There’s no verdict yet. But yeah, it seems likely he’ll be judged to be non compos mentis.
On the upside, that means he may be locked away for life. In theory, deportation is also possible, since he has NOT been naturalized. But judges rarely do that, and I’m sure Eritrea doesn’t want him back either.
