Question: If a person, say, Klaus just to make up a name at random, was to drive over to the log cabin where you live, and dump in truck loads of carpenter ants and termites, pass laws such that you could not call an exterminator, or even describe what these insects did to your cabin, and even make it a crime to call out what you see in front of your eyes and who was doing it, where does the agency lie when the cabin falls down?
