel’s Robert Kraychik offers an update on the hearings on the same day and includes some background on Helen, what her responsibilities with the police actually are, and why the charges make little sense.

Robert also details the curious choice of a hearings officer who has zero legal training, as well as a speech problem, which Robert likens to “hiring a midget to play in the NBA.”

As the hearings against Helen continue, one cannot help but wonder if the real purpose of them is that political authorities feel that should the public get wind of the idea that what were tantamount to mandatory experimental injections caused the deaths of babies, it could go very, very badly for them.

Helen Grus lawyer goes public for the first time

IMPORTANT UPDATE on the Helen Grus hearings – Her lawyer goes public on Wednesday morning

Something really huge is happening in the Helen Grus hearings. Her lawyer is planning to come out and speak about the case publicly. This is big news.

Having sat in the hearing room on several occasions over the various weeks this hearing has been convened, I can say that while I do not know what she will say I do know what the tone of it will be.

I would recommend listening to as much of what she says Wednesday morning as possible. Not as much for Helen’s sake as for all of our sakes. This hearing is an astonishing example of how the legal system and all our institutions have been swapped out for a political process. Dialectics, yeah that.

These hearings, like Jan. 6 in the US, The Couts hearings, the trials of Pat King and Tamara Lich and others are so obviously not following a process of determining truth and setting an outcome based on that truth beyond a reasonable doubt. But to insure a predetermined political outcome which gives more power to the state at the expense of the truth rather than to maintain the truth as the key aspect of policy and crime & punishment.

Thanks to the incompetence of the hearing officer though, the Helen Grus hearings is perhaps the most transparent example of the lack of transparency in a hearing in order to guarantee the conclusion they want. When the man playing a judge in a hearing actually objects to a defence statement, and asks the prosecution if or why they are not objecting to what they hear, you know you have a clumsy and badly rehearsed star chamber. So much the better for our understanding of the process.

If it was done well, it would be much, much harder to prove the true nature of what we see.

And the conclusion they want is that Helen is guilty of whatever they say she is guilty of, in order that the public should never know that the mRNA injections killed a LOT of babies.

That simple explanation is not the heart of the matter.

The reason as stated above can be swapped out for anything. It is the process which is so dastardly.

If the state can tamper with all our systems for the purpose of hiding the truth about vaxx damage to babies, then they will, not can, but will for whatever other purpose they have at any given moment. To protect whatever other narrative attack they launch on the public.

This site reported on a plan by one or another of the federal or international agencies some months ago to make opposing the climate change narrative, itself a dialectical line of effort, a “hate crime”.

Speaking against the most obvious anti-truths you can think of, I dunno, let’s say if a man says he is a woman he is a real woman. And to stop him from accessing all things reserved for women would be a “hate crime” or whatever. Once you have gone there, there is no where the dialectical engineers won’t go. And as this epistemology of the left is strictly and only about a never ending path of destruction, we can understand how once homosexuality was fully normalized, homosexuals became cancelled unless they went along with the next Line of Action. The Trans-movement. And that now is already becoming normalized and is being cancelled as establishment as the left moves to normalize paedophelia. And that will be cancelled once it becomes normalized, and why wouldn’t it, parents already celebrate the castration and radical hysterectomies of their own children today. And then it will move to incest. And after incest maybe Necrophilia. After all, its permitted in the Koran, right? And in sharia law so long as the wife hasn’t been dead too long. Or should I say ‘Metabolically challenged’.

Anyone surprised about this?

The man who wrote the public school sex ed curricula in Ontario under the watchful eye of Premiere Kathleen Wynn, spent serious jail time for promoting paedophelia and incest.

From the Toronto Sun:

Caught by undercover officers online, the world-renowned educator, UofT prof and former member of Kathleen Wynne’s transition team was a frequent visitor to an incest chat room where he counselled single moms on how to sexually assault their daughters for his pleasure and theirs, a site where his profile listed his sexuality as “nothing is taboo.” In one disgusting sampling read out in court, the depraved Levin told one London “mom” he’d like to “f— all 3 (of her children) in front of you with your help…would they submit or would I need to tie them?”

Really. This was Wynn’s Minister of Education.

So PLEASE read these Tweets and try and follow as much as you can of what Helen Grus’ lawyer has to say on Wednesday.

?BREAKING: DETECTIVE GRUS CASE?

Lead Defense Counsel Bath-Shéba van den Berg to break her silence on The Lavigne Show on Wednesday June 19th 10am Eastern.

This is a tremendous journalistic coup for
@JasonLavigneMP
.

Lawyer Van den Berg (and co-counsel Blair Ector) have refused to speak with news media since being retained by
@OttawaPolice
Detective Helen Grus in about September, 2022.

Also appearing on the show is Dr. James Thorp
@jathorpmfm
– one of five defense expert witnesses rejected by Tribunal Officer Superintendent Chris Renwick (retired) in a very contentious and overtly biased decision.

Detective Grus faces an internal disciplinary charge of Discreditable Conduct for daring to commence a criminal investigation into the potential connection between jabbed mothers and a cluster of deceased breast-feeding infants in the Ottawa area.

She was suspended in February 2022, ordered back to work in October 2022 and has faced weeks of hearings and motion dates since then. Her trial is due to resume in about January of 2025 with the prosecution continuing the cross-examination of Detective Grus who took the stand in her own defense.

LIVE Thorough update on Helen Grus hearings on the Jason Lavigne Show

Video summary of some of the most egregious malfeasance by the state against Helen Grus

This is a very, very good video, and factually verifyable. Please take the 9 minutes and watch it. This isn’t about Helen Grus. This is about the total transformation of all of our systems and methods of thought into a diabolical and dialectical one. One where the outcome is based on a predetermined political outcome, and not what the truth of any matter is. This will impact EVERYONE.

Please see coverage of the hearings from the start here, and also at DonaldBest.ca

Update on the Helen Grus hearings

The video is from Donald Best on March 22, and covers the Parliamentary demand for documents concerning the star chamber that is her now multi year hearing.

Those hearings continued today. There was a lot of people in attendance. One official in the building felt it may have been the largest attended hearing of a police officer ever.

Expect an article on today’s hearings as soon as possible. But for the moment, you get an idea of the people from the photo below, which was about 20% of the total of people there, most of whom where inside. They would only allow 22 people in the hearing room, but the 50 odd who couldn’t get in hung around in the lobby or outside to show support.

A couple of very interesting updates on the Helen Grus hearings

For those following the hearings of Detective Helen Grus in the Star Chamber that our processes have become, these updates are critical:
