Once upon a time in Canada, the truth was an absolute defense in a court of law. I would bet the establishment still has those pretenses. I doubt highly that it is still the case. But for Ezra’s sake, lets all hope it still is.

    Yes Vlad, truth is one of the defenses to action for defamation. So are a range of what are known as privileges, such as qualified privileges which would relate to statements made by members of Parliament on the floor of the House of Commons.

    More can be found in the exhaustive tomes written by Raymond Brown and Gatley.

    As for the threats to the life of Ezra Levant by the disciples of the vicious little weasel Soharwardy, this, in and of itself, is not something to be feared but quite the opposite, this is something to be welcomed and embraced as this is yet another piece of evidence I take to Canadians and Albertans to illustrate the nature and the duplicity of the Muslim and its Islam including the vulgar and insipid little Soharwardy.

    Soharwardy’s neighbors have been made aware as to both his proximity to them as well as the threat he poses to them, owing to the company he keeps.

    In addition to that, the Calgary Police Service are aware of the whereabouts of Soharwardy and watch him fairly closely. He is not hard to find.

    Yet again, Ezra completely destroyed the self-detonating donkey-diddlers.

That would be super-sleuth Mubin Shaikh blessing Soharwady on Ezra’s twitter feed (and policing the web, no doubt) – the ‘Caliphate Cop,’ as he calls himself – quondam ‘undercover counter-terrorism operative’ for CSIS, later RCMP snitch, and full-time smirking taqiyya dissimulator exposed recently as a liar and a fraud in a debate on ABN with Robert Spencer. Hi Mubin.

    But others are wondering as well. [Though they frame the issue somewhat differently. I sound like a genocide advocate.]

    Over at WarOnTheRocks the question arises, are we “ENABLING PAKISTAN”? As in “enabling your heroin-addicted Uncle Jack” by paying off his dealer.

    The assault on civil society seems to be escalating. High-profile murders, religious persecution gone berserk, violence against women.

    Civil politicians are a disaster, they cultivate religious hardliners on an ad hoc basis. The army’s doing foreign policy. [We could use some of that here.]

    Not that we can do much. Especially since it’s not just Pakistan, but Pakistanis wherever they may roam. [Pray for once-Great Britain]
