Nobody knows what is happening in the Court Room. We only have what is said to us. That lawyer working alongside of Laura Lynn, I do NOT trust. A lot of words leading nowhere. Re the child mutilation: the question should be was the child thinking of having sex? Was the child in sexual urgency or need? If YES, with a boy or with a girl? Did the child talk about it to her parents? To my knowledge, nobody has addressed this issue. We seem to have skipped over it. Everything is concentrated on identity and not actual needs. And therein lies the problem.
She had crushes on TWO male teachers. The postmodern solution was applied. She was really a gay male.
BTW, Laura-Lynn (a good gal) is not used to Court or lawyers. Nor is the father of the child. So easy to fool them. The case must be brought back to basics, aka sexual needs, aka was this ever addressed in any school counseling, therapy or Court issue? To my knowledge, few kids at that age experience a sexual urgency that they require a partner.
