Yet more proof that what is really being locked down/quarantined is any aspect of living, commerce and human interaction which is productive and nurtures social cohesion and community. You can don your mask and get in line at the box store, but you can’t sit on a restaurant patio. You can’t enjoy an afternoon sunning in nature, but you can riot and loot without consequence.
