This second one has a lot of the expected colour commentary of important events and statements, but also has some substance throughout.

The importance of it, and the government/media memory holing of this event cannot be overstressed.
How many days did they wait to even mention it to Canadians and later on when his brother Faisal Hussain, 29 shot and killed 2 people and wounded many on The Danforth, why did Ralph Goodale tell Canadians not to draw any conclusions. Why did we wait for days to learn his identity, they knew who he was from the previous investigation into his brother. Can you even begin to imagine why they would hush things up — global migration is a wonderful thing.
