It should be noted that many muslims have been making the false moral equivalent between the brutal torture and murder of a Jewish man some years ago in France after he was lured by a muslim woman, held for ransom then gruesomely murdered after a week in captivity with these two guys accidentally killed because they were riding with no lights, helmets or anything and passed a bus on the right on a bridge. The claim is that the media was far more sympathetic of the Jewish man than these two.
That may be the only good thing you can say about the media. They still seem to have, at least at that time, a tiny vestigial remnant of understanding about the difference between one who is a victim and one who commits a crime.

France: Thousands march in memory of Grenoble Muslims killed in police chase
As many as 2,000 people participated in silent white march commemorating two Muslims who died in a collision with a coach while they were being chased by police, in Grenoble on Wednesday.
The families of the deceased Muslims, Fatih Karakuss and Adam Soli, were joined by rally-goers in white shirts and roses.
In a press conference following the march, the lawyer representing the victims’ families contested and contradicted the police’s official report of the incident.
According to the lawyer, despite the police’s allegations, the Muslims’ scooter was indeed equipped with lights and that police lacked justification or motive to give chase to a vehicle being driven by the minors.
The Muslims, aged 17 and 19, were crushed between the coach and a parapet on a bridge as they fled on the scooter late on Saturday evening.

France: Cars torched in fourth night of anti-police rioting in Grenoble
A fourth night of rioting broke out in the French city of Grenoble on Wednesday after the two Muslims died in a collision with a coach while they were being chased by police.
At least 65 cars and a council building have been torched since the unrest began on Saturday.
Youths and police engaged in skirmishes at around 9pm local time (20:00 GMT), although events had already calmed down by midnight.
The clashes occurred in the Mistral district of the city where the victims lived.
