Exhibitionists On Bus and Street Tram: Police Make Two Arrests

Lately, repeatedly exhibitionists appeared on busses and street trams. They even harassed children. Now the police announce two arrests. By Jörg Heinzle

Lately, cases of exhibitionism piled up in Augsburg. Time and again, men exposed themselves on busses, street trams and regional trains, and sometimes even harassed children. Now, police Augsburg have investigated two alleged serial perpetrators. The men, a Syrian and an Afghan asylum seeker, have been taken into preliminary detention this weekend. A third exhibitionist ist still being searched for.

One of the suspects, a 20-year-old Afghan, confessed four cases of exhibitionism, according to a police spokesman. The man exposed himself on street trams in front of girls. All of the victims are only ten and eleven years old. The arrest of the suspect came thanks to the alertedness of a criminal investigations officer, and a chance meeting. The investigator went downtown in his spare time on Friday. As he is professionally concerned with the case, he knew the images from the surveillance cameras of the street trams which show the suspect. The public utility company installed cameras, which save images temporarily, in all street trams. The investigators analyzed these recordings, which is how they obtained the images of the exhibitionists. The criminal investigations officer accidentally met the 20-year-old and recognized him. He informed his colleagues. The officers arrested the man, who did not resist, near Curt Frenzel Stadion.

Second Suspect Has Not Yet Confessed
Then, on Saturday, police caught a second man, who is allegedly behind at least seven cases of exhibitionism. He is a 32-year-old Syrian. He has not confessed yet. But police think that the man harassed mainly young girls and women – also on public transport, especially in Oberhausen. The 32-year-old did not just expose himself, but he also touched the victims. The youngest victim is ten years old. He allegedly also exposed himself before three boys between the ages of ten and eleven years.

The suspect was apprehended because two young women – 17 and 19 – saw and recognized the man on a street tram. He had harassed them a few days before on a tram in Ulmer Straße. But initially, they did not file a complaint. They now called the police. They followed the man when he exited the tram, and kept the officers informed about the location – he then was arrested in Bahnhofstraße.

Those instances of exhibitionism that were committed by an approximately 30-year-old black African, who always had a white tablet pc with him during the deeds, have not yet been resolved though. The search for him is going on with pressure.

Call for witnesses: Criminal investigators are looking for witnesses, and for further possible victims in the cases of the two apprehended exhibitionists. The 20-year-old Afghan is about 1.60 metres tall. He has got dark, neck-length hair, a brown complexion, and Asian-Mongolian facial features. He was wearing a hooded blue winter jacket with white fur. The 32-year-old Syrian is about 1.70 metres tall and is of a strong, slightly fat, stature. He is described as a “southern” type with a full beard and black hair. He sometimes wore a pullover with white letters, sometimes a dark cap with the shield turned backwards. Criminal investigators are taking cues under telephone no. 0821/323-3810.

    Let’s get one thing perfectly clear. These offenders (in every sense of the word) know precisely how repulsive and illegal their behavior is.

    As with: In their own countries of origin, whacking off in a crowded public space (especially in front of women) would result in a far-more-painful episode of “whacking off”—typically involving less-than-surgical-quality amputation—if not immediate execution or at least (merely eventual) death by post-operative exsanguination.

    There is infinitesimal doubt that the German courts will valiantly struggle to unearth more than a few (utterly ridiculous) exculpatory or mitigating circumstances that explain this undeniably antisocial conduct—as these judges have done for other equally (if not far more) egregious crimes over the past decade or so.

    Please pardon this explicit language but, the German judiciary’s vacating of all criminal prosecution or penalty for an Iraqi’s “sexual emergency” involving non-consenting anal rape of a ten year-old boy at a community swimming pool is proof enough of this. All of which involved charges being dismissed due to the perpetrator’s inability to adequately comprehend the notion of consensual sex (with a minor). GIVE ME A FARKING BREAK!!!

    Again, the lands where these shameless cretins came from would no more tolerate such public exhibitions than allow a young girl to parade about in a thong bikini (escorted or not by a male relative). The notion that either would be tolerated under any circumstances is well-beyond absurd.

    Yet, it is all too easy to predict that these recent crimes will result in (at most) probation, if not outright dismissal.

    All the while, people throughout the West continue to wonder why there is a groundswell of increasingly uncooperative and intolerant (if not violent) opposition to the routine infusion of these filthy, exuberant malefactors into many of the world’s most civilized societyies.

    Any bets as to how this entire bloody-minded situation will be miraculously amicably resolved with the usual glib (and heretofore, totally unsuccessful), “nuanced” diplomatic negotiations that are so favored by Politically Correct EU apparatchiks?

You will note that they are doing this in the areas where the Europeans congregate rather then in the areas controlled by the invaders. Instead of finding excuses for them make examples of them.

            Muslim male promotion of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) would seem to guarantee that they warrant little else than a visit from Lorena Bobbitt. Anything less ought to be regarded as a supreme form of charity.

      This preposterous willingness to excuse completely unacceptable public behavior is merely, “tolerating the intolerable”. Which, as Senator Barry Goldwater observed, is only a vice and never a virtue. As in:

      I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.

      This emerging (if not solidly apparent) pattern of modern Europe’s judiciary giving such jaw-dropping passes to thuggish Antifa types—even as they let Nafris indulge in these sexual rampages—represents nothing less than a pincer attack upon Western Culture whose ultimate goal is double envelopment of law enforcement and vigilant citizens.

      For centuries, functional policing has relied upon the cooperation (and truthful reporting) of dutiful citizens. This is just one of many reasons why even minor corruption within whatever ranks of “the thin blue line” is so profoundly damaging. Look no further than Mexico’s perpetual economic turmoil and its absurdly crooked Federales (i.e., Federal Police, or Policía Federal Preventiva) to gain an idea of what happens when the public’s trust has been understandably lost.

      Liberal elements, especially within Europe (but inside America, too) fully realize the danger—to their own corrosive agendas—being posed by an ethical public which backs untarnished badges. What better explanation for how British home-owners that injure someone who is breaking and entering their abode are more often the ones being sent to jail?

      This is one claw of the pincer and a liberal judiciary that destroys careers for law officers and protesting journalists is the other. Like a hammer and anvil, the Western Middle Class is caught in the middle of this flattening impact that’s being driven home by perverted “justice”.

      Too soon, law enforcement officers (like those in Sweden) will be obliged to abandon their posts, even as vigilant citizens are increasingly forced to resort to vigilantism.

      And whose fault will that be? … The Right Wing Nazis, of course!!!
