Gang members jailed for claw hammer attack on teenagers

A GANG of three men jumped out of a car before headbutting and attacking a group of teenagers with a claw hammer, a court heard.

Two of the men were yesterday jailed for the attack, while the third was given a suspended sentence at Bolton Crown Court.

The three boys were walking along Green Lane, Great Lever, at about 1.30am on October 1, 2011, when the three men, now all aged 22, drove past and shouted something at them, the court heard.

The boys shouted back and the driver of the black Vauxhall Astra, Mohammed Khan, turned the car around.

Waheed Khan, a passenger, got out the vehicle to confront one of the 16-year-old victims before headbutting him.

Mohammed Khan then got out the car before hitting two of the other boys, aged 16 and 17, around the head with a hammer.

Shafqat Khan, aged 22, joined in the fight and started kicking one of the boys in the head while shouting racial abuse as he lay unconscious on the floor.

I wonder when the average Brit will be fed up with the grotesque and racist double standard of law in the UK and actually begin to form a parallel legal system. It will be tragic if that happens, but a tragedy because of its necessity more than its creation.

A judge said he was powerless to hand a jail term to femail Tube passenger who hurled ‘fascist’ insults at commuters and instead had to give her a £210 fine.

Rebecca Afeigan, 29, was told she deserves to be sent to prison after she forced the suspension of the Piccadilly line as she hurled abuse at fellow passengers.

She kicked and spat at a Polish man because she could not understand his accent and told a black man to ‘go home to Africa’.

Her vile outburst continued until Tube staff were forced to evacuate the train while police were called to the scene.

District Judge Michael Snow told her: ‘On a packed commuter train, you racially abused someone because of the colour of their skin. You racially abused a second person because, with his accent, it was not immediately obvious he was speaking English.

‘When the train pulled into Turnpike Lane station, Afeigan, who is also black, told the Polish man to “get off the train”, but when he refused she began kicking him and spitting at him. She was also heard to say “I will stab you in the face” Staff had to clear the whole train of passengers as the defendant refused to get off.’

A London Underground passenger has been jailed for hurling racist abuse at fellow passengers after a video of her appeared on the internet.

Jacqueline Woodhouse, 42, directed an expletive-ridden rant at passengers on the Central line between St Paul’s and Mile End stations on January 23 after drinking champagne at a colleague’s retirement party.

Police launched an investigation after a seven-minute video of the verbal assault was uploaded to YouTube.

Two men on trial accused of racially motivated murder of William McKeeney

Two men have gone on trial charged with the racially aggravated murder of a 57-year-old man in a Glasgow street.

Asif Rehman, 20, and Adel Ishaq, 19, are accused of attacking William McKeeney and causing him to fall to the ground.

They are then alleged to have repeatedly punched and kicked him, and stamped and jumped on his head and body.

Both men denied the charges against them at the High Court at Kilmarnock.

Mr McKeeney was so severely injured after the incident yards from his home in Melville Street, in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow, on 15 January that he later died at the city’s Victoria Infirmary.

Mr Rehman and Mr Ishaq, both said to be prisoners at Polmont Young Offenders Institution, deny the racially aggravated murder of Mr McKeeney and showing previous malice and ill-will towards him.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden – The eyes of the world were on South Africa two decades ago as the apartheid era came to an end and Western governments helped bring the communist-backed African National Congress to power.

Last month, however, when Genocide Watch chief Gregory Stanton declared that white South African farmers were facing a genocidal onslaught and that communist forces were taking over the nation, virtually nobody noticed.

Few outside of South Africa paid attention either when, earlier this year, the president of South Africa began publicly singing songs advocating the murder of whites.

The silence is so deafening that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton didn’t even publicly mention the problems when she was there last week. Instead, she was busy dancing, pledging billions of dollars and praising the ruling government.

A PENSIONER who claimed he had been the victim of racist abuse ranted at police because he believed his complaint was not taken seriously because he was white.

Retired mental health social worker James Evans, of Bath Road, Worcester, admitted a section five public order when he appeared before a district judge at Worcester Magistrates Court .

The court heard how the 65-year-old shouted at staff at Worcester police station where he was attempting to report what he believed was an offence against him at around 11am on July 25.

Sam Webley, prosecuting, said Evans became agitated at having to wait and accused one of the counter staff of being incompetent.

A constable asked Evans to calm down and not be abusive to counter staff.

Mrs Webley said: “He is described as red in the face and asked for the PC’s badge number. He said he was being asked to wait like a little dog.” He was arrested and taken to the custody suite where he continued to be abusive. “He said: ‘If I was Asian this wouldn’t have happened,’” said Mrs Webley.

Evans, who represented himself, told the court that he had been distressed at the time and was concerned that the Celtic and Anglo-Saxon people of Britain are completely erased from any considerations of race.

“I went to ask an Asian chap if he would mind moving his car because we couldn’t see to get out of our drive,” said Evans.

“I was met with a tirade of abuse and was told that you whites had better watch your step. I felt really betrayed and distressed. “I know from my experience as a social worker that had my actions been by an Asian person or by any other racial group but my own they would have been taken more seriously and treated in a completely different way.”

Two young black males gagged a crying 12-year old white boy and afterwards drowned him in a bath filled with boiling water. The accused yesterday admitted guilt to the murder with smiles as they appeared in the Vereeniging regional court, reports the Johannesburg Afrikaans daily, Beeld.

In a typical South African black-on-white atrocity, the boy and his entire family were massacred on 1 October 2011 in Walkerville, south of Johannesburg. Amaro Jose Viana, of Portuguese descent, his mother Geraldine (42) and father Tony (53) were killed in an attack by the family’s gardener Petrus Radebe (24), Sipho Mbele (21) and Sphiwe David Motaung (20). A fourth black person, a minor whose name was not published and appartently the son of Petrus Radebe, also participated in the attack. All four admitted their guilt on all charges against them.

According to the accused, “we mutually raped Geraldine Viana”. Sipho Mbele raped her first while Petrus Radebe helped to restrain her by standing on her face. Afterwards Radebe raped her too.

Beeld reports that Charmaine Castleman, an attorney appearing for the accused, read a statement in court explaining that the three men burgled the Viana residence to rob them of their possessions and “to get Geraldine Viana back” for the way she had treated them.

RACIST graffiti telling white people to leave Ravensthorpe was painted on homes in a quiet side street.

The slogans ‘white slags’, ‘old white basterds’ (sic) and ‘white people move out ov Ravy!!’ (sic) were daubed on properties in Crawshaw Street.

Coun Mumtaz Hussain (Lab, Dewsbury West) acted quickly to have it cleaned off walls and garage doors after it appeared earlier this month.

But a tag alongside the graffiti, ‘RTS’, had residents worried as it was thought to refer to a local Asian gang who call themselves the Ravey Terror Squad.

A MUM and daughter paying their respects in Dewsbury Cemetery were subjected to a torrent of racist abuse by a gang of up to 20 Asians.
The 39-year-old white woman, who was with her 11-year-old daughter, was going to lay flowers at her mother’s grave.
The mum and daughter had just been dropped off at the Pilgrim Crescent entrance while the woman’s husband went to park up.
It was at this point that a gang of Asian youths gathered and  began taunting them.
They were called “white slags” and “white trash” as they laid flowers on a grave only yards away.
The woman, who asked not to be named, said her daughter was reduced to tears and added: “She was shaking. I had to hold her hand to keep her calm.
“I was frightened and thought we were about to be attacked. Thankfully they stayed by a wall near the cemetery gates.”
The woman, originally from Westtown, had travelled from Hull with her daughter and husband to visit her mother’s grave.
They had just been dropped off by her husband at around 3pm on Sunday when the incident happened.
The husband realised what was happening and drove back to pick them up.

Muslim cabinet minister Baroness Warsi said race was a factor in the abuse of young white girls by Pakistani men

Muslim cabinet minister Baroness Warsi today dramatically hit out at the ‘small minority’ of Pakistani men who see white girls as ‘fair game’ for sexual abuse.

In comments following the Rochdale grooming scandal involving nine Muslim men, the Conservative Party co-chairman admitted that race was a factor.

She urged Muslim leaders to address the issue and ensure that men who regard white women as ‘third class citizens’ are isolated by their communities.

Nine Muslim men, mainly of Pakistani origin, were found guilty last week of plying girls as young as 13 with drink and drugs so they could ‘pass them around’ and use them for sex.

After the trial, Greater Manchester Police sought to play down suggestions of any racial element to the case, as did Keith Vaz, the Labour chairman of the home affairs select committee.

But Lady Warsi, who grew up in a Pakistani community in Yorkshire, told London’s Evening Standard newspaper: ‘There is a small minority of Pakistani men who believe that white girls are fair game.

‘And we have to be prepared to say that. You can only start solving a problem if you acknowledge it first.
